Avoid this hotel by all means. I checked in at midnight and my room smelled so bad. They changed my room but I only lasted one more night and I checked out. This is no where near a four seasons hotel. This should be called DARK WINTER.

Of course this Four Seasons is an awesome hotel, but they should have informed me upon booking that the pool, lobby and main restaurant were undergoing major renovations and closed. That is the classy thing to do so I could've reconsidered the stay.

The property is really a 5-star hotel. The area is good (for Mumbai) and there are high-quality malls very nearby, but some may not feel comfortable walking around, but this is not down to the hotel. The room and installations are top-notch. However, the reason I wrote this review is down to the staff, which is outstanding and caters to your every need. The concierge staff went out of their way to get everything we wanted. Another outstanding employee is Alankar Mantri. He made us feel at home every morning at breakfast.
Excellent stay…wish we could have stayed longer. Aer lounge at the rooftop of the hotel is in a league of its own and probably the best in Mumbai. Will be back!

Great hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Its not a huge hotel but the rooftop bar is amazing. Definitely recommend going up for a drink and an appetizer. The remodeled room was nice but with the smog you don't really get a view of the ocean..

Excellent stay at this fabulous hotel. Service is amazing. Room was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. Pool was wonderful and service here also fabulous. Restaurant is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thoroughly recommend and hope to stay again. Special thanks to Sonali and team at the concierge who were super helpful and helped make our stay extra special.

Lovely stay at the Four Seasons, highlighted by Loki's seamless check-in. Enjoyed the gorgeous bathroom, bright, spacious room. Despite ongoing renovations, everything was discreet, not impacting the experience. Eagerly looking forward to coming back when renovations are complete. A truly comfortable and luxurious experience that leaves a lasting impression.
This property is using a five star name with three star service and amenities. The management is terrible and there is no such thing as customer service from any higher level person. The cleaning staff were wonderful. There was one mistake where a personal item was removed from my room and it took quite some time to locate it. The hotel did not disclose that there would be construction going on at all hours and they did not provide alternate options to all of their closed amenities such as the rooftop bar. They wouldn’t let us use the lounge instead when the business center and other areas were closed.
The staff are helpful and friendly. Restaurant serves great food. The disappointment was the lack of adequate room cleaning.sheets were dirty, carpets dirty, the room was not vacuumed ( food particle on floor) curtains dirty and smells of cigarettes, cleaning staff smell bad( it is worth educating them about personal hygiene and even by them deodorants, the room after being busted by cleaning team smelled horrible.
They have a problem in disclosing names. What stops them from doing so is bets known to them. My office had to cover the cost for all expenses incurred during my stay, My room was already full pre-paid. When my office called the hotel to deposit a certain amount to cover incidentals - the hotel wanted my office staff from Pune to visit hotel in Mumbai to pay other they could not collect the payment. They wanted a physical card only. NO QR code, NO CC auth, NO payment link. The front also does not come on call - only operators speak without names like bots easliy sound irritated when you call in the second time. Very very rigid team, behaviour and approach.
They have a big issue with disclosing names on call. Almost rigid on any/every request you make. The approach is very rigid and reverse of what you actually expect from a hotel. Small request like making a pre-payment to them is not acceptable to them. They would want you to pay only 72 hours before your check in etc etc.
The hotel is undergoing renovations as well huge building works going on directly next door. This meant our stay wasn’t the most pleasant and added to the issues we had with our room and lounge experience.

People make the luxury!
We have stayed in so many Four Seasons properties but the one in Mumbai stood up due to the warm and diligence of its employees. Everyone from the doorman to the general manager were so attentive to our comfort that made us feel part of the family. We felt like returning home every time we came back to the hotel. Thanks to Aashrit and Loki for their interest in our wellbeing and unforgettable stay.

Very loud noise outside my window
The hotels staff and concierge service was amazing and very helpful in every request. The biggest issue was on day 2 of my stay. I had a long day in the city starting in the morning and came back to the room for rest and a nap. Unfortunately, there was a horrible noise and work being done right outside of my window for almost 2 hours which prevented me from resting. I wish the hotel would have told me the work was being done so that at the minimum, I could have adjusted my rest time.
I wonder how this is a Four Seasons owned property, seems more like a courtyard mariott.

The stay was ok overall. The hotel is located in a prime spot with amazing views. The toilet however was a little stingy and smelly. Besides the concierge service, I would rate the hotel 4 star at best.

Amazing service, I had food poisoning for a week before I arrived, they helped me get a doctor on the phone and then brought the medicine to my room!
The front receptionist tried to sell me a sea facing room for additional $50 when I was so bloody tired after a 15 hour flight and hell of a journey of covid tests and retests. Then when I went to the rooftop bar, the staff told me that UNLESS I had a minimum billing, he cannot seat me after 7 pm and told me to sit away from the sea view (so sad that Four seasons is focused on short term money but sacrificing customers), then the restaurants don’t open till 7pm. I have dinner starting at 6 and finish by 7 pm. So every time I ask for in room dining, the food is not available other than 7pm. Also instead of the payment at the time of checkout , every food bill has to be paid immediately and they bring swipe machines that don’t work on international cards. Nightmare!! Only good point is their breakfast is satisfying and the customer services by the breakfast team is extraordinary. The staff need training and new management is required. Not a 5 star or even a 2 star rating for the moment. I am only staying because it is convenient for my business meetings.

Horrible service! The cleaning is poor and dirty! You have to ask the people to clean serval times . The reception guy was so rude and not friendly at all ! I never had so bad service in my whole life! The service is horrible and not like a 5 star hotel! The room service food is horrible and it always takes them more than a hour to deliver a salad! The hotel doesn’t follow up with a normal four season hotel ! They only have the name! Is a rep of the price and compare to any four seasons hotel , this one is definitely the worst! If u want a horrible stay book here !
Very Nice Hotel
Hotel is very and well-appointed. The decor is traditional high standards, although some areas are showing slight signs of the need to refurbish. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The hotel is quite close to a large shopping centre. Other sightseeing areas are within 30 minutes.

Very well maintained and in the heart of worli. Couldn't ask for a better hotel stay experience. The rooftop bar was the peak of our stay. Spent 3+ hours having drinks and appetizers which were excellent. The staff was extremly friendly. Only disappointent was the breakfast which i still give 4 stars for the service.

The service was impeccable the best service I have ever received nothing was too much. We also got an upgrade to a suite for an extra £65.00 and it was well worth the money it was like an apartment, facilities and location were fantastic. I highly recommend this property and I will certainly be staying there when I next visit Mumbai.
Everything! Especially the staff was unbelievably courteous, comforting, and conscientious! The young waiters at the cafe and breakfast are living treasures. The supervisor Protik was very helpful and welcoming when he upgraded our room. After 24 hours of airports and planes and a six hour tour of Mumbai, The Four Seasons was just what we needed for a wonderful rest and culinary treat. Our room was very, very comfortable and beautifully clean with everything we could possibly need. The staff at this hotel are lovely - so helpful, polite and friendly. Breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant and room service. The thing we missed was a good sized lounge area. The only seating was in the lobby or a small bar area which was insufficient for the number of people who stay here. That said we really enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. Thanks to everyone who made our time at the Four Seasons so enjoyable.

The staff were wiling however we could tell they were not trained to be focused on the visitors - they spent more time communicating and focusing on each other versus the visitors. One of the worst service oriented hotels i have been to of this status. Not the people but clearly the training
The hotel is very nice in general. The only shortcoming, however, is the cost which is a little bit high and unproportional in my opinion for a hotel which is located next to a ghetto. Although I have to say that other 5 star hotels in that area such as St. Regis have the same issue.

No proper communication
Absolutely ridiculous service as I booked last minute in the app and they could not find my booking. I paid with my card and they would allow me to stay.
The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Kudos and special thanks to Alankar, chef Abhishek and Saili for going out of the way to make our breakfast and anniversary super special. Thank you!

The stay was fantastic. We were a little sad that the rooftop bar was closed, but it made sense since it was monsoon season. The staff were amazing, helpful, and accommodating!

The hotel was lovely but what makes this hotel so special are the staff. They were all so warm and welcoming.
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience -- when we arrived, the hotel was overbooked and we were transferred to the ITC Grand Central. We had booked the Four Seasons (FS) 6 weeks prior as it was next door to the wedding we had came for. We did not receive any communication from FS prior to arrival to give us the flexibility to find an alternative hotel. The FS had sent us an email about 2 weeks prior to arrival saying that there would be maintenance on the AC on one of the nights, and if that was an inconvenience to please reach out if we want to rebook – in all rudeness the manager of reservations Pradeep K later misconstrued this to having reached out about the room not being available. The alternative hotel room at ITC was, as shown by expedia.com, and as confirmed with the other hotel’s staff, around US $ 65 cheaper per night than our seaview room at FS. Despite complaints, I was never compensated, and the handling of this has been extremely disappointing. I’ve spent so much time in FS hotels around the world, and I think the leadership would be embarrassed if they were aware of the highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory service that I received from the staff in Mumbai; the staff clearly didn't have an understanding of what the FS brand stands for with regards to service standards, and more senior staff wasn’t available. FS Mumbai, you're not a true FS.

Fantastic property but noisy
Beautiful property, impeccable service, great gym and the most amazing breakfast pastries. However the rooms (all the way to the 24th floor) really noise. Major construction is happening in the vicinity of the hotel and both mornings I was awake by noise coming from the construction sites at 6:00am. Also missed the turn down wooden peacocks that they use to dive.
Bit disappointed with communication
Really disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. If we had know in advance, we would have cancelled our booking and stayed elsewhere. Don’t really expect that from Four Seasons, thought that it would have been made abundantly clear to us on booking.
