I was upgraded in a gigantic room with a view on the Bellagio fountains and the Strip and it really was a fantastic room. This hotel is top notch. But no coffee machines in the rooms is extremely bad as far as I’m concerned. At least have a complimentary coffee station on every floor…
VIP, haha VIP my ass.
Our suite overlooking the strip was extraordinary!!
I recently stayed at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the hotel’s modern, stylish design and lively atmosphere set the tone for a luxurious yet energetic stay. The Cosmopolitan is perfect for travelers who want a mix of luxury, fun, and top-tier dining in the heart of the Strip. I’d definitely stay here again!
Great
Great place to stay
Love this hotel. So clean and roomy. Staff is accommodating
Came here for my 40th birthday and it was amazing! Great room, friendly staff, and good restaurants!
We loved that we had a balcony on the 57th floor with an AMAZING view!! We loved having a cocktail in The Chandelier!
Didn’t like the room noisy from being to close to the elevator couldn’t sleep told staff they did nothing
Never again!
Loved the room
AMAZING HOTEL
Amazing
Great property.
Excellent
Nice place but our windows to look outdoors was disgusting. Very disappointing not to be able to looking the window to look at the strip
It was excellent
It was terrible, staff were very rude.
This was a great hotel to stay at. Our terrace fountain view room was amazing and had the best view we have ever had staying in Vegas. The restaurants were delicious and the scenery was great. Also the location is great with quick access to many other places to go see.
Hotel has a power outage for many hours which can happen I get it. Took a long time to fix. No in-room coffee and while the shower is huge, the shower head is TERRIBLE! It's like a fine mist!!
Loved everything about this hotel
I understand The Chandelier is owned by a third party but they are on the Cosmo property. The bathroom was dirty, unsanitary, and smelled like a sewer. You can't have luxury juxtaposed to poverty conditions especially in a bar/restaurant.. DO something about that bathroom! 2. The Cosmo itself must have had a sewer issue as the property smelled like a back up. My Sisters and guests all commented on this... Lobby, Hallways, etc. Very uncomfortable. Housekeeping staff on out floor is right up there with Ritz Carlton standards. You need coffee pot in the room. I was offered akettle by Concierge.I dont want to boil water in a kettle... Whats up with that?
Very easy access from the parking garage to hotel. Lots of great restaurant options on site. Very clean and staff was excellent.
So far my favorite Vegas hotel. Right in the middle of the strip which is so convenient. I did not read the fine print about the deposit so just be aware it’s $150 a night. The balcony facing the Bellagio fountains was absolutely stunning!! Highly recommend getting this view.
The bestest!
Our second stay there in 2 months and both times have been spectacular. Love the entire vibe at this resort. The views from the balcony were the bestest!
It was great
Hotel did not have rooms ready in time
We purchased three rooms. Only one was ready at three. After lots of back and forth we were finally able to get our other two rooms (all on different floors after requesting they were near each other) near 8 pm. We were there for a concert that started at 8. Not having all of our rooms for five hours was very inconvenient.
I wanna stay because the balcony they never offer me when I got the room.
The property itself is nice. The rooms are clean, well decorated, and large. As far as I could tell, there was no option for in-room climate control and the lighting could be better. The bathroom was excellent with a large bath and disconnected shower. The check-in experience was horrendous. I checked-in at 3:41 and did not receive my room until I approached the desk at 4:41 to ask for a status update, at which point they provided a room. The check-out experience was equally frustrating operationally. Upon attempting to check-out using a QR code, the room had additional charges added to it. When I asked to have them removed, the employee informed me because I touched items on the minibar it triggered a sensor which automatically charged me for the items, regardless as to whether or not I used them. In addition, the hotel was not originally going to honor my $35 food and beverage credit despite my VIP check-in. Overall, I would not return due to the numerous operational errors encountered.
Very chic
We will never stay anywhere else in Las Vegas from now on! The Cosmo was hands down the best hotel on the strip!
Absolutely Beautiful! Highly recommend!
Everything you need in one place
Check in is terrible
40th BDay Trip/Cowboy Christmas
Stayed here for my 40th birthday. It was our second time to this hotel. The mini fridge was broken but they brought. New one very quickly. We love all the restaurants and amenities this hotel offers and will definitely be back. Enjoy XO
Excellent experience. Expensive though.
The Shower head and pressure was terrible. For a suite with a balcony, you have to have a good shower! Please change the shower heads.
Wonderful, spacious room. Beautiful views no matter where you are in the hotel
STK was amazing! Valet, bell, and check in services were helpful.
Business Trip
Not a bad place to stay - it was super busy with lots of traffic. We stayed for 5 nights - 3 of which we took cold showers until we complained and then the 5th morning it was fine. Lots of prostitutes hanging around.
Perfect stay ! Thank you !
Excellent location Excellent rooms
The location and overall vibe of the property is excellent.
Anniversary
Check in was a breeze Lpm reservation was a hit zuma as well only complaints i have was valet rude and not very friendly.
Loved the hotel Will be staying there again when we return
For 700 on a Sunday was a little over priced. Even when we were gambling 100's at a time getting a beer from the staff was next to impossible
Nice hotel, but not ready when they should be
Upon check in at 3 pm, the room was not ready. Check in is listed at 3 pm. They said it should be ready in approx 30 minutes. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes I called and asked what was going on and this was not a great first experience at this resort. Essentially they wasted an hour and a half of our short trip and we had things scheduled to do, thus creating a cramped timeline to fit what we needed in. All in all, we were not able to fit all in as we lost that time.
I thought the hotel was very nice, and the property is beautiful, but it’s the little things that were missing. The room lighting is very poor. Not only is it difficult to understand what buttons to push to turn the lights on, to not having enough light where you need it. I require very little service, but I called for a wake-up call on Sunday when I had to leave, but never received the call. It’s frustrating things like this that turns me off with the hotel.
Overall it's a great place but there's a lot of hidden fees
This property is a must stay property, the many amenities and food options is by far the best. Second time staying here and it did not disappoint.
Good experience
Love the spa. The best ever.
Good for Couples
Nice hotel to stay. Good secret pizza for the late night cravings.
Everything
Great restaurant
Loved having a fountain view balcony. The bathroom was probably my favorite! Very spacious with double mirrors. Very comfortable. They do come in and make your bed/tidy up a bit, so if you don’t like that please put the occupied sign on your door! Staff was VERY nice and very accommodating. Very helpful in telling us where to go for experiences but also if there were better deals other places!
Loved having a balcony!
The best thing about our room was the view. The strip, Bellagio fountain, the mountains in the distance... loved it. Be warned there is no coffee machines in the room, have to walk what feels like a mile for a cup.
Good
For a 5 star hotel it is poor in terms of just wantibg a simply coffee and danish. Room service fir tast fir two people extortionate housekeeping touch abd go 1 bedroo. Balcony seuite beautiful. Lacked simplt facilities Room ser
5 Star Prices with a 3 star feel
My main issue with the hotel is that they call themselves a 5 star hotel with 5 star rates but the experience and overall condition & decor is that of a radisson/hilton. The shower in my room appeared to never been deep cleaned (see photo). They claim that their pillows are down but they are extremely thick and feel like foam ones. If they put you in the boulevard tower you're going to have a half mile walk every time you want to uber anywhere or go to the front desk. The hallways are narrow and somewhat dark. Again, is this the worst hotel I've ever stayed in? No it isn't. However, if the rate they are charging is the same or more than Aria, for example, choose Aria every time. When compared to the Wynn/Encore the comparison isn't even close. Unless it's a convention week I'd be upset if I paid anymore than $200/night to stay here.
I did not like that there was no coffee available in my room.
Great hotel
Nice place clean super clean rooms nice people nice view
Huge room.
Nice
I stayed at 2 different properties and on my last night I wanted to stay at the cosmopolitan. The facility of the hotel was nice but the room itself as soon as you entered had a smell. All the countertops had smudge marks and residue in them. The floor in the bathroom had brown streaks all over it from a dirty mop. Every step I made in the bathroom was loud and squeaky. The shower head was extremely nasty and needs to be replaced. Overall worst hotel experience. I had to sleep on top of my sheet.
It had a seductive feel, it felt like Vegas! Enjoyed our trip!
Amazing as always!!!!
Thank you so much I had such a great time
10/10 Recommend staying here
Very good property with a very convenient location in the Strip
Great rooms
This property is conveniently located in the middle of the strip.
Really good experience!!!
The description of the room was not correct
Was a wonderful stay
Amazing Stay at The Cosmopolitan’s Wrap Around Terrace Suite I recently stayed at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in their Wrap Around Terrace Suite, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the suite, I was blown away by the spacious layout, luxurious details, and breathtaking views. The suite was beautifully designed with modern touches, providing both comfort and elegance. The bedroom was cozy and inviting, with a plush bed that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The bathroom was a standout feature, offering a deep soaking tub and a rainfall shower in a spacious and well-lit space. Everything was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with high-end amenities. The living area was perfect for relaxing, with plenty of seating, a stylish design, and a door leading out to the star of the show – the wrap-around terrace. The terrace offered stunning panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, especially at night when the city comes alive with lights. It was the ideal spot to unwind and soak in the vibrant energy of Vegas. The location of The Cosmopolitan is unbeatable, with easy access to world-class dining, entertainment, and shopping. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless. This suite is perfect for anyone looking to indulge in VIP luxury and enjoy the best of Las Vegas. I highly recommend The Cosmopolitan’s Wrap Around Terrace Suite, and I cannot wait to return!
We liked the location of the property but our bedroom’s electricity didnt work so we had to switch to a lower floor with a worser view and the walls are a little thin I could hear people taking showers.
Great property
Filthy property
Loved the view with the balcony by the Bellagio fountains. Staff was amazing!
Very Good!!!!
The room smelled like bleach and the carpet was wet. I didn’t even stay the second night and checked out early
Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The spa was amazing!
I loved everything about staying at the Cosmo. The only inconvenience was that our card didn’t work for the parking garage even after getting new cards 3 times! That was very annoying.
I booked terrace room. But I couldn’t get the fountain view. Big disappointment
One of the best hotels to stay at ! Chandler bar is beautiful and the views from the hotel are worth it
Excellent and beautiful hotel. The service from check in to check out is commendable. Convenient to many spots. Next to Arte Musuem and Bellagio.
The Cosmo needs better custimer service the waitress to be on top of players like it was before. While spending money in the Casino not drinks offered and I had ti stop playing to go to other Casinos for drinks.
was not thrilled with many missing sconces as the wires were hot and sticking out of the wall
Beautiful hotel and our room was exceptional. Very clean, quiet, bathtub/jacuzzi worked great. Felt safe. Very nice hotel.
Upon checking in we did not have any sort of assistance with our luggage, once we got into our room and used the tub, we realize the shower began to flood. There was a terrible odor in the room. It smelled like a sewage issue. It lingered even after maintenance came and fix the flooding.
Nice hotel food and drinks are extremely overpriced for example I ate at stk the restaurant on the third floor $80 for fish and chips!!!! And it’s 2 pieces of fish. Not large ones!
Worst stay we’ve ever had
We’ve stayed at the Cosmo before and had a pleasant enough experience. This will be our last. We were placed in a room right next to pool which turns into a nightclub that is open until 4 AM. The music is so loud our room felt like an extension of the club. After a horrible nights sleep night 1, we asked to move and they gave us a resort credit. That day the tub in the bathroom was spraying out orange water w black sediment- so again we asked for another room. Got another resort credit and another terrible night of sleep. Minor detail but both tvs in our suite had issues as well- lines through the screen on one and muffled sound on the second. The amount we paid for 3 nights and the past experiences we’ve had— we know the property can do better. But the lack of response when we asked to be moved was totally disappointing.
We travel to Las Vegas once a year. This was our first stay at the Cosmo. We stayed in a balcony suit and found the room to be lack luster, dated and not on par with others such as the Waldorf and Aria. The showers would not get hot and had terrible water pressure. A service call was made and the fix was quick. We then found the master shower would not drain. The Air conditioners in the room were unable to warm the room. With it being in the 30's/40's outside, we had to keep the bedroom door closed to get the bedroom above 74 degrees during the day. The main room would not get above 65 degrees. Both thermostats were set at 78. We like the room cold while we are asleep however during the day it became simply uncomfortable. We had a late flight which put us at the hotel at 230am. There were about 15 people in line to check-in. It took over an hour to get to the desk and check-in. Went to bed at 4am. Simply put we will not be going back to the Cosmo. The Lobby is nice, The hotel is in a great location to get around to other shops, food, hotels etc. The staff was accommodating. The rooms are ready for an update.
Not the best place to stay
Carpet wasn’t vacuum clean enough. I was disappointed to see no coffee makers. The hall way smelled of sewer. I understand the need and the importance of security but when you visit is for a special occasion absolutely no special accommodation. Our family stayed in different rooms for my daughter’s wedding and having to run down to the lobby to meet one another to go from one room to another was ridiculous considering a few of us hand health problems. Security sucks because never once did I see anyone walking around. So the suggestion of having security escort us from room to room was something I think the front DESK made up. We were told check out was at noon but when I called to confirm if check out can be do over the phone, I was advised it was at 11am
The room service was horrible, the hotel stink all through the hallways and room. We stayed away from hotel room until we would rest.
Friendly staff, Beautiful hotel, great location and very easy check in. Also they have the best restaurants and a beautiful gym. I'll be back

Always great. We stay here every visit to Vegas. I was sad to see they went to bulk shampoo/body wash stuck to the wall instead of the prime products individually wrapped they had for years. It cheapened the amenities for sure. Other than that it’s the perfect location, perfect rooms with a balcony and large rooms.
