The place overall was quite nice, the staff were friendly and helpful and there were things to do in walking distance. However the wifi was temperamental, meaning there was no internet.

No hot water on a January night

1st night had no hot water to take a shower for the entire hotel... It's a cold January day ... we traveled whole day, hoping to have some good night sleep after cleaning up, but couldn't even take a shower. Very disappointed. It did come next day.

If you like this then there's plenty.

The hotel website claims they have contracted parking space during accomodations but the fact is that they do not offer any parking discount as they claimed on their portal...what a waste of time to stay at this hotel with 3-room bookings.

My room was clean and had all the proper amenities. The staff was friendly, but only spoke a few English words. I had lots of problems with the wifi connection. Staff wasn't able to help much. I was on the 4/5 floor and the traffic noise was loud.

Hotel is not clean. Even though its a non-smoking room. The room have weird smoking smell. Even though the nice staff came to manually filter the air for us, the weird smoke smell came back on the next day. The weird smell stayed on all our cloths too. The room is not very clean too. Would not recommend to stay.

Super friendy staffs

I truly enjoyed my stay in this cozy hotel. Because the room was very cheaply priced but yet well located near the night market and the train station etc., I was honestly not expecting a good service from the hotel staffs. However, the receptionists, whom I met were all female, were super friendly and very helpful. Whenever I had a problem, such as finding a place to go for example, they tried to provide all sorts of possible supports for it with big smiles! During my stay, I truly felt like at a home. Due to this family atmosphere, I happened to help them for a small thing. Then, in return, just before my departure, I received a gift from the hotel owner. I realized that the lady whom I occasionally encountered at the check-in desk with a big and very natural smile was the owner, and no wonder why all the hotel staffs looked happy! Her leadership for being friendly seemed successfully permeated throughout her business. I regret that I could not see her at the time of departure. My room had no window, but well-conditioned and very spacious. The room Wi-Fi and air-conditioning had no problem at all. Only a possible problem can be a noise for a sensitive person. The people’s talk at the laundry room right in the front of my room was quite aloud. I do not recommend this place for a family for a reason, but good for ready travelers! Once you become a part of this friendly team as a customer, this place can be your home in Taiwan.They will be like your family! I will be back! 感謝!

Nice little hotel close to the railway station

This is a nice little cozy hotel close to the railway station. Due to its location, it is very easy to get around the town.

It was great experience. The rooms are nice and clean. They call me to double check if I need room service. I enjoy the experience.

Value for money

Room was spacious, well maintained and clean. Walking distance to station and night market.

Dont stay here

The hotel provide prostitution service and you can easily see the them walking in and out the hotel. The bed bug is everywhere. Me and my family members were bite by the bed bug. not much choose for breakfast

Avoid staying at this hotel, bed bug is everywhere. Our families stayed here for 2 nights and all of us were bite by the bed bug. The hotel proving prostitution service as well and you can easily see the prostitute walking around in the hotel. OMG

Just a random 2-night stay in Kaohsiung

The room is rather spacious and comfy. Nice staff, taxi calling service is time-saving as well.

On the very first day the hotel staff told me that my room was facing the sunset hence my room will be warm. After switching on the air conditioner for the whole day running, it maintained at 30 degrees Celsius which I thought was really odd. The room never did cool down. In the end I changed rooms and the other room was slightly better. Only much later I realise their central air conditioning had problems. It was good on their part they try to do a service recovery, but what I felt was the staff may have lied to me with regards to the initial room condition. Overall the staff were friendly, they were obliged to help me out and recommend me places to go. Overall I would say a pleasant stay, but I will unlikely return to this hotel again.

Convenient location

Room is spacious, comfy bed, and hotel staff is friendly and willing to help. Great location too! But there are LOTS OF ANTS!! Both in the room, toilet and the cafe (where you have breakfast). Asked the staff to help clean but no improvement at all as they were just everywhere! Also, you better not to have any expectations for the breakfast. The only two hot dishes ran out as soon as they start serving! Expect to wait for another 15min before they replenish any of them. The other food items didn't look fresh - eg. dried-out mandarins, few tea bags that are half open. Bargain rate but I am sure you can get better option at this rate

Close to subway and night market

Staff is polite and helpful. 5 minuets to MTR and 15 minutes to night market by walking.

Big room for two single beds

Location was a little dark at night, and walking to the liuhe night market can be a good 15 mins away. Was expecting a big reception counter as seen in photos but was surprised by a really small one. Didn't like the room without window, felt claustrophobic, so we upgraded to one with windows. The room was sufficiently big, and the single beds were big too. However aircon wasn't really functioning in one room. One big grouse was that breakfast selection was only a few dishes, about less than 10. And the staircase area was a little dark. However staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice room

Nice two-bed room with large space. Good to have supermarket nearby.

Its location is pretty good! A big night market is just 5 min away and a lot of food restaurant is around. In addition, there is a coin laundry in the hotel, which is very helpful for long stay.

Convenient location in central kaohsiung

staff very friendly and helpful. Staff can speak some English and helped to write directions in Chinese to get to my desired tourist attractions. Very close to city govt CTr (04) on east-west metro line.

噪音多隔音差

아주 오래된 건물이고 내부도 오래되었다. 화장실도 냄새가 나는데 청소는 되어 있지만 오래된 건물 하수구 냄새가 올라온다. 뜨거운 물도 처음엔 안나오는 줄 알고 절망했었는데 다행히 오래 틀어 놓으니 미지근하게 나오긴 했다. 화장실 문도 오래되서 닫히지 않는다. 방음이 전혀 안되고 다른 방에서 화장실 물 내리면 물소리도 다 들린다. 모기가 엄청 많아 잠을 제대로 잘 수 없었고, bed bug도 있는지 온 몸이 가렵다. 리뷰가 나쁘지 않아 예약을 했는데 리뷰에 전혀 동의를 할 수가 없다. 대만 여행을 할 때는 숙박비 예산을 더 쓰지 않으면 여행을 망칠 수 있다. 예산이 가장 중요한 경우가 아니라면 절대 선택하면 안된다. 하룻밤 잠만 자고 간다고 생각하고 선택했는데 온 몸에 두드러기가 생겼다.

古いホテルですが、立地が六合夜市に近く交通の便が良いのと、安いです。そのためスタッフは、夜9時以降は、不在になりますので、注意が必要です。

我原本搜尋就是要過夜的旅館，希望業者以後不要再把只有3個小時休息的選項放到架上供旅客選擇，以免讓人上當。

値段が安かったので特に期待もなく宿泊した。随分前にホテル部屋内は禁煙になったみたいだけど、煙草の臭いが気になった。古いが掃除はまあまあされているといったところ。 チェックイン時、従業員の方がとても親切にMRTの場所やらを教えてくださったので好感が持てた。 部屋のテレビのリモコンとドライヤーをフロントで渡されるのだが、（盗難防止のためチェックアウト時に返却）そのシステムが面白かった。

因房客不多，早餐是套餐 好吃。房間有些灰塵、沒有煙味，整理還ok

駅やコンビニが近くて便利

駅やコンビニが近くにあるので旅行で利用するにはかなり便利です。 ホテルの部屋も広くアメニティグッズなども充実していました。無料の朝食も美味しく従業員の方達も対応も丁寧で好感が持てました。 また高雄に来た際は利用したいと思います。

値段以上の快適性です

2回目の宿泊です。今回は2泊しました。 値段が安く、立地がいいのでとても気に入っています。 次も泊まると思います。 部屋はシンプルですが、スーツケースは広げられますし、 アメニティは一通り揃っています。 寝間着とリンスはないので、必要であれば持参したほうがいいです。 窓がない部屋をリクエストしていますが、 今回窓付きの部屋にアップグレードしてもらえました。 が、隣の古いビルが見えるだけなので、 景色を重視しないのであれば窓なしでもいいかと思います。

飯店很乾淨，附近有夜市、便利商店，離捷運站也很近，價位很合理，很推薦。

預訂了三間雙人客房，其中有兩間房間發生了房門卡無法使用，當下聯絡櫃檯也無法處理，只能請櫃檯人員協助開門，同時櫃台值班人員表示隔天會請人協助解決問題，但是隔天晚上回飯店後仍有一間房間依舊無法正常開啟房門，當下值班櫃台人員也不知道有這個情況，令人無法接受 除此之外，第三天回到飯店居然發現客房床頭櫃出現了不屬於我們住客飲用過的飲料罐，令人懷疑在我們外出的時間客房所發生的情況，總之不太推薦

房間乾淨整潔

房間乾淨、整潔、安靜，缺點沒有提供停車場，所提供與業者合作的停車場還要收費，對於開車的人士頗不方便，大廳不應該在裡面，人員服務還ok,外面提供的飲水機開關好像有點故障，應請清潔人員清潔房間時，順便巡檢是否有異常，並即時維修避免房客使用時感到不便。

실내 인테리어가 마음에 들었습니다. 침대가 아주 편안하고 욕실도 깨끗하며 편리했습니다. 로비 서비스가 아주 친절했고 아침식사도 만족스러웠습니다. 야시장이 가까워서 좋았고 강변도 멀지 않았습니다.

駅から近く分かりやすい場所

地下鉄駅より北へまっすぐ行くと大きな看板があるので分かりやすい。 六合夜市は徒歩圏内。 高雄駅前までは20分程度歩く必要がある。 部屋は広かったが窓が全く無かったので屋外の様子は天気含め分からない。 朝食は1階バーでバイキング形式。

地下鉄の駅が2つ使えて便利。 清潔感があって広さも充分でとても快適でした。

予約時に簡単生活商旅の漢字名が記載されていないため、Simple LifeHotel で街中を探しました。看板にも小さな英文字が書かれているだけです。 部屋は小さいです。日本のビジネスホテルと同等です。 受付の女性たちは親切です。日本語は通じません。英語だけです。

快適綺麗✨

綺麗で安心して使用できました。また使いたいと思えるホテルです。 六合夜市近いですが、地元の人の夜市は少し遠いのでタクシーで行かれると良いです。

客房整潔舒適，服務員有禮貌 離捷運站及六合夜市不遠，位置算方便 因打風關係第一晚住不到酒店，店家肯取消Booking 退錢，感覺很不錯 由訂房前開始到入住前Email 有問必答，十分Helpful

步行五分鐘左右就到捷運站，鄰近六合夜市，有多間便利店，又多食店，應有盡有，超級方便，酒店方面，服務員很有禮貌，房間舒適，推介

地理位置不錯﹐下飛機後﹐乘捷運﹐容易地達﹗ 給大家一個提醒﹐在市議會站4號出口﹐左轉向前行﹐大約5-8分鐘﹗ 只是面口不容易找﹐一定要小心留意﹗ 我在網上訂房的時候﹐注明包早餐﹐只是到達後才發現沒有﹗

房間很大，單人床很大很軟很舒適，但隔音較差。酒店職員態度良好。地理位置好，近市議會站，可步行至愛河及六合夜市。

area ok, newly re-decorated hotel since Jan 2016, but well known by locals as love hotel, still can see those type of business is still on going on site, so do not recommend a family stay. room are nice and clean.

ＭＲＴ駅が近くて、便利でした。

まずは、小さなアリがいてテレビ裏や床に何か動いていました。その点気になったので星が減っています。それをのぞけば内装は綺麗でとても良いのではないでしょうか。 後、鏡が洗面所しかありませんでした❗

相片不可靠，有點被騙！

冷氣極差，雖然有掣可調，但不能將溫和度降下,永遠都是26度，夏天不能可能的 不要話包早餐，應該是説免費提供咖啡和小點！ 房間已有人入住，但同時比同一房間比其他人 洗手間突然有一天冇熱水

市議會站5分鐘路程 附近有點靜

我們訂了兩種房型一種是business twin bed 另一種是deluxe queen bed。 business twin bed的房間是簡約風 除了房間的桌子很多螞蟻浴室有點舊其實都不錢。 但另外一間deluxe的真的把我嚇到 那個佈置是好像有點奇怪有幾根大的羅馬柱子鏡子又對著床 不過職員都很好幫我們換房 還送禮物給我們

　部屋の空調があまり聞かずに暑かった。ただ台湾のコンビニのように寒いくらいにはならないというだけで、普通の人にはちょうどいいかもしれない。 　スタッフに関しては、女性の方が英語がしゃべれてお店の予約もしてもらって満足

一間可值得再去入住的酒店

酒店設施十分齊全，員工亦十分友善。加上，附近有不少小型食市、超市和便利店，對於午夜會餓的我，真是一個不錯的選擇。下次再去高雄，定會再選擇這間酒店。

CP值很高的酒店

附近有超市和便利店，而且距離捷運站只有10分鐘的路程，所以這間酒店的CP值很高。另外，員工十分友善，當我有關於酒店設施的問題時，他們亦很樂意地回答。

近捷運站交通方便。酒店職員很有禮貌，熱心。 浴室熱水要開十分鐘才有熱水，有點不便及浪費. 早餐太少選擇了

Nice hotel

酒店鄰近地鐵站，方便也易找！雖然不是豪華貴氣的酒店，但房間勝在舒適和乾淨，與價錢成對比，物有所值！下次再去高雄而花費有限實在是首選房間！最後員工也有善地解管客人問題,值得一讚！

지하철 역이랑 가깝고 아늑한 호텔:))

1. 시의회역 4번 출구와 매우 가까움 접근성이 좋고 호텔근처에 슈퍼가 있어서 매우 편리함. 호텔에서 길건너에 50란이라는 유명 버블티 가게가 있음. :)) 2. 친절한 직원 3일 동안 지내면서 4명 정도의 직원들이 교대로 근무했는데 다들 친절하고 적극적으로 응대해주었다. 3. 조식 만족함 1층 호텔 bar에서 먹었는데 요리 가짓수는 적었지만 아침마다 잘 먹었음. 조식 먹는 손님이 적어서 조용하고 여유롭게 잘 먹었음. 4. 객실 3인 예약했는데 4인방을 주신 듯해서 널찍하게 잘 썼음. 침구랑 베개가 푹신했고 방에서 에어컨 온도 조절도 잘 되었음. 5. Etc 대만 여름 날씨는 상상초월이라 세탁기 돌림 -30tw 리우허 야시장이랑 걸어서 8분정도 흥륭거라는 아침 식당이랑 걸어서 5분 시의회역 4번출구에 공공 자전거 빌리는데 있음 향원 우육면 가려면 호텔가기전 정류장에서 3번 버스 타세요 10분 정도 가면 됨. 버스비 15tw 결론 : 가족이랑 갔는데 처음의 걱정과 달리 남는게 있나 싶을 정도였음. 개인적으로는 넘나 괜찮아서 다음에도 이용할 생각임^^

環境有點雜

附近有超市,酒店房間設施新,酒店職員態度友善,但有點慢,環境有點雜,很多小姐接客,讓人覺得很奇怪!!!!
