It was very nice, clean and plenty of room with a kitchen, I would recommend staying there.

Good visir

It was wonderful!!! My family and I enjoyed it very much!

Booked 2 rooms but only 1 room available with no other solutions offered. The desk clerk was very kind but didnt have any choice and neither did we, we made it work by piling into one room. Now I have to try abd recover my money from the cancelled room from Expedia.

When we arrived it wasn’t even the room I paid for. Paid for a 2 bedroom and was stuck in a one bedroom with 7 people! Room was dirty. Customer service was awful when I told them we were in the wrong room. Was told they were sold out!! Will never stay here again!!!

My room and bathroom were very filthy. The ceiling fan and a/c vents were full of dust. There was mildew on the glass doors of the shower doors and the shower itself. Black hair in the shower and dirt on the tile trim behind the bathroom door. There was also hair on the top sheet which we took off the bed. A dresser drawer would also not remain shut. The shower floor also is extremely slick. I cannot understand how Expedia rated the property 8.8. I plan on contacting Hilton regarding this property. Everything in the facility is probably 25 years old and badly degraded.

Enjoyed my stay i guess but felt bad for the poor lady at the desk..i had to witness her getting chewed out by a unhappy customer about a room....the lady was very nice to us...and explained she was sorry that she was new....of course i understood.....disnt have the heart to tell her after we arrived in our room that we also didnt have the right room. We were supposed to have a double and we had one bed. We made it work...i felt like it wasnt her fault just she was new. Our roon wasnt quite as clean as i would have liked it. I was about to lay down and saw a flea jump off my pillow! Lol also the bathroom was pretty dirty...didnt really want to shower but i did....dont know if i would stay here again unfortunately.

Easy to locate. My key just kept deactivating every time I would use it on the back door to get in.

Quality Hotel

Started off rocky with being given the wrong room and being sold out. Staff worked very hard to get it corrected and more than made up for the first nights error. Staff is fabulous and breakfast was great.

Luke warm water on 2nd floor.

Excellent experience, only had someone attempted to come in my room immediately after I checked in and I called the desk and they had to see if it was maintenance and they called back informed me that it was maintenance but I informed them to tell them that they could come back because I was going to leave my room for them to come complete whatever the issue was.

Jelly Roll Travel

The hotel staff was professional and very helpful. The hotel is hidden and very quiet for a stay. The breakfast was good as well. Just a short trip for a Jelly Roll concert. Cheers

Outstanding

Great place to stay!

The stay was really great, the room was super huge and just nice. Istayed in the king size with the sofa bed, it also had a full kitchen area. The only thing i complain about was the water pressure and sometimes the water is either too hot or not hot enough. However the cost, cleanliness and the 10/10 breakfast excuses it all. Quiet, family and pet friendly. This place is officially where i Am staying.

parking was a bit of a challenge, not enough luggage carts, warm water not hot.

The property was neat, clean . the door wouldn't stay closed at times.

When we checked in, we were given an unclean and clearly used room. Front desk did fix the situation quickly. Nothing offered for inconvenience of their mistake. AC barely worked in our room. We were too tired from driving to care about changing again. Terrible water pressure for showers.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Could be a better choice of good restaurants around. However, the woman on staff recommended a place that turned out to be very good.

The Shuttle Service was not being offered because the shuttle was in the shop. There were no accommodations or alternatives offered. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because of the Shuttle Service. On Day 2, they rented a vehicle to use for Shuttle Service. However, I was told that I was leaving too early for the shuttle to take me. I asked if there could be an accommodation made since the shuttle did not pick me up on the 1st day. I was told the manager said he does not have a driver that early. Again, no accommodation or consideration made for the fact that the shuttle was not available on the 1st day. I ended up paying $40 to commute from/to the airport. When I asked for towels to be sent to my room, I was told they would be sent to my room in a few minutes once done drying. About 2 hours later when I called to find out where the towels were, I was told some were now available, but I have to come down to get them. I put my trashcan outside of the door for the trash to be collected. The trash was taken, but there was no bag put in the trashcan. Again, I had to go down to get 1. Instead of it being offered, I had to ask for the complimentary water kept at the front desk. The shower had someone else’s hair in it. While the front desk Reps were nice, there was virtually no customer service or even striving to meet level of excellence that’s synonymous with the Hilton Brand. My worst stay at a Hilton property. I would never recommend this location

It was a great stay. We had a hard time booking a room on short notice and with 3 kids. We got in there the room was worth the money. They allowed a late checkout which was even better.

I love the room. It was clean but the only think was the water in the sink drained slowly.

The hotel was old and you could tell. The phones didn’t work in the room and there wasn’t a mattress cover on the bed. There was a pad covering the top but that was all. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I rented two rooms, both were dirty, not clean. Pots were dirty, windows were dirty, rooms smelled . For breakfast, they didn’t have any coffee cups, later a lady came and brought out real mugs. Most of these locations have flavored coffee creamer, this place did not. This place did not have any breakfast pastries either like most other homewood Suites.

The staff was great, friendly, funny, helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet!

Phenomenal

The experience from check in to checkout was seamless! The grounds, hotel as a whole, & suite was clean and orderly. I will definitely book again in the near future.

Sagging floor, drawers kept opening up because of the uneven floor. Dirty sheets, and towels left in the bathroom from previous occupants. Staff was really friendly, though.

Our stay was great. I have experience with this hotel chain and it has always been perfect. If I’m booking somewhere, Homewood Suites by Hilton is the first one I’m going to search for availability.

Booked our stay through Expedia well in advance, drove 9 hours to find there was no room available for us. We were comped the first night and stayed at a different hotel until the staff could straighten up the confusion…just to find they canceled our entire stay and we were without lodging. Never using Expedia again!!!

The phone in the bedroom didn’t work but the one in the kitchen area did. The staff was so accommodating, and although there is an abandoned hotel nearby, it was quiet and felt safe.

Very nice and extra helpful. The desk attendant, was very courteous and professional. We return to this hotel because of the kindness and lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Very comfy bed and restful & quiet night. Only negative - water pressure on shower was very low. Otherwise all was very comfortable and courteous and friendly staff.

Clarence at the front desk was great. The staff I saw on the floor were very friendly. The room was still dirty when I got into it though. Stuff on the floor, drawers opened. Didn't feel clean. I actually left a night early

Fresh smell of Honeysuckle in the Air.

The power went out Saturday morning which caused the elevators not to operate. Not a bad situation, but had to use the stairs. When we entered the stairs, many of the emergency exit signs and lights were not working. My son had to use his light on the cell phone to help an expecting mother see where to walk because it was extremely dark. Just thought someone would be interested in this before the fire marshall would find this out. Also, why would a hotel like this not have a backup generator. Besides this, our stay was nice.

I have zero complaints about the staff. They were fantastic even allowed me to check in a little bit early. The room itself was clean. There were no foul smelling odors in any area of the hotel that I was in. The only thing that was a little off putting was the trash on the street outside of the hotel. There was some noise from the highway but that wasn’t to loud. If I had to stay in a hotel near the Shreveport regional airport, I would definitely stay here again. This is by far the best hotel that I have stayed at near that airport.

Finding a room that’s affordable as well as safe and clean for my family of 6 is no easy task but our stay was exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was delicious both morning and the lady preparing it both days was extremely kind making sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean as well as the entire property. Should we need a room in Shreveport again we will definitely book our stay here.

This was maybe the best stay ive ever had anywhere. The employees were the nicest people and the rooms wwre clean and it was very quiet. I highly recommend this place. If im ever back.in shreveport again this will be where i stay

Excellent Stay

I was pleasantly surprised about my room/suite. It had all the things that make a long stay comfortable. The breakfast was good, even the omeletes. Breakfast was good. the only thing I can say was a problem was the coffee. For a real coffee drinker, it taste like hot water with color added. Other than that, I will be staying again. But will bring my own coffee.

Beautiful large suite, comfortable bed and pillows.

I'm not staying at the hotel long but the people next door were so loud, they may as well have been in my room. Also the television in the room next to the bathroom doesn't work. We all tried it and couldn't get it to turn on. If I am paying this much for a hotel room for 1 night, everything should be working properly.

Family event

The trip was fine. the service personnel were quite helpful in getting us in and checking the accommodations. No complaints about the room other than the alarm clock didn't work and the water pressure was very low.

Very Satisfied.

We booked this last minute for a quick overnight stop off while driving back to Dallas from New Orleans with our dog. It was safe, quiet, and very comfortable. It really is like a hybrid efficiency apartment with a full size fridge, tiny kitchenette, fold out sofa and living rool area, etc. The bed was comfortable, and though you could tell the room hadn't been recently redone, everything was in good condition. Good stay and we got a good night's rest on our way home.

Great property

Nice property with easy access from freeways and access to the airport via hotel shuttle and some nice variations on standard hotel breakfast including fresh fruit and granola bars. That said, essentially no restaurants within walking or easy driving distance.

Didn't like the layout of our room.

The living room and sleeping area was spacious, the kitchen and bathroom sink area were not. We didn't like the way the bathroom sink area was right off the sleeping area, either. No way for one person to get ready in the morning without disturbing someone else who still wants to sleep. I'm glad we didn't need the kitchen for cooking. Not much room to move around.

The closet door panel would not slide, needs repair. The fan wobbled. Shower fixture needs repair. Bed headboard squeaks when you bump it! Great stay .

Awesome Experience 😀

We were heading back to Utah after a family trip to the gulf coast and decided to try a different hotel. We were So glad that we did! We throughly enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back in the spring and plan to stay with you all again. ❤️

Was ok

The hotel is clean, nice and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was a nice suite with 2 bedrooms. Clean but there was a stale kind of smell when we came in. The showers didn’t get very hot. The beds weren’t very comfortable and felt like cheap mattresses!! And no fault of the hotels but there were some people staying above us that were so loud and banging and slamming stuff all night. Sounded like they had baby rhinos in the room. I might consider staying there again. Did so for an early flight out of Shreveport airport.

Front desk clerk was so unprofessional and very rude. I always get a room here when i do book in Shreveport but i will be looking for a different spot. The tub had hair in it and the floor was nasty, looks as if it wasn't wven mopped. This was the WORST stay I've experienced and it makes me never want to come back here again.

Keep it up. Nice suite, nice bed,big fluffy towels, and a door to the bedroom so l could stay up later with no problem.

Dirty suites are becoming the norm here.

The key cards only worked 1 out of 5 tries. There was only 1 TV remote but 2 tvs. The power outlets by bedroom night stand did not work. Garbage disposal was smelly and dirty. Sink smelled bad. Bath tub had pubic hair in the tub. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No blankets or sheets were provided for hide a bed in couch.

While the staff was nice and the property clean, the bed was beyond uncomfortable and the air conditioning was very LOUD! We couldn’t sleep on the bed at all and finally gave up at 1:30 am and decided t leave. I tried to get some help from the front desk but he just said he could give me a different room…with the same brand of mattress. Then his computer was down so I couldn’t even get a printed copy of my bill. I would not recommend this if you like a comfortable bed.

It was ok but could use alot of improvements

The staff during check-in and our breakfast were exceptional and pleasant. During our stay we noticed we were missing essential items for our stay like tissue, comforter, sheet, and pillows for sofa bed. Also, our closet appeared to be broken or off hinged which we informed staff of these issues first night and was advised they were out of stock off the missing essentials we needed. As for the closet was informed maintenance could come fix it the next day. There was trash that was under our bed that was from a previous guest and dishes in the dishwasher.

Diamond Belinda the lady that was attentive at breakfast and the other lady that helped me with my room key, all you lady's are too kind and sweet and made our stay much easier. Don't stop being yourselves.
