Very friendly and helpful staff. The property itself is amazing. Seaview rooms and very comfortable and cozy rooms. Amazing place. Definitely would go there again.
Excellent customer care and quality service. The food was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Madang needing a place to stay.
Good
I stayed at this hotel based on the reviews which I do not think are genuine. The contact number for the hotel on Expedia is wrong. It is for Tawali Resort which is owned by the same person. I tried messaging the hotel to give them my flight details for pick up. However when I landed no bus was there. No taxis either. I finally managed to get the number and the bus came after 40 minutes waiting at the airport. No greeting or apology, from the driver. Check in was fine. However, my room had no Coffee, Tea, sugar, or Milk. No Soap, No toilet paper either. One towel and one cup for 2 people. When I went to laty down there was crumbs or sand in the bed so it clearly had not been cleaned. We changed rooms but that one had no remote control for the TV. When we complained we were told that we should have taken the remote from our previous room. Ridiculous. There are no phones in the room so you either have to call them on the mobile or go downstairs. The restaurant food is good. Tops marks for that except for breakfast. Barely anything at all just some serials and bread. We had to ask fror fruits. How much does a banana cost? I blame the owner as there is no proper manager just the accountant. The newer staff are not trained. A great pity as the setting is lovely
