It will be our go to when staying in Athens.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at St. Bjur Suites and plan to book there whenever we are in Athens. The staff is great and very helpful. Excellent complementary breakfast.

Wrong description of name

Room was comfortable and clean. But the name St Bjur Suites does not fit the description of the place. I find the room ordinary and the front desk lobby is a bit disappointment. It's so narrow.

St Bjur is not obvious at the start as it is tucked away but it is close to all of the main tourist areas with Monastiraki close by, plenty of cafes and restaurants, close to Plaka district and Acropolis. Room was clean and spacious. Small lobby and elevator, but understandable as it is an old building, likely with a different purpose before. If you want to be a short walk to Monastiraki or the Athens meat and spice markets, then this is the one.

Perfect location near the Acropolis. I only stayed one night due to availability, but I slept well and was treated kindly by all staff members. The hotel has a lift which was nice and the breakfast, which was about a 5ish minute walk from the hotel was delicious. I only stayed in the small solo room, but I imagine the others are appointed well.

Everything was lovely from the staff, and check-in to the room amenities and cleanliness. My only complaint was the lighting. The light over the bed was not working, but an easy fix.

Excellent location for your every need! Nearby restaurants and nightlife were available everywhere, while being on a quieter street. A charming facility👍

The staff were very helpful in getting us a taxi. The breakfast at a local restaurant was excellent. The location was great; very close to Monastiraki Square.

Nice hotel! Perfect location and staff it's very helpful. Good breakfast. Room is fine but shower need attention and because of the location in a main street it can be noisy (not big deal).

The location was great, everything close, personnel was pleasant. The building needs a little update. Floors are old but clean. Bathroom needs a little more cleaning detail. We were happy to stay there.

Great location and helpful staff

The hotel is in dire need of refreshing, cleaning and repairs. The shower cubicle was missing a glass panel (wall) on one side so a plastic sheet had been attached to the top of the shower with big red calipers and double sided tape was used to secure the bottom, which had come loose. The material covered headboard had clear dirty marks (2) where the previous guests had rested their heads. There was plenty of dust to be seen around the hotel as well. The only positive was the central location.

Great room and friendly staff

We had a great stay! Location is very convenient- right next to metro and nice walking distance to the acropolis and agora. Several great restaurants nearby. We didn’t experience issues with street noise despite being there on a weekend. The room was very clean and modern with a comfortable bed and spacious shower. Hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful!

We loved our stay at this hotel, it is convenient in its location, close to Acropolis and many restaurants and shops and also beside the train station. It was clean and had an elevator. The staff were excellent!

St. Bjur is a great affordable hotel, in the best part of the city. It is very close to the metro station and walking distance to all of the main tourist attractions. Lots of great dining options nearby. The hotel is very fairly priced. The staff was very helpful before and during my visit, confirming things and offering recommendations. I would definitely recommend this hotel or stay there again on my next visit to the city.

Loved everything about this hotel. It is in a good location in the city where you find different restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.The room was clean and has everything i needed for my stay.The people who are at the reception, were so nice and happy to help you with whatever you need. Would definetly stay here when i come back to Athens!

Fantastic place to stay. We only stayed one night but wished we spent more time in this cute place.

It’s a very unique & discreet hotel. Beautiful & modern room with extremely accommodating staff by bringing our luggage to our room, arranging for an airport taxi, snacks for our room and a phone charger.

The front desk ladies were very helpful. I left my phone charger at home. She was willing to let me use hers. She even brought in an extra one the next day just in case I still need one. So sweet! I am horrible with name. She owns an iPhone 😊!

This is a perfect hotel to stay when visiting Athens. I have stayed here many times with my colleague. Where do I start from. 1 - the staff and management are amazing, super friendly and helpful. Always making you feel like out and willing to help and friendly. They have always accommodated me and made sure my stay has been pleasant and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens. 2- the location is amazing right in the centre. The station is literally next door. Everything is walkable within a few meters. 3- breakfast is huge and amazing. Perfect. 4- rooms are amazing. Spacious and has everything you need and super clean. Lastly I would like to say thank you for giving a 5 star service and I’ve stayed in a few places in Athens but this is my favourite and I hope to see you all soon again.

How this place has such a high rating is beyond me. Location and the room itself are ok, but it faces a super noisy street. The room was also totally not like it is in the pictures - the shower was in your face right next to the bed, not in a separate bathroom as it was in the picture. Breakfast was bland. Happy we didn’t stay here for more than a short night

I recent had an amazing stay at St Bjur Suites in Athens. It was only a short one day stay but the place was great. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room we stayed at was clean and plenty enough space for three people. The breakfast that was included at the place next door was delicious. It was centrally locates. I would definitely consider staying here again if I’m ever in Athens in the future.

Super easy, comfortable digs in a vibrant area of Athens. Right next to a metro station that runs direct to the airport.

Amazing place

It was a really good stay, everything in place clean, a comfortable bed, not noisy, in the middle of the Center just five steps of the underground and the most important the staff was really kindly, always helping in case of doubt. I totally recommend this plce it was one of the best hotel i have stayed. And please buy Breakfast is amazing is hugeeeee!! And delicious

Would recommend the triple room it’s very spacious like home to luxury home. We extended by 2 extra nights. Location is near the apocalypse within walking distance and not far from the bars and clubs . There is also a mall. Breakfast is ok amazing having come from the south of Spain the breakfast was like an English breakfast

Very nice location next to Metro station, new hotel and in good area for tourist

The location was absolutely excellent - literally steps from Monistiraki Square. And the Brunch Factory downstairs was delicious for food. While there is no lobby, the room was more than adequate and quite large.

Great value and location. Walking distance to acropolis and main areas. Small entrance and elevator were fine. Materials and room were modern clean and worked well. Bed was good and all amenities worked. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Their English was good and adequate. Restaurant next door brunch was very good and clean.

The location is ideal, in the center's heart, next to metro station. The bathroom was not comfortable (toilet, sink and shower located in different spaces)

The location was perfect for me and by metro station to get to airport. The hotel is newly renovated and eveything is sparkling new. I was traveling solo and it room is spacious. Love it!

Large bed, relaxing rainfall shower, spacious room, complementary bathroom flops.. The ac unit didnt seem to put out much air and being on the first floor, all i heard all night were motos on the street

Ideal location for Acropolis and Monastiriki square shopping and restaurants. Easy to find from metro subway - and that is very handy to get to/from airport or Piraeus port. Breakfast next door for 7 euros is a great deal and very nice - worth it if you overlap the hours it is available.

The Exit sign and other service lights stay on ALL - night! The mgt. is never on-site. The female staff was preoccupied with their personals and created stories rather than be of useful service to hight paying guests but kudos to the two males for trying to assist within new hotel limits. Pros: Location next to Monastiraki metro right before the slums begin. New hotel = all new condition beds & bedding; There is a small elevator; Cons: Noisy due to the open staircase (no doors) echoing acoustics leading from all floors to the front desk in this small hotel everything is amplified. Overpriced for what you get - no real luxury, no peace and quiet sleep. Staff nice is not good enough when lacking care and attention to their customers warranted concerns.

Very good - center located

The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful providing a 24/7 service. Also, it has very easy access/proximity to the metro, which made our traveling from and to the airport very easy. All major ancient ruins are about 10-15min walking distance and the erea is full with local restaurants, coffee shops, and breakfast places as soon as you step out. The complimentary breakfast for €12 was also a good feature when we needed to get a full breakfast and hit the road. All in all, very pleased with our stay.

Perfect location, just one minute walk from Monastiraki metro station, and there are numbers of restaurants nearby. The room is clear, new and stylish. Staff are great as well. They are willing to assist, give advice and provide a helping hand.

Todo estuvo súper bien, el cuarto, la cama, el baño, todo; solamente que la recepción es muy pequeña y el cuarto tiene mal distribuida su iluminación, de ahí en fuera, todo bien, localización y opciones para comer

The room is very new and nice. The location is really perfect. The reception is friendly. The breakfast included is very good at the brunch place downstairs. I just feel sorry for the girl under the stairs ^^ Give it a go!
