One bed apartment was clean and spacious with a balcony. Very comfortable.

This property was central to I95 and the Financial district. The price was fantastic. The staff was extra friendly and accommodating. Would appreciate a more quiet room experience. Neighbor had TV on with Bass music that was very distracting and was a sleep disturbance. In spite of this, I would stay here again.

Amazing stay! Wonderful team, highly attentive!!! Very quiet room, super clean!! Great location, literally a couple of blocks from main attractions in Brickell, City Centre. CVS & Publix, one and two blocks from Hotel. I will be back!!!

Easily access to Brickell Mall and Restaurants.

Convivence location to Port of Miami. Good service to deposit luggage. We are satisfied with more space rooms and the many dishes, cups, etc in the kitchen. We will select this hotel in Miami next time.

Nice place, but needs staff more organized

It was a really nice place. The bad thing was the staff not knowing how to assist us with Wifi, and forgot to check our room 2 days in a row. We got no clean towels, bath tissue, shampoo, etc. No trash removal. The first day it happened, we went to the front desk. The second day it happened I didn’t bother going to the front desk, again.

Front desk was very kind and helpful. Place was also very clean.

The property was very nice. It felt like an apartment- Nice Kitchen. Pretty clean and nice size.

You ever book a hotel based on ratings, only to be disappointed once you get there? THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE!!! This was the best pleasant surprise of a hotel stay I've ever had. First, the check in was pleasant, very friendly and helpful. The room- wow! Nice kitchenette with dishes, nice dining table. Comfortable bed, nice porch (20 floors up) and the view of the city and the water was even better than advertised. Some of the roads had construction and the building across the street is under construction and had hammering first thing in the morning, but that is not the hotel's fault. BOOK THIS HOTEL. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay!

Check in was really slow. Was able to drop off luggage earlier in the day, which is always nice. Anything extra is a charge. $50 for early check in etc. Room was clean but had a strong smell of bleach. Bed was comfortable, but there was no shelves in the shower.

only thing is the only mirror they have is in the bathroom another mirror is deff needed maybe a long one somewhere. the bedroom has no tv either but besides that it was nice and affordable and the employees were nice..

I wouldn't call this a hotel. It's a rental property. There's a full kitchen, a washer and a dryer, but there's no iron or ironing board. Strange choices all around.

The property and the apartment was very clean. Front desk staff are courteous. This apartment claim of partial sea view is not entirely accurate given the location of the property. The parking is valet which you have to pay for separately. Overall, it was a good experience and enjoyable stay.

My stay at this hotel was ruined due to the complete lack of responsibility and professionalism from the management. When I retrieved my car from the hotel’s parking lot, I noticed that the rear light was broken, there was a scratch, and the bumper was damaged. I reported the issue to the front desk, and the manager promised to review the camera footage and get back to me. However, by the time I checked out two days later, no one seemed to know anything about it. When I insisted on resolving the issue, I was given excuses, told that the manager was off for the weekend, and informed that the hotel was not responsible for the parking lot. Instead, I was advised to contact the parking manager. When I called the parking manager, he also claimed to know nothing and said he couldn’t do anything until Monday. Rather than addressing the issue, the hotel management simply avoided responsibility and shifted the burden onto me. This delay, lack of communication, and unwillingness to resolve the problem completely ruined my impression of the hotel and wasted my time and energy during my trip. I strongly discourage staying at this hotel due to their poor customer service.

Smart Brickell was good value and centrally located

The hotel is not complete, as I stayed on the residential side, my stay was comfortable and the staff was very polite and professional. I just wish they would of advised that the hotel Is still fairly new and is still under construction. The pool was open but no bar, or any other kind of activity. It was empty. The hotel is very nice and clean overall.

Really clean property and amazing amenities!

We had a great experience during a family trip there. The condos come with everything, including washer and dryer. Highly recommended. The only thing that we wish was simpler was parking. We didn’t like the valley parking only option, it’s slow and creates an awkward moment because they expect a tip every time you ask them to get the car out.

Great location, walking distance to mall and restaurants. Clean and newly furnished. Most importantly balcony with fresh air. Many hotels in miami do not provide window/ balcony access due to minimising potential risk during hurricane season. This hotel however, has access to balcony and fresh air which is crucial for lung health. Especially after the cleaners clean you need to circulate clean air. Loved everything about the hotel.

People hardly speak English. Difficult to communicate in Miami. People at the Front desk work really slow. Door keys stop working everyday and we need to reactivate them every afternoon even though we put them away from the phone.

Clean, comfortable stay close to everything walking distance, sauna was amazing nice rooftop pool. Gym could’ve been a lot better, poor gym

The front desk service was very welcoming and kind as well as helpful. The room was clean and cleaned each day. The street noise is loud at night but that’s not the hotels fault. Short walk to the center city. Would add a microwave. Would def stay again.

The hotel is currently under construction. Firstly, the entire structure resembles more of a studio apartment than a traditional hotel. The furniture and rooms inside are poorly maintained, giving the place a cheap appearance, with several broken amenities. There was mold in the bathroom, and the shower products were provided in small, low-quality tubes. Additionally, it was quite noisy, with construction starting early in the morning around 5:00 AM. The front desk staff were rude and difficult to communicate with. We checked in late and requested a one-hour late check out, and asked to pay extra. Ultimately, I decided to check out and move to another hotel, where I paid an additional $20 for significantly better service, behavior, and infrastructure. I do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good experience.

Everything they said was true! Lovely proptery great location and clean big rooms that provide true comfort. It was a great stay!

Our key was able to open other doors on our floor, and someone opened our door in the middle of the night. I was comped free coffee for this incident...would not recommend if you value safety.

It was a nice stay @ your hotel. We had lots of room & we could some great views & sights out on the patio. The location was close to the airport & it was convenient based on things we had going on in Miami.

Exploration stay.

Room was very clean and new. No shelves in shower to hold anything. Managemant explained that it was a privately owned apt and status controlled by owner. Hotel has no restaurant or bar . Management was very helpful.

Nice stay, will come back!

Many of my outlets happened to not work and I was literally only given one tile for bathing end 24 the floor. The amenities were basic for a suite room.But the place was pretty clean and my balcony was extremely small. I chose a suite off of the appearance in the photos. And I just come from the w hotel. So it was very much a huge difference for all I paid

Clean, new and modern, smelled amazing!!! Bathroom had no counter space. No temperature control in shower. Water is off/on and very hot. I'm really nit picking there though. For a nights stay, the lack of counter space is doable. Would recommend this hotel all day long.

Awesome stay and great customer service skills

The front desk personnel were amazing. Valeria was very helpful, kind and has great customer skills. I spoke to my family and friends and now would like to stay here.

The Good: Modern esthetics, full kitchen, good HDTV and fast Internet, Good breakfast at the Soca cafe, good-looking pool area (that we didn't have time to use), gym had free weights and cardio machines, unit was spacious and slept up to 6. The hotel was centrally located in Brickell, only a few blocks from Brickell Center and Mary Brickell Village. Destination Dispatch elevator needed no waiting. The Bad: Fewer towels than people -- we had to ask for towels. Contruction next door was noisy and annoying. Air conditioning was whimsical and almost impossible to program. Nightstand drawers were glitchy. Check-in took forever. Kitchen was sparsely supplied with silverware. The Ugly: No storage anywhere, just 4 hangers for 4 people staying for 5 nights -- had to ask for more. Single table lamp on one of the nightstands. No clocks anywhere in the unit. No room to hang wet towels. Closet doors were always in the way. No shower door or curtain. Location was really noisy -- could hear loud cars and bikes well after midnight.

Very nice hotel. Staff was wonderful, especially Kevin the valet. Neighborhood is ok daytime, a little sketchy at night. Facility itself was very nice. Pools were clean and nice. The spa was nice too.

It was OK, nothing to rave about the air didn’t work that well, but it was also extremely hot. It was hard to get towels and sheets and stuff like that but overall, it was a decent clean place to stay.

We had a great experience with Melany, she was very easy to talk to. The room we stayed in (301), needs to have a tweak in the temperature, you had areas where is really nice and cool, but not all the room gets the same treatment. One thing that i was not a fan of, was the bottle of water free the first night, but then if you wanted more water... you need to refill from a fountain down the hall... you could have a vending machine, if a bottle of water is too much for your margins.

Disappointed from Jersey

The hotel is ver nice however they do not mention they are doing g construction next door which did not allow sleeping in aand enjoying the pool or balcony. Also, the fee for early check in is ridiculously high for a 45 min early check in. Upon arrival I look at everything there was hair and spots on the bathroom floor. I did go down and housekeeping came right away. Another thing is there is no way to contact the front desk without going all the way to the lobby! Overall very nice hotel and convenient to many locations.

I loved the property. The only issue I had was that I paid for an ocean view room, but I didn’t get one. Additionally, everyone there speaks Spanish, so it was difficult to communicate unless talking to someone at the front desk. The staff were friendly though. There are plenty of things nearby like food, groceries, and the mall.

Had a fire alarm issue that was brought up to front desk early in the day. Went out and came back at 10pm and issue was ignored. Fire lemons going off every 60 seconds with. Loud beep and an announcement “low battery”. Also very loud. They couldn’t fix it at 11pm so had to move to a new room. Quite inconvenient.

There was a construction near the hotel. But other than that love the place. They had eating fast food walking distance. Hotel beautiful.
