Best Hotel in Osaka, great room, great location in Osaka

We were disappointed with a few aspects of this hotel given the cost amd therefore higher than usual expectations. Payment options were limited, the room service food was disgusting and extremely expensive, and the pool was only open to children 3 hours in the afternoon (generally when we had tours, and the pool was a main reason booked for our 10 year old son). The staff are quite stuck up, and when you dont look rich like some others grt looked down upon. The area is ok, the room is lovely and the buffet breakfast was good.

Best hotel right by dononburri shopping street!

Amazing! The pool and spa are amazing!!! Outstanding gym and areas to relax ….complete zen. Plus u can keep your bathing suit on as most other hotels require naked bathing! My daughter felt shy. Bar nice, entrance to hotel gorgeous! Modern and sleek! In love! Best lotions in spa area!

Had horrible sleep due to kids running and playing in the hallway late at night and early in the morning. Staff did not care when told at checkout.

The staff are very approachable and the place is very cozy

The W is very clean, the decor is on point the rooms are big enough and their restaurants has very good food. I would definitely stay at the W again.

Carpet in hallway by our room smelled. Room service menu very limited. Need at least one English Channel on TV. Nice place though.

The individual that checked me in was unpleasant and didn’t really do a great job of informing me on the property to make my stay a comfortable one. The staff at Oh La La was wonderful every morning during breakfast and very attentive. The supporting staff was also very kind and helpful

It’s expensive - I’ll just come right out and say it. But nice things cost money, and the W Osaka is definitely a nice thing. Chief among my needs when I travel, particularly with family, is a QUIET room. Comfortable beds are icing on the cake. We were on the 24th floor and had an incredible view. It was absolutely silent at night and if I had died in one of the beds I would have been okay with that. I made daily use of the pool and hot tub on the 4th floor (I swam every morning and then relaxed in the glorious hot tub). One suggestion - 0630 is - little late for a pool to open. I would have been there at 0530 if it were open. But 0600 is when it should open. It’s a little silly that they don’t throw in breakfast given what I paid, but even if they had I wouldn’t have eaten there - after all we were in OSAKA. Employees and staff were top notch - they let me check out a little late on my last day to accommodate my 6pm flight back to LA. I should also comment on the location. It is FANTASTIC. I’d initially booked a different, much cheaper hotel until upon further investigation I realized that this other hotel, while quite nice, was on the outskirts of the city. Certainly one thing you’re paying for at the W is its location in the heart of Osaka action. All in all, I will definitely return.

When in Osaka..

I always had a pleasant stay at any W hotel. W Osaka continues that experience. From entering the spectacular decor to every encounter from the team members. A++++ The room is what you would expect. Clean, plenty of ammenties, and worth the price considering where youre staying at. I will definitely visit W Osaka again the next time I'm in Osaka. Thank you for your hospitality and service!

Great hotel it has nightclub vibes (though its not nosotros) but if you are okay with that, everything is absolutly perfect. Breakfast, bedroom, staff, service. Great stay.

W for Weak Service

We booked the Fantastic room but they gave us the 8th floor, which floor to ceiling windows faces an office building around 9 meters away and workers can see everything inside our room. This is a very crowded hotel with 27 floors, can't believe we pay the same price as Four Seasons for such poor view on a low floor. The decor was nice and hip but service was the biggest disappointment of all, not the same level as other hotels charging same price 1. Staff seems very young and inexperienced. And many of them show an expression like they hate their job and don't want to deal with any hotel guests. 2. Couple times getting off a taxi at the entrance, there was no hotel staff to greet us and help us with bags 3. Room cleaning: phone cables were left hanging on the floor. We changed bedsheets once and at night we found blood stains on *fresh* sheets 4. Turndown service was always merely a bucket of ice, which always melted by the time we came back after dinner. Breakfast service: 1. chairs and tables were dirty, always one or two food scrap on table or stuck between gaps of leather chairs. 2. Disorganized staff. 3. Walking path is narrow and staff always walks before letting a guest pass. 4.We were led into the breakfast restaurant before a table was cleaned and ready. The staff made us awkwardly wait in the middle of everything while looking for a table for a few minutes. 5.breakfast ends at 10:30, chef took his own bowl out to get food for himself in front of guests

Overpriced. I booked a room with a “fantastic view” advertised… not only did my check in had to wait for an hour but the room view was far from fantastic. Disappointing.

Best ever

The team there are amazing. Breakfast was excellent for any diet, room was perfect. My daughter loved the views and setup. Thanks again WOsaka will definitely be staying there when we come back. Love from Australia. Selwyn

Osaka

Amazing hotel in a great location. Friendly and attentive staff, beautiful and clean room with a great view. Breakfast buffet was the absolute best.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous! We had a corner room with a fantastic view. We ate at their restaurants twice for brunch which was outstanding and once at Oh Lala that was delicious. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. Bravo W Osaka!

I like the 5 minute walk to two different subway stations and it's adjacent to the shopping street that stretches all the way to Dotonbori area. Lots of dining options and shopping and the room itself is very trendy and staff were very attentive

立地がよい。設備が新しく、デザインも洗練されている。 遊び心があるのはいいが、コンドームを備品に置くのはラブホテルっぽくて興ざめか。 その前に化粧水をおいていただきたい。

沒有想像中的五星級酒店

房間遺留了belt，但酒店職員沒有立刻email告訴我，叫我主動裁聯絡，才能把遺下的東西拍照給我！ 我覺得作為第五星級酒店是可以轉過聯絡客人 Email or what’s app that ok! 資訊科技已經正在發達，為何還要用email傳來傳去？

スタッフがチェックインカウンターに大人数いましたが 対応が遅く私語を聞こえる程で不快な気持ちになりました Wのグッツ商品も買いたかったのですが担当者が不在との 事で何人のスタッフに聞いても対応が難しく　フロントの スタッフも対応していただけず残念でした。 ショッピングには最適な場所でした。

ベッド、シャワー素晴らしく良かった。 棚の中に入ってるおつまみがおいしい。 バスローブとスリッパーがふわふわ とにかく全て何かもが素晴らしかった。 凄くカンペキでした

Design mais pas palace

Sejour de 4 nuits dans une chmabre avec vue. Hotel proche du neuf. Malgré cela les lits ne sont pas confortables. La gestion de la climatisation fonctionne mal. La gestion de l'eclairage n'est pas bon. Pas assez ou trop lumineux. Le petit déjeuner est moyen. Qualitatif sans plus. mais surtout bien trop étalé sur 3 espaces. Le temps de faire le tour votre assiette est froide! Personnel peu formé mais plein de bonne volonté.

스위트 룸 처음 들어갔을때 먼지 많았음. 특히 옷장은 정말 먼지가 둥둥 떠있는게 보임.

御堂筋に面して心斎橋のすぐそば。 何をするにもどこに行くにも便利ですが せっかくここに泊まるなら ホテルを遊び尽くしてください！

清潔感もあり、ラグジュアリーな雰囲気がとても良かったです。

とてもオシャレで、心地よい空間でした。 スタッフの方の対応が、素晴らしく！心温まる1日でした。 ラウンジが、素敵でした。 お食事が、快適に頂けました。 デザートが無かったのですが、別のレストランの品物を持って来て下さると嬉しいお心遣いに、感動致しました。 とても美味しかったです。また、泊まりたいです。
