This property is being upgraded and updated. Is very tidy snd modern with easy access. Very nice expansive rooms with great beds.

only thing that i saw that is a floor is it could do with better parking spaces everything else is awesome

Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Proprety and amenities are getting a bit outdated, especially in the kitchen. Overall clean but had to wash all the pots, plates and cutleries before use as had food bits stuck in couple of pot lids, etc. It was comfortable enough and family friendly. Not sure about lengthy stays but good for a night or two for sure. Enjoyed the stay overall.

Great layout of rooms for families.

Stayed here are having eye surgery and was just right for what I needed, was close to Hamilton eye clinic and was very quiet while resting after the operation.

Bed was very comfortable and enjoyed spa bath. Unit was clean and staff were very friendly. Would have liked an electric blanket as it's winter. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Camelot was a super comfortable hotel for my family and I. It had everything we needed and the staff were super friendly!

Expected Quality

The rooms were a good size. All usual things included. Its clearly an emergency accommodation hotel. So be aware of this

This isn't the first time I have stayed here. It's still a lovely, clean and friendly place to stay and I still recommend staying here. Thank you for keeping your standards at Excellent.

Very convenient position and parking outside the unit. Comfortable and clean. Maybe some nets on the ranchslider so you can open the curtains and not feel too exposed. Overall very comfortable and would stay again.

For a quick night away it was a great place to stay, we paid a bit extra to stay in one of the rooms which included a spa bath which was enjoyed. The rooms are spacious and in good condition.

Nice set up , plenty of space in the rooms , nothing to complain about .

Service sucks

Oven did not work but was replaced. Had a full bottle of gin and a packet of cashews go missing from the room. Let the manager on duty know this but instead of offering to look into it became extremely defensive, accused us of leaving the room extra messy and threatening to charge and extra cleaning fee. (We has rinsed all the dishes) but left food in containers that we were going to eat later, they threw this out, Manager then made derogatory remarks to a female friends about intimate items she had left in the bathroom. Will never stay there again

Great little unit

Last minute booking in Hamilton. Probably one of the last units that would be allocated as upstairs & awkward to get into. Once inside the best designed motel unit we have stayed in. Not spacious but a place for everything - no falling over cases as per usual. Comfortable & clean. Very convenient to shops & restaurant.

Nice motel overall but don’t come for a good night sleep Every creek of a floor board or noisy pipes can be heard all night

Lovely big room with good kitchen facilities. Could do with a bit of a freshen up in some areas. Getting a bit tired.

The room wasn't very clean and there was long black hair on the floor. There was dust in the corners. For some reason the Sky channel had no signal his we had book the motel to spend the time relaxing

The bed was heavenly, great location and very friendly staff.

We had a lovely large two bedroom apartment. Nice comfortable beds, good kitchen and bathroom.

I've never been somewhere that tried so hard to make it easy for me when I found I'd be arriving after office hours. They couldn't have been more helpful. The bed was comfortable with excellent pillows, and they provide real milk rather than those horrible long-life things. I'll be making this my Hamilton stop whenever needed.

Walking distance to city centre and shops. Had a room upstairs which felt safe and secure. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Fairly new fitout, tidy and clean but attention to detail lacking. As there was no AC in the main bedroom, it was hot first night. Was promised a fan for the room for the 2nd night but was not provided. Reported that the toilet seat was loose but not fixed. The 2nd day, while towels were replaced, 1st nights shampoo & conditioner removed but not replaced.

Comfortable bed! Spacious room. Good bathroom. Good shower. Great parking! Very friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning was heaven with 30 degree days!

While the main sitting area has AC, the bedroom does not, not even a fan. Besroom was hot at night. Had to open the skylight to get some cooling. Not ideal if it rains.

Great property close to the stadium. Clean hotel apart from found one cockroach in bathroom. Staff owner excellent

The room was really nice and clean. It was on a busy road but was nice and quiet. Beds and pillows were great.

The use of the pool is always a plus. Service was very friendly.

Fabulous location, very clean, nice beds & nice & quiet. If I was being picky---There was no towel rack as it had obviously broken off & not been replaced & the mini fridge felt like it was missing a leg (very wobbly when used)

The family place we stayed in is perfect. It accommodated the whole family and was comfortable. Will definitely come back to this place.

Apart from tap falling off spa tap and holder falling off the toilet roll. And having trouble with the door key, the hotel room was very comfortable. The bed very comfortable, so had a good nights rest. Overall very good

Decent quality motel, good sized apartment, close to both cricket and rugby grounds.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room with oven , hob, microwave, toaster and tea coffee facilities. The motel had plenty of car parking spaces. Sited an easy 15 min walk from Seddon Park cricket and ten to rugby ground. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. Staff were friendly and efficient. Happy to stay here again.

For the price of the room I would have expected the amenities to be of a good standard and everything in the room to work unfortunately this wasn't the case so I can't give the overall stay a good rating.

Quiet,clean and comfortable

It was a nice modern room with a kitchenette/bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We were in a room upstairs and it was quite hot but they had air conditioning which you needed.

The wifi was terrible! Almost to the point of being useless. The property shows some age but was clean and well presented. The bed was very soft.

Great property and location, clean and great facilities. The male manager was very aggressive and talked to me terribly upon checkin which was quite intimidating and very out of the blue. I won’t be going back purely because of this man as he made me feel very anxious.

Lots to like. Proximity to CBD, clean, comfy, aMAZing shower and warm. Easy, fast checkin. Issue with our room being directly underneath some sort of machine in the roof that whirred all night = bad sleep for me but other half slept right through it, I’ll just choose a different room next time. Nice place overall.

My stay

Whilst I didn’t have a lot of time in the room I did find it comfortable and clean. All the services were great and the guy at the reception (sorry forgot his name) was friendly and welcoming.
