Super dirty holes in the wall everywhere dirty restrooms. The door did not close properly either, the shower handle fell off, omg terrible no tv not recommended

Very nice and clean

I LIKE THE BEDS . IN THERE PAGE SAID MICROWAVE AVAILABLE BUT THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE AND COFFEE MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING. NO SHAMPOO AT ALL.

Great service

Up front when you look at this motel it’s like any other motel 6 . Not horrible but not the Ritz. At night when the lights are out and it’s still the roaches come out. I have never seen so many in my life. Took video and pictures and went to the office to get our money back so we could go to a different place and the man basically told me I was scamming him because we had already stayed one night with no issues ( because we had just drove 14 hours with a toddler and the only thing we did was go straight to sleep) and I would have to talk to the manager. He would not give me any contact info for the manager at all when I requested it. Overall I was not impressed and very unhappy with the whole situation. Beware to anyone who does book there.

Not much to say.. everything convenient closer to work and access to public transportation..

When I was choosing a hotel on expedia I went to filter and chose must be a 7 plus seven or better for me to be even interested in renting the room but later I just found out that this hotel is a 5 out of 10 and the booking has this property filtered incorrectly and I went to this property after looking at the pictures which look to be photoshopped now after being to the property which is very old dilapidated in the bathroom the faucet was literally falling off you could move it all over the place and I don't just mean a little loose I mean falling off okay it was gross it was dirty you felt like you didn't want to touch anything without using some kind of antibacterial product on everything but I was exhausted and had arrived in at in town at 2:00 in the morning for a late check-in but was going to stay there for 3 days as I just arrived in Las Vegas and the hotel was so gross and all hotels in the area were not checking anybody in until 3:00 p.m. that next day so I had no choice but to sleep in the the gross room on the very uncomfortable bed and I don't recommend this property to anybody that wants above five stars of a review score between 5 and 10 I recommend you do the same thing as me and choose seven or better and hopefully this property doesn't even show up again cause Expedia is now fully knowledgeable about their mistake and have refunded the other 2 nights that I canceled.

hot water took to long to get hot. tv didnt work.

There were flies in my room. I saw the first one, and I thought I killed it and more kept coming from who knows where. The light fixtures on the walls and exhaust fan in the bathroom were all barely hanging on. I went to kill one of the flies on the light and I hit it with a stack of napkins, and the glass dome almost came crashing down because it was barely hanging on by a rusty loose screw.

Would not come back to this property.

Bugs came out after the shower was ran. The window was unlocked upon our arrival. When are room was not made up we were told it was our responsibility to notify them we wanted our room made up. There was no signage and we were not told this at check in. Instead the clerk wanted to argue with us about this issue. Had we known - it would have not been a big deal to ask. It was loud, people were hanging around in the parking lot after dark - it did not feel safe. Would never come back to this property.

Door hard to secure. Water took forever to get hot. Is across the street from the police department though

This place was a dump. Towels were like shop rags with holes and stains. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Towel rack was bent up and barely hanging on the wall. Cigarette burns in the bed comforter. Tv did not turn off had to be unplugged. Curtains were broken and didn’t close without falling of the rod. The floor was sticky, hot water took for ever to get hot. Total dump would rather have slept out in the dirt.

Good for a quick overnight stay

We were just there overnight and it was perfect for what we needed: something quick, clean and quiet. Front desk agent was very nice when I checked in, however one could not be found for check out even hafter ringing the bell and calling the phone mumber. I ended up leaving a small note that we were chexking out. Room was clean and well stocked. Our only issues were that the front door tended to pop open if you didnt push/pull it closed and the cable went put in the morning.

Nicer than expected

It was nicer in the room than expected from the outside, but there were some issues. The plumbing fixtures are loose and wobbly, if not broken or missing. The tub could not be plugged at night so we ended up having a roach problem. The toilet paper provided is small and thin so you use a lot especially if you have allergies since there aren’t tissues. But it was still quite pricey for what you get…

Very noisy. Police, fire department and ambulance blazing their sirens throughout the day & night. Door needed to be repaired & the kitchen was a joke

Not really clean and had bugs, Internet didn't work.

At check in, I called the cell phone of the front desk receptionist because it was late and a note was left that they were out on the property. They said they would be there in five minutes. After 10 I called again. They actually ran a personal errand. Waited another 10 for them to arrive. Leaving a car full of women and a crying baby in the parking lot waiting after midnight. Unsafe environment and no professionalism.

The area around it is sketchy. There is broken down vehicles in the parking lot. The first room we got placed in had roaches in the bathroom. The second room had a roach in the kitchette area. The floors were filthy like they have never been cleaned. Staff is horrible and barely in the office. They dont answer the phone.

I know I requested non-smoking room but there are people who smoke outside of the room and smoke smell gets inside the room through the air conditioning system. Sirens wailing that you can hear through the wall. Bed sheets were dirty when initially walking into the room. I had them changed.

It’s in a bad area. Nothing like the pictures online. One person on staff and was out side on the phone constantly handing off stuff to people driving in and out of the parking lot. Room was dirty and needs major repairs.

Dirty, dirty towels, dirty bedding, floors were sticky, no garbage can, loud music all night, and the room smelled like smoke.

Just a run down Motel 6!

The hotel was an absolute dump! The bathtub was stained. The toilet was coming up off the floor. The toilet paper holder was broken off. The towels in the bathroom looked like they haven't been washed in months. The lights on each side of the bed didn't work. When I got there to check in, no one was in the office for several minutes, the clerk had left the property. The handle was loose in the bathtub to turn the water on. Even the door to the room wouldn't shut properly. All in all, a very poorly maintained hotel for the price paid. Could've stayed somewhere on the strip for less money!!!!

I asked for another pillow twice and no one ever brought one.

Mass of police swarming parking lot. Hard to find parking due to overwhelming amount of cop cars in area. Seen Huge roach in room after 2 hours. The evening employee threatened me with police after I demanded money back . I was told because I used the soap Im only entitled to half the money back . This is not a traditional motel 6 or studio 6!!!

If you don't care about what you pay for...

The area was ok but the room seemed like it was under renovation and they did some Mickey Mouse patch work. The TV didn't work, the fan in the bathroom was missing the cover so the dust was obviously seen. The door didn't close well. The closet was unusable. You couldn't hang anything. There was so many things wrong with this room. I deserve a full refund.

This property had all the sleazy hotel cliches' like lipstick on the pillow cases, skid marks in the toilet, unswept floors, stale sandwich in the refrigerator, stains on the sheets, even a shirtless fat guy leaning over the railing watching us unload! Terrible!

Staff has no cocern about your comfort , and concern if everything is working.. Roaches, dirty bathroom, towels, linen.. They wont return your deposit if you decide they can't accommodate your stay..

They lack effort to accommodate guest.. they wouldn't refund my money for not offering me a comfortable room.. Now.. I have to take them to small claims court for a small refund..

Horrible motel

The room was dirty, there was pee on the floor near the toilet and it smelled horrible, it made me nauseous just to be in the room even with the windows open and fan running. There was a creepy message engraved in the ac unit and blood on the side of it. The door doesn’t close all the way and didn’t feel secure. We arrived at 1 am so I just needed sleep and didn’t want to go somewhere els. Left before 9am the next morning and didn’t come back to stay the second booked night. There were also no towels or any amenities in the room. It had a toaster and a coffee maker in their “kitchenette” that didn’t even have anywhere to be plugged into, I can not stress enough how I will never go back and will warn others to steer clear.

This one of the worst Experience I ever had rent in the hotel. Yes , it's not in the best of neighborhoods , but you could be taking care of your business a lot better than what it is. As soon as you walk into the little lobby floor is dirty.Not mobbed customer service was okay, but on my last day the customer service was horrible.I called them multiple times and nobody picked up the phone while I ring the bell, no one came out. The room is basically looks like a room that you would take. Would take a hooker too. Walls all patched up doorknobs Not properly secure. Windows So thin you can hear everything Outside. Electrical outlets not working properly. The phone in the room did not work at all.

Bath tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned; tap dripped constantly (in a place with little water!). Bed sheets and towels were worn and/or stained.

Front desk had the personality of a rock. She seemed to be inconvenienced by people checking in. The room itself wasnt awful given the area its in. Did feel more like people lived here and/or used it like an hourly. Tried to check out at 6am amd there was nobody to be found. Tried calling the number posted repeatedly with no answer. I had to leave so i put the room key behind the glass partition. Tried continuously for hours with no answer. Eventually had to get corporate on the phone in order to get checked out. Same girl that checked us in hung up on corporate.

Giving 1 star is overly generous!! I can’t even begin to express how embarrassed I am to even be giving a review for this place and actually paying to stay here. If you are looking for a clean bed to lay in.. NOT HERE If you are looking for a place to take a shower..NOT HERE!! If you are looking to actually get some rest..NOT HERE. Don’t expect clean towels either without hair all in them and question if they were really washed. IF you are looking for inexpensive which was what we did due to it being an active weekend in Vegas due to UFC and Boxing, us thinking we aren’t going to be in our room for more time then to just sleep so we really weren’t looking to pay $300 for a room. Then this is your place. Even though sleep was not what we even got,I’ll be positive and say at least there was a roof over our heads. Sleeping in 30 minute increments was fun, no blanket, there was 2 sheets on the bed..with stains that I took off and ended up laying my clothes down on the fitted sheet just to try and not have contact. Shower had a lot of dead gnats in it. Shower curtain was growing something and I couldn’t even tell what color it was originally supposed to be. Noise…ooooh the noise, we could hear everything and everyone next to us,above us,and outside. Arguing,laughing and talking. Oh, if you for some reason need to stay here,you get 1 card key,$40 if you want another, $50 deposit they want in CASH. I attached photos and may god watch over you while you are there.

Great place to stay

The management and cleaning service was great. Just let the office know what you need and they’ll get it done for you right away. The beds are comfortable, there is free WiFi and the rooms are clean and non smoking. Super happy with this hotel and highly recommend.

It doesn't look like much from the outside.But inside I was pleasantly surprised to find a huge clean room with A small kitchenette.. I stayed in a room with a king size bed And honestly I had the best night sleep I've had on a long time.The bed was so comfortable! The staff was. Very friendly Thank you very much!! I will definitely I'm stay here next time.

Management is very accommodating and kind. The rooms are furnished with very comfortable beds. Really enjoyed my stay here so I booked another week.

Manager was very accommodating with an early check-in for me (due to a certain situation; they don’t do early check in normally) plus more. The lady housekeeper is very nice also. It’s in an older neighborhood but there’s close shopping, food, etc. Pet friendly big rooms, and affordable…

The place was unclean, dirty towels, torn drapes, shower dirty, felt unsafe. Would not recommend or stay here again!

Not A Good Look!

Front desk attendant was never available, there were fly knats in the bed under the covers, roaches in the bathroom & unknown spots around the bed!

First, a couple of actual positives. My wife likes to have a kitchenette. And it wasn’t bad with a good sized refrigerator. Some other people complain about dirty floor, but ours seemed fine. The negatives? The “white” towels were dingy grey with black streaks. The exterior is run-down. They only gave us one towel. They never did any housekeeping and we had to ask for new towels and they were all dingy grey with black streaks too. We hoped for an early checkin to nap before our shows. They were not accommodating at all and dismissive. King bed seemed okay but only two small pillows. Also, I was under the impression it was only about 5 minutes from the strip, but it is actually about 15 minutes away. Poor neighborhood.

When you arrived at the location the room smelled off pure clorox. No towels had to go to the office twice to ask for towels because nobody answered the phone.

I got there tv did not work toilet would not flush, phone was not plugged. Key rarely worked so I would have to to the office that was empty more time than there’s was any one there. Internet worked intermittently. Drug deals done parking lot. Homeless EVERYWHERE. I went to buy pepper spray for my safety. Could not understand the staff. Any issues were not addressed in a timely matterThey were put out every time they had to unlock my room and would make me go and try it again before they would come open it. It was very unpleasant It was still over priced because of how run down it was, and the safety issues. I’m a woman traveling on my own, felt like there was a target on my back.

My towels had black stains all over them. I entered my room and could visibly see stains in the sheets. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. My room had one already opened and more than half way used toilet paper.
