Best hotel in HK. Sevice, service, service!
Excellent friendly service, great food and fantastic room.
An amazing experience
Excelente attention. Great location. Loved it
It’s great I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. Overall a very pleasant experience.
We booked a night’s staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel and its staff arranged lots of upgrades/treats, as well as early check in / late check out. The hotel decor is nice, our bed was super comfy and breakfast was great. A good hotel with lovely staff in a convenient location.
Great and wonderful staff all around!!
Friend referred me to the The Landmark for our last night in Hong Kong. Room no. 1101 was clean. Looked just like the website photos. Check-in was easy. Concierge was super helpful, great service. Very attentive to details. Made sure to assist with our luggage. Bottle of champagne as a night cap. Helped with finding my Uber destination(since I cannot read Chinese characters). Bell desk service was just perfect too. However the room had no views because it was faced directly to the building across. Which was not the best, considering the price. Must admit, the location is wonderful, connected to the The Landmark Mall, HUGE!! Great for all types of dining and shopping. I would return to the Landmark Mandarin. Just make sure to request for a better view.
Good overall
The quality of the service is great and it’s good to stay there again
Worth the money
The space is great and the service is not bad. So will consider to stay there next time going to hk
it's perfect.
Great location., pleasing service , love the pool and Amber restaurant
The hotel has an excellent location with easy access to all parts of the city. The rooms need a little renovation. Mattress is not good. Amenities are excellent. Breakfast is excellent too
Excellent experience in landmark mandarin oriental. We will coming back and tell everyone what had experienced.
Good clean hotel good clean hotel good clean hotel
World class service.
The most important in a hotel is the cleanliness and the staff. Front the door tot he check out, world class service.
Delighted that they free upgrade my room from 450 to 600
One of HK's best hotels
One of the best hotels in HK. It's located and attached to The Landmark. Easily accessible by MTR and walking distance from the Airport Express. Rooms are fairly spacious and well kept. The size of the bathtub is probably my favourite. Free Nespresso and tea. There's comfortable gym on the same floor, a spa.
The service was excellent. The room was great.
Staff and service are the very best. Anticipate needs and act instead of reacting... They are real pros! AMBER 3Star Michelin Restaurant is fantastic!
Loved it
Excellent hotel and staff in a fantastic central location. Great transport links for exploring the whole of Hong Kong.
perfect in every way!!
Room facilities
Could not locate coffee or tea anywhere would be nice to have available in room
Pitstop in HK
Beautiful room, nice and friendly staffs. Good room service. Only wish that the check in/ out time could be more flexible.
Good hotel
Central comfortable hotel, has everything you need and more for a business trip.
Amazing Service
The staff went above and beyond to make our 24 hour stopover excellent. I can safely say it was the best and most helpful service I have experienced at any hotel.
Ok
Expensive stay without breakfast.
The best ever experience
I stayed for two nights for my business trip. on the arrival, they offered to change the bed from two single to king. It made my stay so special! They have a lot of amenities from Japan. i wonder if it is to make me feel comfortable from my home country items...?! If so, I really admire staffs' efforts to pursue guests comfort.
Beautiful and comfortable. Concierge were very helpful.
Concierge Service is amazing !!! Special Thanks to Mike !
We had an easy check in at 2pm with our room already to check into. Our luggage was sent up within minutes and there was a lovely card and some cakes left for our arrival. Wonderful stay.
careless our room should never been occupied
we were on the 10th floor and work was going on on the room above us all day banging machine noise etc terrible noise throughout management not apologetic just sorry etc not good enough
Good hotel
Very good hotel in central, convenient for business in the center of the city. The condition of the hotel is perfect, and staffs very considerate and helpful. It's a bit costly, the same level of hotels like Conrad or Marriot at Admiralty can be booked around 2500-3000 HKD per night.
Classy
Just a great, classy hotel in a fantastic location. Best and most comfortable beds I have slept in in any hotel.
Amazing Hotel
The Landmark Mandarin Oriental was an amazing experience and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Every little detail was thought about and catered for, the service was second to none. I also really liked the ambience of the hotel. Finally, the location could not be better placed for all my needs be it for shopping or work as Kowloon is just a couple of stations away.
So personal
My husband and I loved this hotel. It was not a large showy hotel, only around 100 rooms. The staff paid attention to every detail. The rooms were very well thought out. We felt so comfortable and at a high standard. It had a very personal feel, yet our privacy was respected. We will definitely go back every time we are in HK.
Great service
Amazing service, great rooms - recommend the L650 rooms as the bathroom is amazing. Great pool and spa!
Awesome place
Very good hotel in an excellent location for tourist and business. Service was excellent , I would stay again.
Simply the best luxury hotel in Central
I've stayed in every 5 star hotel in both Central and Kowloon over the last 20 years, and the Landmark Mandarin Oriental is simply the best. Unparalleled service, location, rooms and spa! Not as stuffy as the Four Seasons or Peninsula, and much cooler and stylish decor - amazing proximity to everything in Central including LKF.
great service
the service of all employees was great. they informed us with the typhoon info and helped us contact the airline to do some changes.
Wonderfull romantic getaway
My wife and I stayed at the landmark mandarin oriental during CNY and it was the most pleasureable experience we had so far for very longtime. The spa is the best we have seen, (service+facilities),John at the door is the host of th hotel he alone make your stay special. We can't wai to come back again soon!
Great Room Service
Room service food is excellent. The staff acted like they didn't care, they only acted like they cared because they were told to do so. Asked for a late checkout and they acted like I was asking for a free night.
Landmark Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong
Best hotel in Hong Kong -- best service, best location.
Excellent Hotel and Service
Hotel staff is extremely professional and friendly. They were efficient and service oriented and gave attention to every detail. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel rooms are like mini apartments and I loved being in my room after a day out. There were no amenities spared and the flatscreens, bathrooms, livingrooms, you name it - made you feel at home. Downstairs is Zuma - an excellent restaurant I have been to in both London and Dubai - and amazing shops. I would highly recommend hotel.
The doorman
The doorman was terrific. It was terribly hot while we were in Hong Kong. When we came in one afternoon, the doorman provided us with cold bottles of water. The next day we went to Macau, the doorman supplied us with a map and more bottles of water. The staff at the hotel was terrific, but the doorman added that much more to the experience.
Hotel Landmark Mandarin Oriental - Very nice place
My previous stay was at another 5 star hotel in Canada, called the Royal York. The hotel Landmark Mandarin was by far more luxurious and filled with Amenities than the other hotel. I can say my expectations were far exceeded and this hotel deserves another star. The Landmark was at attached to a very posh mall that only had designer stores. Across the street was the night district of Lan Kwai Fong. I spent most of my nights at the many bars in this location.
Landmark Mandarin is the perfect hotel for hong kong
The hotel was nothing short of magnificent. Except for the view (I looked into a building) everything was perfect. The service was excellent, and the room was one of the best I have experienced. Location was great for Central area. Close to trains (same building) and local nightlife. I would stay here again in a second, and recommend it to anybody who asked where to stay in Hong Kong.
The best hotel I've ever been to!
As a businessman who travels around the world, I've been to many 5 star hotels in many countries, including Hong Kong. This hotel was definitely the best experience I've ever had! The room, the service, the spa - you have to see it to believe it! The location is also fantastic - in Central, walking distance to anywhere. You can get to the hotel easily via the Airport Express train from the airport and the MTR subway system.
Great hotel in great location with no view

Needs to work on the details
My impression is that the landmark is firstly a shopping mall and they built a hotel on top of it. The hotel is small and it seems as if they don't fully know how to run a hotel. They got all the big things right such as decorations, amenities and everything in the checklist to become a 5-star hotel, but there were many subtle details that were annoying. For example, the door to the bathroom would always slam because of the hinges and there was no padding between the glass door and the marble wall so it made a huge sound unless I carefully closed the door manually. The audio/video system was very impressive and extremely easy to use. This was one of the highlights of the room, but the sound seemed to have too much bass. As a result, the voices in the DVD that I brought with me were way too low. It sounded like everybody was trying to be really macho and talk really deep. I called the technical staff, but they were unable to fix it. They told me that I had a bad DVD, but I've played that DVD many times and it never had that problem before. I was not so much upset at the sound problem as I was that they tried to blame me for the problem. The showers in the spa were very hard to figure out how to operate. I had to call the attendant for help turning on my shower. Although beautiful, the design of the handles is not very intuitive. I asked for late checkout and they could not accommodate me. Most hotels will usually let me stay at least an hour later by simply re-adjusting the cleaning schedule. This hotel is the first that wasn't able to let me check out a single minute later.
great room and location!
hotel was very clean (room is very modern)and the location is excellent for shopping!
For perfect service and quality this is the hotel.
