我在這個酒店住了一個月，工人們定期清理得我的房間非常乾淨，她們亦很有友善，她們都很好。每晚房間內都很靜，沒有聽到任何吵鬥聲，房間又整潔又靜所以我每晚都睡得很好這個是很難得的！所以我下次再來香港我一定會再住這裡！

The cafe in the hotel was closed, but there were a ton of dining options around. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The area was also very walkable and convenient in terms of location.

Stanford hillview was a great option especially for the price. Would definitely come back. The uphill walk to the lobby was great for offsetting the amount of food we ate in HK.

It's my second time staying at this hotel, which is close to the ferry port, subway and nearby eateries. The staff is friendly nothing to complain.

Great location and a nice stay. This hotel has many shops nearby with tons of restaurants. The only downside about this hotel is the massive hill that you have to walk daily.

The property is clean and nice

The road is so sloppy , it’s on the hill. Air conditioner at the bedroom is extremely noisy, after changing to other room, that’s so dirty, lots of hairs. And request for another room. After changing two rooms. I can’t sleep till morning. Very exhausted after long journey with all the room changing. Stuff are not pleasant. Long face!

Wifi great. Seems newly renovated. Not a huge room but Nice layout. Very conveniently located. Quiet area. Feels nice and cozy.

Clean, modern and quiet. Spacious room with a large bed and good sized bathroom. Shower drainage was slow but not a big issue. Great location, close to many bars, restaurants and convenience stores. Walkable to the Star Ferry pier and Temple Street. Hotel is on a hill but easily avoidable by going through the Mira Place Shopping mall, along Knutsford Terrace and into the car park where there is a lift. Would stay again.

Prime, convenient location and spacious room

We had a 7-night stay at this hotel as a family of three. We booked Oak room and the room is very spacious in HK standard. The hotel locates at TST, HK prime location. Steps to shopping malls, restaurants and public transit. The only bad side is the slope at the fromt of the hotel. It is quite steep, not friendly for elderly or when you have to walk with luggage. Otherwise everything is excellent. The hotel can also store your luggage in advance with a very reasonable charge per luggage. The room comes with 2 bottle water each day as complimentary as well.

The hotel room was very clean. The front desk was super helpful and got us a cab when we requested one. Only downside is that the hill is incredibly steep. Would recommend this hotel.

This is a great spot central to main street of Kimberley Street. Short walk to harbour. The hotel room was spacious and super comfy bed. Quiet too. Room cleaning daily with fresh towels Very good shower and toiletries provided I would stay here again. Taxis very cheap to get around and 8 minutes from metro. Staff are very nice. I would highly recommend to others. It may not suit those with poor mobility as hotel situated on a steep incline.

Stayed a week here. The room was really nice. They provide slippers, toothbrush/paste, soap, shower cap, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. I couldn't see any hairdryer though but I just air dry my hair. All duplicate switches next to the bedside so you can turn off all lights without getting up. They have two fast charging USB-Cs so that was handy for the phone. There's a hidden mirror in the dresser and also a tall mirror near the bathroom. You have to use your room card to use the elevator, myself as well as other guests were left stumped why it didn't move the first time. Location wise it is very central, although depending on your travel habits could be a deciding factor if you will stay. As other reviews said, the incline is step and you need to traverse a slope before also climbing some stairs. The other way using mira hotel at the bottom of Kimberly road you can use their lift to first floor (towards mira steps) and somewhat cut down a bit, but even then there are 3 small flights of stairs plus you have to walk down Knutsford terrace which is lined with rowdy bars in the evening and wasn't that pleasant for me to walk pass as they try to holler you in as well. In simple terms you are climbing every day. The distance to the subway is not too far about 10 mins, but it will seem a bit of a journey if you do it daily, especially if going multiple locations like I did. I'm sure the cost was lower than other similar calibre hotels to account for the access though.

From front desk staffs to housekeepers, everyone we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Glad that we stayed there. I would like to stay there again next time if I travel to Hong Kong!

It's very convenient location, walkable to everywhere, about 15 minutes walk from hotel to HKMOA ( HongKong Museum of Arts ) at Victoria Harbour

No dining very dangerous walking in and out.Do not recommend for anyone over 40

The hotel was great. The bed was comfortable, and the AC system was good and easy to use. I also liked that there was an adaptor for Type-A/B power plugs with 1 USB-C and 2 USB-A ports. The hotel is between Jordan and TST MTR station, and there are great tourist attractions and restaurants nearby. The keycard took some getting used to as I needed to keep it away from my phone and my RFID-blocking wallet to avoid demagnetizing the card.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance to Victoria Harbour, the MTR, loads of shops and restaurants. The size of the rooms for Hong Kong are great. Sufficient room around the beds and in the bathroom. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful.

It’s a nice little hotel. It’s situated on a hill but it’s in a good area. The staff were very kind and really tried to help. We learned a lesson with this booking is to only book with Expedia no other company.

We stayed for 4 Nights for a Business Trip; had a very comfortable stay. This Hotel is very conveniently located; the climb up to the Hotel is pretty steep and quite tiring. Better to take a Taxi if one is a senior citizen or accompanied by seniors. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Very good except you need to walk up a hill....

Nice staff and room was well cleaned. I like the room size, amenities and comfortable bed. Our view was of other apartment but better than no view at all. My only negative comment is that location isn’t ideal; it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest station and steep uphill to get to the hotel.

This is my 3rd time to stay at this hotel in 2023. As usual, it's so clean, convenient location and friendly staffs that lured me come back again and again.

Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were clean. Currently hotel not serving food. I.e restaurant closed. No gym facility. Hotel on steep hill. Good exercise, however not so good for the less able.

Very good well located clean hotel

Excellent location a few blocks from the TST subway station and easy connection to airport express. Walkable to jade market, HK Museum, Victoria Harbor and Star Ferry. There is a short one block steep climb to the hotel with an escalator nearby to help about 2/3 of the way. The room was very clean and adequate in size.

Loved the AC and cleanliness. Staff were always nice and rooms were cleaned daily. Provided two bottles of free water per day, which is nice. Unsure about if breakfast was free—I didn’t think so, but I also was more excited to try the many options in Hong Kong too. The rooms can be quiet cold, when it’s humid. Not sure if it’ll get warmer though? I tried to turn on the heat at night when I got too cold and that didn’t seem to do much. It’s close to many public transit routes, super walkable EXCEPT the steep flight of stairs leading up to the hotel. Just be wary if you have a lot of luggage!

It's overall GOOD

The hotel was impeccably clean and well-organized. Its central location made it incredibly convenient, with a lot of dining options and shopping malls within close proximity. Surprisingly, despite being situated near pubs and bars, we were not disturbed by any noise in our room. The staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating, even though their English proficiency was limited. Given its central location and overall positive experience, I would definitely choose to book this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is worth the price, very clean and accessible via public transportation. Getting there can be a climb if you have a lot of luggage since it is at the top of a small hill.

Secluded and unbelievably quiet in a busy city.

I arrived early from an overnight flight so was very tired. The staff were considerate and prepared a room early so that I could rest. I was very grateful for that. Room was spacious and very clean.

Good location although the road leading to the hotel is very very steep and treacherous even for taxis! Room is good size and clean. Hotel is in half-open state. Only rooms and reception open, no concierge, no bell service, no restaurant. Skeletal staff.

The room size was very decent especially as most hotel rooms in Hong Kong offer small rooms. The location is brilliant, you are a short walk away from public transport, victoria harbour and the main shopping street. The rooms appear to be recently refurbished and were cleaned well. There is a steep slope leading up to the hotel but it is short in distance and I didn't struggle too much with a very large and heavy suitcase on my own.

Clean simple hotel

Hotel was nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced for the Tsim Tsa Tsui neighbourhood. The property is located on a rather steep hill. If you have bad knees or travelling with huge luggage, walking up the hill can be a challenge.

Nice place to stay !

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was on the top floor, so it was also very quiet. As I was unable to amend my booking (was told to cancel altogether and rebook instead, as the hotel couldn’t do any amendments), i ended up having to pay for an extra night that I couldn’t stay for. If this could have been changed as stated in my booking, I would have rated this hotel more. The mini bar/ fridge was also weak and needs replacing. The hotel is on a very steep hill which I knew about prior to booking, so this wasn’t an issue. I didn’t get the chance to check out the hotel facilities. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to others.

Located on the skirt of a busy district, it provides access to both ample shopping and dining choices while keeping the crowdedness of the surrounding area away. Access is slightly challenging for people with mobility issues, because it is on a hill with inclined streets or stairs. Interior is well kept and room is bright and clean. The hotel lacks a gym, pool, business centre, and an operating restaurant. It might be more suitable for visitors on a leisure trip than a business trip.

A hotel value for money

The location actually super good! It’s around 12 minutes walk to the Victoria harbour. And there is a shortcut from the B1 of the building to the Mira place, from where you can find a lot of dining options! Although the building is on a hill, you can use the lift from B1 to avoid those steps. The crews were very nice too, they can speak English, Chinese. One of the girls was so nice to let me extend checkout by 1 hour. However the hotel is not perfect. The wifi was so unstable. The connection in the lobby was ok, but constantly disconnected in my room! Almost useless. I used my data from internet access. Overall, it’s a budget hotel, value to the money is good. You can still enjoy the convenience it brings to you if you lower your expectations a little bit!

The only potential issue (for some guests, not me) is the hotel's location at the top of quite a steep hill. But the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, and the facilities were very modern and clean. I had a very pleasant stay.
