One of the best hotels in Gurgaon. Staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. Breakfast Buffett was outstanding. I don’t feel comfortable enough to try the Italian place, I’m not big on fancy dining when I’m by myself, as I was for this business trip. Mall next door has a ton of options though, and world class shopping. Separate tub in addition to the shower was exactly what I needed after 24 hours of travel. I do wish the bathroom had either a traditional bidet or a new Japanese bidet, but the sprayer hose is better than nothing.

A good place to stay for corporate visits and most of the time fits the budget. Staffs are friendly overall, but checkin can be more friendly.

Very nice place

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Traffic mayhem in the evening to get to Delhi from here, no relaxation area in spa, very busy lobby. I had a great massage too. Very oddly I was being offered a room upgrade at a cost (never had this at a hotel before!) rather than complimentary as I was a VIP, I was told of all the benefits I would get if I upgraded rather than as a VIP, save for breakfast.

This is truly 5 star quality.

The staff greeted me with a warm Namaste when I entered and exited the hotel, and the overall ambience of this 5-star hotel in the middle of Delhi Cyber Hub was awesome. The restaurant's food was phenomenal, with dishes of absolutely Michelin-star quality. Despite being in the bustling hub of a shopping center, the hotel itself felt like an oasis of silence and tranquillity. You really have to experience this hotel in its entirety to savor the precious moments of joy there. The staff was incredibly helpful, going to great lengths to assist with any query, big or small. The staff was very polite, the room was spacious and clean, the location next to the mall made it very convenient for my shopping.

Checked in at around 3 pm but room was still not ready. They managed to give it within a couple of minutes but the fact I was arriving late, the room should have been ready. Otherwise wonderful experience at this great hotel.

All is good feels like luxury ,although property getting old but wonderfull staff white washes all EXCEPT only problem is at ENTRY door ,all theses people at that place expect tipping ,every time you go in and out ,makes you feel like beggars in dresses , need to be more REGULATED

Checked in on Wednesday afternoon, had room service and then breakfast next morning and that’s when it happened. Upset stomach and cramps. Looked around the room and found mould on chopping board, in the fridge, dirty dishes no cleaning supplies as was stated in the room description. Looked like room hadn’t had a thorough clean in weeks. I do food safety audits so do actually have some idea. Luckily had a mall next to the hotel so got the food from there. Finally checked out on Sunday from leela and checked into Taj. Never in all these years have had this sort of experience. Staff was lovely and as had seen a fellow in suit shouting at the staff cleaning the room on Thursday morning so didn’t even bother complaining about the state of the room. Took medication and got well enough to leave. Now I will most likely get a standard format reply in response as a tickbox experience from the hotel. I don’t need that. My holiday got ruined thanks to the food safety standards and cleanliness at this hotel. Genuinely travel to India every year however don’t think I’ll be staying with this chain. Oh and please take the posters off for the orders that ended in June, we are in September. Just saying to the management at least walk your hotel and majority of problems can be fixed. But what do I know as only have over 23 years of hospitality management experience. Please don’t insult my intelligence by comments like we take feedback seriously and aim to deliver highest level of service etc.

Great location and service. From check in staff to door man (Dinesh), everyone was warm and welcoming. Stayed at Westin Gurgaon in the past but this hotel is my choice from now on.

I love everything about this hotel. The location, staff, breakfast, and proximity to the mall are all a plus. The Gym is sufficient and there are great places to sit and read or study. Highly recommend. Soaps, lotions, and showers are also comforting.

Mohit at the Concierge desk is probably the best in the world! The drivers Sandeep and others are simply excellent. They make up the hotel experience. I actually never have to checkin as Mohit manages everything. Checkin. Airport travel. In fact assistance up to the gates. Then there are the people who deliver food. Just outstanding folks!! And this hotel is next to an excellent mall!!

I had a disappointing experience post-checkout at this 5-star hotel. After submitting my luggage, I requested an escort from the residence lobby to the reception due to the heat and having a baby with me. Despite multiple confirmations, no one arrived, wasting half an hour of my time. I had to find an alternate route. This poor guest service is unacceptable for a 5-star establishment. It seems they don't care about guests once they've checked out. This experience has definitely tarnished my view of the hotel, and I would hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

This is an unbelievably nice hotel in the heart of Gurgaon. The staff made our experience unforgettable and were always friendly, welcoming, and warm. They were friendly not because they had to be, but because they were happy to host us at their hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. It's a very easy walk to the mall next door, so you can shop or grab a bite to eat without ever fighting the Delhi traffic. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and it's definitely on our list for our next trip to India.

The check-in desk employees need to be trained better for customer facing They offered me club room for £20 and I said no because was tired and just wanted to go to the room. Next I asked for the same upgrade, they told me £30 and despite me telling them and they checked with the manager, they insisted on £30. Also I noticed mosquito and insects in the Spectra nd in the room for the first time. So the service is deteriarting and the cleaneness not as before.

Nice clean property. Overall, good experience. Reception staff; Jayant was courteous with my check out and extending by an hr. Also, Ashok Kumar, the elevator security person was very pleasant and always greeted with a smile - also ensured the safety all the time during my stay. One item I need to point out that is on my last day of stay, at the breakfast, as I was still having my breakfast and left my table to get food, a guest sat on my table across from me. This guest was earlier sitting on an adjacent table. I told him that I’m still having breakfast on this table and he totally ignored me. I did inform the hostess at the Spectra restaurant, as the staff should be paying attention w.r.t. the seating.

Nice property, very dissatisfied with the Diya restaurant after waiting 45mins for dinner to be served. Cheek of a manager saying that is a normal time to wait to be served. Walked out and found better service in cyber city.. restaurant was not even busy and had a celebrity chef working. They were to worried after complaints of dal not being cooked from a couple who we’re probably trying to get free food. Apart from that nice hotel, and lovely rooms.
