No me gusto la limpieza, tanto el baño como las toallas estabn sucias, no hay menu de precios del minibar y no hay personal en resepcion que hable español
I absolutely loved it, I'll be stay here again.
Amazing location, walkable to most places on the strip, convenient tram system
Don’t Book Through 3rd Party!!!!
Room was dated. No housekeeping the entire stay. Horrible view. The blackout shades wasn’t blackout at all. Staff was really nice however I will never book through 3rd party again. Horrible experience overall
Always Enjoyable
I always love my stays at the Vdara. The rooms are very clean and modern and I just really like the vibe.
A little issue with the free parking/valet service upon check in.
Vdara - Gem for nongamblers
The room was impeccable and clean and in really good condition. We really appreciated the convenience to the other hotels. We are not gamblers and enjoy the LV dining experience, so this was perfect. Not to mention the very convenient backside entry.
Some appliance not working. Curtain was broken. Night lamp, tablet both broken. On the cooking range, only 1 burner is working. Otherwise everuthing else was good. And the late checkout was awesome.
Good property and we enjoyed our stay. Quiet and less crowded. Daily deposit was too expensive. The bathroom faucet kept making noises most nights
Beautiful place close to strip walkways
great place
Everything
Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was not clean upon arrival. Shower did not drain. The bed was comfortable. The maintenance staff was prompt in fixing shower and replacing bulb in bathroom. You have to pay extra to have room cleaned during stay which I was not aware of.
I didn't realize that booking through Jet Luxury would mean that my room wouldn't be maintained as a regular hotel room should. It appeared dirty when I first checked in and never was maintained throughout the stay. I wouldn't recommend booking one of the privately owned rooms at the Vdara, you should just book via the hotel itself. Also, they were resurfacing the pool deck the entire stay (staring at 6am daily), right below my room so I was woken up each day to drilling and other construction noises.
Super easy to check in and all the amenities of the Vdara. Perfect.
The stove top only heat 1 working burner, garbage disposal did not work. Advised front desk and maintenance man came up checked it out and confirmed it didn’t work. Advised they would need to get approval to repair and never came back. These were reported on day 2 and we stayed for 5 days. Will not stay here again.
Great location and friendly staff
The cleanliness was horrible, the shower was not cleaned correctly, there was underwater and a shirt from a previous guest so had to keep clothes in suitcases as I felt that if we put our stuff in an empty drawer it was not sanatized correctly. Sad can’t use the fridge in a room we pay that much money for. Can’t get points for the amount we spent because we used jet luxury unacceptable will more than likely not return.
Clean
Location and Access to Other Properties
Great location with modern rooms and amenities. There is a passage system with easy access to the Cosmo and Bellagio - saving tons of time getting to the strip. No gambling so a bit more subdued - but great lobby bar.
We stayed at Vdara Hotel & Spa for four nights over Thanksgiving and had an incredible experience. The luxury suite with 270-degree views was absolutely stunning—perfect for taking in the Las Vegas skyline. Traveling with kids was a breeze, thanks to the spacious suite and the hotel’s quieter, non-gaming atmosphere. The free valet parking was such a convenient bonus during a busy holiday weekend. Vdara offers a perfect mix of modern luxury and family-friendly comfort. Highly recommend!
The room needs a new sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was disgusting. The room furniture needs to be updated. Loved everything else about the property.
Freezer is not working and requested for service several times but still no one comes to check. The faucet is loose, dog next door bark loudly.
Nice clean room, easy access to other casino .
Love the hotel!
great stay overall will come again
our stay was great although room service was an added fee everything else made up for it. front desk staff was amazing especially whomever checked us out. she was efficient ,helpful and kind. the valet service was complimentary but the service itself was a bit tardy on several occasions.
excellent
WE LOVE STAYING AT THE VDARA
Very nice, huge suite/condo. More low key since there’s not a casino downstairs. Aria, Bellagio, and The Cosmopolitan steps away. Great cafe downstairs.
Amazing View, Great Rooms
If you stay here, get the Bellagio Fountains view. You not only see the fountains, but also the Sphere, which is amazing, and the Eiffel Tower. I don't usually stay at hotels that are this nice, but I've been in some nice ones and this was top tier. The staff were lovely, the rooms beautiful and comfortable, and the view terrific. Easy access to the Bellagio, where we went to see "O" by Cirque du Soleil.
Excellent property. Clean safe and close to Aria restaurants. Rooms are spacious. Only drawback, no coffeemaker in the room. I asked for one and they wanted $20 per day for a coffeemaker in the room. Ridiculous.
It was a good stay but the fitness center doesn’t open until late. For convention folks who want to work out before a busy day of meetings it’s a whole part of our routine that isn’t supported. Other than that it’s a fantastic stay.
High floor amazing view of the fountain. Kitchen was very useful especially with kids. The room we stayed was very clean just needed some cosmetic fix such things as A door on the washroom was broken, one of the nightstands vinyl strip, range hood filter missing, missing some grout on tiles. Mini fridge wasn’t closing properly. We inform the front desk clerk. but I got a different answer …to give condo owner a call myself…???
Loved the hotel and room. The room was spacious and bathroom was extra spacious.
Got water shut off without notice half way through shower.
Excellent stay, will highly recommend
Nice quiet, refined hotel without the typical sensory overload from a casino being at the property. If you want that, just walk to Aria or Cosmopolitan in 2 min. Nice place for down time.
Loved the location and ease of getting to the main areas that we were interested in.
Really nice place amazing views
I had booked an apartment room and although it looked very similar in the pictures, I’m sure I got the smallest room available. It looked nothing like the pictures in terms of size and view. The furniture needed to be polished/dusted but overall it was nice and quiet. It was nice to have a kitchenette with a fridge and sink.
!
The Bar had great food
It was great except for the late check in, they kept us waitting for an hour and half because they did not have the room ready and they did not had any ADA rooms.
Good sized rooms for a family. Kids didn’t love the pullout couch but mom and dad enjoyed having their own room!
Wonderful hotel & friendly staff. Loved that it’s a smoke free hotel w/walking distance to Aria, Cosmopolitan & Bellagio. Rooms were very spacious & quiet.
loved evrything
Its close to bellagio ,aria, cosmo and everything. It has free vallet parking complimentary for booking. Room is clean. Its just the shower room spilling water when showering we have to put towels on the floor. Dog friendly and they have dog park.
Perfect Vegas hotel. No casino is just amazing.
Had to pay for cleaning services
Many problems with the stuff
Wonderful apartment at Vdara
Amazing apartment. Very nice hotel overall. Kind staff. Located right on the action
Waited for an hour past check-in time to get our room. Was there at 2:45p, and didn’t get in until 4:20p. Ridiculous. Do better.
Shower pressure was low, missing a few trash cans and a fridge was out but things happen and it’s Vegas! We made it work. Love the location and staff.
Jet Luxury is my favorite way to stay in Vegas. Great experience and communication, reasonable prices.
Loved the complementary valet with room purchase
N
My stay was amazing and the room was so comfortable. I wll be booking again.
The view alone from this room was well worth the money! Staff was awesome, super friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend
Family friendly and no smoke policy is awesome.
Beautiful Hotel!!!
Vdara Jet Luxury is beautiful! Highly recommend it to everyone. Superior rooms, great restaurants, bars, 24hr market, Starbucks, access to other casinos without having to walk outside!!!
Lack of communication with the property owner, the front desk washed their hands saying that any problem will need to be taking to the owner of the suite.
Customer service was not good.
Traveled with friends for a basketball tournament and stayed at Vdara hotel. We requested a room close to each other or the same floor since the key card does not allow you to go to other floors, the hotel was not accommodating at all!! It was very inconvenient because we had to meet each other downstairs every time we needed something from each other. We will not be coming back!! Not a good experience.
Great stay
Awesome stay !
The condo was clean and quiet. The refrigerator didn’t work. Other than that, the hotel itself was nice and centrally located.
Bougie on a Budget
Came for a group trip to celebrate a birthday. Group was staying at Aria, so we wanted something close but budget friendly. Room and view were way above my expectations. There’s a couple of things that could use some TLC, but overall our room was just as nice if not nicer than the Aria suite our friends had. Would definitely stay again!
Was amazing!! No casino but you can walk to aria or cosmo to gamble.
Great rooms, very responsive staff.
location
everything we were very comfortable
I wasn’t allowed to upgrade my room . The a/c was hot it wouldn’t cool down at all . I couldn’t sleep because the room was to warm. There was trash left over from a previous stay that was really gross . It was under the sink . It seemed like someone just threw it there as there way off hiding and cleaning .
Everything was great.
Great View
We love the Vdara. But this time the suite we stayed in was not well cleaned, there were leaks in faucet in the bathtub... doors were spilled and dirty, fridge wasn't working, the bathroom mirror lights didn't work, couldn't do make up in the bathroom, kitchen faucet had an issue as well.
Great Area!!!! I would stay there again.
The property was beautiful and centrally located on the Vegas strip. Trying to get to the location is a challenge since the parking structure is far away from the property. Upon my arrival I had 2 minors with me and we had to walk about 10 minutes, through stairs and a tram, in order to get there. Valet parking ia $40 on the weekend, self parking is $18. I had to call the front desk to get all my questions addressed as due to this reservation being owner owned I was able to get free valet parking but I only came to find out after the fact. There is a $200 card deposit that will be required and $500 cash deposit if no credit card is available. They front desk did work with me on this so it was appreciated. The property is luxirious and spacious. This is more of a timeshare rather than a hotel. You will not get room service. Initially a bumpy experience but after everything did get smoother.
Stayed for 4 nights with a non working refrigerator, maintenance checked it and reported a new one was needed but we never got one. They didn't couldnt even switch rooms because i booked thru expedia. Just very disappointed
Dog-friendly property
I found myself needing a dog friendly place to stay in Vegas and this was perfect! It's so nice to have an option without a casino that is connected to many of my favorite spots. The dog park right outside the lobby is so convenient.
Close to T-Mobile arena, quick Uber trip to get there
Bathroom shower leaking..
I had a deeply disappointing stay at Vdara through Jet Luxury Resorts from June 13th to June 17th. The room did not match the booking photos, was extremely dusty, and had broken amenities. Despite having over $8,000 worth of equipment in the room, maintenance issues were not addressed, even after multiple requests. I was promised a $200 MGM Rewards credit for the inconvenience, which was never applied. Jet Luxury Resorts, acting as a third party with no on-site personnel, failed to resolve any issues, leaving me frustrated on my 30th birthday. I am now seeking a full refund due to the severe inconvenience and health risks I endured.
Awesome stay
This property is good. But renting from Jet Luxury is a mistake. There is no perks renting from Jet Luxury. I found out the pricing is the same on Vdara official website. However, renting from Jet Luxury, you don’t get daily cleaning like the rooms from Vdara directly. Also, we had broken sofa bed. I called the front desk for help, but they just said they have high call volume, so can’t send anyone to help. I booked for 6 nights, and after calling a few times. They only provide a roll away bed for 1 person. So the other person is stuck with the broken sofa bed. Should not have renting from Jet Luxury, I think the hotel management is not helpful with privately managed units. With that pricing, we should have booked directly from Vdara website.
Everything was great check in was 1:30 late but we where compensated with free food for the wait minus hiccup everything was amazing
Had to wait 2 hours to check in since the Vdara systems were down. Manager was not able to compensate us for that. Room did not match the description, photos showed a much different layout. Room refrigerator did not work. Television entertainment hub was also non functional. Have stayed here before and had a great experience however this time around it was subpar. Very disappointed
It was cozy

Anniversary getaway
We love Vdara and have stayed more than once. It is central to where we like to go with lots of food options and shopping nearby.
It was good overall
This was a great spot. The room was large with a kitchenette and a really great view. It was also nice to be at a hotel near the Strip that you didn’t have to walk through a casino every time you came and went from the room. Highly recommend.
Beautiful condo, center of strip
Great room and gorgeous view of the strip at night. Room is large and feels like an apartment. Valet was included which was great! Room feels a little dated; the blinds do not block the light. So starting at 6am it’s pretty hard to sleep as light blasts the entire room. The shower and sinks drain really slowly. Overall would stay again but bring light masks to sleep.
Nice and quiet, clean, non smoking place. Easy to get around everywhere and everything you need in Vegas. Definitely recommend this place, specially if you’re traveling with family and kids.
Booking via Jet luxury meant that we saved a small sum compared to booking direct, coupled with complimentary valet parking which would easily cost additional $40 daily. You get essentially the same room, less the housekeeping, which is fine for a short stay. Vdara is relatively new, and is walking distance from Aria, Bellagio and Caesars. Highly recommend staying here.
Love the environment
Clean
Estupendo
Perfect location without the crowded casino. Great room and amenities. Would definitely stay again.
Enjoyed the room.
The view was amazing

The only downside was that the rooms were a bit dated, everything else was great.
