Never ever come at night!!!

They don't have a person at front desk at night BY DESIGN. I came at night and was completely .....ed! Took over an hour and half to get from street to my room.

Very nice place to stay!

Stayed here for a week. Fantastic location and very helpful staff! The room had everything we needed and always kept clean and neat. Breakfast was good. Free coffee machine, tea, and fridge in the hall are very handy.

Great Location and clean rooms

The hotel location is great, near to Metro station, Train station and bus station, and it is 40 min walking distance from the heart of the city. Friendly staff, clean room though it was a little tight....

Week in Saint Petersburg

Stayed here for a week! Really cute small hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean but I found our triple room to be fairly tight. On the farthest bed I would have to climb over the bed or try to walk around the bed which was a challenge. Other than that it was a great stay!

Had a very enjoyable 5 day stay. Excellent, friendly staff, super room very clean, quite trendy and a very comfortable bed. The complementary coffee machine was a bonus. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Not great, not even that good

Hotel was a refurbished apartment turned into 4 bedroom motel, at the end of a interior parking are surrounded by the building. The three girls at the front desk were helpful, but only one spoke English. One of them wanted to charge 1,500 rubles to go to the airport but found one for 650 with the other girl. Room was small but bed was ok. Shower drain was clogged. TV was small and all Russian Channels. Not noisy, but front desk girls slept on a rollup bed right outside our room. In the end they were very nice and sent a bracelet and ring to a friend who brought it back to us. Very appreciated. Regardless, there are much better locations to stay.

Great location. Room is pretty small, but comfortable beds for all 3 of us. It would be nice to have a chair or two to sit, but there was no room. The only minor inconvenience was water splashing on the floor during a shower.

Not up to standard

Getting reservation wrong is the biggest sin a hotel can make and they got mine wrong. I ended up having to use a public bath and toilet near the kitchen, sometimes stumbling in the middle of the night to ease myself. Other than that: 1) The bath is always flooded or wet. 2) The toilet has a washing machine and when in use, the toilet is unuseable. 3) Sheets and towels have seen better days. 4) This place is far from the tourist places and you need to take the metro. 5) I realised that you can get similar or better hotels within walking distance to the palace square where most sights are located.

Misrepresented

It was pleasant. Everything worked out. But I selected the hotel because it was supposed to have English-speaking staff, centrally located, air conditioning, and, I thought, but could be wrong about that, sound proofed rooms. None of those things were true. But it was clean, the staff worked hard to help me and used Google to translate their Russian into English and my English into their Russian. And nearby were two inexpensive and quite good restaurants. The breakfast was provided by vouchers to a nearby restaurant and was adequate, barely. Also a park and a subway station. About a mile from the city center and the action. My bedding was changed every other day, towels every day, the room cleaned every day.

Lovely decor that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the room. The room was small but nicely appointed, and the use of space was very well thought-out. The complimentary beverage on breakfast

Lovely hotel

The staff were very helpful when we complained about a loud noise coming from the plumbing in the bathroom, which had disturbed our sleep on the first night. We mentioned it to reception the following morning before leaving to sightsee and when we returned it was fixed, along with an apology from the hotel. Thank you for looking after this so quickly!

Haven

There was nothing i didn't like about this lovely hotel. A perfect elegant and stylish destination STATION that is warm and friendly with the most cosy atmosphere. It is a perfect central location. We will be returning

We were given a beautiful room and my daughter was delighted with hers.Decoration throughout was gorgeous and tasteful. Lighting was lovely too.We had a fantastic time with thanks to all the staff for making my special birthday so memorable.

Excellent Hotel

Just back home after staying 8 nights, very clean and lovely and bright rooms, cant praise the staff enough, they were very helpful and made it feel like home. St Petersburg was amazing so will definitely be going back and will most definitely be staying at this hotel again!!. Thank you to all the lovely staff for making our stay 5***** especially Nadin.

Sheer decadence

Excellent hotel, we will return if we go back to Saint-Pit . We probably will as the city has so much to do & 3 nights just wasn't long enough. We would certainly recommend this hotel - we loved it!

Individual style, but very well run and comfortabl

The hotel is a brilliant surprise. For the price you are not expecting much but it is absolutely lovely. Staff were very friendly, situated right in the centre close to all tourist attractions, decor very traditional but very classy and extremely clean. Bedrooms compact but very comfy beds and very well cared for.

Amazing location

I had read other rewiews and was a little y sure but for the price and area I figures we would look over certain details. We were pleased with the hotel and the small complaints that other people had mentioned seemed silly to us. We loved the hotel and enjoyed our stay. Not one single complaint.
