This is a very humble hotel. Location is good and it’s in a walkable area with several bus stops and metro stations nearby. It’s about a 30 min ride away from Eiffel Tower. Staff was friendly and check in/out process was very easy. However, the furniture is dated, there is a strong smell of cigarette in common areas like hallways. There was no shower curtain and nowhere to hang the hand shower; so, after showering the bathroom was al messed with water. The sheets and towels looked clean. We had to ask for soap since they didn’t put any in our room (neither shampoo, but they gave it to us after we asked for it). There was no fridge neither coffee machine in the room. The room was warm on a very cold night so that was nice. They’ll tell you you have to give them your key if you go out and get it back when you return. In conclusion, we felt safe and comfortable but wouldn’t stay at this place again.

Don’t stay! Not worth the money

The room smelled like weed, when we showed up (two hours after when check in started) there was trash outside our room, we couldn’t unlock our door or lock it we had to ask for assistance, the room was freezing

Nice hotel

Near eiffle tower ,I dint like cause this hotel don’t do breakfast

This property had roaches and a bug bomb in the room when I entered. The beds were flipped on their sides I’m not sure why. There was no sheets on the actual bed, just bare mattress. There was no heater and it didn’t feel safe. It was nothing like the pictures on Expedia. They said we have to give them the key each time we leave. My girlfriend was scared to stay there so we left immediately and paid for a better hotel close by. We asked for a refund and they said to ask Expedia for the refund. It was terrible to say the least.

This hotel is close to the Convention subway stop but that was the only good thing about it. They still use keys which is odd for a hotel in 2024 and the staff asked to see the key every time we headed in or out. I just ignored them though. The room was dirty and unknown bugs were seen. Breakfast wasn’t free so we didn’t bother. They did let us store our luggage on the morning we checked out since our train back to London was in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is clearly a 3 star hotel however came with a great price. It’s in a great area, local market, lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Transit is located a short walk away and made it very easy to access all parts of the city. Cons- mold in the top corners of shower, loud at night (not an issue for us but notable), dated. With that noted we would definitely stay here again.

Great area. Front desk staff very nice. Facilities in terrible conditions. No light in the 3rd floor hallway. Room bed and furniture extremely dated. No shower curtain and no place to hang the shower so the floor gets unusable. Toilet flush is an improvised cable. Heater fell from the wall after accidentally touching it.

Clean and well priced

No air conditioning, but had a fan. Shower is hand held only. Easy area to get around. High traffic area

this is my second time in this hotel, I enjoyed the stay here, easy access to downtown Paris by bus or train, laundry around the corner, restaurants in one block away, and a chinese restaurant next door, feels safe to walk at night in the neighborhood, I would come back a third time, has elevator in the building and small TV in the room, stores in the block for basic needs and groceries

Great hotel with beautiful courtyard restaurant/ bar. Food was nice but drinks a little pricy. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Bed comfortable. Water, tea , milk, sugar and hot water kettle in room. I drink tea a lot. Room have small fridge. I liked it. Will stay there again. In the center of Paris and close to all you need. 3 nights stay. Our fault for not noticing the shower set up. But their issue that no cover on the long pillow, too soft of the other pillows, and only one towel suppled for two people.

Lovely staff speaks english too which was a bonus, clean rooms and bedding. rooms are abit dated and could hear the traffic throughout the night due to old windows but was just a place to sleep and no issues overall. Convenient location is around 30mins walk to eiffel tower or a taxi is around 12euros. Local transport accessible close by too. Great thank you

If you like walking this is about half hour walk to eiffel tower. Great for getting around paris

Staff very friendly and helpful, available 24/7, elevator works great, close to Metro 3 minute walk, grocery store nearby, multiple cafes food and drink very close. Lucky for us it was cool at night and we could keep our window open, had a good fan but no air conditioning. We brought our own stopper for tub, was not equipped with one. The hot water was perfect for the tub. Room was clean. Great area for getting around with metro. Took G7 taxi from airport was fixed rate. Uber is very available in this area. Hotel supplied soap and shampoo. Overall great stay.

Great staff, terrible hotel

The only good thing I can stay about the hotel is the staff and the neighborhood. Both were amazing. The room was un-welcoming, dark, the window looked on a garbage-filled, stinky roof, the towels were broken and stained, the bathroom fairly renovated, but dirty and the shower opening was not more than 15 inches. Luckily we are both skinny. The bed and the pillows are very uncomfortable, but at least (looked) clean. Definitely would not stay here again and absolutely not recommend it either.

They were incredible. They gave me milk for free when I needed it, let me keep my luggage there for the day, and let me charge my phone after checking out, all for free. Highly recommended.

Receptionists we’re very friendly and accommodating. Great location, very close to the metro and lively restaurants nearby.

We are a couple in our 60's travelling as tourists. As we stayed only one night, our expectations were not high. Overall we were satisfied. Main negatives: the room felt cramped and yet it had 2 writing tables. The beds, however, were clean and comfortable. The receptionist could not get us a taxi early in the morning. So we relied on the metro nearby.

This hotel is very humble. If you have a limited budget, this is the hotel for you. Breakfast is also limited but it works if you are spending the whole day out anyways. Vey close to Convention Metro Station so we used it every day while in Paris. Plus the area has grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bank, etc. all in a very short walking distance. It was perfect for us and our needs. Hotel is old but overall clean. Everything we requested was prompted given to us and staff is superb and extremely helpful. At night there a lot of noise from the street specially towards the weekend. Overall a good choice for limited budget.

Great location and very fair price

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the convention center--which was about a ten minute walk. The price was very good and a friend said it was better than the hotel into which he was booked. The people in the hotel were very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but very cheap for Paris. I think that for a small Paris hotel, it was fine, but it was not up to the usual American standard of a LaQuinta in terms of decor. It was sort of gloomy. We did have a problem with the electricity in that when we plugged our adaptor into the wall socket, it plunged the whole place into darkness. Afterward, we found a socket on the other wall, which did not short out, so it was just one defective socket (which I suippose they will fix). The location is perfect--right between two metro stations with lots or restaurants in walking distance and a big Monoprix store right across the street. My associate also had a room in the hotel and had no complaints. If we go back to the same trade fair again, we will stay there.

The staff was friendly and nice and the hotel isn't too far from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is hard to find, it's lacking in security. The room was small, dirty and outdated. The cover for the light in the bathroom was in the sink when we arrived, there was only a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and the WiFi was slow.

Worst Hotel i ever stayed

Such a pathetic room and Hotel. Never expected this after paying 100 euro pee night. You could easily get 4 star hotel at this price. Bathroom was not having lights. Bed was horrible. Never go this hotel. Worst hotel i ever stayed.

Location is great. Only 2 minute walk from the metro and has shops and restaurants across the road. Cleanliness was debatable, but for a cheap place to stay, acceptable if not fussy. It is on a busy road, so if have issues sleeping at night with bus and cars driving by, not for you. My friend and I shared a twin room and travelled on a budget so this place was enough for our small wallets. We also brought our own toiletries (can also buy from the shops nearby) and hairdryer (this is greatly recommended to bring from home).

This property is not at all like the picture. The bathroom and the whole building was old. They didn't even have water in the fridge to buy! Their glasses were dirty. Never again! Do not stay in this hotel. When I called to complain to Expedia the staff were not at all helpful.

Very Basic, room was depressing so had to request new which was better

Basic hotel close to exhibition center

It’s hard to shower. No shower curtain so if you take shower water splashes and floors will be wet. There’s no microwave. Towels are old. No washcloths.

Worst Hotel ever, there isn’t any proper services, washroom untidy and broken, television isn’t working, no proper breakfast they said they had continental breakfast but isn’t.

Pictures were diferent from actual room. Really old and uncomfortable furniture. Bathroom extremely small. Bathtub was half size of regular size. It only had telephone shower without a hook to hang on. No shower curtain. Very disappointing!!

Didn’t like anything. We were supposed to get the room at 12:00 noon and had to wait because it was not ready. No WiFi. Only 1 channel in the tv, shower head was broken. This place could definitely use a good renovation

Hotel is within the center

I may say that the hotel is just close to the area where we wanted to go for site seeing, but unfortunately i don't feel comfortable. The smell of the room awful,furnitures, toilet (disabled flush) no shower handle.

Good room to rest after a whole day out to visit Paris but not comfort enough to stay in the room and rest. Recommend to put the bathroom curtains to avoid wet floor.

Short stay hotel

The hotel was small and clean. The room I had was a double bed with a bathroom. Which was small and clean. For one person and a two night stay the room was appropriate, but if for two people and a longer stay it would have been a challenge. My wife said she would have wanted a nicer more modern location if she had visited with me.

Fantastic hotel in downtown just 2 km from Eiffel

Can't imagine a hotel of such location & so good spacious at such price in downtown price at 90 euro for big 3 beded room with all facilities . The staff know English & very helpful. U can see everything from the room balcony at road side

Chambre propre avec une décoration et des meubles d'un autre âge. La porte a beaucoup de mal a fermer. Les voisins ne doivent pas être enchantés d'avoir un client dans cette chambre !!!

It is not beautiful hotel but for the business trip we enjoyed best cost / performance. They have just all what we need. Receptionists are not smiling all the time but we found them very friendly and provide good service. In addition, we had enough hot water for shower which is very precious for Paris.

Think twice

Very simple, good location. Skip the ”breakfast”. Roll of toilet paper was moist and shredded. Room cleaning was ok.

Do not choose this hotel

Stayed in this hotel from Thursday to Sunday. Hotel in itself is old and worn out. The room was cold, no heating on the floor, no place to put the shower head, smell of cigarettes in the hallways and super thin walls which made every noise extremely loud. The room itself was also pretty dirty… As previous visitors stated you have to leave the key in the reception when you leave the hotel, this was ok as the staff was friendly and helpful. All in all I would not recommend this hotel, the price is cheap and very close to the Expo center, but it is possible to get a much better hotel for a bit more money. Definitely a 1 star and not a 2 star hotel.

Bon accueil, chambre propre et calme. Parties communes (ascenseur et couloirs) très vétustes et sales. Mais je n'aurai pas de problème pour revenir.

Horrível. O banheiro não tem aquecedor, o assento é maior do que o vaso, degradado e estava praticamente solto. O banho, além de ser num ambiente similar a um freezer, é muito desconfortável: banheira velha, sem sequer um suporte para a ducha e sem tampa para fechar. O lavatório tem instalação sanitária improvisada. A porta emperrou e nós ficamos presos no quarto. No check-in, sequer nos foi pedido documentos pessoais!

Bon rapport qualité prix

Hôtel bien situé proche de la station de métro Convention. Le personnel est aimable et efficace. Petit déjeuner complet et correct (avec supplément à 6 euros par personne et par jour). La chambre est de bonnes dimensions, un peu vieillote mais refaite et très propre. Attention l'hôtel est en cours de rénovation. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

Struttura carina, personale gentile, era quello che cercavamo, un letto comodo, e una struttura ben collegata con la città, molti servizi tra cui ristoranti e market a pochi passi.

A localização é ótima, próxima a uma estação, ao lado de mercados e restaurantes. A acomodação possui conforto mínimo, precisamos solicitar toalhas, o banheiro não possui chuveiro ou suporte para o chuveirinho. O Teto tinha problemas estruturais. Os recepcionistas eram bastante simpáticos. Os Hóspedes bastante barulhentos, acordamos com brigas noturnas em 02 dos 04 dias.

Das Hotel ist leider renovierungsbedürftig. Obwohl ich normalerweise nicht anspruchsvoll bin, kann ich dieses Hotel in seinem aktuellen Zustand nicht weiterempfehlen.

Una persona queriendo abrir la puerta en la noche, otra persona en el cuarto de arriba como lavando ropa toda la noche no dejo dormir, me quitaban cada día una toalla y no la reponían , viejo, malas condiciones el mobiliario

Muy bueno en relación con el precio

E hotel no está en tan buen estado, nos tocó un cuarto con una puerta rota y no hay cortinas en el baño. Sin embargo la limpieza en la habitación era impecable, y el personal muy amable, la pasamos muy bien porque hicieron confortable nuestra estadía.

Helt greit sted for en natt. Rom med dobbeltseng og enkeltseng. Vifte ga ventilasjon. Støy fra gaten. Ganske slitt, men servicen var god.

Godt til prisen.

Det er ikke et prangende hotel, men som et sted at sove til en billig penge er det helt fint. Vi havde badekar til mine børn store glæde. Det ligger tæt på metro og hvis man har lyst tager det kun 30 min at gå ned til Seinen og derfra til Eiffeltårnet. Der er døgnbemanding og nøglen efterlades. Sengene bliver redt dagligt og tømt skrald. Super venligt personale.

Bra hotell

Personalen var bra och trevliga. Incheckning gick snabbt och enkelt att komma till rummet. Rummet var lagom stort för tre personer. Hotellet och området var lugnt och vi sov bra på nätterna. Vi åt inte frukost på hotellet då det var billigare att köpa i mattaffärer bredvid. När till Metro stationen Convention.

PUNAISES DE LIT ! Attention 😱

Au départ, je partais pour donner 3 étoiles sur 5 à mon commentaire , en expliquant que l’hôtel faisait l’affaire pour dépanner à un prix accessible dans un quartier assez central dans la capitale. Néanmoins, au-delà du fait que l’hôtel s’est arrêté dans les années 70 au niveau de la deco, l’énorme point négatif est que nous nous sommes retrouvés au réveil le matin, avec des punaises de lit sur les draps. Fuyez si vous ne voulez pas être infesté. Nous avons été obligé de nous empresser d’aller acheter du répulsif pour ne pas ramener cela à la maison.

Chauffage qui ne marche pas, propreté à revoir…

Hôtel vieillot mais propre et très bien placé. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

J'ai dormi en compagnie de punaises de lits, dites-vous bien que cela a été une mauvaise expérience. Je ne le recommande pas.

Hôtel calamiteux , sales (cafards, punaises) , pas serviable. A déconseiller absolument. Nous avons dormi ailleurs

A fuir, hôtel plus qu’ancien. Très archaïque! Certes au niveau du tarif nous ne pouvons pas nous attendre a du luxe, mais au moins à de la propreté. Le personnel fu agréable mais nous avons dû demander 2fois pour avoir des serviettes, puis nous avons réclamé du papier toilette.. on nous a répondu qu’il fallait qu’il aille en acheter! Chambre pas du tout insonorisée, très bruyant. Serviettes et draps avec pleins de taches.. vraiment à éviter !

La propreté du wc et de la salle de bain n est pas ouf. Télévision ne fonctionne pas. On entend le bruit de la circulation et des voisins. Le personnel est aimable et accueillant .

Séjour professionnel à l’hôtel Avenir

Séjour professionnel de quelques jours à Paris 15e. Hôtel bien situé, proche des commerces, restaurants et transports en commun mais ne correspondait pas à mes attentes malgré un bon accueil et prix abordable. Un peu vieillot (mobilier, moquette...), trop de bruit (métro, allées et venues dans les couloirs la nuit), service petit-déjeuner décevant.

Ótimo custo benefício!

Apesar de ser uma edificação mais antiga, o hotel tem um excelente custo benefício, limpo, confortável, ótima localização e equipe muito simpática! Me hospedei por 6 dias com esposa e filho e fiquei bem satisfeito.

Boa localização mas hotel péssimo

O hotel está muito bem localizado, ao lado do metrô mas o quarto cheirava a mofo e cigarro. Achamos até barata dentro do banheiro. Não recomendo.

A la limite d'une autorisation d'exploitation. Pas propre salle de bain avec du matériel dégradé et limite dangereux. Pas de climatisation. Très très bruyant dans cette avenue. Très difficile de se reposer. A ne pas retenir lors d'un passage sur Paris.

Kind staff and convenient location, totally worth the price!

Bien situé mais un peu défraîchit

Hôtel bien placé par rapport à mon lieu de travail du moment.De nombreux commerces alentours, station de métro proche. Pas vraiment conforme aux photos. C'est assez confortable mais vieillot. Il manque des prises dans la chambre et dans la salle de bains. Propreté moyenne. Personnel aimable à l'accueil.

Hôtel 2 étoiles basic sans superflu un peu vieillot Mais pour un weekend pas trop chère ça va. Idéalement placé non loin de la sortie du métro (convention)donc idéal, pratique pour rejoindre rapidement le parc des expositions porte de Versailles.
