Third time staying in Nautic. It is really central to everything. Close to beaches, restaurants and bars. Room really comfortable with good air-conditioning. Breakfast has a great choice.

All good. Well located, friendly staff, ideal for a relaxing few days in the sun.

I needed a hotel close to the airport and this was a great location, and not super pricy either. But also the area around it was super nice for walking around and enjoying the beach. I give it 4/5 in cleanliness, because bathroom could have been cleaned a little bit more, but overall it was great room.

It is a peaceful place where you can enjoy the sun in a private way.

We stayed at Nautic hotel last time and it was good. This time we ahowed up and they did not have a room for us, so they placed us to Las Arenas hotel near by, it is a sister hotel of Nautic. It was very nice! Food was very good, we had breakfast and dinner. Hotel Las Arenas is updated and very modern. It is about 15 min ride from the airport and close to Palma center. Nice shopping area around with lotsof restaurants. Great stay!

Great hotel for a cycling holiday base

Overall, my stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms were a little tired and worn, not quite up to the standard I was expecting, especially for a 4* hotel. One major disappointment was the lack of air conditioning, despite it being said in the hotel description that the rooms were air conditioned. This made the rooms very hot, forcing us to keep the doors open for ventilation. However, this led to a mosquito invasion and loud noise until the very early hours from nearby bars. On the upside, the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast and dining room, on the other hand, left much to be desired. The selection was limited, and the quality of the food was not great. Despite these drawbacks, the staff were friendly and accommodating, trying their best to make our stay enjoyable. Hopefully, the hotel can address the issues with the rooms and amenities to provide a more pleasant experience for future guests.

Very convenient for Pslma snd Airport. Friendly.

Disappointing experience

Staff friendly but the room wasn't in the best of conditions, tile on floor ripped. Could hardly open the door for balcony and was woken up at 6am by loud noise which i found from reception was the hotel staff getting rid of rubbish from right outside the bedroom. No consideration for guests sleeping and no apology offered. There is a charge of €15 to use the iron (never have i ever paid for using the iron) no aircon working, staff advised all hotel hasnt got AC turned on yet - temp outside was 26c.

Ideally located close to the beach, bars and shopping and only a short transfer from the airport. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was a reasonable size, although somewhat dark and overlooked by properties opposite; it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice.

The location is great and we were given an upgrade to a sea view room that was very large with big balconies. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Great Value Hotel

Quick stay here for one night as it was close to the airport for picking up the hire car the following morning after arriving on a late flight. Offered excellent value, clean and modern. Great breakfast included. The only negative was there was a few ants appeared in the room in the morning.

Consider this one!

Great place to stay, I’d of preferred a sea view, also no conserved at breakfast to have on your toast. Staff were super helpful, the rooftop bar is great however the pool is a kind of small. If you want a quiet holiday not far from the city, it’s great!

Good staff, good location, good room

I suggest you find a better hotel. The front desk was rude. Terrible wifi. Dining room is crowded and did not feel safe due to covid. In addition you had no view, even though the beach was close by. No free parking, despite the website indicated otherwise.

I had an amazing experience! It was very easy to find, check in, check out and the facilities were great. I really enjoyed the breakfast, I even had a chance to use the laundry machine facilities which I think not many people traveling use but I was very very happy it was available. The room was exceptional with good a/c , a nice bathroom and patio. I also like how they have a temperature/mask check at the entry I have never seen that before. It is very close to the beach and wonderful restaurants, a supermarket, the train station, airport atm and anything else you might need. I truly enjoyed my stay here!!

My son and me recently stayed in this lovely hotel near the beach, the gym open 7:00-21:00, fantastic spa for a small charge, nice coffee, breakfast was delicious. They have a cosy pool and a bar at the roof to enjoy a fantastic view over the bay. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in Can Pastillia just at the steps of the hotel

Good location, dated room, bad views!

Good location, decent buffet. Rooms and the hotel in general is very dated…. The biggest disappointment was the balcony, the pictures showed a balcony overlooking the beach and the view we got was of another building block really close to us (maybe 6 meters away or so)

Spa Charging? Really?

I booked the hotel because the spa. I was super upset… when I arrived and they told me I have to pay extra money to use the sauna. Unbelievable how a 4 star hotel have this. Also the time limit for the spa even if you pay and the time for the swimming pool. Close too early. I was very disappointed…

Good resort

It’s good and fun in essence.

A good value - clean and nicely located

The hotel was super quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and dinner had a good variety. The only comments we would make it that people could smoke on their patios, so we could not leave the patio door open. Also the pillows and bed was a bit hard, but we got use to it. Shower was fantastic. Internet was hit or miss, but our hotspot worked fine. We might consider staying again. Parking was pretty easy although it was street parking. I suspect during high season it might not be so easy. The people in the hotel and all over the island were super nice and friendly.

Palma Vacation

Great location next to beach and close to the airport. Plenty of great places to eat and people watch.

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff of the hotel is very friendly. The service is perfect. A nice hotel to spend holidays.

Great staff, food was amazing. Central location, overall lovely stay. Could be a it cleaner though, and it was unfortunate that the AC was broken when we arrived and we weren’t even told until 2 days later, so that could have been better.

No air con in the rooms even if I payd for it.

The air con was broken and we got no info. I notice the front desk and the lobby was fresh and cold so I know the aircon worked. I guess the hotel wanted so save money by shutting it down in the rooms. Woke up with headace every morning and not ONE word to apologies or give us a refund. Very disappointed and did not get full rest at nights.

Room was very basis and faced onto private flats. Unable to have curtains open as people can look in. Air con poor.

Very modern hotel and reception area. Perfect location next to beach in Can Pastilla. 5-10min transfer in taxi from airport (13euros). Breakfast good. Rooftop pool small but lovely bar and seating area with sun beds. 25 euro daily charge for Balinese Beds. Amazing steak, fish and chicken at El Gaucho restaurant on seafront. Will be back!

The view was lovely. Staff was helpful. It was in close proximity to shops and restaurants. The restaurant on the property was enjoyable and the breakfast was a full, delicious breakfast. Available excursions to Palma de Mallorca could be accessed both through the hotel or around the corner with tour organizers. It took about an hour to get to Palma de Mallorca.

Staff and hotel was very nice, had everything go needed. The only problem me and my friends endured throughout our stay was that the shower draynage wasn’t working properly so the shower would flood a little or you had to take a very slow, weak shower. Everything apart from that was excellent, especially the location and staff.

Fantastic Hotel

Lovely hotel. Very close to the airport. Gave us a lovely junior suite room which was spacious for 3 of us. Gorgeous roof top pool and bar area which has views of the marina. Would highly recommend

The Wi Fi was appalling. Having to constantly reconnect to it and didn’t connect at all in rooftop pool area. Bathroom was a poor layout, if you were over 5ft 6in you would have to sit sideways on the toilet as leg room was so limited. Air con in room pointed to the floor! So rendered it useless! Only one room key given out which was annoying, €20 if you wanted an extra one. Saying all of the above, the property was clean and an excellent breakfast was provided, I have stayed at this hotel before and found it much better back then. Choose your room carefully, 3rd floor rooms are not the good ones.

First of all I would say I am pretty satisfied. I would come back and I would highly recommend this Hotel. Beach is just in front of the Hotel. This is great for someone who doesn´t like long walk to the beach, as me. I think this place is great for families with kids and for someone who want quiet, nice vacation with beach nearby and tasty food. Hotel is very very clean! All stuff here are so nice, so kind, so polite, I´ve never seen so nice people.Since my Birthday was during my stay I got small gift from the hotel. My room was perfect. If you need kettle you have to ask on reception. Hotel has two Restaurants, one of them is on roof top, which has an amazing view. One objection about roof top, it works only from 10 a.m to the 11 p.m. Otherwise it´s locked. Great breakfast but should start at least half hour before. Also they have a pool and some spa things.This is quiet part oft the city. City center is 45 mins away with the public bus. Ticket for one ride is 1,50€.

The bedroom was very old hat needs a refit wardrobe door out of the track I fixed it back.I am disabled and had problems getting in and out of the bath no grab rails towels where like sand paper and very old.The breakfast hot buffet was just warm I have stayed at this hotel many times and from last year it seems to have gone down hill a little.On a more positive note the communal areas where very fresh clean and tidy the out side was spotless.

Great Hotel

Great stay in a very central location by the marina. Very good restaurant direct across the road. Clean and modern hotel. View from room not brilliant...but I didn't go on holiday to stay in the room and look out of the window. Highly recommended hotel.

Very kind staff, even allowed a room change as ours was too dark....at no extra cost. It was a pleasant stay, enjoyed it.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Lovely hotel in a great location. There was building work going on in the local vicinity, (April 2019)which cant be helped. We arrived very early and did not expect our room to be ready, but it was, which was fab. The voucher for a welcome drink was appreciated. Facilities for cyclists and spa looked great, though we didn't use them personally. We ate one evening in the a lounge bar which was very good as was the Sangria :-) The rooftop terrace and bar were also really nice with great views of the marina. We hade a sea view room on the 4th floor which was clean and comfortable. All in all, a great short break, despite the poor weather.

Nice friendly hotel

With a 2:30am check-in, we were warmly received. Our rooms were clear and comfortable. Breakfast provided an extensive choice wand the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. A very enjoyable stay. Although small, the pool was nice and good fun for the kids. The location is right next to the beach and some nice restaurants. Parking nearby was on the road and very hit & miss as to how close you could get to the hotel.

Very quiet pool area which is always good. The lack of options in the restaurant was a major problem for my partner.

Great hotel with good sea views and excellent food

We had a massive corner room with a great sea-view. The rooftop pool is smallish but not crowded even in high season and the deck area is great with an excellent pool bar. On half board the food was excellent with extensive buffets at breakfast and dinner with good quality food. Would recommend and stay here again.

great location

Clean rooms. Balcony could have done with a paint touch up but beautiful views of harbour and beaches. Close to everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We only went to the pool once as it looked like sun tan lotion around the edges. Shower at pool was blocked and smelt. Breakfast was basic, bread stale but clean. I would return again as the location and views were exceptional for a quiet relaxing holiday, plenty to do for younger ones a bus or taxi ride away. I will go room only next time as there are numerous restraunts and bars to eat within walking distance. Overall a lovely holiday and hotel.

Nautic Hotel

Five minute taxi ride from Palma airport €20 (at 2am so no choice) or €5 on 21 bus (get off at first stop (Hotel Linda). As had a room looking at another room did not notice noise of planes due to proximity to airport. Newish hotel, room was roomy, air conditioned & well maintained. Food was very good with great selection (shame hotels don't offer tea/coffee machine at dinner). All in all great stay & lovely hotel.

Ideal location close to 2 beaches

Ideally located for what we required, nice resort with some good restaurants, we stayed Bed and Breakfast and breakfast was good. Short taxi ride into Palma cost approx 15 Euro, short 5 min taxi from the airport similar price, hotel booked taxi’s and they always arrived on time. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Communal areas nice and modern room we stayed in was very clean but due for an update.

Pleasant and friendly. Great breakfast but dining room large, and noisy with people milling about all the time and queues for coffee machine. Mattress and pillows hard and balcony doors not double glazed. I didn't get time to see pool and spa. On the whole a pleasant stay.

Close to Airport if you need an overnighter

On first impressions the Nautic looked impressive, until you got to your room and open the curtains , to a view straight into two adjacent apartments , No privacy .. Noisy , Hot ( no Air conditioning and the days were only 24c). sleepless nights in pools of sweat . Don’t do 1/2 board, buffet food is below standard, and drinks, even water, are extra , after five days I didn't want to eat there.

Good price, but the hotel room needed a good clean

Amazing! But the wifi not so good.

Overall was amazing!!! The only down side was that the wifi didn't work well (didn't work at all in my room) which I depend on for my travels.

Nice Hotel

I have stayed 2 nights in April. I requested a quiet room and it certainly was! Very comfortable, spacious, pleasant decor. Outdoor patio...The breakfast was very good value for €6 I was unaware that using the steam and sauna cost €10 I saw no mention of this extra in the hotel description. The free Wi-if is a joke. So-Wi-fi installed their crap in my iPad without my permission. I tried to to log in the free wi-if with Facebook and no luck, and then I spoke to the front desk and they said log in with your email. So-Wi-Fi collects your info. Installs malware on your device. I had to log in many times. Don't go near So-Wi-Fi!

We were initially allocated room 315 - the main problem with this room and a number of other rooms is that they look out onto other rooms, even though there was a balcony, the balcony for the room opposite was about 3 feet away, you cannot even tell what the weather is like on any given day. We upgraded for 25 euros a day, which was worth it just to be able to open the curtains and to look out. It is worth paying the extra for a sea view, unless you are happy to just use the room to sleep at night. The restaurant food was very average, there are plenty of good local restaurants.

So-So Experience at Hotel Nautic

We only stayed one night at the Nautic Hotel and overall our impression of the hotel was "ok" ... check-in was easy but when we got into our room the bed was awful. The pillows were small/hard and the bed was like we were sleeping on wood.

Great location, shame about the bed!

The location of the hotel was really good. The cleanliness was also very good. The room was smaller than I expected and extremely hard beds!! The roof top was nice but again the pool was on the small side compared to the photos on the Internet. No balcony which I felt the room needed for the price. Very nice hotel RUINED by awful customer service

Unfortunately, despite the hotel being in a great location and overall being a nice hotel with a very nice room our review has been ruined by the poor customer service at the hotel. A couple of things that simply ruined it for us:- 1) We have never stayed in a hotel before where you are only permitted one cup of coffee in your room for the whole stay! You are only allowed one complimentary coffee from the nespresso in your room on your first day. No other tea and coffee making facilities are provided. 2) We could not enjoy our one and only coffee as the milk provided in the room was seven yes 7 months out of date - regrettably we did not realise until the thick goop slodged from the little carton into our now ruined coffee. 3) when we complained about the out of date coffee nothing was done - and in fact i was accused of lying by the receptionist who said that she had given me extras - she had no so such thing and i can only assume she mistook me for someone else 4) breakfast and dinner in the hotel are a joke - breakfast is okay but it is a free for all with no one available to show you a table etc. etc. when we stayed two of three coffee machines in the dining room were out of order. Dinner was very poor and we saw many dinner items served up for breakfast - we only ate in the hotel one night and then decided to pay the extra to eat out - very disappointing.

Very nice but no English tv channels

Very modern hotel with great harbour and sea views if you choose a sea view room, good sized balcony and Spa facilities. Staff very obliging and friendly. Good location, all in all a good value Hotel

Stay was OK but...

Hotel itself is on good location and appears to be clean and well run. However few things made me raise my eyebrow: one hour late checkout was charged by 30 euros, entry in to sauna is charged by 10 euros per two hours even for hotel guests, breakfast buffet was bellow average and so was the dinner.

All in all good

Great stay. Very friendly staff, good not crowded spa, Selection of TV channels in hotel room could be better for non-Spanish client could be better. I will return.

Meh - at best

Overall the staff was friendly, and tried to be accommodating. However, the Hotel is a 2.5 or 3 star hotel at best. The walls are paper thin; so you'll hear people returning from the bars at all hours, or the people using their washroom. The really annoying part is that when the water is running it sounds like it's coming from your room and it's loud as heck. The bed is super uncomfortable, and the sheets are feel like an awkward sandpaper. For the money (I paid 131 euros for two nights) it would have been ok IF the expectation was that I wasn't staying at a four star hotel. An actual four star hotel on the island (and significantly more expensive) you should try is Hotel Maricel...again significantly more expensive.

Excellent hotel

Lovely hotel in a good location very close to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace with pool and bar are a perfect place to relax. The food is good with lots of variety. The free wifi can be a bit temperamental. It was our second visit and we would happily go back again. It's worth paying extra for a sea view.

Excellent hotel extremely close to the beach!

Normally I'm a citybreak person, so a beach holiday was a big depature from the norm...and I enjoyed every moment of it! The hotel is about a 10 minute bus ride from the airport and costs 3€ one-way, so if you're travelling alone and relatively lightly, this is far cheaper than the 5-minute taxi ride costing five times more! The hotel is extremely clean and modern-looking, with air conditioning, TV, minibar, bath/shower and balcony. The rooms are pretty basic, and my balcony looked out onto other rooms, but if you're there for a holiday you won't be spending much time there. Breakfast was good and the food was of good quality and quantity, with a large timeframe to eat to suit everyone, Dinner was a bit hit and miss, with nothing really matching with anything else, but the quality and quantity of the food and drink was very good, and you couldn't eat out in Palma for the extra price you pay to go half-board. The hotel has it's own gym, spa and separate resturant, none of which I used, but again they are all very much in keeping with the modern feel of the place. Best part of the hotel undoubtedly is the rooftop bar which overlooks the marina and the beach. Drinks are well-priced and it's the perfect place to enjoy the sun if you get bored of the sand! The staff are extremely friendly and all spoke very good English. Nothing was ever too much trouble, from the reception staff to the waiters to the cleaners. Definitely looking forward to returning next year

Quick Stopover

Perfectly adequate affordable stay, needed one night near the airport, expensive taxi rate but hotel can't be blamed for that. clean a little noisy and the breakfast could have been a bit warmer. None of which would make me not want to stay again.

The hotel was OK. I booked two rooms, one for me and one for my mother. Mine had a balcony with a view of a concrete wall, my mum's had one with a view of the marina and beach. The bed wasn't that comfortable, but the room was clean and nicely decorated. the shower was a bit small. Generally it was a bit better than the description here suggests

Modern clean hotel close to airport

We used this hotel as an overnight while waiting for friends to arrive the next day before we started our house rental more inland on the island. We used the spa services while there as well.

Air conditioning didn't work in my room, not enough pillows on the bed, can get a little noisy at night with other drunken guests in the corridors. View from balcony was facing a wall which was disappointing .

A pleasant hotel in a nice environment

Not worth it

What kind of suite's view is other rooms that are 6 feet away? It also has the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. The only difference between this suite and a regular room is a pullout couch. This hotel is a joke when it comes to amenities. I will say the staff is very friendly and helpful and it's only a few hundred feet from the beach but it's not worth the money.

Excellent stay

We had a small double bedroom but like the hotel itself it was modern and functional. Shower was good. Visited as a couple. Upgraded on Expedia to include breakfast and dinner, which is worth the money. One criticism is there is not much choice at dinner for a vegetarian... would be good to see some genuine veg only options. Spa facility is a nice extra, with gym and optional massage etc. Top floor (5th) has a small pool and a sun deck with comfortable chairs. The glass screen shields you from any wind. Also the views are great. Bus stop into Palma is a short walk to the main road (left out of hotel and at T junction turn left to traffic lights). Take the 15 or 30, cost is 1.50 euro.

A stay worth trying.

My stay at Nautic Hotel was pretty great. It definitely had a different touch to it though. The interior was modern and simple, and the perks of the place were amazing. The food was one of the highlights. Also the beach was practically a walk out the front door, so that was amazing too! Overall this place was pretty awesome, even though my stay was during the off season.

Booked just one night as it was close to the airport but would have been happy to stay longer. Clean, modern design and a good breakfast.

No party but perfect for short beach break

The hotel is in a comparatively quiet area of the island which is great. There a very busy and noisy resorts further down the road but you cannot hear anything when you're in the hotel. It is very close to the airport which can of course mean noise nuisance but only if you are very sensitive. The breakfast is okay, nothing special apart from Saturday when they serve sparkling wine in the morning. The pool on the rooftop is small but lovely if it is not too busy and the bar next to it is great for a drink in the evening. The beach is just outside of the hotel and there are many little shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. The best way to get to Palma is by bike, renting is cheap and it is a nice ride along the beach. Overall, the hotel is a little pricey (like all hotels in Majorca) but it offers more for the money than other dated hotels in the area for sure.

Good location

The hotel has a great location, easy to get from the airport and a fantastic view, as long as you book a 'sea view room', otherwise you won't see anything else but a wall. Our corner room with sea view was fantastic.It also had a huge balcony, but it could need some more furniture/lounge chairs. The hotel is very useful for booking any events, boats, cars, as long as you ask the right receptionist (one of them told us to go to the 'Las Arenas' hotel to get more info). Good spa facility, but the personal could be more focused (managed to mess up the reservations twice). The wless works now and then, and when working is super slow. The downstairs terrace has a very limited choice of food menu and bad cocktails. I would recommend using the pool terrace for enjoying cocktails and an breathtaking view. Also, the hotel would look more better if it would be maintained. Our shower got flooded on the first day of arrival. Overall I would say that this hotel is a good choice, mainly because of the location, as long as you have the 'sea view room' on the corner.
