The parking was nearby and convenient but quite expensive. The hotel is in a great location!

The hotel is too old and in very bad shape, the elevator is really small (one person with one luggage). The parking the offer is located at another hotel and the place was really bad as well. They asked to keep the car's key and the next day they struggled a lot to find it. Fully not recommendable.

Rather worn and had plumbing problems, causing all the bath water to run across the bathroom floor not down the outlet! Very little sound proofing inside or outer walls so hard to sleep. Floors very confusing and elevator miniscule but did not go to all floors. Dreadful and expensive coffee/tea in lobby. Fine for quick basic visit to centre.

Fantastic location. This is a relatively basic accommodation, but this is expected for the price. I had a large room with bathroom. No complaints.

Enjoyable

Welcoming staff, good breakfast, steady WIFI, clean environment, comfortable bed, TV with various English channels -- all made our four-day stay an enjoyable one. 24-hour reception service was very important for us because we arrived after midnight and also had to leave early. Location is right at the heart of this beautiful city.

Affordable good hotel, 3 mins walk from main plaza

Just a 3 minute walk to the main Plaza. Rooms are well set up, but lacking a kettle. Air conditioning perfect. My only complaint is that the walls and ceiling are fairly thin. You can hear talking and footsteps thru the walls/ceiling. My room ( 103) had a patio outside where smokers go and that would permeate through to my room. I did request a no smoking sign be put on the patio, however that didn’t occur.

Good room let down by no room wi fi and noise leve

Great room, clean and comfortable for price. However, wi fi not working in the room, unacceptable in this day and age, also terrible noise level in reception area in the early morning hours when trying to sleep

Very good location, steps from Metro Aliados station.Very easy walking distance to all attractions, bus stops an Sao Bento Train station. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Great view from room but noisy. No wifi in my room, must stay at 2/F public area to use wifi.

Best location for metro, buses n trains. So convenient to walk because it is in the most popular Aliados square.

Hotel com boa relação custo e benefício

A estadia no hotel Paulista foi muito boa. A localização permite deslocar-se a pé por grande parte das principais atrações do Porto. E se não quiseres andar, podes tomar um ônibus ou metrô. Se quiseres ônibus, pode ser o local ou turísticos. Há todas as empresas a poucos metros do hotel. O café da manhã é bem modesto. Atende a quem não seja muito exigente.

Simples e bem localizado

O hotel é muito simples mesmo, mas é limpo e fica na praça da Liberdade, em frente à estação Aliados - o que é ótimo para quem pretende ir de metrô para o aeroporto.

Nice tv channels

Só quero apontar que a seleção de canais na televisão é excelente e raro de encontrar. No geral, o atendimento é bem atencioso, porém é um hotel de estrutura antiga, a internet funciona mas oscila, mas nada que atrapalhasse. Gostei.

Hotel centrico y limpio. Lo unico que mejoraria son los colchones que son duros. Por todo lo demas una estancia agradable y recomendable.

Localização perfeita

O hotel tem uma localização perfeita no baixo porto e próximo de muitas atrações e de transporte para os mesmos. No geral é um hotel bom e os funcionários são excepcionais.

Gens sensible au bruit s'abstenir

Très bon accueil. Chambre propre et moderne. Petit déjeuner très copieux. L'hotel est situé à un endroit stratégique parfais pour visiter Porto. Parcontre il est sur une artère de Porto, le trafic est dense jour ET nuit. Je suis sensible au bruit et cela m'a empêché de dormir.

Terrible service, parking is a (bad) joke!

I would not never recommend this hotel to anyone, in fact I did not even stay there. The reason for this was an obnoxious young woman meeting me at the counter. I wanted to bring my two heavy suitcases to my room before parking the car, and she began yelling at me because I had to park my car right away! I did not give in, and after telling her the fourth time, I was allowed... Then the parking (which cost 15 Euros) ; I had to drive to another hotel, and then they told me I had to leave the car keys there! After walking five minutes, I changed my mind and went back. The garage door was open, there was noone there and I found my own car keys right away! When I got back to the hotel for my suitcases, a man who appared to be in a leading position began to argue with me loudly because 'the garage door was always closed'. He would not listen to me at all when I told him I just walked in and found my keys. I paid for the stay and got the hell out of there. It was like coming to Fawlty Towers, I would recommend all to stay away from this hotel! Terrible service by obnoxious people!

Numa palavra: horrivel; o quarto encontrou-se em muito mau estado: pintura descascada, ferrugem nas instalações da casa de banho, roupa desgastada e um ruído enorme durante da noite que causou-nos de partir a 1.30 da noite e volver à casa.

サンベント駅からも近く観光には便利です。 まず、支払いが現金のみだったのがビックリしました。また、エレベーターはありますが、私の部屋が中3階で4階までエレベーターで行ってその後階段を上り下りしました。 スーツケースが重いので大変でした。 設備も古く、毛布がありましてが何となく使いたくないような感じです。 ベランダがあり、教会が見えたのは嬉しかったです。

Hôtel extrêmement médiocre avec pour les moins une canalisation défaillante et des wc à poissons....Bref à part son emplacement en hyper centre...je le déconseille!

Nous nous sommes présenté a l'acceuil et la receptionniste nous a demander de règler d'entrer notre séjour en liquide !j'ai trouvé cela bizzar mais je lui ai répondu que nous n'avions que la carte de crédit et que je n'aimais pas me balader avec autant de liquide sur moi...après elle ne voulait plus que la moitié en liquide..nous avons cru nous trouver devant des marchands de tapis !!! j'ai quand même réussi a payer avec la carte visa à la fin Lorque nous avons pris l'assenceur nous n'avons pas pu rentrer tous les 3 car celui ci était trop petit, j'ai du prendre l'escalier avec ma valise. Quand nous sommes entré dans la chambre une odeur de renfermer insuportable, nous avons du ouvrir les fenetres en urgence pour pouvoir respirer de l'air frais!! C'est là que nous nous sommes couché et ce fut l'horreur car à chaque fois que cet assenceur fini sa course on entend un gros bruit comme s'il venait taper contre une masse métalique peut être un contre poids...donc impossible de dormir avec toutes ces allées et venu de clients de l'hotel, portes qui claques, escalier qui grince, j'ai du sortir dire à mes voisins de respecter le someil des autres.. Cet hotel est un hotel miteux pour alcooliques,fêtars en tout genres ,petit déjeuner infâme mobilier banquale qui ne mérite même pas une étoile...et pourtant vous le proposer sur votre site! Sachez que nous sommes vraiment dégouté de notre expérience avec HOTEL.COM et les mots sont justes.

Hôtel très bien situé en centre-ville, facile d'accès, propre et correct. Par contre, vitrage simple sur rue très passante et donc c'est un peu bruyant.
