Front Desk Clerk 11pm Check In.
I booked the room online after we drove 5hrs from Houston to Dallas, it was freezing cold to us, coming from further down South of Texas. Not to mention raining. So my husband Antonio went to check in as the room was paid for with his card. The lady denied him, and had me come from the car leaving my kids in the car, to check in, in the freezing rain. I waited as she checked two Caucasian men in. She handed them both, a bag of 2 bottles of water. Upon my approach she checked me in, but did not give the same. I question why did they receive a bag of water bottles. But not another guest. I took it as a notion for color because her response to checking me was with an attitude and stated I had multiple emails being a Rewards Member. I told her I am previous Military and therefore I have multiple email address that are Valid indeed ! She smirked and proceeded to complete the check in, offered me a flyer for breakfast time to read but verbally told the men the hours of breakfast but I guess she felt I should read all about it. So no I didn’t have a good check in with her on my stay of March 8th Saturday and Departure March 9th Sunday of 2025. Was not greeted or felt appreciated.
We have stayed here multiple times. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have a great shuttle making for easy transportation to and from airport
Convenient and comfortable
Very convenient since it’s close to my husbands work.we were expecting bad weather and wanted to be able to go to work and embassy suites was very accommodating and staff very hospitable.
Convenient to our destination. Wish that they had coffee available after breakfast was closed
The hotel was great. Great value for the money but parking lot was a nightmare. The parking spaces were very tight and very limited.
Very friendly front desk. Great free drinks and snacks. Shuttle driver from airport was a bit gruff and the shuttles don’t follow any schedule, despite what the hotel tells you. I’d stay here again.
Staff were polite. Rooms nice liked the seperate rooms.
Noisy
This was an ok stay. It was extremely noisy. People up past midnight and it was hard to sleep. Plus there was a constant humming behind a wall and that was irritating.
I’ve enjoyed this property for almost 30 years and it never disappoints
Will stay again
Checking in was smooth. Room was clean. We needed some shampoo and housekeeping came by with it immediately.
Nice hotel
Weekend trip
Great time, staff very helpful, the happy hour was great, breakfast was really good especially the made to order. The room was clean and very comfortable, the bathroom could use a little sprucing up but was clean. Overall, a great weekend with the wife.
The property was convenient for a flight out of Dallas Love airport and felt safe. However there was no soap in the bathroom and the room was left with barely half a roll of toilet paper. The pool was nice but there is no shallow end for small children just as a FYI
Staff were all really nice , breakfast was delicious , room was clean and spacious. They didn’t have any body wash but did give us a bar of soap. Pool was a good size and had a nice size locker room. Their happy hour was nice as well & free. We were with our children &besides all the men’s clubs in that area it was convenient location wise for food and grocery stores. Kids really enjoyed the open atrium view & TVs in both room& living room. We would stay here again.
Always a good stay at the Embassy. I lived in the area and its walkable to my neighborhood. Dinning choices and a trail we like to walk. Good Happy Hour and breakfast. Clean and nice.
While other hotel shuttles waited, the Embassy shuttle left, partially full and took over an hour to return. We saw the other hotel shuttles twice before we saw our, tried unsuccessfully to contact the hotel after the first attempt, the attendant at the reception desk would not pick up. Checked me into a hotel that was 75 degrees; the HVAC didn't function.
very nice!
Overrated breakfast in a dated hotel
Hotels.com did not provide enough information on this hotel during the booking process. There's a $16 a night parking fee at the hotel that Hotels.com did not make me aware of as I was checking the costs per night. Also, our room #401 was quite dirty (see pics) as there were several sticky stains on the counters/carpet, an old gross sock on the floor and random quality issues like fire sprinklers breaking thru the ceiling and no body wash in the bathroom. The breakfast was overrated, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible, the hotel was just dated and pretty underwhelming. I would not stay here again.
They gave out free drinks in the evening.
We had great service, close to the airport which was very convenient for us. The breakfast was tasty and the complimentary drinks were a plus. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was nicely heated. Overall, we would stay again.
Close to everything
Perfect location for business around Lovefield airport
Wonderful Hotel, Small Beds
My family of 4, plus my brother, shared a suite and were pleased with how spacious it was. My only complaint is that the beds are very small (I knew this when booking) as they are full-size and it really is hard for 2 adults to sleep comfortably on them. My brother said that the pull-out couch bed was quite uncomfortable as well. Embassy Suites really needs to upgrade their beds to queens to match the level of comfort the rest of the hotel gives. I love that they provide great quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion as not many hotels do. The breakfast is also always incredible, which is a big draw for my family as that alone saves us quite a bit of money. Overall, we would probably stay here again if we had less people and could book king size beds.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating and I will definitely visit again.
- Long Line up for Breakfast - No Hot water in the morning for shower
Concierge service was good
Close to Love Field with an airport shuttle
Clean and comfortable
Very clean and nice amenities. There is a $16/day parking fee BUT they offer complimentary hate to order breakfast and two free alcoholic beverages between 5:30-7 each night which more than made up for the parking cost.
Everything was great, we enjoyed the hot breakfast and dining. Staff were very nice. Great stay.
Five stars all around
This is an amazing hotel. I highly recommend staying there.
Great property to stay at if you are flying in and out of Love Field and need a place close to the airport. Very nice property. Room was nice, immaculate and well appointed. Embassy Suites has the best breakfast in the business - hands down!
Dallas Love Field Embassy Suites
Beautifully decorated for Christmas, we had a lovely room with a view and an amazing breakfast!
The room was very large and perfect for 3 people.
I love staying at this property and it’s considerably quiet for being so close to the airport. It’s always clean and the breakfast is always great!
Great place to stay with kids.
Very clean
Nice clean rooms and restaurant in hotel was good
Great location
I like the suite space and arrange in the suite. I don't like the shower at all. It really need to upgrade for handicap guests...because I booked the handicap shower, it looks too old and weird design for shower. Otherwise, I like the space.
First of all, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It just wasn't up to the same standard of other Embassy Suites I've stayed in. The location is tucked away in a business area and near a walking trail that felt like a scarry movie location!:) There's a Target and a couple fast food restaurants within walking distance but you'll need to drive for something nicer. The front desk, breakfast, and reception staff were all great! The restaurant was short staffed and hard to get into. The cooked to order breakfast had some nice additions available like a fajita omelet that was really good. The facility felt dark because of the dark ceiling and finish work. Again nothing terrible, just some suggestions of things to be aware of!
The management and the staff over the top
Great but had no hand soap in room
It was great & would stay there again. We stayed in 2 King Suites that have the adjacent couch room which was perform for work. They just didn’t have hand soap in either of the room bathrooms which anyone would want
The room was small, mini fridge did not work, sink drain was broken and permanently shut. It was very loud and i could hear everything the person in the other room was saying. Sounds from the bar kept me up at night. The one and only thing i asked the front desk for was a plastic spoon or fork and I was told i had to go to the restaurant & bar and ask them. Poor service, loud, would not recommend
Claudette at the front desk helped me with an issue and saw it through to completion. Great customer service!
Great location. Enjoyed breakfast.
It was the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at in my life and the girl at check-in acted like I was putting her out because she had to get off of her phone
Best place I’ve stayed
It was an amazing experience we will be bk as we take multiple trips yearly to Texas.
The staff at the front desk was the worst
Receptionist was so nice and friendly. Checked in quickly with no issues.
Grumpy staff
Everything was fine. Late check in and front desk was grumpy, not helpful. They made it clear they don't like hotels.com reservations
Very clean and safe property. We enjoyed our stay!
Wouldn’t stay there again.
The hotel was extremely dirty. The toilets did not flush correctly. There was ants all over the place. And spiders in the rooms. The halls were poorly lit and I felt Very uneasy being there. A few people who attended the same training as I did Left early due to this place being shady. The surrounding area didn’t feel safe either.
I loved the location. The hotel is beautiful! The breakfast and the Social hour are always my favorites at the Embassy Suites!
Great stay
Very nice hotel, great location by the airport, breakfast was very good
Very nice hotel
“Managers Special” very cheap bottom barrel alcohol. …should improve quality. Shower/bathroom backed up.
Love the jogging trail and breakfast
*
Room was very small
Great facility
Good property and location
Business trip
My carpet was wet. The headboard was peeling. Not sure if the toilet was cleaned because there was a contact in the toilet bowl on arrival.
Roach
Only one person checking people in and out made for a 15 minute wait to check in. Found a sick roach in the bathroom. He did not make it.
Average
An average hotel with little to offer. But what they do offer is expensive for the service and product.
Hotel was fine. Nice and clean.
It’s okay.
Check in experience: both front desk employees were busy gossiping about another employee who had just walked away. They were laughing, and giggling and very unprofessional. They did not quit this behavior even when they were helping me. Room: clean, orderly but only negative is the tvs were not smart tvs. Remotes did not work well. I would think with us being in 2024, that’s an upgrade they could take care of. Breakfast: excellent, staff handling the omelet bar were so sweet and detailed. Check out: easy, as to be expected
The staff was friendly and assisted me when i needed help.
Great
Wish I could’ve stayed longer
My experience was really wonderful! The hotel staff was kind, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Has to catch a flight early and the shuttle was there on time to pick me up!
Did not appreciate being charged a $16 parking fee when I have to park my own car. Did not see the parking fee listed on Expedia but I may have missed it. I will be certain to look next time.
Embassy suites
Embassy suites has always been my go to hotel. I can always teust a good stay. Breakfast was great as always but this hotel is dated. Overall look and feel is dark and old.
Overcharged
Everything was nice and clean, the only thing that we didn’t like was to find a lot of crickets everywhere in the room, dead and alive.
clean great atmosphere
It's a bit outdated/dingy but it's clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, great amenities and friendly staff.
The hotel was beautiful! Lovely atrium. Restaurant was good. Room service was quick and correct. My only criticism would be a loose outlet in the bathroom. The plug of my curling iron kept falling out.
Cricket Infestation! Disappointing Stay!
Here’s a review based on your experience: This was our first time visiting Dallas for a conference, and unfortunately, our stay at the Embassy Suites was far from pleasant. From the moment we arrived, we were met with crickets and other small bugs at the hotel entrance, lobby, and even the atrium. We checked out other hotels in the area for lunch, and surprisingly, none of them had the same issue. The room itself was not up to standard. The couches were stained, there was a bug under my bed cover, the sink had a very slow drain, the iron didn’t work. It was a mess! We even encountered other guests who had their rooms changed several times due to crickets and bugs in their rooms. When we spoke to staff about the issue, they explained that the property had been treated for pests but that they were still dealing with an infestation. They also mentioned that "they’re just crickets, they won’t do anything." This response did little to reassure us, and frankly, it felt dismissive. Sadly, this experience has solidified that I won’t be booking any future stays at Embassy Suites. I’ve had issues with stains on furniture and bedding before, and although I tried to give them another chance, it’s clear that the chain is no longer for me.
Furniture for n room getting lots of wear and tear
I've stayed here allot, and the last few times I have been here there has been hair in the bathroom, and this time in the bed. I really like this place, but may start looking elsewhere.
Staff was amazing! Very nice! My room was so comfy. This is my favorite hotel to come to when im traveling. Resturant has great food 😋
Nice!
Great Location
The room was clean and hotel location was great! I couldn’t give 5 stars due to the leaking faucet at the bathtub and the shower was hard to turn off.
Clean hotel with a classic Hilton vibe
Tiny room but comfortable. Cool Atrium. Great pool. Delicious breakfast and fun free happy hour. Expensive parking. I enjoyed my stay
Close to love
Convient
I always choose this location. My family loves it
Great place
Would stay again
Everything was great, but the receptionist was insincere. She had to force her smile which reeked of patronism.
Parking lot was dark- after checking in we moved to parking garage
This was our first time flying into Love Field. The hotel is very close, complimentary transportation and pet friendly.
Check in was smooth and the staff was helpful. However, the property needs some updating and there were flies all around the breakfast area which was not good and not what I usually experience at Embassy Suites.
Good free breakfast and relatively late 12 noon check was wonderful. Also, proximity to airport and their free shuttle (.every 30 min) to airport was great.
Nice place , will come me back
Stayed in a room that felt like a hall closet .. not the two bedroom type room that I have stayed at 100 other times at embassy’s across the nation .. Also you have to pay for parking which I always hate and don’t understand if it’s not in a down town parking garage .. even then it’s dumb to pay to park when your already paying a premium to be there
It looked kind of oldnut the people were nice and the food was good especially the breakfast. The food in the dining room was very good.
Very nice. Would highly recommend
The room was sheer perfection.AND THE SHOWER!!!
I got a room in the very end corner on the first floor. It was cramped, dingy and headboard on bed was peeling. I tried to change rooms but was told no because I booked through Travelocity. I will not stay there again and will not be recommending this location to others.
