It was ok but they informed me they was going to not charge me until the July 3 because of flight issues but they did not tell the truth they started charging me on July 2 so they were not truthful. When informed they did not even off one night free

I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. I hope Mr. Anderson trained the other staff to be kind and a problem solver thanks for a wonderful stay Mr. Anderson and you will see me again. The 3 bedroom house was.clean and nice very modern and up to date very nice place to stay.

Mr Anderson is a very good host and a good communicator. The smart lock on the door facilitated my brothers accessing the villa independently of my going and comings. I dont like it when hosts insisted on only giving us one key, so it was a huge plus. Overall the villa and the host exceeded my expectations.

The Good and Bad of the Villa

The venue was comfortable, clean, and safe (2 gate security clearance). It had all the amenities of home- kitchen with utensils, microwave, kettle, etc. Queens size beds and A/C in both rooms. No A/C in the living room though. Good WiFi and smart TV. Communication was very lacking in that I texted one number and another number (property manager) contacted me when I was in transit. I thought I was scammed because I didn't hear from him before I left home. I didn't notice the text message until the security guard contacted the property manager directly. Thank God he had his number because I wouldn't know what to do. Subsequently, my uncle booked the same accommodation a few days earlier but never got through to the manager. Apparently the place was double booked!!! "Lucky" for me, my uncle didn't get through. (Shake my head) Other than the lack of communication and the propensity to double book, we had a pleasant stay!

We gave this a 5 star mainly because of Mr Anderson the manager. Pros: The villa is well kept, the community and surrounding is very secure, Wi-Fi was not an issue and in general the villa exceeded my expectation. Cons: The pool closes at about 7pm, shops are not in walking distance. Overall, we have a good three-day family getaway.

I am not sure why Expedia told us we could have use of the Cubana for a party, but it turns out a party was not allowed. The host worked very hard to help us to get a place for the event. The villa is above expectation and the host is a very warm and empathetic gentleman. Mr Anderson, thank you for all your help.

I got my confirmation from expedia for the booking on 04/25/22, i called and text the host 72 hrs before and up to this day i dont hear from the host. I showed up to the property and i couldn't get in. I wasted my whole day trying to get in and still didn't get in touch with the host

The pool is a little walk up the street, it is not heated so it was a little chilly at 6pm. Other then that minor inconvenience it was a very good overnight. Very clean villa and very secure community.

Manager was super accommodating and flexible, she allowed us to check in early. I felt very safe with the double gated entry and the guards that ride around every hour. Casa Victoria even provided water and juice! We complained about the sprinklers coming on too early and the maintenance came and adjusted them and Victoria offered us a bottle of wine for our inconvenience. The service was very good as well as the villa itself. Recommended...

Very nice properties! Very secure villa, quiet community and the manager was very responsive. We spent 2 nights and it was so peaceful we decided to book one more villa (Casa Victoria was not available to an extension) direct from the manager. We planned on staying in Ocho Rios after this one but didn't bother. The good thing is that we were close to the toll road to Ocho Rios. Only took us 45 minutes to drive to Ocho Rios for the day to see the attractions.

I love the view of this property. It was great. Very friendly and welcoming can't wait to go back

Nice smelling pillows

Getting past immigration was a bit of an issue. JUST MAKE SURE YOU TELL IMMIGRATION IN KINGSTON THAT THE ADDRESS IS IN ST CATHERINES NOT KINGSTON.Once you get past that hurdle you will be fine. Victoria is very helpful and she takes pride in the decor, cleanliness and comfort of her place.

There is a huge up side to booking with a owner who have more than just one property. We showed up 5 hours earlier than we were suppose to and our villa was not ready so they upgraded us to a three bedroom villa free of cost. The place was as described. The security, cleanliness, and location was great, closer to the local beach without staying in Portmore. We enjoyed our stay.

Very quiet and clean. We enjoyed the privacy and space. We will be back. Recommended.

They got it right. We booked from the gate and had to wait 15 minutes for a manager to come and check us in. Yeah it was 11pm on a Sunday night but if you cannot do immediate check ins, the website should say so. 15 minutes was not the end of the world so I have to say this is one I would still highly recommend. The property was excellent and the service first rated. You'all keep up the good work.

The property is a gated community very nice very clean and comfortable. I felt very safe in the community, I will definitely return.Victoria the property manager was awesome she was very helpful.

A nice and clean place in a very quiet community. Victoria was very helpful and kind. Playground and pool within walking distance. Close to the highway for a (45 minutes) drive to Ocho Rios. Definitely will return.

We had a comfortable and peaceful stay at Casa Victoria Golf Retreat...Accommodations were clean and neighborhood very quite. Miss Victoria was amazingly hospitable and accommodating, she made everything perfect and comfortable. Any issues were resolved quickly and to our liking. My family had a great time and my kids enjoyed the park and pool. We plan on staying there again.

We book the three bedroom which in my opinion was the best of the bundle. We could tell it is new because the landscaping and all the other things looked new. My parents especially had a very good time staying here, all my aunts and cousins were able to visit, make meals and hangout with the family. God bless you Vicky, thanks for accommodating us.

I’m not one to write reviews but I’m definitely one to read them so I’m working on providing more reviews, especially when I have great things to say about a place I have visited. Casa Victoria is a beautiful property in Caymanas Estates in Kingston Jamaica. I was worried about the safety of the area but once I arrived at the property I realized it is a gated community and you must be a visitor or a resident to get past the gates. Be sure to let the local manager know of your arrival time and you will be met at the gate to enter the apartment you booked. Check in was easy. You must have the cleaning fee and destination fee (whatever that is) ready to be paid in US currency as well as a refundable deposit upon check in (make sure you ask how much bc although I knew I had to pay a deposit, I never knew how much). There are AC units in the bedrooms and fans in every room. We visited the pool. I suggest that the Casa Victoria invest in some lounge chairs. My husband went with the kids to the pool but did not want to get in and there were no chairs to lounge in while the kids enjoyed the pool. The property is very clean and quiet. There is not much to do around the area but if you have access to a vehicle you can drive to some nearby areas to get groceries or any other items that you may need. The customer service is outstanding. I have been in close communication with a man named Kevin who took very good care us. When there was an oversight he provided us with an upgrade! Nice.

I cannot find anywhere to make a complaint I finished vacationing in Lucy, had to overnight in Kingston, needed a cheap place for myself and two adults, Found this 'Cheap hotel" for $88 and $104 Prices shot up soon as I hit the button No proper instructions, Got a Fort Lauderdale number that went to voicemail Late check in 3pm and we had to check out at 9 am for so much money We had to find other accomodation

I checked into Casa Victor in March 2019 and was a bit dissapointed with the villa however Victoria and the other manager was very helpful in finding an agreeable space. Although it was very late (around 1 am) Victoria stayed until we were situated. I woke up to the hill view which was very nice. It was very quiet and peaceful. This is definately place if you want some quietness. There is good security so you will be safe here. There is a family area with a ice, clean swimming pool for the adults and kiddie pool for the childred. There is a tennis and basketball court and a very nice gazebo and place for the family or and indivudl to sit and enjoy the breeze. There is also a park for the little ones to slides, swing and play. I would definitely come back as it was enjoyed myself. Thank you Victoria, you have made it a pleasant stay.

Property condition is a described in the images. The place is beautiful. Quiet and really secure neighborhood. Think of it as a home away from home, so you will need to purchase the necessities- toiletries, groceries, small trash bags, etc. We will definite back again soon.

Not clean

Over all stay was not comfortable because of unhygienic bathrooms.

We rented thee villas for a wedding and we were treated like royals. Thanks for treating us like family. Blessings to you Vicky.

Nice view of the mountains. Very quiet neighborhood. We stayed at the villa across form the play area. Just sat out on the patio with a cold one and watch the kids play. This is definitely my new spot.

The staff was very proactive and reached out to us before we got a chance to reach out to them. I could tell they have done this hundreds of time. The villa itself is very homely and comfortable. The bottles of wine cost 35USD which I thought was a little expensive. Other than that the rates are reasonable, the villa was very clean, all the amenities worked and the please is Ft Knox (very secure). I would stay again.

We are humbled from the service we received through the manage Vicky and Kevin. My brother Heiro meet girl teacher from Jamaica in Japan. They marry here in Jamaica. I give wedding gift of 3 Casa Victoria villas. Villa employee Vicky helped my family in all possible ways. Family stayed very comfortable in the beautiful villas. Two summers in a row we book here. First we stayed at 85C and this trip F9. They are some of the nicest property we have stayed in around the capital. I highly recommend booking here.

Would have given the place a perfect score if not for the smoke detector battery running out. It beeped for 45 minutes until the maintenance manger came and changed the battery. Outside of that, the place was amazing and the management responded quickly. The grounds is really beautiful, the security was always visible and villa was as appeared one the website. I would recommend any foreigner to try this one.

A home away from home..

My stay at this retreat was exceptionally perfect. The service ( Management and his team) were as perfect as the retreat. This is the FIRST retreat I’ve been to, where the rooms and amenities are exactly as shown on the website..

I am not the one to write reviews but the divine powers moved me to say a few words. I had a lovely experience at Casa Victoria with my kids. It is indeed a blessing to be able to show them to oru roots and heritage while relaxing in the same comforts we are use to enjoying abroad. It was a blessing we found this spot and the price was right for our budget. At check-out it darned on me how blessed we were to have enjoyed such a nice villa at a fraction of what we paid at the hotel two years ago. I had to ask the manager how do we go about reviewing the villa. Blessings to the folks who run the villas and the Anandy family will see you again next year summer.

Clean, spacious, safe, quiet and secure home. Outside of the City and away from the malls, entertainment and public transportation. We had our own transportation so that was never an issue. The manager Victoria was always readily available and reachable via telephone to answer any questions.

Home from Home ideal for family vacation

This is our the first time staying at Villa Victoria and we were impressed with the modern look of the Villa, the cleanliness, and the helpful and accommodating staff. The breakfast option was a nice added touch. The property is not located too far from the city. Also, it's situated nearby a Mineral bath approximately 20 minutes away from the property. The Villa was well-maintained, secured, kids-friendly and very comfortable and cozy, as a home away from home. We will definitely be staying here again.

This villa is within easy reach of the only local beach in the urban area, The property also has access to pool and play area which our kids made use of. Not a bad way to see Jamaica for a expat who have been living abroad for 45 years. Jamaica will always be home and Casa Victoria will always be our second home.

First Stay: Jan 2018 Second Stay: April 2018 Third Stay:Jun/July 2018 This time I stayed at a sister property on the estates. I had the pleasure of meeting Seymour who was punctual and courteous. Seymour ensured we were able to get an additional item we need upon request. Place was clean and again very homely (great atmosphere). The backyard is gorgeous at this property. Everything is always very well maintained. Like I said earlier, my home away from home.

Home Away From Home

After my first experience, I told myself, "This Is My Home Away From Home!!! This was my 2nd stay so I knew what to expect. I did have other guests with me who were equally as impressed as I was my first time. My aunt, (who when visiting Jamaica prior, stayed with family friends), commented she would never stay with family/friends again after experiencing the comfort of being in this villa!! This space is quiet, airy, comfortable, and relaxing. Can't ask for a better place to vacation.

First Impressions Count: Clean, Cozy, Comfortable

This was my first time staying in the Casa Victoria Villas. I was initially impressed with the staff: manager and liaison (Thasheca) who ensured that communication lines were open and that my stay would be comfortable. Secondly, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the villa and how spacious it was. You can sense that a lot of thought was put into the details and flow of the spaces. Overall, I enjoyed my stay: it was safe, cozy, clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely be booking with them again.

Wonderful Experience

Outside of our Internet going out. We had a wonderful experience at The Casa Victoria. The property was just as advertised, the apartment was very clean and the communication with the Manager Sally was always timely. The location worked perfect for visiting family and having family visit us. Casa Victoria has now become the place to stay for my family and I when we visit Jamica.

Wonderful 2 bedroom home in the suburbs of Kingston. Very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owners prior to arrival was disappointing. Would only communicate on wattsapp and its messages were far from polite. The facility is wonderful. Would be best to communicate via email. Enjoyed my stay.

I had a great experience. It was quiet and comfortable. The space allowed me to have quiet peacefulness and enjoy my stay in comfort.

Nice hotel

Facility is nice, they use a solar heating system for the water! I just think they should have a backup heating system for days when the sun don’t come out🤔

A nice house in a gated community!

The house was very well kept, clean and in a gated community. With a golf course close by, although the time I visited it had rained daily so I didn't get a chance to go. It is close to Spanish Town, Portmore and Kingston with plenty of other things to keep you busy and visit. The beaches near, Hellshire, were pleasant and clean. The property manager kept in touch to make sure everything was satisfactory and if I needed anything. It was a very respectable management company and overall I was very happy with them and the house.

Very nice play to stay but far away!

When we arrived, we were surprised to find we were staying in a very nice house all to ourselves in a gated community. The house was clean, the pool was wonderful, and the community was safe and well-maintained. However, being unfamiliar with Jamaica, we didn't realize Casa Victoria is out in St. Catherine, which is about an hour ride from the Kingston airport, far outside Kingston, and 15 min. from the nearest grocery story/restaurant/gas station. In short, it's out in the country. That said, the community is VERY NICE and VERY SAFE compared to what Kingston has to offer. The price is good too for a whole house to yourself; however, what you save in housing you make up for in paying a driver to take you absolutely anywhere you need to go. So, if you're not renting your own car, this quickly turns into a pricey place to stay. You should know the rules about running the AC are very strict (b/c electricity is so expensive in Jamaica). The staff was very friendly too; however, when we booked, the offer said we would get free continental breakfast every morning for staying five nights. We never even got one, and the manager ignored my texts when I asked her about it. Also, the power went out in our house one evening, causing all the food we had bought to spoil (food is very expensive in Jamaica), and we were not compensated (not even with breakfast). In short, I'd only recommend this place if you want someplace safe, clean, and have your own car.

Nice place with amazing views

Myself and my family spend 5 days there and was very happy with our stay. Felt safe and had a very comfortable stay. My kids enjoyed the pool. Nice, safe and very secure place that I would stay again. Thank you
