The hotel was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant had a wonderful menu to choose from and all was very delicious. If and when I return, I will be staying there again.

Overall hotel was perfect just stuff at the restaurant were not working as professional . Chef was excellent but waitress was not very nice

Well Rested

Was OUTSTANDING, the service from all departments, Reception, housekeeping, waitstaff, restaurant. The room was superior, bed was very comfortable, all amenities, including a bottle of sparkling wine given to us by the hotel for being Gold members with Hotels.com. This may be considered a four star hotel, however they treated us as Five star guest. Next stay here will be for at least five days. The Breakfast I forgot to mention, it was Delicious. Thank you to all your associates for making our day so relaxing.

I and my son enjoyed a lot staying at this property. Very clean, newly and very modern well decorated, very good service and excellent location and excellent breakfast. Thanks to the owner and employees. A very well job done! Harika bir oteldi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Merkez denilen opera binasina 7 8 dakika mesafede. Cok guzel kahvalti var.

Staff was incredible. They went the extra mile every chance they got. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever seen anywhere in the world! Do not miss this! The garden cafe was great, like a little oasis in the middle of a busy urban area. I’m trying to think of something where they could improve, but I’m stuck. My safe didn’t work at first, but Maintenance took care of that promptly. I’m going back to Odessa in another week and originally intended to try a different hotel. But I changed plans since I’ve already found such a fantastic hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location, very clean, cozy and welcoming, every room has different design according to staff, I liked mine and had a blessed time to be there, one thing to notice everything is pricy especially restaurant or fridge food, better not to use it ... but in general it’s a superb Place

A lot of assets BUT ...

Very nice hotel very well located in the city center close to the hot spots. The Italien touch is there and the breakfast is amazing. Everything is there BUT ... We booked a confort room 25sq m (in average as mentioned in the web site) and we had a very small room 12-14 sq m only. Very dark room with a window overlooking a wall. No view. Very small bed and not a king size bed at all (as booked). Noisy AC with electricity issues. Mini bar out of order. Bad sound proofing. Deep impact on the quality of sleep which is the first KPI when you stay in a hotel. All these comments have been shared with the staff three times but no action. The staff is friendly but too junior and no able to make the right decision to fix the issues. It's really a pity as this hotel could be the place to be in Odessa. Please improve and you'll get a best review the next time. And adapt your web site if what you can offer is not what you mention.

This an amazing hotel. Room and bed are outstanding and the shower with the rain from the top and the hand part are also great. The restaurant has a breakfast buffet that cannot be matched. The food for dinner is also really good and on a par with any other around as well.as the prices are fair. It is an easy walk to the major park, the Opera house and to the main street of Odessa.

מלון חדיש מעולה מרוחק 300 מ' מהאופרה אך נגיש ומרכזי ביותר. כנראה בגלל שאין בריכה הוא 4 כוכבים אך היה מעולה יותר מחמישה כוכבים אחר שהיינו בדיוק. חדר מקסים ומשוכלל, טלוויזיה מעולה, תחנות כבלים חסרות חדר אמבטיה מודרני וגדול, שירות מעולה ארוחת בוקר טובה ל-4 כוכבים אך אסטטית ומספקת.

Great location...Home away from home and staff were fantastic, and spoke English. Everything was walking distance and breakfast was good.

stayed another time in Il Decameron Hotel in Odessa. This time service excellent - nothing to complain. All waiters were wearing mask while serving (what is not taken for granted in Odessa...). All the rest - rooms, kitchen, breakfast, cleanliness - was perfect like it had been at my previous stays

hôtel qui se surestime

Bel hôtel près du centre d'Odessa ."Boutique hôtel cinq etoiles avec tout venant d'Italie", le personnel a peu de modestie, surtout que l'hôtel est bon avec de grandes chambres modernes et calmes mais beaucoup de détails rendent le séjour un peu décevant : du carrelage au sol de la chambre, pas de meuble ou accessoire pour poser la valise, un placard très petit pour les vêtements, pas de crochet a vêtements pour les manteaux, table de chevet petite, pas de cafetière mais du nescafe en poudre. Design moderne type scandinave un peu tristounet et rideaux mal taillés. Une assez bonne adresse mais avec des prix bien trop hauts. On trouve mieux pour bien moins cher facilement a Odessa.

Flott hotell, god service og hyggelig betjening. Renholdet var upåklagelig. Men sengen var alt for hard. Jeg har hard seng hjemme ,men denne var ubehagelig hard....Men allikevel...topp hotell....

Harika bir otel, eşyalar yenilenmiş, konforlu , rahat ve geniş odalar. Konumu çok iyi. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde, personel Güler yüzlü ve yardım sever.

Superbe!

Le confort est superbe, c'est un hôtel hyper propre. La qualité de service est plus qu'au rendez-vous. Le restaurant est excellent et jouit d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. Seul petit moins : pas possible de repasser ses vêtements tout seul.. Obligation de passer par un service à 4 euros la chemise.

Fint hotel til god pris og god service. Desværre ærgerligt de først serverer morgenmad fra kl 8 når man er der ifbm forretning .
