Perfect location

My experience at Harbor Hotel exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed my time there. The room was super clean in addition to the spectacular views of the city and habor. All staff members I interacted with were very friendly, polite and helpful. The lady at the front desk who did my check-in was very efficient and hospitable. The housekeeping staff was extremely pleasant. The restaurant and bar staff were great as well. Not to forget, the car park attendant, he was very pleasant. There was a lady I think she was a janitor who didn’t speak English but provided great assistance in helping me find the car park. Really wish I had names to add to this review tbh. Thank you for an awesome time though!

The hotel was perfect. I had my whole family staying there and they provided us with all the accommodations we needed. Emily and Isabel were great. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They answered all our questions about the surrounding areas and provided great restaurant recommendations. We just left and I’m already planning another stay at the end of the month. If you’re visiting, I would highly recommend it.

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff seems to be trying their best. Rooms are advertised as “sound proofed” but lots of both street noise and thumping music from the hotels lower levels radiates through. We booked a balcony room, which has a view partially blocked by solar panels and is right above all the music. We regret paying more for that. Staff allowed us to move rooms, lost the view and the balcony but can still hear the music. (It’s thankfully somewhat quieter though).

Excellent stay with incredible staff. My entire family enjoyed their stay.

Excellent staff and service

Great staff. Emily is a graceful and professional front desk worker. Susie is a consistent and efficient worker. Sabrina is quite unique......highly focused, driven, extremely kind/helpful and hard working.

Great location

Walking distance to everything. Pool and restaurant bar in the hotel and casino for the gambler's. Just double check if your room has windows unfortunately mine didn't. Overall highly recommend.

Great location!!! Lovely curb appeal!!! Magnificent view on Queen Emma Floating bridge. Restaurant facing Anna Bay with great view on Punda historic properties. Room is very small; no chairs. Last year, we had a large room but again no sitting area. Quality linen; good supplies of towels and supplies. Coffee maker. Few steps from Kura Hulanda Village , UNESCO site; And the Museum!!! And a lovely attractive pool. Overall beautiful!!!

Super nice hotel

We came here last minute after a not great experience at an all inclusive hotel. We both agreed that we wished we would have booked here first or at least left the other hotel sooner! The room was amazing, large, bright, and cool! The staff were all super friendly and attentive! Rooms really are amazingly quiet! And the area around the hotel has been great for walking to many great food options, shopping, art, watching boats come in and leave…. Just an amazing location and this place saved an otherwise disastrous vacation! Oh the pool was also great, clean, refreshing! Highly recommend!

The property and surrounding areas themselves are all beautiful, beautiful view of harbor. What I didn't like or desrve is a part of my 3pc diamond watch missing/stolen and staff management has not called or email me concerning any kind of compensation for my inconvenience. I have reached out several times to no acail. I live in the US and this was my very first time out of my country. This experience won't discouraged me from traveling, but it was disappointing to say the least. It was very unexpected. The least management could do is reach out and accommodate sonce i stayed 4 days there. It would be the right thing to do. WARNING ⚠️ my fellow Americans, DO NOT BRING ANY EXPENSIVE JEWELRY PERIOD!

This Hotel is wonderfully located near the heart of the town. Food, entertainment, and transportation are just a 5 minute walk away. I wish I could give it a 10 star rating.

I was in Curacao for my birthday and originally booked with Kontiki Resort and decided, after seeing some not so favorable reviews, to switch to Harbor Hotel and Casino 2 weeks before my trip. I'm an advance planner, so this decision made me so nervous, but what a great decision! The grounds are beautiful and clean, the room had a beautiful view and the staff were amazing! They suprised me for my birthday with decorations in the room, champagne and a card. It was so thoughful! They also sang happy birthday to me when I came back from my excursion. It's located at a short walking distance to the gorgeous Queen Emma Bridge, Renaissance Mall and Hulanda Village. I enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay again! Curacao was so good to me!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel is also very near to restaurants and shopping areas.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Willemstad in the Otrobanda area. Our room was a corner room on the fourth floor with windows in both directions, one side with a view of the sea, Queen Emma Bridge and the beautiful Danish-style embankment, the other side on Otrobanda with a large mural on the wall of the neighboring building. The hotel is very clean, spacious, they have recently made a modern renovation. The staff is very friendly, everyone speaks English. The hotel has a huge restaurant and bar where you can have a delicious breakfast or dinner. There are many restaurants, shops, cafes nearby. I highly recommend the Harbor Hotel

Very cute hotel in the city center! Many restaurants within walking distance. Only complaint was they did not have any washcloths during our 5 day stay. Trying to get washcloths and towels was like pulling teeth!

Breakfast needs upgrading. service very slow. chose not to have breakfast there.

Ideal for City lovers

Great hotel to enjoy the World Heritage City of Willemstad, Curaçao. Many restaurants at walking distance, awesome view of the Harbor. And of course, Curacao North Sea Jazz Festival.

Wonderful location and view. The receptionists were polite and helpful. Bartender was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Rooms were well cleaned and restocked. With a balcony view room, our stay was tremendous, definitely worth it! You can see the Queen Emma Bridge open and close, night and day, huge ships passing. An amazing experience. We did not dine at the restaurant, no particular reason. Overall clean and neat hotel, right in the middle of it all but not so much that we didn't have a peaceful place to retire to nor was the entrance ever crowded etc. I can safely say it was a home away from home. Definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Perfectly situated hotel, in the middle of town and overlooking the harbor and floating bridge. Ataff was very friendly and the onaite bar and restaurant was pretty good. Very walkable to explore Willemstad. Id definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel and amazing view!!!!

Excellent location; easy access to extensive shopping; and staff members speak English readily... Sabrina is the best. Stephanie is a high quantity owner. Isabel provides a good experience and 'big hotel' feel at the front desk. Raichen and Dillion are delightful to interface with at the bar. They are readily available to the hotel clients....and are pleasant and willing to talk...

Very nice

All staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant food is tasty- all meals. The bartenders know how to make ANY drink- delicious. Clean rooms. Quiet. Lots of options for shopping and eating in walking distance. Casino on the first floor is smoke-free, which makes for a nicer gambling experience.

The Best Hotel of Willemstad, Curacao

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Willemstad. It is a few footsteps from the Queen Emma Pontoon Bridge. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed assistance on transportation and restaurant recommendations. The rooms are nice and enough space for two adults. I love the barn door to bathroom. The room has been updated with contemporary farmhouse decor. The blue wallpaper in the hallways is beautiful. The loft lobby overlooking the square across the street is open to catch the fresh breeze from the ocean. The view is very scenic and nicely decorated. The restaurant is on the same level. It's open to the view of the pontoon bridge and passing vessels. The casino adds a nice touch to the hotel. The island celebrated Flag Day during my stay which was hosted in square, out front. Fireworks filled the sky at night from a nearby pier or boat. It was amazing and entertaining. The celebration was filled with lots of live performances and food vendors. Many stores were closed for the day. Rif Fort is a quick walk, as well as Renaissance Plaza (high-end shopping, casino, & Starbucks). Cross the pontoon bridge from the hotel to visit Punda where the floating market, Plasa Bieu (local food spot), the Dushi & Curacao signs, a huge chichi (Big Mama) figure, tons of local artists have artwork on the buildings. Guests must walk behind the hotel to Kura Hulanda Village (African village) to visit its museum that is rich in the slave history of the island. Very clean & safe!!

Convenient hotel

We were able to check in a little early like 2pm. Our room had a great view of the area.The location very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Our hotel gave us complimentary drinks and 2 free water bottles.

Great hotel and staff

Absolutely loved the hotel and it’s proximity to everything. The staff went above and beyond during our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Check out at 5:30am was a slow. There was nobody at the desk for a few minutes. Then they had issues returning the cash deposit. System seems a bit outdated.

Perfect location to visit the shops and Queen Emma Bridge

Super friendly staff and very nice hotel, even with the location being in a busy area the room I heard no street noise while in the room. Definitely would book this hotel for a stay again.

Three of us stayed in this hotel for five nights. We found at the café was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the little library was a delight. The pools were kept clean As was the entire property. While we do not intend to return to the island, we would be happy to stay here again if we did

The stay was excellent

I would recommend the hotel for those who want to explore the city and be close to the Queen Emma Bridge. The hotel was quiet but I felt safe walking around the area. I liked the pool with the bar next to it. Having a view of the Handelskade waterfront from the hotel restaurant and lounge area is a plus.

The front desk service was good, but the poolbar and restaurant was poor in service and varieties

After experiencing the hole Island the best Spot to stay. The property as well the area offer everything you need and you like to discover. The Staff are friendly and very helpful and creative to assist. Definitely we will be back.

The area of the hotel was in the middle of everthing which was good. I would recommend pro iding a city tour or linking with another agency to provide the service. I did not like not having a face title 6 day out of the 7 days i stayed. One day no titles or service were given. The staff was helpful in providing a rental car during my stay.

The staff were very nice especially the dinning staff as well as the front desk staff. Everything was perfect. The only area would be keeping the restaurant open for breakfast atleast till 11am instead of 10am. Secondly, closing the restaurant for lunch and dinner on a Sunday is not a good idea. I hope they reconsider this!
