A clean, peaceful place to stay.

I loved the property. The room was perfect and a convenient location for restaurants and other historical attractions. Very relaxing atmosphere.

I have to be honest

We booked a stay here for a couple of days, but we ended up deciding to stay somewhere else after the ranch told me that they do not allow horseback riding at the ranch. I asked via text message if there was anything else to do at the ranch or a website that I can find, but the question went unanswered. I texted the owner and let them know in advance that I did not intend to stay and asked if I could still stop by to look at the horses. They did not answer about the horses. They only responded by letting me know that I could not get a refund. I never asked for or expected a refund but I did want to at least see the horses. Again, my question went unanswered

Ranch paradise

Great place to unwind and relax in a beautifulsetting. Will definitely be staying again. The breakfast was delicious worth the extra charge

When we booked this property,we knew it was a unique experience. What we didn't expect was the exceptional commitment to excellence,from the quarters,surrounding property,food(get the breakfast, it's excellent)and overall impeccable appearance!! There wasn't any need that had been forgotten and attended to. Oh and don't forget the beautiful horses!!

Nice stay

This is a very nice place to stay for something different. Quite a large property with many horses. Must be a lot of work to take care of. Be sure to follow the directions they send on how to get there as GPS will take you on a hard to drive dirt road.

Absolutely one of the best places my husband and I have visited. The grounds are amazing with Spanish moss covered oaks, beautiful pastures, quiet and peaceful. Horses wander in the pastures and two of the friendliest German shepherds greet visitors. The house is immaculate and nicely decorated. The hosts were friendly, gracious and kind.

Hidden Gem

Amazing stay!!! Breakfast is second to none!

What great place! This was the ultimate chill experience. It was amazing to sit in the hot tub and watch the beautiful show horses in running in the field. Peter and Nancy were fantastic hosts. So thankful I found this enchanting place.

One night stay. Very peaceful! We enjoyed our stay and surrounding area very much. Hosts were very polite and accommodating. Porch with pool and hot tub was great, and the breakfast was amazing!

Unplug from the World

If you're looking for a relaxing, quiet and peaceful getaway, then this is the place for you. Beautiful serene countryside. Wake up to the sound of horses neighing. Unlike other B&Bs there is a charge for breakfast, but it is worth it. You will not go away hungry.

What a beautiful place to stay! Peter and Nancy are amazing hosts. The breakfast was delightful and we love the swimming pool and hanging out on the back patio. We also enjoyed the tour Nancy gave us with the horses

Rustic & Beautiful

Unique, rustic B &B

We had a phenomenal stay at the ranch that was beyond our expectations. This is truly a gem in the middle of rural Florida. The ranch is operated by a very nice Dutch family. They were friendly and kind enough to show us around the property and give us a chance to pet the horses. The owner was very attentive to our every need and took the initiative to turn on the fireplace in the pool area while we were relaxing in the hot tub. The next day he cooked us breakfasts, including some crepes for dessert. We truly had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Everything about the property was beautiful The owners did a great job at making sure every little detail in decorating the home was perfect. Extremely clean, beautiful room with very comfortable beds. Very nice screened in pool to swim or just relax and watch the stars. Amazingly beautiful, award winning horses on site. Everything about this place was perfect.

Magically Beautiful, w/o the rise & shine included

Had a beautiful & relaxing time enjoying my hobby of photography, & absolutely loved Peter & Nancy's Home very much & it's array of country charm & definitely want to go back & spend more time in the surrounding towns....However one little thing that was the negative of the trip was the previous misleading reviews from guests on having a delicious, memorable, amazing, fulfulling breakfast. You can have *that breakfast" for an additional cost & I was informed at check in (no pricing was given either which made me wonder & feel it distasteful) Honesty, I've stayed at 10 or more B&B's from Key West, Naples, Stuart, Ashville, & and received a fablous breakfast more than a box cereal breakfast w/in the cost of the night stay. That is what makes a B&B that much more magical when you start your day off w/ the inspiration of flavors & artesy from the Culinary hHost(s) to make it grand. I did drive many miles to the beautiful town of Inverness on Veterans Day morning before their Town Parade, enjoying some pumpkin spice pancakes, sausage & a fresh glass of orange juice at Mama's Cuntry Kafe. Just remember to order their amazing breakfast in advance before you check in. Before it will be a surprise to you your your Family. Hopefully this will be helpful advice.

Amazing Bed and Breakfast. Nancy and Peter were so nice!!! They make an amazing breakfast and make you feel right at home. Heated pool, jacuzzi, fireplace in your room, horses on the grounds, and two amazing puppies! We will be back!

Stayed one night and wish I booked longer. Owners are kind and informative. The accommodations are clean and inviting. The property and horses are beautiful.

Our stay was only 2 nights, but we felt like we were away much longer. It was such a beautiful retreat and our time there seemed to multiply. We felt at home with the owners and the horses. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely bed and breakfast in the countryside

Rock Pointe Ranch is a beautiful unique place to stay. There are just 3 rooms and guests are welcomed to the home of the owners Peter and Nancy. Our room was really spacious and comfortable with modern bathroom, comfortable bed, coffee machine, table and chairs and TV. There is a fire in the room but not needed in warm weather. The swimming pool is really lovely- where else can you swim whilst looking out at ponies all around. We were welcome to walk about the grounds of this lovely home too. There are lots of thoughtful touches everywhere- a fridge for guests drinks and snacks, sodas and beers to purchase at cost price, shampoo and shower gel in bathroom, bottled water by the bed. The breakfast is not included but is well worth the extra charge- everything freshly cooked and we could barely move after eating so much! Home made cinnamon cookies with coffee were delicious as were the omelettes and pancakes.

Spring Break Perfection

After several trips to the very over populated Orlando for spring break. I wanted to do something outside the box and chose to take my boys(10yr and 5 yr old) here for Spring Break. SOOOOOOO glad I did. This was absolutely perfect. Clean, Peaceful, amazingly maintained property. Stunning views of the ranch and the horses. Heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi , Outdoor kitchen. We went swimming with the Manatees in crystal river first then drove to the ranch. We participated with meet and greet with the gorgeous Gypsie Horses and also went horseback riding at additional cost but so worth it. You can not leave here without having the breakfast ... simply delicious. OK just another great review to help you make a decision. You will not be disappointed. Happy Mom!

One of a kind

Hidden gem I stumbled on while passing through that part of Florida. The owners and their dog were so welcoming. My room was gorgeous, just like the property. Pool, hot tub, areas to lounge and walk around. Room with TV, fireplace, coffee maker, private bathroom. If ever back in the area, my first choice!!

Hidden Beauty

Amazing night we spent here. Lucky Expedia put this Home on the top. If your looking for quiet, outside the noisy city ambience. This plce is magic. And we feel lucky to be able to see the babies (horse) and touch them! Thank you so much to Nancy and Peter and aso for the amazing breakfast!!! Everything was homemade!

Wonderful, brings peace to your soul. Owners make you feel at home. Nature, horses, chickens, wild deer, and beatiful land made me not want to leave.

Beautiful setting

Unfortunately most hotels I have started in that where in Florida ALL had some black mold in the bathroom. THIS WAS the CLEANEST place I have been in. Not only in Florida but my travels all over the world. I usually travel 4 star locations. The owners are so accommodating. Their home, amenities a very nice. The grounds are so tranquil and beautiful. A great please to do your business and then come "home" and relax with beautiful. Will definitely come back. A little out of the way but so we'll worth it. Thank you.

Beautiful & peaceful bed & breakfast.

We had a later arrival than previously planned, due to an accident, making our travel time very lengthy.The owner was very kind and accommodating. We were unable to enjoy all the amenities.. a beautiful Patio and pool area. A spacious porch with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the peaceful outdoors. A ranch with beautiful horses and a breakfast made by professional bakers. We plan on returning.

Wonderful place surrounded by nature

This place is beautiful and very peaceful. Lots of trees and horses. The owners, Peter and Nancy, are wonderful people. If you need to relax, this is definitely the place to go.
