The cafeteria is too messy, the receptionist is kind but uninterested. The furniture is very old and outdated and in poor condition.

On a trouvé des cheveux sur notre lit qui n'était pas à nous. Aussi, il y avait énormément de poussières accumulés sur les surfaces.

The woman at the reception was very nice and helpful. The cleaners were very nice also. Room very clean and comfortable.

Le levier de douche était sale, mais le reste était relativement propre. Le séchoir à cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Idéale pour une place pour dormir à un prix abordable.

Was good. Just need a new heating system.

Great price great location for shows at videoton center. Nice bed good sleep!

Not a great stay...

I was given a room in the older part of the hotel. Not overly comfortable, could hear the people next to me. Front desk man in the evening could use some customer service training, not a very nice person.

There was no hair dryer provided in the room. No spare available hair dryer to lend when we ask. I had to go out with my hair wet on 5 degree temperature.

Vieux style d'hôtel. Propre. Besoin d'un rafraîchissement. La femme de menage avait oublier une débarbouillette salle sur la pole de rideau de douche. Les lampes sont croche ou rouiller. Les plogue ne sont pas trop solides. Des vis de la chambre voisine sort pres du porte serviette dans la chambre de bain. Mais il ont 3 lit se qui est tres bien. Fil dair climatisé pas assez long et vieille fan dans la petite chambre a part.

Very run down.

I was given a basement room that I found oldish and smelling damp. Felt more like a dorm room. I then requested a better room and was given a similar room on the main floor overlooking a staircase. The room was in bad shape, the bathtub was full of stains. The floor is old linoleum. There are obviously fake reviews on this website claiming it is clean and comfy. The smell of marijuana was everywhere in the hallways.

Room was clean but there was too much noise of vehicles from out side. Microwave was not working. Breakfast was not included.

The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly. I would recomend this place.

The bedlines are thin. It would be nice if the hotel can upgrade it to thicker ones.

Staff was fantastic! Very helpful for tourists. Condition of hotel is a bit worn but very clean. Flip security lock knob on our door was broken off and on leaving I realized coat hook and light fixture by door were not attached properly. It looks almost like they’re in mid renovations while keeping the rooms clean and open.

The room at this property had been recently broken into at least that’s what it look like the door was broken. The safe was missing out of the room security camera on the outside of the building was hanging, and you also didn’t need a key to get in the building because of the broken handle.

Old , dilapidated, musty rooms. Basement rooms need a serious update. Definitely not worth $234 for1 night

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and the hallway smelled freshly cleaned as well. Pool area was clean but Sauna was not working. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom was so small the sink was outside the bathroom. Theres no AC but they provide fans for you to use.

We really like this hotel. It looks like vintage. Very clean and comfy. Customer service was very friendly!! . The only thing that missed and would had completed a super good stay is a breakfast. At least a complementary one.

The black guy in the recieption was so disrespectful, he doesn’t talk nicely when reminding us about our time to check out.

The hotel is very old not so clean noise it was supposed to have breakfast only coffee and they don’t change the bed sheets every day and they don’t make the bed every day either The good thing the bedroom is very dark and I slept well because of the darkness in the bedroom

It’s okay.

For $280 I expected an updated room. The water didn’t drain well in the sink, the bathroom and furniture need an upgrade and the bedding was from the 80s. I was disappointed with this stay.

It is easy to get to Quebec City from the hotel. Roos need to be worked on. The rooms door stuck and was hard to open and close, missing handle on night table, ceiling had been repaired but not repainted, hooks on the walls to hang clothes were loose and about to fall off. I've been going there for several years and have noticed the lack of maintenance.

The customer service was excellent and very helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing missing for make it a great hotel is at least a complimentary breakfast. Overall was good!

Numerous restaurants within a 3 minute drive. 15 minutes to get to city center / citadel.

Dark in the basemen. Bulb missing, reported it but was not changed. Small bathroom, tiny shower!.

The feel of the property is homey and cozy.

The pictures were not even close to reality. The room was usable but definitely not clean for what we got. I was discouraged and left the hotel after one night although we paid for two for the families. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in Quebec City for the past 15 years. Never again and will have to be very careful next time I book. We all left unhappy. P. S. The front receptionist named Essam was the only positive thing about the whole stay. He was trying so hard to make up for our unhappy stay but things were not his fault.

Room is spacious and quiet. Overall, very good for family stay.

Easy access to freeway to Quebec city.

Stayed here for two nights. Very friendly staff who did not seem to mind that we couldn’t speak French. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was a bit rundown but we definitely felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was the ac/ heating system was loud. There was no way of silencing the fan. The sink in the bathroom was slow draining other works ok.

The blankets has the smell really bad and dirty.

It’s more a typical motel than a hotel. I was slightly disappointed when I arrived. During my stay, there were people running and banging the doors heavily around 2 am I was not impressed. The walls had leakage, the place definitely needs renovations. But I only stayed in to sleep which was all I needed.

The staff weren't well prepared, they have just coffee in the morning, and no room service or kitchen.

It was a quite and nice place.

Hmmm…there was a toilet paper tube and broken “do not disturb” tag on the floor when I got in, the shampoo dispenser was empty, I guess the room was not well taken care of that day. But it offered parking, it’s close to fast food restaurants, and the price was affordable.

Hope they could provide breakfast and water.

Spend one night in Quebec City with my family. The Hôtel is easy to access (but the are is a little wilderness). The staff was very kind and gave us a very spacious room (we were in six). The room was well-cleaned, with hot water and very warm. The furniture is a bit old, but it was ok :)

The people in the reception area are nice and very approachable especially to Dan and Jeff. And their is one lady but I forgot the name. Nothing to complain at all. Thumbs up for all of them!

We stayed 4 nights in this place. Although the place is quiet old, it was clean. And their service is commendable. Microwave and Fridge were available in the room. They also offer free coffee/tea in the morning. Our toilet sink though was leaking but it wasn't veru troublesome. We requested for to make up our room everyday and they did a very good job in making up the room and changing our towels and sheets daily for the duration of our stay. I informed management about the sink upon check out and they reassured to fix the problem. Overall, great stay! And great location too as the place is close to restaurants.

It was comfortable, but not the cleanest.

I stayed only 1 night and I could of booked more nights. But I thought the bathroom could of been a little bit cleaner, it wasn't spotless.

Simple stay

The bed was comfortable and the variety of soft and hard pillows was great. There is no restaurant there, so be prepared with own food. The only complaint i have is i couldn't get hot water in the shower.

Okay for a bargain overnight stay.

An older hotel with excellent front desk service, also very clean and quiet despite convenient location to bigger roads. But air conditioning was old and inefficient, bed and pillows were older, and there was no shower wand - even though it looked like some renovations had taken place.
