Excellent services

The pick up from the airport was easy because the communication was excellent. The place was perfect for my one night in transit.

Based on your response, your unprofessionalism and lack of tact speaks volumes. I spent over 155500 on my stay and would not complain about a measly 14500. You are clearly in need of more training because your mathematical skills are subpar. You also gaslighted me when you are clearly the one with a problem. Money is not a problem for me. I don't see why you would resort to tricks and name calling just because of a simply review. I actually find it funny. I honestly don't care what you think about me. I was able to afford all that money for my stay and if I say it was terrible, it clearly was. About my emotional wellbeing, anyone would be angry after seeing the invoice and comparing it with the Mpesa transactions which show I was clearly conned..but no thief will admit they were caught stealing. You can say what you want me but you are clearly the one with the problem. I was away from the hotel for a while and there's no way the cleaner would have been able to clean. Professionalism means you think about solutions with tact, clarity and decorum and unfortunately, you lack in all of this. I know you will still reply with something vile, as a reflection of your own character.

There were people attempting to enter my room at different times and the staff had some thieves. I used to order food from outside and they charged me 14000 saying I bought food at their restaurant.

Very convenient for a one night stay after a long flight from UK. We were very satisfied with the service and helpful staff and the room was spacious and clean for an affordable price. However, we were very warm in the room at night as no fan or air con and bathroom was in need of renovation.

It's close to the airport. The staff were nice and courteous. Security was good. However, the dinning experience wasn't that good. Meals take took long. Once you order a meal, give yourself at least an hour fifteen minutes. The prices are abit high and the food is not that good. They served us half cooked corn bread (ugali). Not cool Good thing Gateway mall is a few minutes walk from the hotel and there are excellent eatery places. There is a fridge and microwave in the rooms. I would stay here again for convince reasons.

I liked everything about the property . Very well kept and kind service.

I enjoyed my stay as the staff was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed the food prepared by the property also. A great stay to have around near the airport.

Its nice

It was okay. The only minus for me was the lukewarm water from the shower considering the weather is quite cild in Nairobi at the moment. However the fridge and microwave provided for in the room won me over. I shall stay there again.

The staff was awesome! Very helpful and responsive.

The staff are very kind, helpful and polite. The receptionist Faith is a wonderful lady who helped us with all our needs.

Difficult to find due to construction but the service is wonderful and the rooms were tidy and pleasant

First, dont understand why the bar wouldn’t be stocked with common beer!!! That was just a miss!! No bar should EVER miss beer. Secondly, we ordered food and it took like forever! Approximately 1hr 30min. That is just unacceptable and this was peak dinner time. Also, its like staff arent sure what is available.

Very new but there was no air conditioning in a hot room and it wasn’t out rather it just didn’t exist. They did bring a fan. You can’t really walk anywhere from the hotel and it didn’t really feel safe. There was no phone in the room so any problem you had to travel to the front desk. Nice room for decent price if you don’t care about air conditioner which you probably don’t need most the year.

Good hotel for 1 day to get to or from the airport

A decent hotel for the price. It's close to the airport and affordable. I would not stay here for more than 2 days. WiFi was terrible. Restaurant was okay. It's a good hotel to stay for the last night or the first night of your vacation.

The property, should have Air condition and the Restourant Services should improve ..

I really liked the hotel but I wish there would have been a way to lock the room from inside so I felt a bit more secure. Great room for the price, security improvement would have been only additional request.

Its an up and coming oart of town, the peoperty was nice. The staff was friendly. Wishing for better internet.

Great location for a good price. Service staffs are helpful and courteous. The roof top restaurant foods and service are excellent.

This property isn’t as nice as it looks in the photos. The rooms have no AC. I asked room service to change my soiled sheets and they redressed the bed with the same one. When I ordered simple things to be delivered to my room, it took hours. There are no phones connecting the rooms to front desk and kitchen. They have a WhatsApp number but replies are delayed and I usually have to call even after I have made an order via WhatsApp. Most of the time, the order wasn’t delivered and I had to place it several times.

The place was nice enough but the was no air conditioning and had mosquitoes so not the greatest experience from that point of view. It’s convenient if you’re staying one night but more than that I would not do.

Little small

This is a very clean nice well kept property, the surrounding neighborhood is not so great. Staff @ this hotel are very friendly and very helpful. I wish they had more on their menu offerings. Cooks are great they make very delicious chicken here.I love it. I will book again when in NRB.

It’s a 35 min drive to airport on a dirt road if you can call it that. Don’t think it’s close to airport

Close to Airport when you need Covid test 24 hours

Beutiful hotel, freindly people, secure building. BUT the road there (12/28/2021) was brutal. Construction and a little rain made the road to the hotel almost impassable. Kind of fun was the cows being herded by the hotal in the morning

Great option near NBO airport

If you want to stay close to the airport this is a great option. Nice, clean, modern rooms with a microwave and a fridge. Walking distance to Gateway mall which has a grocery store and a food court. Taxi to airport will cost sky 650 ksh. Hotel also provides on-site Covid test for return flight to the US. I think there is a pool although we did not use it. They also have a paid shuttle service to go the city. Highly recommended

A yet uncovered gem

We only stayed for 10 hours between flights but were certainly positively surprised. The receptionist even drove to a nearby restaurant to pick up the meals we had ordered there. It really is ideal to spend time between flights as it is very close to Jomo Kenyatta airport on the Mombasa road.

Excellent hotel ; only the location is deplorable --but that Nairobi's airport is not too far.

Room was disappointing

The room had a lot of insects. Did only get one towel, when we were two people.

This hotel is near the airport so quit cheap and quit clean. But run away, we've been there during our transit to go back home after holidays, the girl at the front desk, Faith, will ruin your good mood ! The driver to the airport was only saying words... of course no smile at all. And to be honest 10$ to do less than 5 km is a bit to much, we ad a uber for the check in for 3$... And he's was nice and smiling !!! But mostly everyone in this hotel, no smiles, no courtesy. Seriously those people should change work if you are not able to smile at customers.

Cheap and close to airport but slow service

Cheap hotel close to airport. We tried to order a bottle of white wine, waited for 30 minutes and then they came with a bottled of red and didn't have white at all. The road next to the hotel is really dusty so you can absolutely not walk but need to take a cab up to the main road.
