An excellent hotel in Kyoto with practical amenities, including laundry self-service, microwave oven etc. The hotel maintenance is superb.

We had a lovely stay!

Clean, peaceful, and conveniently located near subway stations for easy access around Kyoto. The simple café and bar downstairs were a nice touch. I really enjoyed the local atmosphere—less touristy than areas like Gion or the busy streets around Kyoto Station. A highlight for me was dining at Yakiniku Hayashi, a fantastic local BBQ grill just down the street. The food was so delicious that I went two nights in a row! Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly.

Nice property on the outskirts of Kyoto

Excellent time staying here. Very cozy rooms with friendly staff (some of whom spoke English so that was a plus). Definitely a great deal for its price.

Good to stay 1 or 2 day

Room is clean. Free water refill. Rooftop view is nice, But a lot fly bug. Toilet is small. Kinda far from station.

Nice, safe and friendly place to go. Just a little bit out of the way, but that’s not necessary a bad thing.

No está muy cerca los puntos más turísticos, ni del las estaciones de metro o autobús, pro lo demás es muy tranquilo, limpio y sus alrededores muy lindos y pintorescos.

全体的にきれいなホテルでした。食事が美味しかった。

전반적인 일본 숙소들과 비교했을 때 가격도 조금 저렴하고 정갈한 북유럽 숙소 느낌이 좋아 선택했어요. 1인실인데 넓은 사이즈의 침대여서 정말 좋았는데, 침대 사이즈가 큰데도 불구하고 방이 좁지 않아 더 좋았어요. 넷플릭스 이용도 가능해서 쉴 때 너무 좋았습니다😄 특히 묵는 동안 내내 아침 식사를 신청할 정도로 아침 식사와 식사 공간에 대한 기대감이 컸는데, 그 기대감에 부합할 정도로 정말 만족스러웠어요. 오픈 키친 형식이라 구경하는 재미도 있고 직원분들이 간헐적으로 살펴봐주시는 게 정성스럽다고 느껴질 정도였어요! eco friendly 컨셉도 확실하고 전체적인 인테리어나 무드가 너무나 마음에 들었습니다😊 버스 정류장과 지하철역이 도보 10분 정도 거리에 있고 북적대는 주요 스팟이 아니라는 게 단점은 될 수 있지만, 조용한 동네이고 역이나 정류장까지 걸어다니는 게 저는 오히려 장점으로 느껴지기도 했어요. 진정한 쉼이 필요한 분들께 추천드리는 숙소입니다.

The room did not have bustub.

ビジネスホテルにしては不便な場所にあり、周りには飲食店など少ない。（韓国人街） ホテル自体は新しく、綺麗で、朝食ビュッフェもおしゃれな感じ（利用していない）。部屋は手狭ではある。

出張で利用しました。ホテルの周りはレストランが少なかったのですが、お部屋はとても綺麗で清潔感がありました。 スピーカーもついているので音楽を聴くことも出来、とても素敵な思い出になりました。

朝食をバイキングか和食が選ばたらよかった。

駐車場がなく、周辺のパーキング利用が必須です。しっかり見て判断しないと大金を支払うはめになる。平日に利用したからか、すごくすいていて静かでよかったです。日本人の客よりも海外の方が多かった印象。素泊まりだとすごく安くで利用できました。また京都行くときは利用しようと思います。

食事場所、BARなど館内施設の案内がなかった

On a adoré cet hôtel. Le personnel était juste au top du top !!!! Une super équipe. Excessivement gentil et serviable. Toujours le sourire et une petite attention pour notre fils de 5 ans. La chambre était très agréable. Machine à glaçon, micro onde et machines à boissons dans les étages. La vue impeccable avec un rooftop donnant sur les Toriis. Deux Familiy Smart à proximité mais il faut un peu marcher. Par contre pas de restaurant aux alentours. Le petit déjeuner très agréable. C’était de loin notre meilleur hôtel durant notre voyage en Corée et au Japon. À bientôt et encore milles fois mercis pour votre professionnalisme.

There is no sign to direct customers to drive into their carpark, you can hardly find it as it is hidden by a building next to the hotel! No drop of space for driving in customer, you can only park the car in front of the hotel which is seems to be a pavement for the pedestrian! I park my car and loaded my luggage, I looked into the hotel but no staff could be found. There were also no sign indicating the entrance!☹️until I tried to walk into restaurant area and found that the front desk were also there round the corner, made me wonder why that 2 staff stand by in the counter not went to the entrance and guide the 4 customer with 4 luggages looking around helplessly ? The room is clean and spacious though, but the room lightning was not adequate, I asked for a more powerful bulb but the staff said the hotel could only provide me a table lamp!

房間燈光實在太暗 借來兩枝枱燈作用也不太 我卻要住13晚 店方實應改善 如果5分滿分 被我扣了1分 其它是滿分的 尤其員工態度 抵讚

服務員都好有禮貌，英文都好好易溝通 特別要讚係清潔，每日回到房間我都感受到佢地好應真幫我整理房間😊

とても過ごしやすかったです。少し照明の暗さが気になりましたが、他はスタッフの方々も親切で良かったです。

地下鉄十条駅近くの素敵な空間のホテル

個人的にはシンプルだけど素敵な空間を持つホテルだと思います。私の部屋はシャワーのみの部屋でしたが、私は普段からバスタブを使用しないので問題ありませんでした。朝食の料理は美味しかったですが、パン類はイマイチだと思いました。ライ麦パンもあまり美味しくなかったです。また、ビュッフェ3000円はコストパフォーマンス的にはかなり疑問だと感じました。

有泊車服務，早餐很特別有驚喜。 房間燈光太暗，能夠加些燈光會更好！

部屋の照明が暗め設定だったので調節できたら嬉しいです。

5 jours à Kyoto

Excellent séjour, la chambre est spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Propreté au rendez-vous rien à redire. Personnel toujours accueillant et au service pour nous aider. L’hôtel est très bien situé proche de deux stations de métro à 5min à pied et pas très loin de la grande gare de Kyoto.

Een fijn hotel om in Kyoto te verblijven.

Een ontbijt met lekker vers en redelijk uitgebreide keuze. Personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het hotel heeft een goede locatie en het openbaar vervoer is op loopafstand te bereiken. Het hotel heeft een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

食事、設備共に同じクラスのほてるとしては最高だった

たまたま当日アメニティ類をほとんど持っていっておらず、（勝手にあるだろうと思っていたのですが…）化粧水や乳液などがあればよかったなーと。でもお部屋が想像以上の清潔感でこんなに綺麗なところは初めてでした。また来たいなと思います。

駅からは少し歩くので、タクシーで行くと便利

清潔感があり北欧スタイルな雰囲気、照明も穏やかで落ち着いて快適に過ごせました。 内装（照明の暗さやレストランでWECKの容器を使用している点等も含め）が、かなり大人向きでとても良かったのですが、食事時に子どもが走り回っていたり、WECKのガラス容器を持ち歩いていたり、ビュッフェスタイルのパンを手で掴んだり…と衛生面や危なさ、騒々しさがとても気になりました。 この雰囲気をキープするのであればやはり12歳以下不可とか、対応が必要かな？と、思われましたし、朝ごはん目当てで行かれる方も多いと思うので改善が必要な気がします。 掃除やウォーターサーバーなどのエコな取り組みにとても共感できとても好印象。 天気が悪かったので交通の便があまり良くなく残念でしたが、徒歩圏内に駅もあるので天気が良い日は問題なし。 是非また利用したいです。

朝ごはんはとても良かったが、テイクアウトの案内が足りないと感じた。２月末に来訪したが部屋はエアコン効きすぎて暑い。部屋にティーパックのみ。コーヒーなし。

新しいホテルなので、京都駅のタクシー運転手さんは知らないようでした。 場所は繁華街からは離れますが、歩いて伏見稲荷等にも行けるし、私たちは立地に問題はありませんでした。周りの飲食店はあまりないです。 スタッフの方の対応もとても良く、洗い場付きの大きなお風呂が気持ちよかったです。アメニティも良い香り、女性同士の旅行にはピッタリでした。 また泊まりたいです。
