don't do it!!!
Do not book here.I arrived at the hotel and was told I did not have a reservation even after I showed the comfirmation E mail. Then she tried to charge me more money. The place was dark and musty.I left to find other lodging.A real hassle.
Would recommend as manager speaks English.
good for price charged
Regular hotel
I had issue with water service and thats not ok...
No free shuttle service to the airport (Ben of orbitz.com promised there was free shuttle service). No spoken English by most staff.. Very filthy room (hair in sink drain...was not cleaned by staff whilst I went out for several hours the evening of February 27, 2018, in Guatemala City, though the promise was made). Hotel in sketchy area of the city. Ben of Orbitz.com told me by phone when I made the booking that it is 2.5 stars...but Ben didn't volunteer this information, I had to think to ask him the quality.
Terrible location next to loud bars and heavy bus route
