Amazing experience at the Hilton, we lived how everything is thought of and so much to do.

Everything was great but Mehmet Yigit in the main restaurant was extraordinary person, attentive and humble wish him all the best in his future.

Really enjoyable stay

Our first stay at the Hilton in Serigerme, hotel amazing, service brilliant, drinks on offer great quality, food very good with several different restaurants on offer.

Great place to stay with wonderful facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately only 1 restaurant is included in all inclusive which was a bit disappointing. Wish they had a breakfast only option

The food and cocktails were bot so good and the hotel in general just felt very old and the beach towels were of low quality.

Too much mosquitos. Everything else was good for the price.

Huge hotel. Feels very American corporate. Nice art school but had to pay extra. Good buffet and good service. Felt it lacks some charm

Short stay.

Not as good as previous years, our mini bar hadn’t been fully stocked on arrival and wasn’t fully restocked afterwards, we had to request extra tea and coffee. No slippers in one room, just silly niggles but not the standard we have grown used to. Overall our stay seemed a little less luxurious to previous years, thinking of going back in August and hoping for improvement. Food was good and the kids had a great time just us picky adults!

You have to go to Hilton Dalaman!!!

This hotel was amazing from the pre arrival communication to check in to every member of the team. The service was amazing, the choice and quality of food was mind blowing, and if you asked for something, every effort was made to ensure it was arranged. We used the spa facilities, again, incredible staff and service. Already looking at booking for next year.

Just perfect for a relaxing family holiday

This place is absolutely massive with something for everyone. We only stayed here for a day and night before flying home. I think we could have occupied ourselves fro longer but maybe not a whole week. Not really our kind of hotel or holiday but we enjoyed it nevertheless. The cornily named "Mega Buffet" really is mega and the food is pretty good considering. Much is included but activities such as kayaking and windsurfing are extra.

Every thing is good but only sand not

We arrived late in the evening. The reception whilst having my reservation were unaware that Expedia had already taken payment; so charged my credit card again and then subsequently cancelled the payment. Too late for dinner so were offerred sandwiches - sandwiches consisted of a tied-looking roll and chips. Breakfast was fine although finding a vacant table was a challenge; similar for dinner. The beach really was a non-event; many people stayed with the pools. All-in all-disappointing - really not our sort of hotel.

Beautiful and Excellent property.

I loved the lake homes with swim up swimming pool access. The staff is not customer sevice oriented. We wished to dine at one of the A la carte restaurants, because we had not made a booking until 8pm - we could not dine. We had asked for daily newspapers - we never got them.

Amazing

Good do so much better Hilton..

To start our check in was delayed by over 1 hr because our room was not cleaned in time for the 3pm check in. We had requested a Sea View Room and whilst we had been given an excellent room in one of the Lakeside Villa's it was located at the rear of the Hotel and Sea Glimpse may have been a better description. The hotel provided Golf Buggy transport, which was generally quick and efficient. The following day our room was not made up due to a electrical fault on the door panel that requested not to be disturbed, (I am guessing this is why our room was not ready for us on arrival). After informing reception, this was fixed and room cleaned satisfactorily on the following day. Overall staff at the hotel were not so welcoming and service was slow and given without a smile. (maybe as end of season they had all forgotten their training). Staffing levels appeared ok but the clearing of tables etc. was not as efficient as it could have been. The Champaign and Wine Bar, together with Scotch and Cigar Lounge are a shadow of their former existence. Limited Wine and Scotch on offer and can not even smoke a cigar in the Cigar Lounge...... We tried out the Chinese Restaurant one evening, whilst OK the food arrived cold having been prepared in the main restaurant and travelled to the Chinese Restaurant. not even kept hot on burners that you might expect in traditional Chinese restaurants. Overall excellent hotel that could have done so much better..

Had booked for 6 nights but extended our stay as we were enjoying ourselves so much. The all inclusive is amazing, food is outstanding, service is exceptional and the staff are so well trained with smart uniform standards. I could not recommend the Hilton more highly. We will definitely be back.

Very pleasant resort

This was one of my best experiences at an all-inclusive resort. I’ve found the Hilton chain variable in the past but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Staying out of peak season the hotel pools were not heated sufficiently, this would be my only complaint. The standard of accommodation and quality of food were both excellent. The hotel grounds were well manicured and staff attentive, also plenty of on site amenities, very family oriented, I would recommend this hotel for a one week vacation.

The Food was excellent and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would come back to this Resort.

Good: Very pleasant and responsive staff. To be improved: technical maintenance of shower and tab facilities, telephone communication in the rooms.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are helpful and friendly pretty much round the clock. Only issue was when they have a big conference in the hotel, they join dinners and lunches with you which makes it very crowded at times. The kids area in the restaurant is often overlooked and the food doesn't get replenished as in adult section.

It is a fantastic and huge hotel with so many restaurants and pools. a lot of activities to join in. The beach is clean and nice. The room is big enought and clean. the staff is so nice to tell you everything. tatally is perfect.

Everything you need in a resort holiday

Excellent hotel, great aqua park, lots of pools and privacy, big so doesn't seem So busy even when packed Only negative is we went in October - about 27 degrees - the water in the pools was cold - ie not heated but I presume in warmer weather this isn't an issue! Nonetheless the sea water is nice and warm and calm for a lovely swim

I stayed there for 3 days and it was very short trip , My wife and myself will plan to visit it again with long stay due to the execellent service we received from the staff as well as the animation team effort to entertain us , thanks for the management team as well as every member in Hilton hotel to make our stays mignficant .

if you ever have any doubts about visiting turkey dalaman region I would say lose them now. if you visit this ortaca area then I would recommend hilton For you if you want something more Beach front then I would suggest tui blue this hotel is Perfect the only flaw is the beach isnt perfect

Perfect family all inclusive holiday

The resort is nice and clean with a lot to eat all day. The staff are ever so helpful and you can literally get whatever you want. The beach was a disappointment as it’s not ideal for swimming and kids. There isn’t much to do locally you will have to drive 45 mins to get to dalyan and over an hour to get to oludenzi. But if you want a relaxing family holiday where the kids can have fun in the resorts water park while you enjoy the food and entertainment then this is perfect for you. Seems pricy at first but the all inclusive holiday is great value for money.

Birthday to remember

We traveled as a couple for a birthday and had a lovely time. When we arrived we were given lemonade and checked in swiftly. The bell boy took us and our bags up to our hotel room. The room was clean and tidy and looked over the pool and the sea. During our stay we used the majority of the facilities both free and those you pay extra for; there were a few different pools and we mainly used the adults pool (16+) as we do not have children and did not want to be disturbed by them on our holiday. There were also adults only parts to the main restaurant and one of the bars. We found that having this made it more relaxing for us as there were no children running around. We booked and paid for the grand gazebo for our second day, if you can it is well worth doing as you have it from 10 am to 6pm. During this time snacks, fruit and an endless supply of drinks are brought out to you. You also chose from a menu served only at the gazebos for your lunch. There is the option to sit inside on the sofas or lie out on the beds; all while being practically on the beach. Whilst on our stay we visited the adult waterpark which consisted of five different slides and a pool. We really enjoyed going as it was quite quiet when we arrived and so had it to ourselves for the first 20 minutes. We also visited the indoor pool and spa though while there the jacuzzi was not working when we asked about it the receptionist she said later. However we then went for a massage which was amazing!

Nic hotel by the beach

Excellent resort with all the facilities, food and staff. Perfect location for families. Close to airport. Excellent overall.

Brilliant experience. Especially loved the pool side cafe's and restaurants. Main buffet restaurant had a lot of variety too. Would definitely recommend. For some reason October is deemed off peak and the hotel was on the quiet side. But weather was fantastic, and the lack of congestion at the hotel added to the enjoyment!

Fantastic hotel and great staff!

First time in a Hilton all-inclusive resort and couldn't have been more pleased. We were upgraded to a river view room which was spacious with a delightful view of the river and surrounding countryside. From the moment we checked in we really felt special and customer service was superb. Our bags were whipped away and we were shown to our lovely room by a very attentive porter, and there was none of that embarrassing 'hanging around for a tip' which we have experienced at other hotels. At first the complex looks very large and sprawling, but we soon found our way around and felt at home very quickly. Quality of everything food and drink wise was superb - there was plenty of variety in the buffet restaurant at every meal time and everything was of the highest quality and beautifully cooked and presented. Wine served at meals was of very acceptable quality, and glasses were topped up without having to ask. Drinks served at all the bars especially the Rouge Roof Bar were all really good and we never felt corners had been cut. Room was very comfortable with the biggest most sumptuous bed we have ever experienced, and housekeeping was of an excellent standard. All in all, and excellent stay and would not hesitate to return. This hotel is very deserving of the Hilton brand and image, and all credit to the staff who seemed to genuinely enjoy what they did.

Fantastic hotel - go and stay!

Stayed 3 nights at start of Sep and loved it :) Wish we'd stayed longer! Lots to do - segway hire, lots of beautiful pools, spa, mini golf, walking on the beach, parasailing, all sorts :) Not too far from Sarigerme too and very close to the airport (~15-20mins)

Top Class Family Hotel

It was probably the best hotel we have stayed at in terms of its grounds and facilities available. It is the best hotel for families with children as they accommodate in every aspect. Children had a spa treatment with us, there is a kids club, kids entertainment, parks, dedicated pools, zoo, food and plenty of baby facilities such as blenders, bottle warmers etc. Overall a top class hotel. Only downside is waiter service not the best at meal times for drinks etc.

Great resort, but nothing to do except relax

being a solo traveler it wasnt the best choice of location. There were no available excusions, so i rented a car against the advice of the guest relations, and i am so glad i did, it was worth seeing Olundeniz, Fethiye and Pamukkale-even though these trips were a long drive away

Nice hotel by the sea with many facilities.

We spent 2 nights there. Food was great, the hotel has a private beach. Very clean. Too many pools.

All inclusive, 5 stars by Turkish standards.

4 nights stay, on Friday there was a corporate event on premises with bass-fueled music till 2am. My wife is gluten intolerant and staff was tentatively helpful, nevertheless there were some rolled eyes when she asked for gluten free food to be prepared. Why gluten free suddenly translates to tasteless, spice free meet and veggies we will never understand though :) Reception staff is great, with Galina being particularly friendly and forthcoming. Overall we would recommend the hotel, particularly if you go with kids. Food was OK albeit a bit repetitive, property is pretty vast and well maintained. Gorgeous swimming pool.

Best experience ever ...! Lavish gardens, plenty of ultra high end food/ drinks any time any where, amazing facilities, super clean, trained friendly polite staff, terrific beach + many pools, kiddies are plenty but out of sight ..what else can one ask for ?

Undersold by Expedia! !!! Wonderful resort with everything really well thought out in detail. You could holiday just on the resort but the surrounding area is naturally stunning. Green mountainous and peaceful. Everything and anything is available and within reach. 2 brilliant tour operators who also supply airport runs panda tours and basket tours

Conference

We were there for a conference and were surprised how nice the place was. The room was awesome with a great ocean view and the amenities were superve. When it comes to the food make sure you bring some larger shorts because you will be gaining weight. Fun place if you want to get away from everything. But if you want to see the country or its surroundings this is not the place for you.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities

We stayed in this hotel for a week and we had a great time. Although it is a huge hotel, we did not feel we were all on top of each other nor did it feel over crowded. The food is excellent so are the hotel rooms. Highly recommended.

What you would expect from the Hilton brand very professional service great facilities all made for a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is amazing. Very nice beach and beautiful landscape. The food was excellent. Activities all day long. The sap is very nice. I recommend the Sultan Hammam . It's a very nice experience. The only inconvenience is the location . But for us we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we didn't need to go out.would definitely go another time

Excellent hotel & Location

Stayed at the Hilton for 7 nights towards the end of April 2014. Excellent facilities and location. Would highly recommend anyone to visit and stay at this hotel. Its actually located in the small town of Sarigerme and not really much to do around the town, but the brilliant facilities and location of the hotel means there is plenty to do at the resort. The weather was perfect towards the end of April. We booked our day excursions through Sarigerme travel and tours located in the small town of Sarigerme (only 10 mins in the taxi from the hotel).

Top notch beach hotel

We went for 4 nights over Easter and really really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is all inclusive so if you don't want to spend extra then you don't have to. The all inclusive buffets are great but a bit of a scrum at times so if you are looking for a bit more fine dining I can definitely recommend spending a bit more to go to the 'extra' restaurants on site. The fish restaurant down by the river is fantastic and we really enjoyed the Teppanyaki in the Oriental restaurant. We did end up spending quite a bit more as the massages, non standard wines and fine restaurants are extra but it was well worth it. There pools are huge and the beach is great but we spent most of the time chilling on the decking on the big cushions behind the beach. The bar staff were fantastic and kept us well lubricated for the duration of the stay! :)

Best all inclusive on earth!

We've been to loads of all inclusive hotels over the years and Hilton Dalaman beats them all. The food, facilities, locaton and views are absolutely fantastic, but what makes a real difference is the staff. They are, without a shadow of a doubt, the hardest working hotel guys and the level of service is something to experience. Over last week they have been everywhere and made our stay absolutely fantastic. The food is amazing, the range, quality, availability and sheer volume is amazing, all restaurants fantastic - you can even get meals cooked to order, all you need is just a question away. Not to mention that for all you drinkers all premium alcohols are INCLUDED in the price, so Absolut, Jack Daniels, champagne, the lot - for FREE! The beer and wine is nothing to shout about but if you like your coctails you will stick to Mojitos and "Hilton Specials" all stay long! 100's of free activites, adult-only areas, 5 pools, free sauna, jacuzzi, tennis, I can count and count - Hilton brand at extremely accessible price. World class holidays! Will definitively be back next year.

Huge hotel

excellent. Only one minus: when I go to a bar at 21h in the evening I do not expect to end up in a kindergarten. The dancefloor was fully occupied by (very) little children ?? Besides this rooms are perfect, food and service is very good, surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. Swimming pool and restaurant has a 16+ area (that's why we were so surprised about the "bar street/kindergarten". The other small issue is that Wifi is very limited if you do not want to pay for this.

Excellent hotel, part shut October UK half term

Excellent hotel, 4 and a bit star. We (partner, 2 kids) went in the UK October half term. Some parts of the hotel are closed in low season. During our stay, the snack bar, river water sports, fish restaurant and roof bar, outside auditorium and teen club were shut, but there was still plenty open. The water wasn't heated, so pretty cold in October, even in 26 degree heat. The resort shuts in early November and some staff were clearly 'winding down' and a bit stingey with measures, but most were excellent. Only 20 mins from the airport, beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. Very relaxing and well kept resort.

good hotle ,great food

hotel is great.We have been stay there for a week and really enjoy it.But We got little problem for the internet access.We got charge for the internet 3 times in one day.when we coplain that the front desk told us that is charged by swisscom and the hotel cannot do anything for that.We told the guy it doesent make any sense he just so unhappy with us and he still put charge in our room.

Good Hotel -- Still not 5 star

Pros : location ( near to airport ), views ( not bad - I got sea views 0, food choice ( good restaurant with excellent choice ) ...Good bars on site, mini disco etc are great....many outdoor snack restaurants to choose from......Cons : Room Service - Pathetic ( met a few people in the resort who shared the same views ), House keeping - Very bad ( bed sheet was ripped, extra bed was broken, no bath robes, no towels, had to ask for it etc etc )..beach is not great - volcanic ash sand ...nothing to be excited about....Language is an issue, which is surprising considering that its a very touristy place. Even in hotel, it was difficult to explain your point to anyone..I will still rate it 4, because of the value for money. Not bad overall and will recommend it.

Superb family hotel on beach

We (2 adults, 2 young children) spent seven days at the Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme and had a very enjoyable time. The facilities are modern and very well maintained. Food in the main restaurant is an international buffet and is excellent. The Turkish/Middle Eastern dishes are well suited to buffet style dining. There was always fresh grilled fish (bream or sea bass). Everything is included, even beer, wine (local and nothing fancy but fair quality), even some drinks and cocktails at the various hotel bars. The children's club is reasonably equipped, but supervision in the climbing area could be better. The sports and recreation facilities are high quality. The only downside is that he outdoor pools are not heated, and in the late fall, nighttime temperatures drop to around 12-14 degrees C, which means the water is quite cold. There is one indoor pool that was usually busy during our stay.

It was like paradise!

Beautiful setting. Loved being so near the sea. Fantastic range of facilities including fitness. Delicious food. All very clean.

Relax extraordinare !!!

We had a wonderful relaxing time at the hotel, everyone was catered for from exercise classes to lazing in comfort by the pool or on the beach. One little niggle was to find well worn towels on arrival, with ragged edges - not really five star! But the other days they were fine( mostly). Shame you have to pay extra to eat in the themed restaurants but they were very lovely for a change from the buffet scramble. However would return here and overall a great relaxing holiday resort hotel.
