The staff spoke English and was super friendly and helpful with my questions. The area is farther away from the beach and nightlife but all within a short distance and very quiet. I suggest you download the ride app GRAB. Rides are very cheap.

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and spacious room. Certainly an upgrade from other places this trip. Staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Really nice and comfortable hotel, but the location was not ideal. The buffet breakfast was also a problem, as they ran out of items and did not replenish them. Staff spoke English are were helpful in arranging trips.

Great Hotel

Great comfortable hotel. It’s not quiet in the town centre but a short 15 min walk. Room was big, clean and very comfy. The bed was soft and the best pillows! Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and gladly stay again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel offers packages on driver rentals. We did one for my son and hoi an. Driver was very nice but did give us time limits on the places. Hotel staff originally told us we would have no time limit and could go as long as we want which was not true.

I got a tiny room without any windows that barely fits a queens size bed. The room picture on Expedia shows nice spacious room with windows and a balcony in the picture. Don't trust their room description and the pictures because you will get something totally different...

Great value hotel

Really good value hotel. Comfortable modern room, great shower and air con. Had an issue with the safety deposit box that took an hour to resolve, but mostly a lost in translation moment! Bustling local area - great if you want a Vietnam experience.

What can I say... It's a great hotel

This hotel is very comfortable and modern. Very clean also. The staff are great and nice. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming, especially Nhu. Nhu was amazing in making this hotel outstanding. Also, her English is great, which made asking questions convenient. I'll be definitely coming back to this hotel.

Near eateries and Dragon Bridge

I was “upgraded” to their other hotel “Avora Hotel” which was facing the Han River; so my review will be based on Avora Hotel instead of Avora Boutique Hotel. Upon arrival staff stood up and greeted and one of the hotel’s security personnel helped me with my luggage to the room and orientate me around. Room was big but the downside was that it had a small window that faced a wall. Loved the clean and modern design of the room. The dragon bridge was visible from the hotel. Walking distance to the Cho Han market, minimarts and eateries. Instead of buffet breakfast, you choose from a menu; possibly because of the low occupancy rate during the Covid 19. If not for the travel advisory I would love to stay longer. Staff was polite and helpful. I’ll be back again when situation return to normal.

For a budget property it was fine. It’s fairly new and it was clean, but do not expect any amenities or top notch service.

2 night stay, Superior Double Room A++

Absolutely brilliant. Very friendly front desk staff who were willing to go out of their way where possible - special requests were honoured. With broken english and beautiful smiles it made our stay all too positive for us. The bed was unbelievably soft and the duvet and pillows felt like clouds to sleep on after some seriously long days of walking. The shower was also notably brilliant, with extremely good water pressure and temperature control - if that’s something that helps makes you decide. Rooms are yes, small ..but super cosy. No view from the windows for the basic double bed room, but it was perfect for a 2 night stay in the bustling City of Da Nang and was very quiet (no street noise) and enough to shower, and sleep. Also, for a whopping $22.50 AUD you could clear out the entire Mini Bar - beers, snacks and all. Yes you can find the snacks in local stores for even cheaper, but we ended up handing out the snacks to locals who were of need of a simple smile from a gesture of kindness. Do yourself a favour and give this boutique hotel a go. Note: there is another Avora closer to the riverside. This Avora is much more amongst the main road and hustle and bustle. I assume both are similar in nature, just the riverside location May offer views. Good luck and smile! You’ll be on holidays soon!!

Great Hotel in the Heart of Da Nang

Lovely hotel in the heart of Da Nang. The hotel had Japanese hotel vibes. It's somewhat close to the river but a little bit away from the beach. Around 10 mins by taxi to/from the airport. Nhu was an amazing host! She gave us directions to all the good restaurants in the area and always had a smile on her face ready to help. The breakfast was great too, on the rooftop with a wonderful view of the city.

Not recommended for a solo traveler

Aside from the disturbing fact that I did not receive the room I booked, the hotel is located on a major shopping street with NO restaurants in the neighborhood. If you get a room on the main street, the traffic noise comes through the windows until after midnight, although the glass cannot be opened. The standard room has NO natural light and the one small window opens to the vertical concrete shaft in the center of the building. The hall carpets are stained, which contradicts the newness and cleanliness of the individual hotel rooms. Although breakfast is technically available from 6:30 - 9:30 am, the breakfast buffet is almost empty by 8:00 am and the food is not replenished - the tea & coffee are always cold. Very little English is spoken by the staff and the property serves predominantly Korean guests and families.

For the price, it is not a bad choice. Location is on a very busy street with a lot of honking, there is a balcony in my room, after closing the glass doors, there is still a little noise but not a big deal. The room new, clean and comfortable (but see below), bed comfortable, air conditioning decent, shower is great. Reception staff, bell boy and security guard are all great and friendly, breakfast staff unfortunately not quite so. Breakfast finishes early at 9:30am and is not that great. The main thing that really marred my experience was whilst relaxing in bed 1 night, a cockroach suddenly crawled up to the bed... yikesssssssss! Managed to kill it but of course caused me some grief and was a bit paranoid for the rest of the stay.

Hotel 10 min very cheap taxi ride to beach and Dragon bridge or within walking distance if you don’t mind the heat. Breakfast limited but they do have coffee shop in hotel or another right next door

Perfect hotel

We had a very pleasant stay in a family suit room with a nice river & pool view for 6 days . The room was spacious and spotless clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast delicious.The location is great only a few minutes walk to market , shops and restaurants, We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this hotel to anyone you won’t be disapoointed.

Nice and clean room. Modern and chic, however the window was very misleading from the pictures. They had a window facing into a shaft where hardly any light came through so it was constantly dark in the room. Overall a decent hotel.

friendly staff, clean and new hotel, u get more then u paid for in my opinion. only downside was, that the breakfast was more for Asian then for international guests. some bakery stuff, more cornflakes and if u came to late, there were many stuff empty and didn't get refilled. but for this price, u can't do anything wrong with booking

What I like about the hotel is the excellent location and easy access to the night market and street food. The hotel is also very clean and staff is very friendly. Although it is situated in the middle of busy streets. The room are very sound proof.

Find something near the water with more restaurant

Terrible location. Smoke comes up thru elevator shaft and into our non smoking room. No window so see anything. Breakfast is pretty weak.

Excellent stay. The room was exactly like the photos, spacious, large comfy bed, speeey wifi, good views, in the middle of town, & the best part was the shower. You will need it for the heat. The breakfast was one of the best local foods spread with an egg station & offers many options. I highly recommended & it is worthy of other similarily glowing reviews. They have very good staff too.

Enjoyable stay!

THE hotel is very central in Danang and easily accessible in the middle of town. Very clean hotel and excellent service from staff especially Dien (front desk). We will choose Avora Hotel again when we visit Danang!

A pleasant stay in downtown Da Nang

I was so impressed with the staff and their attentiveness. I had some problems with my first room, but after bringing it to the attention of the front desk, they immediately found a new room for me which was perfect. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was quite good, too.

Great value for money

Great value for money, the only downside is the street noise but in exchange for that the hotel is at a very convenient spot. The folks at the front desk are really friendly and they make you feel welcome.

There's few review about this hotel and was decided to give it a try. Avora didn't disappoint us and in fact it was way beyond our expectation for a 3-star hotel. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and comfy room. Avora is a hidden gem in the city.

10/10 would stay again

The hotel don't do airport shuttle service as it is downtown, it is only 10 mins by Taxi to/from the airport. We paid VND 200k which is probably around standard. The hotel said it should not cost more than USD 6/7. Beware of drivers trying to scam you. We arrived late in the evening and Hien was there to greet us. Very friendly and although their sale rep mistakenly gave us a double bed rather than two twin beds, he fixed this immediately. For the rates we got (works to be be AUD 20/pppn), it was so comfortable. The bathroom was so clean and large. You can literally smell that the hotel is new in the rooms. When we stayed in January 2019, it was still in its first month so hiccups are expected - NOT that there were many. The rooms were bigger than I expected - comfortably fit 2 twin beds, has a wardrobe, safe, mini car, kettle, TV and then probably could fit in a portacot or additional bed if required but it would make the space cramped. By the way, the hotel is mainly bed, room and breakfast. Don't expect fancy pools or gym. I also had to put in a few hours of work and the little stool in the room isn't exactly ergonomic but fine for short stints. WiFi is free and fast. We also decided to hire two cars on two days via the hotel and both days, the drivers were exceptional. We were quoted: 1. Return trip to Hoi An, 650k 2. Trip to Ba Na Hills and return to Airport, 650k

宿泊値段の割には、朝食のビュッフェが良かったです。シャワーは、水量は大丈夫ですが、排水口の造りが悪く、ガラス張りのシャワーコーナーから水が出る場合がありました。トイレは流れが悪いですが、使用には問題ないと思います。紙は流せず、ゴミ箱に捨てました。ホテルのセキュリティー兼設備係のおじさんがとても愛嬌があり、親切な人なので、何か不具合があっても、すぐ治してくれるので、安心できました。街中で買い物や食事には便利な場所でした。

ホテル自体は清潔感もあり、今回の旅行で三か所をホッピングしましたが、子どもたちはここのスタッフさんがお気に入りで一番楽しかったと言っていました。ただ、周辺道路は汚く、少し治安に不安を感じる雰囲気がありました。grabでホテルから出かけるだけなら周辺は歩かないので問題ないかと思います。

1泊だけなので、いつも連泊時の海岸沿いと違い今回は街中の広い部屋を求めて、また日本料理店もたくさんある比較的街の北側にと思い予約しました。 大正解！7階の最上階でしすが、特に景色はいいわけではないが、窓は全面ガラス張りで綺麗・バスはシャワーと バスタブがあり特に洗面とこのバスの床はベトナムでも珍しい畳感覚の清潔な滑らないタイプ、ファミリータイプだからツインでもキングサイズ、テレビも50インチ、エアコンもダイキン社製で夜も超静かで快適でした。空港にかなり近いから、飛行機の離陸音は響く。 朝早いフライトだったから朝食は食べられず残念。また次回ダナンの街中の宿泊はここにします。

다낭성당이나 한시장같은 관광지랑은 거리가 좀 있었어요. 걸어서 20분정도긴했지만 그래도 걸으면서 풍경 구경하는 재미가 있었습니다. 조식같은 경우엔 메뉴가 너무 없어서 조금 당황했습니다. 시켜먹는 메뉴가 몇 가지 있었는데 그것들도 8시 30분쯤이 되면 마감이 되어 주문을 안 받더라구요. 조식의 경우, 그냥 간단하게 먹고싶다싶으신 분들만 드시는것 추천드릴게요! 그 외 나머지의 서비스나 룸 상태들은 다 좋았아요. 참고로 변기는 수압이 많이 약합니다. 한 번 물내리면 다시 물 차오른는데 시간이 좀 걸려요..!

개인적인 차이는 있겠지만 모텔정도의 수준을 생각하고 갔으니 매우 만족합니다. 방도깨끗 침구도, 깨끗, 조식도 웬만한 식당 만큼은 합니다. 다낭은 호텔 조식이 맛집인듯~ 꼰시장 빅시마트 가까워서 좋고 확실히 한시장이 쌉니다. 롯데마트보다 빅시마트가 싸고~ 담에 방문한다면 꼭 재방문 할겁니다 가성비 갑입니다

전 객실이 외부를 볼수 있는 창문이 설치되었는줄 알았는데 우리가 묵은객실은 창은 있지만 외부를 볼수없는 구조입니다. 조식은 가격대비 좋은것 같아요 그런데 식당의 냉방상태가 않좋은지 너무더워 땀을 흘리며 식사를 하였네요 장점: 시내에 있어 한시장, 빅씨마트, 핑크성당 등등 걸어갈수 있는 거리에있어 좋고 바로옆 골목에 작은 현지인의 야시장도 열어 볼거리가 있었습니다.

2번째 이용인데 밤 비행기로 늦게 도착해서 잠만 자는 호텔로 이용하기에 딱이에요 저렴하고 깔끔하고 친절해서 좋아요! 새벽2시에 다낭에 도착해서 잠잘자고 조식까지 잘먹었어요~~

처음 도착했을때 카운터보시는 분이 냉냉하셔서 좀 맘상했었는데 다른분들은 너무 친절하시고 시설도 좋고 너무 좋았습니다

도착날 밤11시도착 출발 아침9시 라서 도척날과 출발전날 예약했습니다. 첫날은 작은창문 하나인 3층방이였고 출발전날은 큰 창이 있는 7층방이였습니다. 시내에서 가까워 좋았고 직원의 친절함도 너무 만족했습니다. 조식도 전혀 기대도 없었는데 생각보다는 나쁘지 않았어요~ 팁이라면.. 공항부터 공항톨게이트비포함해도 10만동 안나와요~ 저희 첫날에 30만동 눈탱이 맞았지만^^;; 꼭 기억하셔요^^

첫 날 지냈던 숙소, 대학생이라 국가 장학금 신청했어야 했는데 상황을 설명하니 같이 안타까워하고 컴퓨터 사용을 도와주던 직원이 아직 생각남. 매우친절 호텔까지 가는 길도 멀지 않았고 방 역시 매우 청결했다. 짐보관 역시 웃으며 친절히 보관해주겠다고 먼저 말씀하시며 우리의 여행 첫 날을 편하고 좋게 보낼 수 있게 만들어준 곳.
