I like the downtown location, in the center of everything. Can’t not use the table and chairs in the breakfast area. The bathroom shower head not working properly.

Had to park around, didnt see any private parking spaces

The floors were very dirty…in the hallway, the elevator and, more importantly, the room and bathroom. My husband walked barefoot for just a minute and his feet got so dirty that I was disgusted about it. There was limited space to put down our things (no bureaus). Room was frigid, and we had not control of the temperature. Had to call the front desk and they had to come with a key to change the setting. Hotel has only street parking so you’re basically on your own for that. On a positive note, the woman at the front desk was friendly.

I like the price for one night. I don't like that the employees need more experience. In my room 404, there was no remote control. I reported it to a female employee and she told me that another guest take it to the from desk and no one has returned it to the room. That answer for me is absurd. The pool area needs more cleaning.

Theres too much noise in the surroundings until late at night.

Staff provides an Excellent service and they are costumer service oriented. Highly recommend!

Great hotel and great expirien

At the restaurant downstairs we ordered chicken wings i request the sauce with hot sauce and they make it the way we wanted ,they went a extra miles. Overall the personal very pleasant. And room very clean .

Price and locat

They charge me 2 towel for some stain on it. I stayed in lots of hotel and they washed the towel without problems. This is a method to gat an extra money for the clients. Never come back and not recomend it.

Excellent service and the hotel in good condition. Very helpful staff. I would only recommend having Kleenex in the rooms.

Property is excellent, quiet during the night, staff is great, flexible, professional and very friendly.

The only no like it is parking. The rest is really good: friendly, super clean, restaurant food is great.

Nice & comfortable

We were happy to find such a nice Hotel for the price. The staff was very friendly, the room clean & comfortable. The A/C can't be changed. Called down before going to bed to have it changed, but still woke up during the night cold {did use the extra blanket).No on-site parking, but Convention parking wasn't very far. Bakery within walking distance for morning coffee & pastry. Only wish we were here long enough to use the pool. Would stay here again if in the area

The hotel was clean , but parking garage is out of the hotel, also you can hear to every si gel car that goes by . Cleaness and staff was ok.

Everything was fine. The only i didn't like is tha they don't have breakfast. And this town is hard to get something to eat breakfast

Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

The staff was incredibly courteous, room was immaculate and comfy. Only downside, not much in way of restaurants, shopping as it's a small town. Parking wasn't too bad in spite of it being on the streets.

Great stay. Parking can be a little challenging on weekends

They should have two chairs and a table available in the rooms. My husband had to sit on the floor to eat his breakfast because there was no second chair. Also, they should offer the breakfast alternative.

Restaurant was excellent. Would be great to add breakfast option at the restaurant. No parking :(. Everything else was OK.

Nice clean rooms and property.

The hotel has very pleasant and helpful staff. The lobby was clean, the restaurant has yummy food and the bar even yummier drinks. When I stayed there the room was clean, quiet, and the AC worked beautifully allowing me to rest comfortably. Highly recommend for a hotel in the southern part of the island.

Everything was clean, a nice plaza in front to go a walk or to grab a drink.

El personal de servicio no fue amable. No te orientan de estacionamiento y teniendo el Hotel vacío, no entregaron la habitación hasta las 3pm. El ruido de la calle se escucha muy fuerte hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Y para colmo, los aires se apagan a mitad de noche dejando el cuarto súper caluroso. Cuando llamas al front desk no contestan. Pésima experiencia

We loved everything about this property, but the mattress of the bed was tough and so was the pillow. That would be the only thing we would change.

Way to much noise outside until 0100 sometimes later, no hot water in the morning, no room microwave no hair blower, they have control of the Air Conditioner, hot early in the morning and sometimes freezing during the day...

It was a pretty good experience at night it was loud because of car passing by but after all its pretty good.

Excellent for a weekend stay and see points of interests within Penuelas and other nearby towns.

Live music, great food

This hotel is a gemstone in Penuelas. Stayed on an upper floor which reduced the street noise from the back busy street, it sits right on the plaza of the Catholic Church, and the grounds around and walkability are superior here in PR. There are places to go down toward the river and also trails to hike. Highly recommended.

Nice newly built in small mountains town. Accessible to downtown amenities. Very friendly staff with just the basic perks. Good onsite restaurant.

Property is in excellent conditions and nice for a weekend get out. Teo, at front desk, was very kind and friendly at check-in and check-out time. Restaurant located at the lobby had excellent food. Nice experience!!
