Great stay as always at this property!

Comfortable stay

Hotel rooms has good space. Good connectivity to city centre and other attractions.

Poor first impression

Was in Vienna for business and arrived on the early flight to make the most of hotels.com platinum ‘benefits’ and check in early. Messaged the hotel through hotels.com a week earlier to say I’d be there at 1100am. When I arrived I was told there were no rooms available until 3pm. I was told they do not receive the messages from hotels.com and there was nothing they could do, I could have a dirty room or wait 4 hours for a room. I decided to go for a walk around the shopping centre for 30 mins. When I returned there was a different person on reception so I decided to try again, saying I’d got up at 2am and really needed to sleep. A much warmer receptionist tapped a few buttons and lie and behold a room was available! A poor initial check in and first impression of the hotel. Also left with the feeling that being a platinum member of hotels.com doesn’t really mean anything to them.

Great hotel

My go to hotel for a quick shopping trip to Vienna

They didnt clean and change the towel in our two nights stay, until we let them know that we need some new towels to use.

Property is located far from city . There is no safe or room bar , no complimentary water or anything (it was 35 deg temperature ) in bathroom there was no shampoo or soap , had to ring 4 times and took 1 hour for it to arrive . No touket tissues .. for Holiday inn and price , it was B&q with better beds that’s about it .

New hotel looks clean

Stayed here many times as the location works well for me. Rooms are good EXCEPT the air conditioning/room temperature in summer is too warm and seems you can’t control it.

For a very quick stop of sleep and go was Ok.

Stayed for 5 nights, room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was reasonably sizeable for a double room. Beds were comfortable. Due to the location being on the outskirts of Vienna there wasn't much to do of an evening so we tried to connect our phone to watch a movie but it wouldnt connect properly. Checked with the front desk and was told it would only work with laptops. Tea and coffee facilities are provided but the coffee was not great so we bought some Nescafé. Breakfast was really good with cooked options, didn't try the restaurant in the evening as the menu was a bit limited.

It’s in the south of the city, but easy access to public transportation. There is a shopping mall connected to the hotel with a grocery store, restaurants, food court, and even an Aldi. Very good location and service for the price. Breakfast is wonderful with many choices.

The area, even tho is not in the center of town, it’s well located with easy access to all kind of transportation to the town center. I actually prefer it like that better than being located in the busy town center. And tons of restaurants and shopping/groceries around. The hotel it self feels brand new.

Quiet area; easy access from airport (walking distance from Wien Medling Station), reasonable rate, helpful staff

This hotel is great for families and business travelers. It is just a few minutes drive to the palace and luxury shopping districts. The rooms are comfortable and clean.. Highly recommended.

Faultless

Super clean hotel, friendly staff, modern design and decor, comfy beds, amazing shower, and got upgraded to floor 17. Great location, with a bus stop right outside and 5-10 min walk to tram stop. Plus a shopping mall attached so brilliant to grab some food / drinks on the go and travel tickets. Excellent value for money. If I was to come back to Vienna I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone. Just a shame we didn’t get to try out the restaurant on the top floor.

Way too long to get to the airport especially by public transportation. Hotel was nice...clean BUT no adjustable air conditioning, no fan, no way to crack open windows and it was hot. We were on the 16th floor. Staff way nice. Wish I knew more German.

Family trip to Vienna

Great new hotel in Vienna. My go to hotel when I go to Vienna.

The room wasn't 4 stars hotel. We didn't have a mini bar fridge, no seif, no bathrobe, the cleaner didn't clean, didn't bring new coffee. I paid with expedia city tax and they asked me again to pay at reception even if I showed them the receipts.

Has the stores and shops near, plus there is a bus stop in-front of it so you can connect with the metro and other transport. The view is also amazing if you on a higher floor

The staff are very helpful. The hotel is clean. They do a good breakfast. It would be good if the rooms had a safe and a fridge. My shower did leak water, because of a gap between the shower door and glass panel. The hotel is far from the City centre. A bus stop is right outside the hotel. There isnt much by way of restaurants in the local area. Overall i enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel was very clean. The A/C system was difficult to understand. We were really warm for a couple of nights before we were able to figure it out. The staff was outstanding.

A bus stop right outside the hotel which is very convenient. Also a shopping centre and some grocery stores by the hotel as well. The room was comfortable and the shower fab.

The hotel is newer and overall a comfortable place to stay, except for one major issure. The building's heating system's lowest setting 75 degrees. This was too warm for us. The hotel could not do anything to correct the situation becasue the hotel's air conditioning had not been switched on yet, so we could not cool the room down. Their only helpful suggestion was to turn the heat off in the room. This did not do anything to lower the temperature below 75. On the second day we asked for a fan, they brought us a small fan to use. They did tell us many guests had also complained about the temperature in the rooms. So they had many complaints but took no action to correct it. We were glad to check out.

Pros: Clean rooms, helpful staff, good value. Magnificient views from the hotel restaurant. The hotel is located right next to the bus line 15A, which provides an efficient connection to the underground and to trains out of town. Cons: The sofa bed was very hard, and really uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel should have had some extra cushions available to help with that. The breakfast buffet, while absolutely decent, could be more varied and tasty. The way the elevator security is set up, it's cumbersome to co-ride with other gyests, so maybe not so eco-friendly in a high-rise building. All in all I recommend this hotel.

Great hospitality from all members of staff. English speaking so mever had issues with the language barrier. Breakfast was quite nice and well supplied with an amazing view of the city. Rooms were very clean and comfy beds. Highly recommended and would gladly stay again!

Was very nice. It’s like 15 min with tram to the centre. 30 min in the bus in front to Schönbrunn.

Wonderful hotel and room. It’s only complaint was that had to call the front desk for hiccups from room service. The remote was missing when we got there, towels another day, coffee another. Front desk was really quick to respond. Room really nice and clean. Location nice if you like to use public transportation.

Wonderful stay. Staff were very courteous. Travel links were excellent. Vienna has one of the best travel networks I’ve ever come across. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. I would happily choose this hotel again.

Very nice hotel that was a bit further from my destination than planned. Ubers are easy to get in city and there is an abundance of inexpensive public transportation with Vienna’s metro app. I would recommend this Expedia flight and hotel package to friends.

Hotel was nice, friendly staff but not close to city center

The location cannot be beat. There’s a mall and restaurants attached to it. Bus stops right in front, walking distance to subway stop. Breakfast on the 22nd floor is just great! There was a problem with our reservation but the reception staff did their best to resolve it and made our stay really comfortable and stress-free

Fantastic all around

Very clean, comfortable and pleasant! Service is friendly and as a modern hotel it's well connected to amenities such as a local shop. Only complaint is the parking was a bit tricky to find at first. One of the best all around hotels I've stayed at in a while!

Property was fantastic however location was a little bit unsafe. We were told by locals on what we were doing in the neighbourhood on our way home. Other than that place was fantastic.

Easy transport links into the city centre - we found the tram to be the easiest. Negatives- expensive to eat and drink in the hotel. We purchased our breakfast from the supermarket within the complex. We had three adults in our room and only provided facilities for 2. Stayed 7 nights and bed linen was not changed throughout the week. Staff lovely and helpful and hotel very clean.

Doesn’t smell good and not clean

Nice spacious shower and clean room. The executive room had a mini fridge, safe and kettle which was great.

Neat, clean hotel Transfers to/from airport using public transportation could be clearly specified. Website of hotel is not clear on transport links. Tram 1 and many buses within walking distance can be easily accessed. The environment was noisy, could be due to wind bashing against some windows etc

Stayed 6 nights

I chose this hotel from just seeing it online. I had never been to Europe so I did not know where to stay in Austria. I was so happy with my choice. The lobby is large with lots of areas to sit and talk. Across the street was a pharmacy to get our covid tests conveniently which was needed for our return to the US. The room was just the right size with a desk. The bathroom has a shower. There is a tea kettle with tea and coffee. The breakfast bar is open until 10:30 am with tons of different food options and is included with the stay. Connected to the hotel is a little mini mall with a grocery store and a couple shops. I would stay here again when I return to Vienna.

Good value for money

Great hotel, lovely staff, very close to local amenities and the tram stop which takes you into central Vienna in about 20 mins. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Very disappointing

The front desk responded very badly also I had to pay 30 euro extra for checking at 11:00 am inspite of rooms being vacant. Never ever this has happened in last 25 years of my travel. Inspite of having double vaccination certificate I was made to wait and also been told that without a RTPCR I might not be allowed to stay in the hotel. After showing and proving them that in india only 2 doses has been mandated. Then with great difficulty the front desk lady was convinced and I was allowed to check in. One of my most horrible checkin experience ever. I would not recommend this hotel at all cause the amount they have charged no where it meets it standards.

New, modern building and amenities. Rooms very clean and bathrooms were very nice. Able to cast phone to TV to watch any streaming services. Buffet breakfast was phenomenal!

The hotel is not tourist-friendly. except for a couple of news channels, it does not have a single English movie channel. There is nothing around the property within walking distance.

The key card for the lift kept failing and at some point during my stay, I was stuck downstairs due to the key card refusing to work and not just me but a lot of other customers as well, the restaurant staff were amazing and the meal was good

Nicest Holiday Inn I’ve ever seen. My only issue was I did not see the parking was not included. You get a discounted price but an additional 60 euro on top of a 3 day stay was little too much. I understand parking in a big city is expensive but I wish it was included. Overall a great hotel.

Sadly a disappointing experience at a new hotel!

It was unfortunately a very disappointing stay. The stay began with our room having dirty bedding with a number or stray hairs (including pubic hairs) and spots on the sheets, blankets and pillows. Both body towels in the room had brown or black spots on them. Upon arrival we couldn’t even relax but had to reach out to the front desk and have them send for a change in bedding AND pillows which had not been changed or cleaned. Sleeping in the hotel was very uncomfortable as the rooms are hot and stuffy with no option to open the windows. After showering was the worst as the entire room becomes humid with no system to replace the humid air with fresh air. We tried setting the air conditioner to 18 C but their system steadily raised the temp to 23 C as we slept. They have a sign which states if the room is too hot then turn off the machine all together and the room will naturally get cooler. This was not the case. We woke up every night sweating and had to shower immediately during a WINTER STAY! I’d avoid this place like the plague in Summer. I don’t understand if you have an air conditioning option, why would you not make it available to guests, especially in a new hotel. The mattresses were hard and pillows seemed deflated. The hotel has only been open 5 months so I would expect a more comfortable, less worn feeling mattress and pillow. I would suggest based on location. After Transportation fees, it’s better to pay more to stay closer to attractions.

A nice modern hotel.

Very nice & comfortable stay in modern style hotel. Overall design was very artistic and hygiene was really good. Lovely place to stay either on work or vacation though the location is bit away from city centre. I loved their sitting area at entrance with smart work stations ..... very good attention to fine details overall 😊

Hidden Gem

My sister booked the hotel and I was more than pleasantly surprised. It's a little further from the airport than I would have liked (25-30 mins drive). However, the hotel more than makes up for this. There are great links to the centre of Vienna. The tram is a 5 mins walk away and it only takes around 20-25 mins into the centre. The tram journey was very comfortable and great frequency, even on a Sunday. The hotel room was quite clean and still in great condition for a new room. The bed was extremely comfortable, fantastic views from the windows (we were on the 13th floor). Unfortunately, it was a very short stay (Sat night - early Mon morning) and we only discovered on the final night, that there is a fantastic shopping mall/business centre behind the hotel. Most shops and eateries were closed but the cinema and a few eateries were still open. But the hotel is definitely worth another, longer visit.

Luxurious for its price! Great breakfast. Nothing we didnt like apart from its distance maybe to the city centre. Still really fast to get there though through 2 or 3 different busses/trams.

Good location for a business stay

Lovely new, clean hotel. Had some problems with my key card not working so had to go to the front desk a few times to have it recoded. There was no way to get cool air in the room from the HVAC system (windows didn't open) so my room was a bit hot and stuffy. Staff was very friendly and helpful, restaurant was great.

Breakfast is bit costly. Otherwise everything else is really good and excellent.

The hotel is new and clean. Little shampoo/soap in the tubes, the 3rd bed was not ready and it took long to fix it. Service stuff not communicating in English and was impossible to understand each other.

Staff was great! Rooms nice. However fitness facility very limited. Biggest downside is location of hotel. It is far from anything within walking distance. Very limited choices in nearby dining facilities or shopping. Must use bus, train or car to get to shopping, dining or tourist type activities.

A little far from transportation and not much in the area for food. Much more of a business hotel but very nice and the restaurant was good.

The thermostat was locked on A/C at 21 degrees. We called for someone to come and turn the heat up, but nobody came despite repeated promises.
