I loved the location right next to the beach and easy street parking. Great Breakfast! I strongly recommend.

Room with a view

Great location right across from the beach. Nice breakfast included with the stay. The hotel also had parking available for a small extra fee, which was very convenient as we had a rental car. The staff was nice and helpful. Although the hotel was right across the beach, the facilities were quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed listening to the waves day and night. Will definitely stay here again.

I have always stayed at this hotel. But sadly they don't do dinner buffet anylonger . Only breakfast and lunch . I hope it brings it back again soon .

Clean and quiet

Clean, friendly, good size room for single. Toiletries included and very close to the beach. In a quieter area.

Near beach away from town

Unfortunately when we arrived we waited 10 mins while receptionist was on phone to her friend..it took another manager to point out i was right in front of her...the hotel offers many extras ..like parking in there empty car park,sea facing views and lacks character,but is away from town and near beach.

Spotless hotel although small and a lot further away from Old atown than we realised. Very nice and couldn’t fault the cleanliness

Great value for money in Benidorm at that time of year. Small & friendly Spanish hotel, one block back from a beautiful beach & promenade. Basic & clean but with the 2 things that really matter- a comfy bed & good aircon.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable with helpful staff. Only downside was the constant noise in the room from the lift shaft.

the hotel is at the quiet end of poniente beach, but there are a few restaurants and shops in the area. the hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but one thing to bear in mind is that the hotel is small and has a rather noisy lift that can be heard in many places. a pair of strong ear plugs come highly recommended,especially if like me you need a single room,as I believe all of these are right by the lift, as mine was

Great location

If you want to be in Benidorm but without the noise, this hotel is in a great location. It is a very pleasant walk to town along the seafront - it takes about 30 minutes, or you can go into Finestrat. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. We did b and b at which the food was limited but good.

A very Traumatic Experience....

Got there by Taxi from Benidorm Centre....The room was very tiny (3 m X 2) m at most).. It was clean though with a single bed, right next to the entrance door and a nice little balcony overlooking theGot there by Taxi from Benidorm Centre....The room was very tiny (3 m X 2) m at most).. It was clean though with a single bed, right next to the entrance door and a nice little balcony overlooking the back street.The bathroom: lovely clean, small and well presented, ...but... with a bath Tub "Entubed" onto the Corner's wall...with width access only and too high and very difficult for me to access since I am disabled and with limited mobility. I was not able to bend or lift up my legs or knees to get into the bath tub. In other words, I would in no way be able, considering my disability, to use the bath tub or enjoy the shower. So I went down to the reception and notified them with the problem. I was then offered to be moved into a superior room with easy Bath Tub access but ....at extra costs...!!! The extra charges were to double the costs of my originally planned stay. Considering that was not in my plans, I could only refused the deal and insisted on being moved to still a Single room as previously booked with an accessible bathroom or a shower only. That was not possible.I could be upgraded my room to a superior one...

We had a good experience and the staff were very helpful, the food was good but we had to reheat it in the microwave as it was cold expecially the chips.

Buena experiencia.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. Un hotel pequeñito, familiar y muy adecuado. La playa está al lado, lo que hace que no de pereza ir. Además, la piscina muy agradable. Solo pondría dos pegas: 1. Cobran las medidas aunque lleves buffet incluído, cosa que, en mi opinión, le resta calidad a la experiencia. Sería preferible que subieran un poco el precio de la estancia; 2. La habitación olía a tabaco. Entiendo que fue por los anteriores huéspedes, pero considero que hubiese sido adecuado ventilar y poner ventilador (entramos 4h más tarde de la limpieza de la habitación, así que creo que podría haber sido posible). Por todo lo demás, repetiría sin dudarlo. Además, para ir al centro de la ciudad 5 minutos en taxi.

MARAVILLOSO HOTEL LLENO DE GENTE ENCANTADORA

¿Qué decir de mi estancia? Ha sido francamente maravillosa!!!! Desde el minuto 1 todo fue amabilidad y excelente atención en todos los aspectos. TODO espectacular: limpieza, acceso a los servicios, tranquilidad,...., pero lo mejor MEJOR el personal...SIN PALABRAS TODOS súper gentiles, amables y empáticos De Inma, la chica del restaurante, indicar que jamás he conocido a un ser tan bondadoso y adorable. Fueron pocos días pero los suficientes para saber que ese hotel será mi destino en mis próximas vacaciones en Benidorm. !SIN PALABRAS!!!!

Kunne ikke få med kaffe på rommet om morgenen.Noe som vi synes var rart. De vasket ikke rommet så mye, da det var sand på gulvet.Redde opp seng og fylte på håndkler og toalettpapir m.m Beligenheten var for oss super med balkong og kort til strand. Fint med basseng. Stort sett å anbefale om man ønsker å bo på poniente strand langt fra fulle briter

Despedida de soltera

Las chicas que trabajan allí muy agradables y dijimos q estábamos de despedida y al volver a la habitación teníamos una botella de cava en una cubitera. Muy detallistas y todo muy bien.

La tranquilidad de la zona, la cercanía a la playa de apenas 50 pasos. Y que acepten mascotas. Las comidas son mejorables eso si

Hotel moderno y confortable y tranquilo cerca de la playa,restaurantes,cafeteria y comercios . Admiten mascotas. Recomendado para personas en família,parejas o solas que viajen por ocio o trabajo. Trato amable y cordial.

Es un hotel pequeño y agradable, bien comunicado, fácil llegar y muy cerca de la playa.

Lo mejor del hotel es su situación. Las instalaciones comunes están bien. La habitación que nosotros ocupamos era amplia y con un balcón. Sencilla pero no estaba mal sin embargo el baño precisa de una actualización de saneamientos y grifería además de contar con alguna repisa más, la única que tiene se ocupa solo con los productos que facilita el hotel. Por lo demás, es muy tranquilo y el personal muy atento

Buena ubicación, hotel mediocre

Buena ubicación pero el hotel NO es bueno. Habitaciones pequeñas y anticuadas, limpieza mejorable y la comida deja bastante que desear. Si no vas con mascota, es molesto estar rodeado de perros.

tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Ich habe mir von dem Hotel eigentlich nicht viel erwartet, war aber sehr überrascht, sei es von der Lage, wie auch vom Personal (sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit) . Die Lage ist hervorragend d.h. die Nähe zum Strand ca. 5o m. in der Nähe befinden sich auch gute bis sehr gute Restaurants.

Sin duda volvere a repetir!! El personal, limpieza, cercanía de la playa.... sin duda todo perfecto!!

Buena estancia

Lo mejor es la cerca que está la playa, prácticamente primera línea de playa. Camas cómodas, buena terraza, todo limpio y el personal muy amable. La piscina con profundidad y sol y sombra. El hotel es muy accesible, tiene rampas y accesos fáciles. El bufet es lo más flojo del hotel, poca variedad y calidad regular en la comida. El desayuno lo mejor en mi opinión. Lo bueno también es que por la zona hay muchos restaurantes que tienen buena relación calidad/precio.

Hotel tranquilo y familiar muy próximo a la playa.

Hotel tranquilo y familiar ya que solo tiene 55 habitaciones con mucha proximidad a la playa de Poniente(30 metros). El único inconveniente es la comida tiene pocos platos y poco elaborados.

Muy buena ubicación

En menos de un minuto estás en la playa. En cuanto a las camas son cómodas y las almohadas muy limpias y me atrevería a decir que nuevas. En general la habitación se ve bastante limpia. Para pasar un finde está bien para una estancia de más días no estaría.

El hotel está bien..a un pasito de la playa 50 mt

Bueno es la segunda vez que voy a este hotel..pero ya no voy más por esta zona..no es por el hotel está bien.. pero esta muy lejos del centro y especialmente el transporte es pésimo u.esta bien para gente con hijos o mayores..que no se mueven de esa zona..si te apetece comer algo come sobre las 10 noche porque a las 12 está todo cerrado..la playa es mejor que la de levanté.. yo voy en septiembre de nuevo pero ya buscaré algo más céntrico en levanté..allí tienes de todo no tienes que coger taxis repito trasporte que repito es malo lo que es Benidorm..a partir de las 10 35 no hay autobuses además tardan mucho mucho y te toca coger taxi prepara 10 euros para ir a hotel palmeral..y todos los días no puede ser coger taxis..repito está bien para mayores y gente con parejas que sean aburridos..

Hotel practico, cercano a la playa

La atención del personal muy buena, tanto en recepción, como los del servicio de comedor eran encantadoras y familiarizaban con todo el mundo, además todo estaba muy limpio y en los desayunos no faltaba de nada, lo suplian con rapidez.

Det er et flot hotel med en elegante lobby. Check ind var hurtigt, personale smilende, søde og hjælpsomme. Der er wi fi også på værelset, den holdt op med at fungere engang imellem. Hotellet ligger lige ved stranden, dejlig seng, pænt og rent stor værelse, rengøring og skiftning af håndklæde hverdag. Lækker frisk presset appelsin juice til morgenmad. Nogle værelser som vender mod byen har ikke sol på altan, men dejligt altan.

El Palmeral is een kleinschalig hotel en onderscheidt zich duidelijk van de massaliteit van de gastenverblijven in Benidorm zelf. De inrichting van de buitenruimten en de benedenverdieping zijn smaakvol en design (Philippe Starck zou zich hier ook thuisvoelen met al zijn ontwerpen om zich heen). Het ontbijt is wel laat (vanaf 08.30uur)

Hotel céntrico pero muy regular

La primera noche me colocaron en una habitación de dar horror. Tres camas apiladas, sin ventana, el teléfono no funcionaba, total oscuridad, mal olor. Además el aire condicionado se controla desde la recepción y es una lata tener que estar avisando cuándo lo prendan o cuándo lo apaguen. Por ese precio hay cosas mejores . Lo único bueno es la ubicación
