Don't stay here.

This is NOT 4 stars hotel. This is a 3 stars hotel going to 2. The bathroom is extremely small, the trashcan in the bathroom toilet lid also broken and some of the walls really dirt. The room has carpet who was dirty.

Great stay, very comfortable bed, very central and a good breakfast. Gym was small and they didn’t have red wine. Apart from that excellent.

Safe, clean, modern and friendly

I travel a lot for work and rarely review hotels but this one I had to. As a solo female traveller I felt so safe here. Such an excellent welcome to Bogotá. Really safe area, modern and clean hotel, fantastic value for money and really helpful staff. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making me feel safe on my first trip to Colombia.

Problems with the shower

The shower has leads that get wet everywhere around the bathroom: ceiling and everythkng. My things, personal things got wet during the shower.

This property did not disappoint. Location was ideal. Be sure to check out the wonderful restaurants in Zona G - so close to the hotel. Room was super quiet and clean. Enjoyed the options that were available for breakfast. Staff was helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Highly recommend this property.

The place was well kept and clean the location is a plus with tons of restaurants, cafes, and markets within walking distance. The hotel provides a hot breakfast which was good. It’s a short 15-20 min ride to most tourist attractions.

Twice, I called the front desk by pressing the button "front desk" on phone. I was connected to reservations in Mexico. I tried calling housekeeping, no luck. After a couple of tries, I reached maintenance who said they would send someone immediately. It took a half hour. What if there was an emergency? Small issue with TV, but not resolved quickly or easily. How could the front desk button send me to Mexico? Unacceptable. Other aspects of hotel quite good, bringing rating to 3 stars.

Bathroom sink water was turned off. Bad experience. THe front desk clerk at first did not want to assign me a new room.

Super happy to have stayed at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful; the room was clean; the complimentary breakfast was delicious; and the area was not bad at all. There are lots of cool things to do and see that are within walking distance and a lot of delicious restaurants. Close lots of night life as well. If you need a ride to/from the airport please email them! They will set up a car service for you. Shout out to my bestie Natalia who was super attentive via email!! (I never got to meet but am forever grateful for her)

Excelente estadía en un hotel muy bien ubicado. La zona tiene muchos restaurantes alrededor. El hotel está en excelente condición. El desayuno incluido estaba bien, no excepcional. La habitacion muy cómoda y de buen tamaño, con aire acondicionado, lo que agradecimos en días de calor bogotano. En un momento nos colocaron solo dos toallas, pero al requerir mas a la mucama, después siempre estuvimos bien. Repetiría sin duda.

Air conditioning could have been colder. Wasn't impressed at all. Otherwise clean comfy room, bed etc. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Gotta pay to have guests over.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. It was pretty modern as well. The staff was friendly. The gym could use better equipment. There was no complimentary water in my room. The biggest downside was that i got sick from the dinner I ate that night. Right before, I was vommiting alot from the food i ate.

The service was great - very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was freshly prepared with hot and cold options. The room was ok. We had to request wash cloths and a tv remote. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work, so it was too dark in the evening.

Nice, clean, very reasonably priced hotel in a decent neighborhood with friendly staff. I wish they had a few more pastry options, like croissants, for breakfast.

Hotel is outdated, breakfast was ok. I am celiac and can not eat gluten, the staff was not very helpful when I asked about the food. I can eat arepas but they were in the same dish with some breaded rings. I asked if they could make some arepas for me which they did. Next day we found out thru another guest that we could order eggs or omelette straight from the kitchen but this time they were out of arepas.

Under Expedia fee’s taxes should be charged if I stayed 60 days or more. When I ask a receipt of what the hotel charged me. Personal didn’t provide that and make excuses and ended up writing on a piece a paper the amount. But told me that they could not provide a receipt for charges which that doesn’t make sense. What ever you pay at a hotel, receptiones must provide a receipt for it

Hotel and staff were all amazing. The breakfast was nice as well. Our only complaint was the air conditioning. Our room was very hot and the only attempt to fix it was to reset from the main desk. That didn’t help and they offered us a different room to spend the night in. Once the night passed and we returned to our room we were once again in a hot room.

Location is good. It is a new hotel and everyone is very friendly. there is a constant noice in the room, like some one is taking shower all the time at the next room or upstairs. Breakfast is same every morning. If you stay here one week like we did, you get sick of eating same scrambled eggs and hot dog every morning. Loundry is too expensive, buying new clothes might be cheaper. price is good. So you get what you pay for.

Excellent service. The bathroom shower broke, and it was fixed quickly.

It was all god, but the hot water stopped working and the hotel maintenance couldn't fix it on time.

Loved the property overall and breakfast was great. Area is safe but nothing close. My biggest complaint is that they put a broken toilet seat on the toilet and it wasn’t even the right size. If it was a $20 a night dive I would expect that but not for a property like this

Stayed Nov 24-25 2022. The staff was very unprofessional and doesnt know what they are doing. 3 people at the desk on one computer and the line up at checkin at 3pm was long. Jeison (a lady manager name Jenny or Jannifer and another one) Very rude manner that you seems like I was begging them to check me in. Worst experience with Holiday Inn. Floor on the washroom have stains that doesnt come out and the walls on the hallway at 7th floor was falling appart. I was expecting better especially on the customer service side.

I was very upset that I ordered a king suite and the couch inside had a huge wet spot from God knows what. When i told Sergio at the front desk, he says he told the manager Claudia and nothing was done about it. Very gross. They did nothing to accommodate me considering the dirty couch. All the manager had to say was Im sorry. I wish i could upload a photo of how awful that looked, especially for it to be a suite

Horrible experience. Booked and paid for my room in advance and got to the hotel and found out there weren’t any rooms available. got sent to another hotel w/o room service, tv nor gym

I traveled from the USA and the hotel reminds me of back home, spacious room with everything I needed.

The rooms are clean and functional. Staff is friendly. The only thing to watch out for is that the King Suite is not truly a suite at all. It's more like a regular room with a little nook that has a sofa bed. It's definitely tough to fit any more than 2 people in the King Suite - the "suite" is not separated as advertised on the listing.

Everything was really good at the hotel, the only suggestion is to add more options for breakfast, not having the same menu everyday.

Awesome stay, very comfortable bed, I just feel that the big couch needs to be removed from room as it takes too much space, other than that fantastic. I was in room 701B and was quiet and very spacious.

Fantastic Hotel, very new, nice room size, very comfortable bed, the only thing is to remove a large couch in the room that is not needed and a floor lamp that it gets in the way when walking around. Other than that is perfect

The good : nice location, very comfortable bed and pillows and you can get the room very dark with the curtains. The bad : Ac stopped working every few hours and they needed to call maintenance (which was not working during the night so I ended up sleeping with no Ac everynight, which is very bad with no windows at all in the room that you can open) also reception had just 1 person most of the time so it could take 5-10 min of waiting every time.Brrakfest was OK nothing special but enough.

I arrived at 1 am and they were not a bottle of drinking water in the room. I had aske the front desk and they said due to safety there is no water. Wending maching had not bottles. Front desk was not able to assist.

Great value and location. The hotel is spotless, very well-kept, and efficient. If you need a clean and well-priced room in the financial district of Bogota, the Holiday Inn Express is a great choice. The staff is friendly and helpful and there are excellent restaurants a few steps away from the property. My fare included breakfast, which was convenient. Sadly, it felt very "American" (lacking the delicious breakfast options that most foreign and local visitors appreciate). Also, it seemed understaffed, which led to many breakfast "basics" being absent (particularly MILK) at the onset of the breakfast service (the time when most business customers need to have their breakfast). Other than that minor glitch, the stay was excellent. Strongly recommended.

This is a very nice hotel; very good personal/staff in all area of people working at this property they are all very friendly and polite; you will feel like you are at home staying in this hotel. This was our 3rd time booking this hotel and we will continue booking this hotel when we visit family in Bogota.

Awesome place to stay! Staff is very friendly, specially Luisa at the front desk. She is always with a smile on her face. Only issue I encountered is that you can not set the AC to a lower temperature and the rooms are a bit suffocating, other than that great place to stay.

The hotel is well located, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. While it only offers breakfast, there are numerous dining options within the 10 lock radius including 3 excellent fine-dining options adjacent to the hotel.

The front desk staff was extremelly rude during check out process. They tried to charge us taxes when we are tax exempt. Even showing our american passports and asking for a manager to explain, she decided to send us security staff to scare us? I have videos... It was a very bad experience.
