This property was ok, but was dirtier than the last time I stayed there.

How can I rate the facility? I tried to cancel the stay. my trip was postponed due to illness and when expedia was notified my requested was ignored

Decent place, Ozamiz is rough like most other places in the PPS. Staff very friendly and courteous. What can I say it’s the Philippines.

I have been traveling for 40 years!! This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Owner is extremely stingy and the complimentary breakfast is a scam! I booked a stay here before and cancelled and they never returned my money! The travel app just needed a name from this sorry excuse for a hotel and they hung up on her!! Worst customer service ever!

For Ozamis this is possibly the best. Ate at the hotel and it was an interesting mixture of quite literally 5 star quality and not so good. Their blueberry frappe was so delicious I wanted to do a second one. They had a shrimp dish, which I can’t remember the name of that was basically cone shaped spring rolls that were again 5 star and phenomenal! I applaud their effort at the quintessential club sandwich. However they are hampered by availability of ingredients and the sandwich was just very poor due to that. It was however, freshly made with care, but unfortunately it was just not good due to ingredients. We upgraded to the superior room for a very modest fee and the bed and pillows were as good and comfortable as any hotel I have stayed in any anywhere in the world for 10 times as much… exceptional.

Terrible Parking even worse Wifi

Not many choices in Ozamis. Terrible parking and even worse WiFi. We were using data because you couldn’t do anything on Wifi.

The plumbing is terrible! Hire, or better yet train, personnel to properly install and maintain the plumbing. I truly thought the sink faucet fixture was going to break off in my hand. Aside from the plumbing… the King(?) room was fantastic and I hope to stay there again!

No hot water. Warm at best. If you sleep in late no hot water at all. When you leave the room the power is cut. No air conditioning and refrigerator is shut off until you return. Nothing like walking into a hot room and your drinks are warm. Nice place otherwise.

There was no microwave nor refrigerator for the room food I did not finish. I had to throw it out because I could not refrigerate or reheat. There was mold around the bathroom door. The showerhead needed to be changed could not adjust shower. Height Internet was off and on very slow at times very poor, very weak signal other guess that had children was allowed to create much noise in the hallways early in the morning

We stayed here while visiting family. Do not book unless you are sure of how many nights you want. We left a day early and could not get a refund.

Security: most doors are not equipped with security door locks. There are no safety deposits for your valuables in most rooms except only at Royal Suites. There is, however, a security guard on duty at the front door 24- hours. Restaurant: The menu selection is somewhat acceptable to foreign guests ( Westerners) but the prices are not what you see once you get the bill. This is a rip off. Reprinting the menu to reflect correct pricing might help. Room rates are reasonable Staff are very courteous and helpful.

The check in was a little slow but overall experience was great. The staff was very accommodating to my requests.

Nice hotel. Get up early if you need hot water. Good location. Staff were excellent. Stayed 2 weeks in May of 2022 and 4 weeks in February of 2023. I was surprised they charged me for a 10 minute ride to the airport but it was only the equivalent of $6 US. I’ll definitely stay there again this autumn.

The split-type air-conditioning unit drain pipe was blocked, causing water droplets inside the room floor. We requested the hotel staff to provide us with a pail to catch the water droplets. During bedtime, I experienced discomfort due to bed bug bites and woke up one morning with multiple small red bumps on my front right leg.

I was comfortable with this property.

Nice place to stay, everyone was very friendly and helpful, clean rooms, hot water, we did not eat there but the food looked good, definitely staying there when I go back

The staff were phenomenal! Absolutely the kindest and most polite people I’ve ever dealt with. I arrived 6 hours early to check in and they gave me a temporary room after traveling 48 hours while my room was being cleaned. I’m definitely staying there again.

It was okay nothing to special, theres no better option when it come hotels in ozamis city. But had a terrible experience when I check out charging me with extra bed when where not even using it. The front desk need to train how to communicate to their guest. She’s unprofessional.

Good hotel, let down by little things.

Convenient city center hotel. Probably the best hotel in Ozamiz. Good parking outside, watched over by the security guard. This could be a very good hotel but let down by lack of attention to simple things. The restaurant closes at 5pm so no food available in the evenings. We had to avail of Food Panda to have some food delivered. Breakfast only available between 8am and 10am. They do bacon and egg, but cannot do toast! Only served with rice! The Royal/Imperial Suite is very comfortable. It had a nice bathroom, with a big bath, but you could only fill the bath by using the shower attachment! It has no bath tap! The water pressure was low and not very warm so the bath is effectively unusable! This was our second stay at the hotel. We use it because of its convenient location.

Staff very friendly,,, but very noisy hotel, especially when they have a party which seems daily.. Food gave me diahrea..

Overall it is nice and clean but need to work on bedroom lighting, new bed sheet and towels.

They were efficient And have us a room even tho we arrived earlier than check in time. The breakfast food at the coffee shop was horrible. They didn’t clean my room and room service cutlery was made of plastic. Room has a smell. And there was constant banging and construction just above the room.

Very good place to stay!

Overall experience was good. Very comfortable place to stay. Just a comment on their security guard though, we had a problem in going out from the parking space and the guard on duty didn’t even bothered to help us. Even in looking for available parking space was quite difficult as the guard on duty didn’t even care where you can park. It feels that we were all by ourselves in looking for parking space. The guard on duty doesn’t care at all. Nevertheless, the stay was very good.

The place has a great Breakfast location just right by the lobby, it is also close to Mercury drug

The bathroom sink was clogged. Water was stocked can’t go down. The toilet was clogged when I flushed it, so the dirt overflow on the floor

its the same way every time we stay at the Royal Garden, the staff are so awesome and the place is in the heart of Ozamis which is great
