The only part of the resort that is beachside is the check in desk/ restaurant. The rest of the rooms are across the street, and you can hear bikes and cars until late at night. I stayed four nights and housekeeping never cleaned my room or provided water.

No so friendly staff..

I arrived at 9pm at night after my ferry arrived to the island late. Two staff members at reception asked why I come so late and told me I was too late to get the room. They eventually locked up and walked off. I eventually had to knock on the caretakers room to get the keys to my room. The room was filthy. I stayed one night and checked out in the morning. I strongly advise to stay away. There are much better options on the island.

Great place

Pros: friendly staff, decent pricing, great location on the beach. Cons: facilities could use upgrading, but most of koh tao could as well. Great place for the price.

Nice, next year i will come again like every Year. The Managerin is a very competent Person.

Nice place but noisy

A nice resort very close to the beach with a restaurant wich propose good food (not so cheap...). The principal problem is that our room was close to the road and we had hard times to sleep (scooters, dogs, bar music...). Also, the room was not so clean and the reception lady was not so nice, quite grumpy. The young man (could be her son) was much nicer and friendly. He speaks good french and english !

The room itself was fine, nice quiet location near a few restaurants and nice pool

Clean hotel with swimming pool

Room looked like in the pictures. Clean, nice private terrace and fun surprise that the place had a swimming pool. However, they could have been clearer that the room with fan had no hot water (but it works for a short stay). The bed was very, very uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a good stay. Friendly staff.

Nice

I had a fan room in August, near the pool. Was perfectly ok for my needs. Great value, near beach, with great pool, good restaurant on the beach also. Near everything in Chalok which is quiet compared to Sairee. Some of the rooms are high on the side of the hill and would be a real challenge to get to. Not for the physically challenged. The area is full of younger people. 18 to 25 main ages i think

hotel could use improvements

Just ok. Grumpy staff. Lots of ants. Nice location. No bottled water or soap left for us, once they finally cleaned.

super ANT highway

I think this place was built on an ant hill, way too many ants in our room. They won't clean daily or pick up trash, leading to ants everywhere. Staff was rude. Positives were the hotel is close to the beach and the lovely pool.

Right on the most busy street of Bangkok But it safe and fairly quiet in the room. I like it

Cheap but not the most comfortable

Convenient location, lots of dive shops, good food, and bars within walking distance. No AC in the room, the beds were really hard, and no toiletries. We were looking forward to leaving and staying at another place. Staff was kind and helpful though.

HORRIBLE mattress, left early.

I know I was about to sleep in a cheap place without an aircon. The toilet without the flush was no problem for me (bucket with water was provided). Dirty pillows? I can ask for new ones (they were mouldy I think). Cold shower is fine as well, after all we tried to safe some money. The sheets were washed, but had some stains, not to bad, we had that in more expensive places as well, can happen at home too. BUT it was impossible for me to sleep. The mattress was so old, that you eventually had to meet in the middle of the bed, sleeping in a valley of a mattress. We checked out a day earlier and got a hotel, a nice one. If you are looking to safe some money, Koh Tao is not the place for it.

Nice detached rooms close to the beach

Set close to the beach this resort is perfect for a short stop over. Our room was at the top of a steep stair case with views across the tree tops to the sea. The room was had a fan a double bed and a toilet/shower. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable and parts of the room were very dirty with masses of dust under the bed. But as a budget accommodation it was ok. Friendly staff, nice food not too expensive.

Just for 1-2 nights close to so so beach

I have stayed there last year and feeling was much better. This time we were only visitors (though on ALL booking sites this hotel "stayed all booked") and I guess that's why it was a little dusty. Garden was not cleaned, territorey seemed abandoned by cleaner personell. Price for hotel is a little bit overrated especially considering present conditions of hotel. This year it made glooomy impression. Wish this hotel make relevant homework and try restore old "beauty".

Clean and average

We booked online just one night and extended our stay once arrived.we travelled in october so ko tao is very quiet during this time, we only booked as it said there was only one room left.Upon arrival the walk in price was cheaper than our supposed discount booking online, and the place was virtually empty, i would suggest just arriving during low season. room was clean and tidy, the hotel rents cheap scooters 150baht a day being that it is away from the main drag a scooter was necessary. Small group of shops and 7/11 5 min walk up the road, opposite a pretty bay but we never swam here as wf foundmuch nicer and cleaner bays elsewhere on the island. Great if you like to be away from noise its very quiet. we had a fan room and totally didnt feel the need for air con as it was cool at night. No frills accom but fine for a few nights bring strong deet repellent there are mosquitos everywhere

very hard bed but everything else was good

Nice place to stay, internet was good untill the final day and a half when it wouldn't work at all. The bed was very hard and they were all like that. Close to beach and cheap

Nous avions réservé 1 chambre standard basique. Mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés il ny avait personne a la reception qui se trouve à droite de la route en arrivant du port alors que les chambres se trouvent a gauche!!! La vision de la salle n'avait rien a voir avec les photos vues sur le site. En fait c'est en rénovation. Laccueil a été froid. Un monsieur nous a accompagné jusqu'à la porte de notre chambre, apres en avoir fait rapidement le tour, nous avons ete le voir pour lui dire que cela ne nous convenait pas car petite a notre gout, meubles vieillots, chambre sombre au rez de chaussée. Il nous a proposé un bungalow en hauteur et beaucoup plus confortable, spacieuse, salle de bain propre avec eau chaude, vue sur la mer, balcon. Nous avons bcp apprécié cette attention. Iĺ y a une piscine mais pas jugé necessaire du mettre 1 doigt alors qu'une belle plage se trouve à une minute en traversant la route!!! Ns avons loué le scooter a l'hôtel même. Ils sont les moins cher. Par contre ils demandent en caution de garder le passeport nous avons refusé mais avons donner une caution de 150 euros qu'ils nous ont rendu le dernier jour apres verification du scooter. Faites bien une vidéo avant de prendre le scooter comme ça pas de soucis. Des restaurants sont pas loin et pas chers. Nous avons apprécié la plage.

Not far to the beach, just one minute walk, enough restaurants around here and 7 eleven nearby. The hotel is ok, but to hot in the room. And they dont clean if you dont deliver the key to the reception.

クーラーの無い部屋を選択したのですが、シャワーが温水は出ずに水のみでした。 周りの気候が暑かったので、水のみでも十分でしたが季節によってはつらいかもしれません。 部屋は十分きれいですし、ルームメイクしてもらった時にチップを置いていたのをそのままにしてとっていなかったのには、違う意味でこのホテルのマナーの良さを感じ安心できると思いました。 バルコニーが広めに作られており、ここでゆっくりでき食事をとっている人達もいました。 ただ、安めの宿になるので周り宿泊客のマナーが悪い時があり、これには非常に残念な思いをします。 全体的には良いホテルで、また使いたいと思います。

Bra hotell med trevlig personal, rent och fräsch. Ända nackdelen var att sängen var hård.

Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Prima locatie, super dicht bij het strand. Vanaf het restaurant kijk je op zee en eten is prima. Zwembad is ook schoon en ligt er mooi bij. Kamers gedateerd. Vooral onze badkamer was niet zo geweldig.. zelfs lekkage.. bedden zijn redelijk.. voor low budget kun je misschien niet meer verwachten maar de badkamer mogen ze echt wel wat aan doen. Kamers zijn verder simpel maar prima, wel redelijk ruim. Personeel wel super, regelen alles voor je en erg behulpzaam.

Ok rom m/flott beliggenhet

Jeg og min kone bodde her i 9 dager. en bra lokasjon om du dykker på en av de nærliggende dykkesenterene. siden vi ofte måtte opp tidlig er dette perfekt. hotellets komfort er litt utdatert, men den er grei. sengene litt harde. WI-FI fungerer bra. restauranten på hotellet prøvde vi kun en gang. uten og bli noe spesielt imponert. alt i alt en bra plass og bo til en lav pris. kan ikke forlange mer når prisen er så lav.

海の見える静かなホテル

宿泊したのはエアコンなしの部屋であるが、高台にあるため眺めがよかった。 海風が吹いて涼しいのでエアコンなし（扇風機）でも問題はない。 客室は清潔も水回りは若干古い。しかし、１人で宿泊する分には問題なし。 従業員はみんなフレンドリーで好印象。

这个渡假村位于查洛克，价格非常便宜，有自己的游泳池，酒店餐厅在海边，坐在餐厅吃东西，看着大海听着海浪声非常舒服，在查洛克也非常方便，有便利店，餐厅和潜店，我们在这里住了7个晚上，很不错

Stort fint værelse, lidt problemer med myrer og fjernsyn. Sted helt ned til stranden og god lille pool. Flinkt personale som er hjælpsomme. God mad ved restauranten (dog ikke store menuer) og hyggelig bar med reggaemusik. Tæt på alt hvad du har brug for. :-)

Nettes Resort in sehr schöner Lage

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits des riesigen Touristen-Rummels in Koh Tao an einer wunderschönen Bucht. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht außergewöhnlich aber sauber ordentlich. Das preis-leistungsverhältnis stimmt also :)

praktisch gelegen

Basic bungalows am hang ok. gute netzverbindung auf dem zimmer. ende strand gibt es kayaks fuer 200 bath am tag.... unbedingt paddeln ( Achtung winde beachten) um an ungestörte Orte zum Schnorcheln zu gelangen, oder an einem ruhigen Platz seine Haengematte aufzubauen.... Ansonsten ist die Insel recht zugepflastert mit Wohnanlagen...und dem ueblichen Touristenzirkus Es gibt noch viele Anlagen, die prizipiell nicht uebers netz buchbar sind und deshalb auch keine Vermittlungsgebuehr abfuehren muessen und so guenstiger sind als die Offerten bei den netzagenturen... ;-) viel Spass

宿泊のみならコスパ良し

チェックインの際、予約がされていないと言われて驚きました。その後hotels.comに電話で確認をしてくれましたが、どうやら現地ではfaxでやりとりしていたようで、結局確認ができませんでした。それでもこちらがアプリの確認画面を見せるとチェックインをさせてくれたので、ホテルの対応は良かったと思います。 海辺で眺めも良く、寝るだけの滞在なら問題ありません。 室内はファンのみでエアコンもなく、アメニティーもなくタオルのみ。 宿泊費を抑え、多くを求めない方にはおすすめです。
