The front desk staff and kitchen staff, as well as the housekeeping staff. Everyone was very professional and made my stay so enjoyed. Thanks all. Respectful Charlie Rembert,
Very nice place to stay, quiet, safe, clean, very well equiped. But i didn’t like the breakfast there very limeted choices
This is my impression of my experience in this hotel and I hope to focus on all that I will touch on Architecturally, the building from the outside is luxurious, but surpasses its counterparts of the same category, whether in Bahrain or even regionally and internationally, as well as for the design and furnishing of the building from the inside, the interior design is the best in terms of decoration engineering and color coordination compared to all the hotels that I have tried in Bahrain Or anywhere in the world, but on the other hand, there are points that you must pay close attention to and think about before making a hotel reservation. One of the worst negatives that I encountered, especially in the service of ordering food service in the room, specifically when paying with a credit card, and often the person who tries to pass the card on the machine does not know how to do it. Trying to think of going out on a weekend day, specifically after sunset, you will find yourself in trouble where you will be stuck in a crowd and also you cannot even cancel the idea and return to the hotel, and even if you are lucky, you will be late anywhere at least 45 minutes As for the worst point, which makes me decide not to book this hotel at all,. As the time to leave the hotel after agreeing with the reception staff on an additional time, even if half an hour, simply on the day of departure they will not abide by that, but will call you in a disgusting and provocative way that make
It’s ok
Not so good because of the floor of the apartment. It needs carpet and without it, hard to stay.
amazing hotel
Amazing hotel, great breakfast and also very attentive staff.
Very good accommodations and very friendly staff.
I liked Allan’s didn’t have a problem. Everything was excellent
Perfect location - great breakfast - Large apartments and very clean
The customer service of the staff. The welcoming each and everytime the staffs sees you.
Excellent service and courtesy by all staff members. In one instance, the front desk clerk (Michelle) went out of her way to care for my dining needs after a late-night check-in. Thank you. I would also like to extend my thanks to the hotel shuttle driver whom drove me/us to events needed (name unknown, but drove me to airport 11PM on Tuesday, 11-Dec-2018), who was prompt, courteous, and helpful.
The 2-Bedroom apartment was great. The apartment and rooms were spacious & big. There were 3 bathrooms for my family, 2 adults and 4 kids. A nice kitchen fully equipped in addition to a washing machine for clothes. The apartment was clean in general and furniture was good. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I have a bad back and I didn't get comfortable at all sleeping on my bed. The staff was very welcoming, whether at reception or room service. The restuarant (Skywalk) was good. The staff was also nice to me and my family. The buffet, although simple, was nice. The swimming pool in the roof is small but my kids liked it. The kids area needs improvement. Although the room is big but it is not utilized properly. It could have many things things like table for drawing, video games, toys. The location is good. There are 2 malls close by if you are looking for shopping. There are enough parkings in the basement and outside the hotel. In general, the hotel is quiet and nice. I prefer it for families.
Big rooms
Great room big spaces and comfortable!
The staff was amazing!! They make you feel at home your entire stay the perfect wearher was a plus as well!!!
This hotel is truly and amazing hotel. There moto is "Your home away from home" and they really make you feel that way. Everyone one of the staff make you feel like your family. If you have a request they will do everything to fill it. I will stay here if I ever travel to Bahrain again.
Friendly staff and quite location
We got 2 bedroom suite which was really spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped. There are 3 toilets though the main room shower is slow and looks old Anyways this hotel is good for families There are 2 balconies with small table and chairs. The breakfast is just standard and not much choices you can expect. The quality of food is acceptable. The rates are somewhat high
Very nice people
The most hotel has a very hospitality people and excellent food
Nice place for a family
The staff--all of them--are extremely friendly and courteous. Wonderful heated pool on the roof with gym and steam room and sauna for males and females. Very spacious 3-bedroom apartment with 2 balconies, a big kitchen, a maid's room, study, and utility/washing machine room. Nice location also in Juffair near several bars and restaurants.
Great hotel but overrated
It's great hotel but with the price you are paying you can get easily better hotels with cheaper prices
Great staff!
The balcony had some metal that needs to be painted because it had rust and lots of dust on the glass. Most importantly, there should be extractors in the bathrooms. We could hear construction noise early in the morning on Saturday starting at about 6:30 am. For some reason the elevators required the access card to go to the garage even after we had checked out and had returned them. However, the building was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would return just for that.
Thank You
During our stay at the hotel we had a unexpected health challenge that surfaced. Once, the staff was informed they made it their responsibility to insure we had everything we needed. This included transportation to the local health facility and numerous checkups during the duration of our stay. We want to personally thank the staff for a superb job well done. Sincerely, JB
It was great stay
Outstanding stay
Our Hotel was wonderful , everything was excellent. The staff, the food, the views from the hotel and also the facilities. Everyone working there were more than friendly and the hospitality there was spectacular. Its a place to relax in and leave all the busy aspects of life behind for a while.
fantastic family getaway
friendly staff , great place for family , clean and comfortable
Great for an escape
Rooms are excellent, they are well decorated and furnished. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Would strongly recommend!
Great for Families
The service at this hotel was great! Considering the generally slower service that seems to be the norm in this area, I was very happy with the speed and responsiveness of the service. I loved the room, it was so nice to have two bathrooms and separate space for different needs. I loved the Hertz car service in the hotel. It was very convenient. The only problems I had with this hotel were that 1. There was no hotel bar, 2., there was no jacuzzi area to be enjoyed with a coed (read there were separate facilities for men and women) and 3. there was no heater in our room and it felt freezing the whole time. Even my travel companion who does not often get cold was quite cold and looking for a way to turn up the heat. The hotel had a fairly good restaurant, but it was a disappointment that there was no bar in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to families.
Home from Home
Just so much better than staying in a regular hotel. It's a home from home. In fact this was my second stay within a week and it's so homely I almost asked them to run me a bath on my return from a very hot and dusty Al Khobor in Saudi Arabia. Vanessa and the team were terrific. I can't praise them highly enough and I'm not easliy pleased living in hotels for well over half of the year every year for the past 30 years. On my second stay I was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and I'm not kidding when I say it was bigger than my house. The restaurant was good providing a great breakfast selection, lunch and dinner. Also the Hertz team on site do a great limo service across the Causeway to Saudi Arabia from Bahrain. It's a much better way to arrive in Saudi than at the airport in my opinion. Marriott Executive Apartments are not licensed but that's a minor consideration as there's a pub diagonally opposite with a good band on every night and Duty Free on arrival at Bahrain airport. Can't wait to go back.
A good experience
Good hotel with VERY limited facilities. The hotel has only one relatively small restaurant and absolutely no entertainment.
Great family hotel
This is a great serviced apartment, especially for families! The apartment was very spacious and included two balconies! When we first checked in they didn't have any one bedroom apartments left, so they upgraded us to a 3 bedroom at no extra cost. The heated pool on the roof was wonderful, especially for young children.
Recommended!
A good hotel especially for business, it is calm and accessible. The staff are friendly and helpful.
no atmosphere
This place has no atmosphere. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had in a hotel with this many stars. There is next to no room around the pool and the kids were very noisy. I would not stay here again
Good Apartments
Stayed at the Marriott for 4 nights on a business trip. Found the hotel staff to be courteous and helpful. Restaurant had a good selection at breakfast and the one evening meal we had was good. Rooms clean and spacious with good facilities. My only small problem was no spare power outlet on the desk in the bedroom for laptop or phone charging.
Lonely place...
Dead place..looks like nobody lives there.. Nobody visible in the only restaurant, these apartments have. Swimming pool and the health club is very small and remains empty through the day...
Wasn't value for money
Upon arrival we first noted that there was no kids club as per Expedia's advert. We booked the hotel on the strength it had this facility so was disappointed with Expedia for getting this fact incorrect. Marriott appears to advertise a kids play area which is accurate but mentions nothing of a 'kids club'. Can't fault them for this. The microwave did not properly function. Staff were attentive and replaced it with a different model. Secondly - the hair dryer was faulty. This was repaired/replaced Thirdly - the washing machine was poor. A standard wash took hours and the dryer was ineffective and appeared to take forever. It would also have helped if the washing machine was in a closed cupboard to reduce the noise across the open plan apartment. Poor design. Furthermore, a dish washer was provided but no powder or tablets either provided or sold in the skywalk cafe shop!! Other hotels offer complimentary powders/tablets and cleaning cloths etc. The drains from either the bathroom or from air passing through the air con frequently smelt bad. The balcony wasn't clean. The fridge wasn't on when we arrived. This meant it took hours to cool. The apartment wasn't prepared before our 'planned' arrival. Disappointing and gave us a poor first impression.
Had issues at book in over breakfast being in the price. Tried to book my Wife in online for her flight and used the computer and printer in the business lounge and experienced difficulties with both and asked for assistance and when the staff could not help they just walked off. Awoken at 06;30 the next morning thinking someone was in the appartment to find that it was in fact the drain in the shower backing up complete with a foul smell. Tv kept going off in the lounge. Apart fromthe above all was ok!
Marriott Executive Apartments in Bahrain
The hotel experience was very memorable - one of the best hospitality we've received. Free upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite! Very polite, courteous staff and prompt customer service.
Don't stay here!
If you're expecting Marriott hospitality don't stay here. If you want Wi-Fi internet that consistently works in your room, don't stay here. If you want a staff that is responsive to your needs and wants, don't stay here. If you want to use your Skype phone via Wi-Fi instead of paying US$5.00 per minute for cell phone roaming, don't stay here. If you want a massage by a competent masseuse, don't stay here. If you want to pay a surcharge for using Saudi Riyals when paying for hotel services even though the rest of Bahrain takes Riyals the same as the local currency then do stay here. If you want to wait an hour for room service for a simple breakfast order then do stay here. If you want a first floor view of a dirty construction site then by all means do stay here. If you want your room keys to not work because it's one hour before check-out time this is the place for you to stay. If you really want to see how lacking this property is then go stay at the Gulf Hotel Bahrain and you will see what a proper hotel is supposed to be like. Marriott should pull the franchise agreement with this place.
Marriott Bahrain - Excellent everything!
I went to Bahrain for business. I wanted to stay at a well known brand hotel, and Marriott did not let me down. They let me check into my room at 9am. They gave me a "tour" of the suite. It really is an apartment: two big bedrooms, 2.5 baths, hall closets, living room, large dinning room, and large kitchen. The room was amazing, and the staff were great (friendly and helpful). However, I think the reason this hotel is affordable at the current time (April 2010) is because there is so much construction around it (just a guess). I bet when they pretty up the neighborhood, only the wealthy will be able to afford this one. So, enjoy it while you can!
Choice of stay in Bahrain hands down
Excellent apartments by Marriott. I have enjoyed my stay very much. The rooms are spacious and the up keep is truly 5 stars. The kitchen appliances are all new and everything was spotless. The furniture is sleek modern and brand spanking new. Highly recommended. The balcony is great with folding chairs and table....oh it was just great! The small grocery store inside the hotel is very convinient and they have everything you need for
الفندق رائع.. يرحى توسعة حجم الحوض
مناسب للمحافظين
فندق نظيف ولكن تنقصه الخدمات
شاورني......
روعة...
Thank you
