Your money’s good here.
No privacy between the two houses. Wall at the splash pool next to double storey ready to fall. Kids had to be aware. Wooden railing leading to the balcony is unstable. Aircon too small to cool off the area. Double bed matrass uncomfortable. Fan downstairs did not work properly.
