Excellent breakfast and easy parking and a short walking distance from Pisa Tower and very clean room but very small room for four star hotel.

Hotel is basic. Definitely nowhere near the level of a UK 4*! Toilet seat broken. Mattress like sleeping on a plank of wood. Had room right above the kitchen so for 2 hours every night all you can hear is banging and first thing every morning. The only plus was the lovely lady in reception who was very nice.

Family site seeing trip.

The location is great to go out and see the sites. We had interconnecting family room, which was great for my two teenagers to have their own space. Around the corner from the train station which made it really easy to travel around.

Great value for a hotel! Slightly out of the city centre but very walkable distance. The room had enough space for two people, the bathroom facilities were perfect for what we needed, with a well functioning shower and plenty of towels. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We didn’t have the breakfast but to have had the option for an included breakfast is even better value! Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel is lovely, spacious and about a 15 minute walk away from Pisa. The staff were friendly and attentive and I would recommend going to the restaurant if you're wanting something near by, it's reasonably priced and the food was superb. My only complaint was that you could hear trains going by quite late into the night which isn't great when you have to open the window because the Aircon didn't seem to work.

Nothing bad to say about my staying. As a four stars hotel, i would only complain on the noise in the room coming in from outside: train, traffic and rooms next to mine. I appreciated the kindness of the whole staff.

Excellent value for money in January

Very friendly staff in large hotel with good quality restaurant and excellent breakfast. The area is somewhat isolated particularly in the evening when there is nowhere to eat or drink within a 15 minute walk . The rooms are clean if a little sparse but comfortable all the same

We stayed for one night in January. Although the hotel felt a little dated, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and were very welcoming. Great value for money to stay in when visiting Pisa.

The front desk Lisa was very nice. She help us to print some boarding tickets. The hotels is 10 mins walking to the leading tower. The breakfast was very good with different options.

Room was good, but got a bed with a worn out mattress. I could feel every single spring. They serve good breakfast. They charge you for the water €1.50 per bottle. Get your own.

Good hotel

One night in Pisa, good hotel option, out of the crowds and walking distance to the tower. The hotel offers parking at 10 euros, very convenient. We had a drink at the bar with a pizza to share for dinner but of course there is at the hotel the formal dinner version. The reviews said that you need to pass a tunnel to go to the city center, yes it is true. But at night if you don’t wish to experience this, there are options for eating in the neighborhood Chinese food and a normal cafeteria with locals (on the street one side if the hotel).

Just needs a bit of an update . . . . Rooms a bit dated but the hotel and sfatt are so lovely and helpful .... and a GREAT stay

I stayed in a single room on the 3rd floor. It was very clean and a good size for me. The staff were friendly and helpful. One male receptionist was a bit gruff when giving me directions though. Only a 10 minute walk to the Leaning Tower. Restaurant is open from 8-930pm for dinner and the 8am seating was often full. You can eat from a limited menu at the bar which is open until midnight. Not a lot of interesting shops or restaurants in the immediate area. About a 10-15 minute taxi from the airport for about 15Euros.

The hotel is very convenient for the city sights as well as for the car hire pick up company. Service at reception was rapid, efficient and friendly. Really good place for transits arriving or leaving Italy via the Pisa airport

Walking distance to Pisa sightseeing area but far enough away for peace and quiet. The air con in the room was very welcome (outside temp 36 degrees). Close to bus stops to travel around. Staff were friendly and helpful.

All was great, just the rooms need some extra cleaning and painting. There are a loads of mosquitoes over night.

Di certo non è un hotel che stupisce. Staff che a malapena sa parlare inglese, colazione abbondante ma devi preparati tu le bevande, e sopratutto il parcheggio ESTERNO del hotel a pagamento ( 10 euro a notte). Se volete passaci una notte puo andare.

"Grand" wouldn't be a term I'd use to describe this place. It was just OK to us. The location was great, we rented scooters to get to the leaning tower and dinner, and walked to the regional train station. The rooms felt old and not the cleanest. I don't think I'd return unfortunately. It was fine for the one night. The ac seemed to be controlled elsewhere. I would turn it down to my liking, but when I would get up a couple hours later, it would be right back up to where it started. So I was not happy about that. Overall, ok for a night. No bells and whistles.

It was s short walk to rhe tower of Pisa...very nice breakfast. Not sure why we couldn't fill our water bottles at breakfast???

The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the main sights. It is next to a main road and railway track but the soundproofing is good. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable with a good shower. The breakfast offered a wide selection, hot and cold. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for a short stopover in Pisa.

The hotel is convenient for the sites of Pisa. The nearby train station is close by. The breakfast was very good.

The staff is very friendly and answers all questions, however when we asked for later checkout they didn’t agree to that even though we checked in 3 hours later the night before. Their check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am, so I don’t see why we couldn’t check out at noon instead. We only stayed one night and didn’t even have time to make such a mess that is worth 4 hours cleaning. Overall, location is 15 minutes walk from Miracle square where all city sightseeings are located. I wish somebody told me I could just have a day trip from Florence instead of staying a day in Pisa, the train takes one hour between two cities.

Staff were very friendly and polite. Hotel 10 mins walk from the tower. Decor very dated and limited facilities. No idea how it is 4 star as per its sign. Pillows and sheets yellowed through age.

Good hotel!

Good service, location a bit weird but close to everything so still nice. A bit noisy, thought someone was entering the room everytime a room close by opened their door. All in all great and recommending it!

My overall experience was positive. Rooms look a bit tired and need an update, but everything was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast included and safe parking was available at a reasonable cost.

Very typical Italian hotel and bonus it has an elevator. It is at least 15 mins walk to Leaning Tower and restaurants. Pisa is A beautiful city to visit.

The room smelled of urine, aircon noisy and in general the room was in bad shape. Could really need a refurbishment. Not worth the money.

Very nice rooms and the fact that they gave us 2 rooms with doors in between for our kids was a bonus! The breakfast/ brunch was amazing with tonsss of options!

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was within walking distance of the tower. It’s close to a main road which is the only draw back but we couldn’t hear any noise from traffic during the night.

Check in was quick. Room was huge and best of all everything was free in the minibar which was a great perk Very close to Pisa which was what we wanted.

Bad experience

Food was awfull. Never had such a bad steak Fiorentina. Meat was discusting an uneatable. Service was non excisting. Waiter just ignored any complaint

Not a Grand Hotel, but an OK hotel

Shower head was broken, water just splashing everywhere but not straight out. There were some brown spots on my bed linen. Some food at breakfast tasted old. Otherwise, quite ok for the price.

Noise

Great place!

We only stayed for one night but it was great! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk to the Leaning Tower. They held our luggage while we went for the day. The restaurant staff were also very nice even when we got in right before closing.

Beautiful hotel and great service and food

Extremely uncomfortable bed. Room not in keeping with a 4 star hotel .It would have been nice to have complimentary water on arrival instead of being charged for it. Travel cot and breakfast were good. Staff accommodating and friendly.

The lady at the check-in counter was very friendly and helpful. My friend and I are traveling to different countries in Europe, and she made us feel welcomed compared to many other hotels that we visited. Thank you very much!
