Very good value

Bed is small, towels are worn out, front desk are not welcoming always eyeing on you. Cleanliness is okay only one toilet paper a day.

Many broken things in the property. (Door lock, toilet). Checked out immediately and went to another property.

My wife and I agree the bed and pillows were very nice, great night's sleep. I wish they provided instant coffee and a kettle for hot water. They do have a hot and cold water machine ou in the hall.

Room was lacking several things we would have liked-- hair dryer, refrigerator. But, the price was good.

Still doing well

Stayed here a lot walking distance to Gmall and roxas friendly staff no issue with guests. For 27 quid with breakfast for two it's a cheap stay. They were doing maintenance on two floors and said the switch over the bed no longer works in Any room hmmm so it's a pain if you forget to turn off the lights at the door TV channels good choice of English movies too

Lobby is best part of hotel and the restaurant, The service is the best thing to look forward to; Hotel not so much.Bed was totally uncomfortable. A couple of roaches were present.

Outdated Hotel in hardware, food, and service

Room and facilities need upgrading. Door difficult to open! Other restaurants are serving boneless milk fish, but they still serving fish with bones! Never improved with staff aged 50 and above who are slow and unmotivated!

Excellent breakfast. Good location. Rooms are a little outdated.

Close to mall

Hotel is a good location near to gmall about 5 mins walk rooms are comfy beds are big staff friendly. My tip add a fridge to your room 100php per day makes it much more enjoyable to have cold drinks. Breakfast is fine but service is slow as ever as staff just watching basket on TV

Stinky pillow cases. Queen bed is two twin bed. Breakfast is on the other side of the building.

We'll FROM HOTEL is very accessable TO any kind of rides gpi going to and back to hotel. There's a should have a mini bar inside the room.

Good hotel but room wasn't clean

Hotel in great condition and good service...my room clearly wasn't cleaned though as there was hair on the floor and cleaning needed in the bathroom...sheets were clean tho

Unused voucher cannot be used anymore after the checkout (we were out for 1 day and did not have breakfast at the hotel), nor it got refunded.

Very good stay

The hotel and stay was good considering the price. Although the hotel was old, it was able to refurbish and keep the rooms in good condition. The hotel is regulalrly improved.

Good value with a few glitches

This property is a bit dated but worth the price. The staff were great and checked me right in. I requested a refrigerator and it was brought promptly to my room. The room is adequate but not spacious. There are a limited number of electrical outlets. The shower stall is quite narrow. My real complaint was with the restaurant. The free breakfast was tasty and filling, but the menu says "juice" so I ordered "orange juice" but was served "orange drink" - like Cool Aid. I asked if the drink was mixed with service water or filtered water and the waiter admitted it was just flavored tap water. Someone needs to train the staff that service water makes foreigners ill. Otherwise it was ok, and I will probably stay there again.

Good for Business Trip

Location is exceptional. Security is tight as well as there are uniformed police officers 24 hours a day. Rooms are big enough considering its value. Looking forward in booking again!

Quiet and peaceful stay in not-so-expensive hotel in the city with a very friendly and helpful hotel staff.

The room where we stayed was good for the price. The only thing that bothered me is the musty smell of molds from the furniture including the headboard of the bed. Other than this, the room is all right relative to the price we paid for.

Good but lacks basic ammenities

Wifi was very bad in my room cannot connect, since many travellers depend on Wifi they should consider to upgrade their Wifi network since its very very bad. Shower is very very bad the water flow is very less cannot take a decent shower.

Fairly clean

Overall staff was frindly. Great free breakfast but having the internet out for 3 days was to long. TV had signal problems much of the time

Good place to stay

Me and my partner were happy during our stay staffs are very good and helpful,we loved it and its good value good food malls and good restaurants are just around the corner.surely we will stay again

We stayed here for 17 nights and the WiFi connection is sucks its comes and go just like the cable tv. The restaurant doesn't serve a good food. As a vegetarian we cannot eat anything. Cleanliness must be improve. The staffed is friendly. The area of the hotel is real bad.

Not bad at all for the price you pay

The bed was comfortable i wish there was 4 pillows. My stay was nice overall. The staff was nice the room was clean. However their cable and wifi was bad the entire 3 nights i stayed. But i would still recommended it!

Basically a 1 star hotel that is in need of a major renovation. Sheets too small for the bed shower scary looking and the towels were very old raggy looking.I spend a lot of time in the Philippines this is not a good hotel.....if you can get this hotel for 800P then your ok...

Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Food was great.

とにかくシャワーのお湯が出ない。Covid 19 前はに滞在したときはお湯が出てたんだが、シャワーが冷水で良ければ立地は良い方なので使えるホテル。 Anyway, there is no hot water in the shower Anytime. When I stayed there before Covid 19, hot water was available. Its so sad. I dont use this hotel anymore.

リーズナブルです。

冷蔵庫ありの部屋をリクエストしたら、冷蔵庫を部屋に運んで設置してくれた（笑）一日100ペソ。それなりにしっかり冷える冷蔵庫だった。シャワーは時間帯によりけりだが熱いお湯も出た。次回も使うと思います。
