Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perhaps they could rotate the breakfast menu a little more. Excellent location with everything at your fingertips. The building soundproofing is not great for street noise at night. All in all great value for money.

Not so luxurious when there's rats in the ceiling

We were delighted that the hotel had offered us a free upgrade when we first arrived. However, we began to hear animals (likely rats) scurrying around and fighting in the air vents. It was so loud, it would have kept us awake. Despite recording the noises, we were basically told we were lying. Eventually we were given a new room, but the situation could have been dealt with far better. Overall, the hotel really wants to be a luxury boutique, but unfortunately it's not quite there yet.

Very nice place, great location!

The hotel is very nice, the outside of it is questionable at times but the area is very good and overall the stay was clean and comfortable. For this price its an absolute hidden gem, very close to the beach and the rooftop infinity pool has a wicked view! The service and hospitality could have been better at times, but was still good and deserves credit. I would recommend this hotel forsure!

Everything at the hotel was great. HOWEVER, as you walk out the front door of the hotel and turn left, there is a small coffee shop about 3 doors down. They have a couple of washers and dryers and do laundry there. I gave them our dirty clothes and then returned the next day to pick them up. Strangely, our underwear, socks, t-shirts, and shorts were there and fine, while our nicest clothes - a polo golf shirt, three new dresses, and a new blouse - were all missing. Ten minutes after I picked up the clothes (and discovered the problem) I returned to the shop and asked what had happened. Over the course of the next 3 hours prior to our bus leaving for the round of our trip, their story about what had happened changed 3 times. In the end, they said it was a mystery, and had no idea what happened, and in fact seemed suspicious about our claims - until we really pressed them on the matter. Not even a refund was offered, much less reimbursement for the lost clothes, and really only a half hearted apology was given. Stay away from that place!!!! Again - I want to reiterate - it was not the hotel's fault.

Comfortable stay

The hotel is modern, cozy, and clean. It’s a few short blocks away from the beach with plenty of places to eat. There’s laundry nearby and a convenient store next to the hotel. The hotel offers excursion options as well. The hotel’s free breakfast is excellent. Wi-Fi is great. The staff are helpful. Although, I’d like to point out some isolated situations. It seems like the hotel only has 1 iron. Upon request, they told me that a hotel guest was using it. So, I asked again the NEXT day, a make receptionist on the AM shift informed me they don’t have an iron and that I have to pay a fee for such service. I mentioned to him; I was informed that the said iron was being used by a customer, which he reiterated they don’t have one. Later, I asked another receptionist, and they brought the iron to my room. Another incident, on a Sunday evening. There was a male receptionist behind the counter by himself. His head was buried in his cellphone and didn’t even look up to see who was approaching the door or counter (the lobby was small)- It's not a big deal, I still consider the overall stay excellent.

Fabulous 8 nights

We love it , the staff were fabulous Beautiful smiles every morning. The manger was amazing. Organise a car to take us places , great advice on tailors in hoi an . Had a fabulous holiday . Look forward to next year Hotel was a 3 min walk to beach so close to Everything. I would highly recommend this hotel small and friendly

The grab car/taxi services provided by the hotel is not professional. The price offered is very much higher than outside even after discount. Also, excavation works is on going in front of the hotel during our stay has caused us some inconveniences.

The Odys Boutique Hotel is an excellent hotel. We loved the location! But what made the experience the best was the awesome customer service from the staff! They were very helpful. The room was cute, modern, and clean. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Ho Chi Minh City.

We spent 6 days here, and all of the staff members were so great, plus, all the meals were great as well. They did as best as they can including cleaning and any other kind of services that they offer. We made amazing exp here. It's all thanks to them. See ya. 잘놀다갑니다:D

Very satisfied

Lovely hotel on a very nice street 1 block away from the stunning My Khe beach. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very modern. The pool is on the roof 14 floors up and has some lovely views of the city behind and the beach ahead. There is only a few loungers for bathing but we always got some as the majority of people staying were Korean or Chinese who did not sun bathe during the morning or afternoon. The breakfast was okay but geared to an Asian taste. I would happily stay in the hotel again in Da Nang as it was perfect location and very comfortable. The staff are all friendly and very attentive.

Small boutique hotel. Aircon was pretty crap, ended up roasting in the room. Staff were extremely cheerful and helpful, in particular Lily and Jessica!

The staffs there were so friendly and helpful. They had introduced us many places to go and gave some useful tips and advices. Also, they were so flexible as they would have special arrangement based on each customer’s needs. I really appreciate that and I do enjoy staying in this hotel.

The property was new, located close to the beach, and a great value given the quality you get for the price. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I spent time at the rooftop pool on both days of my visit. Most importantly, the staff was so kind and helpful. Lilly and her team made me feel like a friend, not just a guest. I really appreciated how welcomed I felt and that I could go to them with any questions.

Ratten aus Löchern in der Decke . Kakalaken an der Wand am Bett . Duschhahn kaputt . Wasserhahn kaputt . Schimmelgeruch überall . Frühstück : ganz schlechte Qualität. Wir haben auf 2 Eier 45 min gewartet . Wir haben mehrfach reklamiert . Nach 2 Tagen hat endlich die Managerin mit uns gesprochen . Das Ergebnis war : Sie kann nichts entscheiden , sie muss ihren Manager fragen . Ergebnis war , dass Sie uns als Entschädigung die Fahrt zum Flughafen ( 3 EUR) bezahlen . Oder wir die letzten 2 Tage auschecken könnten und sie würden dann die beiden Nächte , die wir nicht da sind uns nicht berechnen. Ha Ha Ha Absolute Abzocke und verdrecktes Hotel .

Good location, but....

Rooms are nice and clean. Pool area ok. No bar and restaurant only serves breakfast. Rooms on 11th floor noisy due to beneath the restaurant but got sea view. No space to hang towels in bathroom!! The restaurant staff smoking and play loud in the emergency staircase with door open. Breakfast buffet: egg, rice soup, pho and a few asian vegetarian dishes. Quality management missing. My door not locked after cleaning. Staff came asking for their access cards. Mixed up between rooms regarding payment. Overall its an ok stay for the costs.

お値段の割に設備は十分で、水回りも清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。すぐ隣にコンビニがあるのが便利でした。スタッフの対応も良かったです。 そう遠くはないのですが、ビーチからもう少し近ければなぁと思いました。

The accommodation was smaller than expected and had no windows. The swimming pool at the top was also small, so I didn't use it. However, the location was good and the breakfast was varied and delicious.

Hyvä hotelli, hyvä aamupala, hyvä sijainti ja todella ystävällinen henkilökunta! Huone tyyliltään hieno ja moderni. Hieno allas alue katolla. Ainoa miinus se, että meidän 3 yön matkalla huonetta ei siivottu kertaakaan (siivooja tuli jo puoli 9 koputtelemaan oveen siivousta, jonka jälkeen laitoimme ei saa häiritä kyltin noin kello 12 asti ja sitten huonetta ei ikinä sen jälkeen siivottu).

共訂了5房間, 論雙人房價錢是超值, 但大床房就一般 房間確實好清潔, 執房亦高水平, 服務都很好, 冷氣很好 不足是沖涼房沒有任何地方掛衣服 有浴缸的房間, 花灑位置非常有問題, 沒有浴簾及插了花灑淋浴時, 因插頭太直水不是落在浴缸內, 而是會沿浴缸邊流落地上, 地下全是水 另外同一價格房較細而沒有浴缸 如將少問題改, CP 值還是高的

신축건물이라 깔끔합니다 직원들 너무 친절했구요 무엇보다 조식이 12층 식당에서 제공되는데 미케비치의 아침햇살과 함께 아침식사를 할 수 있습니다 인근 호텔들 중 고층에 해당하기에 루프탑 수영장에서 미케비치가 보이구요 시티쪽 뷰는 용다리까지 한눈에 들어오는 멋진 경관이 펼쳐집니다 일박 오만원 대에 조식제공 루프탑수영장 무엇보다 친절한 직원들 가성비로 끝판왕입니다 아... 혹 예약하실 때는 꼭 디럭스룸 이상으로 슈페룸은 육층까지 저층인데 창문이 옆건물등에 다 가려져 있어요 슈페나 디럭스나 가격차이 크진 않으니 무조건 디럭스^^~ 재방의사 10000%

음, 사진하고 똑같으면서 달라요.. 생각보다 방은 좁고 낡았어요. 하지만 둘이서 쓰는데 불편하지는 않았습니다. 이 호텔은 직원분들이 정말 친절해요. !!! 릴리라는 직원은 이제껏 여행하며 만나 본 직원 중 최고였어요! 다낭 자체가 음식이 맞지 않아서 고생했는데 조식먹은 걸로 버텼어요. 다 필요없고 릴리 최고에요. 이 호텔은 방은 그냥 그런데 직원서비스 때문에 한번 더 가고싶을 정도에요.

일단 깨끗하고 깔끔해요. 냄새도 안나고..환경도 넓고 쾌적해요. 조식의 가짓수는 많지는 않고 조금 입맛에 안 맞았지만. 그건 어쩔수 없는것 같아요.

the hotel was so clean and they were so kind but when i asked some towel or toilet paper they gave too slowly .. but there is so clean pool that was small but enoungh for realx and they have great pick up and drop service but you guy have to pay them but it was not expensive

住左6日，除咗星期日嘅朝早冇裝修嘅聲之外，每日好準時朝早7:00就開始有裝修既嘈聲，仲要係好大聲，因為隔音超差，就好似係你隔離房鑽牆甘，我最不滿係點解一早酒店唔講，唔係應該一開始book之前就提一提旅客？去旅行休息好緊要，我仲要同3歲bb去，講左幾日想換高啲房，等左3日轉左房，轉左7樓，但結果一樣，都係好嘈，酒店話退返3晚10% 房價，但係之後個2晚既房細左又無左咀浴缸，都唔知係咪我之前既房型suites, 總之整體被騙 另外係沖涼去水超差，而且個設計係會成個廁所濕哂，未見過甘差既設計，未試過住得甘辛苦

아내와 둘이서 2박하였습니다. 위생이나 서비스는 만족스럽습니다. 다만 주변에 공사소음이있어 늦잠자는건 힘듭니다. 조식은 종류에비해 먹을껀 많이 없습니다. 옥상에있는 수영장은 자그만하니 예쁨니다!

It is very thankful that the hotel upgraded our room. It is not a big hotel, but it is good enough to live 6days 5 nights. Lily ( the staff) is so nice, helpful and caring. She chatted with us everyday and asked whether we need help. Other staff are nice too.

WIFIがとても速いホテル。

屋上のプールがすごく小さい。ホテルの隣がビル建築中で毎日、土日も含めて朝の7時からガンガンゴンゴン騒音が午後7時頃までしていて客室でゆっくりしようとしても建設工事の騒音でイライラした。客室は清潔でシャワーの水圧もよかった。客室でのWIFIは凄く早い。ホテルスタッフはとても親切でした。PDFを無料でプリントアウトをレセプションで無料でしてくれた。朝食のビュッフェもメニューが豊富で美味しいかった。ビーチにも近い。隣のビル建設が完了して騒音が無ければまた宿泊したいです。

ホテルはきれいでビーチからも近く、朝食もおいしかった。ホテルスタッフも親切。近くにご飯屋さん、コンビニ的なお店もあり便利だった。

6/24-27일 스위트룸에 머물었었는데요 호텔이 너무 만족스러워서 후기남겨요! 일단 호텔 직원분들이 너무 친절하셨고 서비스가 너무 좋으세요 로비에 앉아있을때마다 매번 시원한 물 주시고 조식도 되게깔끔하고 직원분들이 친절하셨어용 그리고 중간중간에 호텔 청소도 되게 깨끗하게 해주시고 너무 만족했습니당

◾︎スタッフ 滞在中は親切でしたが、調子良くて騙された気分です。 こちらの不注意で予約日を間違えてしまい。しかしチェックイン時に、キャンセルしてくれると言ったのに、結局キャンセルされてなく。=返金されず二重請求されました。 元のルール上、返金不可は仕方ないので、初めから断ってくれれば問題にならないのに。 わざわざ嘘をつかれたのが後味悪いです。 ◾︎お部屋 見た目は非常に綺麗で快適だったんですが、バスルームが下水の臭いがして参りました。 冷蔵庫もあまり冷えない←他のダナンのホテルもで、ベトナムはどこもそうなのか？？ 入室時は消臭スプレーされて臭わなかったけど、後から臭くて。自動で24時間換気扇が回ってても、臭いこもり。香水で誤魔化して使用。 ◾︎屋上プール 写真とだいぶイメージ違います。しかしバーのドリンクは安いのにちゃんとしてて美味しかった。 ◾︎レストラン お値段の割に朝食が豪華だし、レストランも綺麗でした。スタッフサービスも良かったです。 ◾︎立地 ミケビーチまで近いけど、行くまでの道は(海岸沿い以外の裏道)舗装が不十分や工事中で歩きずらかったです。このホテルに限らず、このエリア沿いのホテルはみんなそうです。

Un personnel très serviable et attentionné. Nous avions réservé une suite vue mer mais l hôtel ne donne pas réellement face à la mer et la suite ne faisait pas 35m2. Les cocktails sont à améliorer au bar et le petit déjeuner est à améliorer pratiquement que du salé. Mais la gentillesse du personnel a contribué à notre très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.
