The best in Buffalo

What an amazing place and find in Buffalo. Breakfast was stellar and we even got upgraded. Thank you. In the morning, we had warm scones and a healthy parfait with home made granola. We will be back for sure!

It would be great to maybe have a different snack out for afternoon and nights , not the same thing as breakfast scones and fruit.

Best services I’ve ever had. Got to meet the owner Joe and invite to their private billiards room in the basement which was a great way to end our stay.

This place is great. Huge rooms in a beautiful historic victorian home. I don't need a waffle machine and hotel pans full of overcooked bacon and eggs so I really enjoyed their simple but excellent breakfast (yogurt, fresh fruit, etc.). Plenty of street parking. Pricing was similar to many of the local hotel chains and this place was way more charming. If I'm going to nitpick the mattress was a little firm for my taste, but you can't please everyone. As a bonus, there's a La Nova minutes just minutes away...

Excellent Inn

We had a wonderful time. The property is absolutely stunning and so well-preserved. I can't say enough positive things about our room and the amenities. It is also in a great location, walkable to all things Elmwood Village.

My husband & I stayed here for a night on our way back from Canada before our flight home from Buffalo. The hotel is located on a quiet street filled with large beautiful old houses. We did not pay for a parking spot at the hotel however we had no issues finding street parking out front. The staff was incredibly kind when answering our phone call because we could not figure out how to use our key on the front door after we walked to dinner nearby! Beautiful outdoor spaces to sit on the porch or in the backyard as well as unique spots to relax inside including the basement pool table. The room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The stay included snacks and drinks that were free to grab in the evening as well as a light breakfast. For an old home, we also did not hear almost any noise from the other guests staying on our floor which was impressive.

Superb!

Very impressed with InnBuffalo! Beautiful historic building, gorgeously decorated, with awesome architectural features and woodwork. I spent quite some time just walking through the building taking pictures. I loved my spacious 3rd floor room, the Charles Burchfield Suite. The thoughtful attention to detail from service to amenities is excellent and I really loved the breakfast options. Off-street parking (for a small fee) is a plus also! I will definitely be returning!

This unique Hotel have a very interesting history, built in 1898, Origimal owner built it for him and hos wife. Quiet and super clean, breakfast is included. Onwer is very kind, told me about the history of Buffalo. Love it.

Excellent accommodation

The property is wonderful. Hosts are great and there are some lovely seating areas both in and outside the property. Breakfast was good and there were also drinks and snacks available The bedroom was nice and the super king bed was the comfiest I have slept in The only thing I would say is that our bathroom was not en-suite which we didn’t realise at the time of booking although it was only assigned to us.

This was a unique and stunning hotel filled with history. The staff were kind and attentive. The seating areas out front and back were shaded and comfortable.

Our stay at InnBuffalo was a wonderful experience. The facility was impeccable. The staff were wonderful, pleasant and so informative. We will definitely return to InBuffalo on future visits and strongly recommend others to do the same when they visit the Buffalo area.

My fiancé and I were having a stressful weekend due to the weather and our flights being cancelled, but InnBuffalo at Elmwood made sure our stay was relaxing as possible. We will definitely be returning!

Visiting family in Buffalo this has become my go to place. It is always clean and comfortable. I won’t stay anywhere else.

Wow, just wow! InnBuffalo is a great place to stay

Everything about the stay was great. The inn is beautiful, our room was very comfortable and unique. We really enjoyed the Pool room, played a couple of games and had a couple of drinks (which were on the house!). Will absolutely stay again, thanks again folks for a great evening.

Lovely InnBuffalo in a historic neighbourhood

We like staying in unique inns and are so happy to have found InnBuffalo off Elmwood. This is a beautiful historic inn in a lovely neighbourhood close to good restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful...homemade scones!. We enjoyed our stay so much, we plan to return in Spring.

Joseph was an attentive host. The historic building has updated features such as heated bathroom floors among antiques, comfortable bed with a vintage sofa. Our room was so luxurious we didn't want to leave. The breakfast was just right with a selection of fruit, homemade granola, and fresh baked scones. The location was walkable with many dining options. Much nicer than we expected. The other guests were quiet yet friendly. We felt comfortable and safe.

I’m not normally one to write reviews, but this place is great. Beautiful neighborhood and amazing B&B. I really enjoyed spending time in the billiards room. The owner even gave us a half hour history lesson of Buffalo. I strongly recommend staying here when traveling to Buffalo.

What a beautiful place! The neighbourhood was an absolute treat to walk and take in all the great architecture and landscaping, the Inn stood out as a focal point without taking away from the general vibe of the street. The music on the porch set a nice first impression, and the interior left us speechless. It was clean, charming and quite welcoming. Our room, in person exceeded our expectation. The bed felt great and the bathroom was outfitted very thoughtfully. It felt both cozy and private. The breakfast was easily the best complimentary meal I’ve had in my travels and much appreciated, a nice touch with the home made scones and parfait bar options. Staff were all friendly and helpful, you can feel how much care and attention is put into this inn operating the way it does. I would certainly re-book here next time I’m in town and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Buffalo!

Loved the inn at Buffalo

We had a lovely stay at the The inn Buffalo. We wished it had been longer. The inn was gorgeous, and comfortable, the neighbourhood filled with beautiful well cared for houses, and funky restaurants and stores. The breakfast was lovely and thoughtfully prepared and presented.

This house and area have a good vibe. The hosts/owners are friendly, the house is beautiful (in the renovation process). The room is large, with a very nice bathroom and any amenities we needed. Loved the billiard room downstairs. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

For those who relish exquisite craftsmanship of a late 19th century home, value a well appointed B&B, want to be in the heart of a beautiful, historic Buffalo neighborhood, Inn Buffalo is for you! Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast scones we delicious and the fruits and yogurts perfect for us. Hosts are generous with their welcome, snacks, and beverages. We’ll be back.

Stay in Style InnBuffalo

Excellent Inn. Throughly enjoyed our stay. The whole experience was wonderful and peaceful. Our Inn keepers are excellent hosts.

Absolutely Phenomenal

Our stay here was nothing short of wonderful, in every way of the word. The innkeeper Joe was so incredibly communicative, accommodating, hospitable, and just generally pleasant. He really endeavored to make our stay special. He and his staff were always there if we needed absolutely anything, and had some wonderful recommendations for us out-of-towners. Even during a renovation the historical space was clean. In addition, the location is ideal, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would enthusiastically recommend this space to anybody considering a stay in Buffalo, and will go out of my way to return here.

A Pleasant place to stay

We came to Buffalo to attend a concert in which our granddaughter participated. The InnBuffalo was very well located, both for the event and visiting our family. The bed was comfortable, breakfast delicious and available parking convenient. It was fun to see house this beautiful old home was being restored. We look forward to staying again.

The Inn Buffalo is an old house with lovely stained glass, amazing details everywhere. Our hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about Buffalo history. The neighborhood is walking distance to good restaurants. Our stay was fun and relaxing. Nina the friendly lab is another plus.

The history of the building and that area of Buffalo is incredible. Joe the owner can talk at length about both and we couldn't get enough of it.

Buffalo surprise

Then I said lovely restoration of an altar building Interested in show community with many beautiful older homes. The inn is conveniently located. The breakfast was wonderful. The proprietor provided useful travel information for our outing the next day to Niagara Falls.

What a breathtaking experience! We stayed in the H.H. Hewitt suite, which was absolutely beautiful, something out of a movie from the turn of the century. The hosts are very knowledgeable in the history of the city, the house and gladly share their knowledge with guests. I recommend this awesome inn without hesitation.
