We love it only wish hot tub was working

Great place to stay when attending an event at the Nationwide Arena. It was so clean and quiet. Enjoyed the free dinner and breakfast in the lobby.

We really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Everything was awesome thanks again.

Fix ya elevator

Only 1 working elevator during the OSU Tennessee game..plus 2 concerts that weekend..I was there for ICP BIG BALLER HOLIDAY PARTY CONCERT. But the amount of traffic trying to to there rooms from the garage because elevator is down .. waiting 1/2 hour. Is insane.

Guests need to pay for parking, but, the parking lots are enough, so, the parking fee may be waved unless the parking area is really limited.

Free soft drinks and popcorn where nice in the evening

Great stay only downer was only 1 working elevator and it took forever to get up and down.

The staff are amazing! Great experience! The food is amazing! The drinks are amazing!

The only issue was the hot tub is not working and one of the elevators we needed to use was not functioning. They did have signs directing you to the laundry elevator so that you didn’t have to wait forever though. Room was really nice and clean.

Its an average hotel nothing exceptional. Elevators were like a joke. One was not working and you have to wait for another one for a long time. Breakfast was average.

Great for Galaxycon stay

Check in was easy and woman working at front desk was so sweet and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. The dinner service and free drinks were a nice suprise. Dinner was delicious and on a rotating schedule (every other day was same meal). Wish it would have stayed open a little longer. Parking in the garage wasn't bad. Spaces were big enough to fit an SUV or van with clearance around vehicle. The hotel being linked to convention center is nice so you don't have to walk outside in cold. Jeycard must be scanned to enter garage, room floors and to hotel from convention/food area so that was nice. They have 2 elevators but only one was being used. Not sure why but with Galaxycon going on it was BUSY so they opened up service elevator. Breakfast was good. Plenty of seating too. Every staff we interacted with were friendly. Great hotel.

Stay was mostly good, just that one of the elevators was out at the time.

The food this time was not quite as good, and also was not quite hot enough.

Room closer to the ice machine was not the ideal

Highly recommend staying here! The free food and drink was SURPRISINGLY good, and the whole hotel was spotless! The staff was so helpful and friendly as well. We'll stay here again, for SURE!

Check in was fast and friendly. Front desk staff (Talia) was very helpful. The perks of easy parking was nice. Also the free dinner and drinks seemed great even though we didn’t get to use them due to plans already made. Room was spacious (suite) and had a nice view of the surrounding city scene. Easy walk to food and entertainment. Would absolutely stay again.

Hot tub was out of service covered with wood and snow fence, the bar tender in restaurant kind of rude and take forever to serve drinks, I’ve stayed before and it was nice but this stay wasn’t as nice.

The front desk staff was amazing the parking was clean and secure everything was great I loved that we could walk to a lot of places would definitely stay here again

First stay at Drury; won’t be the last

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The hotel was easy to get to and parking in the on-site garage was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary food/drinks at dinner and breakfast buffet. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and pleasant.

CBUS DMB Concert

Stayed one night for a concert. Super clise to the venue. Free breakfast, dinner, and 3 drink tickets which I didn't realize it was included in stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tge orher guest were a lit of fun as well. Definitely will stay there again.

Great First Stay

Natahya(sorry if I missed spelled) at the front desk gave us the sweetest and most sincere welcome I have ever had at a hotel. She is a gem and a huge asset to your business. Every employee was extremely friendly and went out of their way to to pamper us during our stay. Free drinks and food at night and a wonderful HOT breakfast in the morning. I have never stayed at a Drury Hotel before but I will definitely seek them out in the future!

Perfect Stay!

This was our first time staying here and they definitely have repeat customers. - Every staff member we encountered was friendly, smiled, and greeted us. - Check in and check out were quick and easy. We were even able to get a late check out upon request. - Our room (849) was very clean and seemed like it had recently been updated. Honestly, all the main areas of the hotel were clean and seemed updated. - The free morning breakfast was a full buffet from prepared foods such as scrambled eggs to make you own waffles to cereal. - The free nightly snack bar was more like a full dinner buffet! - We were there for Hot Chocolate Race and the morning of they had a table of bottled water and bananas. Such a nice touch! - Parking is attached and the parking floors are options on the elevator system so you don't have to exit the hotel at all to get your car. - Great location to all of downtown Columbus. Walking distance Nationwide Arena, North Market, and High Street.

Love the place

So many extras with no additional charges! A nice snack buffet reception in the evening that was more like a meal, not one but three free drinks at the bar and a full hot breakfast buffet. My room was very nice and clean and looks to be recently updated. I would definitely stay again.

I love it

Very nice stay. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom looked newly renovated . They put out a bigger food spread than expected for the happy hour with two free drinks - nice!

Wish parking prices were made available ahead of time. But besides that everything was excellent! Staff, room, and amenities were all top notch!

Very clean, nice hotel

Very clean hotel, rooms were well maintained. They offered a free happy hour with free dinner buffet. They also had a free breakfast buffet. My only recommendation to the hotel is they should offer soy milk or almond milk at breakfast and also some gluten free options.

Great staff, clean rooms, really the hotel was all very clean. Flexibility with allowing parking before checking in and no stress to move car right at check out time. Nice staff and Flexibility are winning combo.

Sink didn't drain, bugs in the room - on ceiling. It seems there was some remodeling, but just specific things, decorating is dated and place just looked old and tired overall.

Great place. Will definitely stay again. Only thing, our reservations were for a King bed/room and we got a double queen. Was given a refund on our parking because of it and was told it would show up on our emailed receipt. We have yet to receive this receipt. Very personable and friendly atmosphere.

Exceptional experience. Takes a lot to impress my wife and she hasn’t stopped talking about how wonderful our stay was. Room, staff, cleanliness, safety, parking, food…all of it. In fact, she said we need to go to more events at Nationwide Arena so we can stay there.

3 Star hotel with a 5 star location

The room was clean and comfortable overall. Sounds from adjoining rooms were noticeably louder compared to other hotel stays. Property is conveniently located for the Nationwide Arena and surrounding attractions.

The staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered at a hotel, from the moment we entered. They made sure we got to enjoy the free dinner and drinks in time and were quick with answers to our questions. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and man, were those blackout curtains effective! I slept like a baby. The only downside was that the hot tub was out of commission and no one informed us. We booked the hotel specifically for the hot tub, so this was a massive frustration.

Great location

Fantastic hotel for Nationwide Arena events

This was our first stay at a Drury hotel and it’s now my favourite chain. Everything was easy, from checkin to ample parking, fast elevators, happy hour and snacks, free breakfast, happy and hospitable staff. Unfortunately the hot tub broke a few days before our stay, so that was disappointing for sure. Other than that, really appreciate you took all the worry and hassle out of travelling.

We stayed for the Columbus Marathon, which was close to the race. We stayed in a suite, and the room was very quiet. The dinner and breakfast options were a bonus. Parking was also reasonable.

Awesome stay!

The hotel stay was wonderful! It was very nice, clean and a great staff. We stayed there because I ran the Columbus half marathon and it was perfect! I walked to the expo and the start of the race. They uncle dinner, breakfast and drinks. I could of asked for a better stay.

Half marathon

We stayed while participating in ghe half marathon. The accommodation at the Drury Inn were excellent. The location is great for the stay and the staff is so helpful a d friendly.

It was a wonderful stay however no where did it say there was a $19 a day to park your vehicle. Very misleading.

Fantastic Stay!

Great staff, CLEAN, free evening drinks and snacks. Stayed for the hockey game at Nationwide, less than two blocks away. Easy and safe to walk to. Addyson at the front desk was awesome, we loved her!

Our stay at Drury Plaza Hotel was quite nice! The staff were all pleasant and very friendly. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Property great and very clean!

Check in was super easy and efficient. Parking was provided, they offered free drink coupons, and breakfast was good. Lots to do within walking distance.

Another great stay as always! Great area, safe and convenient to the Nationwide Arena, stores & restaurants. Check-in easy and pleasant. Lobby was clean, welcoming, and lots of seats to relax on. Coffee & water available at all times. Room was beautiful, extremely clean and cozy. Beds comfy, bathroom very nice. Kickback food was fabulous, great food.....mac & cheese, pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, salad, soup, beans, etc. Great breakfast as well.......pancakes, waffles, eggs, potatoes, meat, pastries, fruit, juices. All staff was fantastic. Always a great stay at Drury!!!

Perfect for my concert stay

Hotel was super cool! Love the parking lot attached to hotel. The free breakfast AND dinner was a great bonus. Worked out perfectly for me. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Only thing was our shower handle was broken and handprints were left in the bathrooms walls from previous guests.

Amazingly friendly staff!

The staff, all of them, make this hotel great. Everyone from the front desk and beyond. The hot tub was only half full and when it was brought to their attention a very friendly young lady came and sat with the hot hose and filled it ASAP. The halls were filled with friendly staff greeting you and making the children feel comfortable. At no time did I feel like a burden which is how you are made to feel at several service facilities these days. We reserved two suites so we had more space for the kids. Dan at the front desk accommodated us for early check in and putting the rooms side by side. We were there for Unicorn World but my daughter lives in Columbus and I will definitely stay here again!

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, from the house keeping staff to the bar tender and the front desk folks. Felt very welcoming. I did have some blood stain on my top sheet on my bed, but the rest of the room was clean.

Wonderful experience

My family and I love Drury! It is so close to Nationwide Arena. We love the breakfast, the pillows, and the soft comfy mattress. Can't wait to return!

Stayed here for a Nationwide arena event. Parking garage is secure and easy to park in. Hotel is clean and staff was friendly.

Booked through Expedia and was advertised FREE PARKING. Property charges $19.00 for parking. Expedia needs to get it together. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. Room was okay. Bathroom was weird and view was of the courtyard. Felt unsafe!

Drury’s are consistently friendly, clean and comfortable. We stay at them whenever we can.

The hotel was amazing. The only problem was noise. I believe there was something going on with the air conditioning or pipes above our room, and it made it difficult to sleep and was very disruptive.

Absolutely loved this Drury! Will always stay here while visiting Downtown. I stayed with my family. Everyone and Everything was fantastic! Never been to a Drury like this before and we travel frequently.

Clean, new look and nice staff!!

We stayed the night so we could go to Nationwide Children’s hospital early the next morning. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful!!! The connivence of the park was fantastic!!

You want to stay here. We were in town for an overnight for a concert and the competition in this area makes it impossible to differentiate the hotels. Everything was seamless, probably one of the quickest check-ins of my many travels. The staff was so friendly, and we were there during the US Open and the bartender did his best to make a Honey-Duece (the official drinks of the tournament). Such a great effort and gentlemen. Great bed, great shower, so clean, obviously a delightful buffet for snacking, and the place I will stay anytime I am back in Cbus for a concert.
