Close to the airport and trains, short walk to local shops. Well maintained property and easy to access.

Great room, but about a 20 minute walk from transportation.

Nice, spacious, clean and easy to walk around the local area.

Clean and quiet area. Walk to Rinkū-town Station. Couldn’t work out how to use the heating but good for a stop over when we were travelling.

Well located close to the airport with decent facilities and an easy walk to local shops.

Property was great. Lots of room for family.

It was 15 mins walk from the nearest station. It was dark and we got lost. 😅 Also the wall was so thin. We were able to hear everything what the outside people said at the car park next to the house. It was at 5am and someone opened the car door, started the engine and even we heard the GPS navigation voice. (GPS system in Japanese). We could not sleep thanks to those local people who left home for work such an early morning. The guests of the building were all very quiet but we were able to hear all noises from outside and everything what the people said outside of the room. The room was spacious, had a beautiful kitchen, bathroom and even a washing machine! Big bathroom was a bonus! We really love the room but the location was a bit far for us walking with two suitcases…the wall of the house was too thin I thought. What a pity…

It was good, but location is bad

Nice stay that is close to KIX! Staff was also very easy to communicate with and had helped with every step of the way. I greatly appreciate them for being so responsive!

The space is big, it’s a little bit far from the train station.

部屋が綺麗だったので皆んなとても喜んでくれました。ベッドも畳みも綺麗で冷蔵庫も 電子レンジ　洗濯機もあり皿スプーン フォークもあり近くにはコインランドリーで乾燥機がかけれて良かったです。 とても過ごしやすかったです。 ボディシャンプーのケースがあれば良かったです。又使いたいです。

We opted to walk to the property from Rinku Town station. It was easy to get to and a good chance to stretch out legs after long hours of flying. Everything was clean and tidy.

Hair on bed sheet

Overall is good but we found some hairs on the white bed sheet (as we will use our own one to cover so we saw it clearly)

There are some hairs on the bed , make me feel disgusting. Is that the bed sheet didn’t change from last traveller? Apart from the hair issue overall is good.

Excellent Stay

The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable.10-minute walk to Rinku Town station and lots to do over there! Shopping and dining options abundant (Get off at Rinku town station instead of Izumisano station). It was rainy when we arrived early at the apartment. They were so nice to let us store our luggages in the room well before check-in time. Thank you so much, we had an excellent stay here.

Fit our needs

The space was way larger than we expected. The place was beautiful and so clean. Pretty close to two different train stations which was fantastic. The host left instructions on how to use the bath (pre-fill option was great) and other tips for the city. Nice quiet neighborhood and a vending machine right across the street was super useful too! 10/10 would stay again.

Apartment was super clean. It was 4 of us but room could probably sleep 6!

Comfortable place to stay with families

The place was comfortable and near the Kansai airport. For those who are staying with a car, do inform them in advance so that they can allocate you the only slot next to the house. Also as per what others had reviewed, be prepared to carry up your luggages from the steps if you are staying at the second floor

Beautiful apartment. Convenient location to airport. Check in was difficult because we were on an international overnight layover and our phones did not work. I did not have the code to get in and had to call, which probably cost us a lot of $ and even then, it was hard to hear our host giving us directions bc cell service was poor.

Stayed for 1 night to rush to airport early morning. Place is not near train station. Therefore price is lower. Stayed on 1st floor. Very thin celing and walls. Elephant stomping above, through out the late night. And Doors slamming.. What's worst is the frosted window let in all the night light every time a car drive pass... a simple curtain will have help alot... Toilet area.... Don't even have any place to hang towel or hand towel. U can either leave it on the floor or on the toilet bowl or in the sink.. Futon is too thin. Luckily an "extra" one is available to own self roll out. Finally, the shiny exit light.. light up the whole room with no way to turn off. U get a blinding green exit light in your eyes when you try to sleep... All in all. Ignoring the distance, There is zero thoughts put into the room that is been hosted out... Place is good if you don't mind all the above mentioned inconvenience and noise and light.

It is a fantastic room for a family stay, in our case it a family of 4. Everything was pretty spot on to what it was described online. There are couple things that I could see it might bother people are the noise, the walls are pretty much paper thin, while staying on 2nd floor wouldn't be so bad, but in our case we stayed at the bottom floor; therefore, we could hear motorist passed by the building quite clearly and late check-in neighbors where you could hear them walking up the metal stairs and footsteps above ( which woke the family up at 10pm at night for about an hour). Overall the stay was great except for the noise. :)

Appartement idéal pour un très court séjour. Le confort est bon mais l'appartement est un peu éloigné de la station de train ainsi que du centre commercial le plus proche qui est le SEACLE. De la station Izumisano de laquelle nous venions, nous n'avons croisé ni restaurants ni combini. C'est un quartier calme mais pour les besoins du quotidien, sachez qu'il faudra marcher une bonne quinzaine de minutes pour rejoindre le grand centre commercial à côté de la station Rinku Town. L'appartement en lui-même était propre. Attention toutefois, les murs sont fins. Vous trouverez d'ailleurs à votre disposition, des boule quiès ^^; A bon entendeur !

與鐡路有一段距離, 拿著行李要行15分鐘, 房間很大, 環境寧靜

今回で4回目の滞在です。数年前に比べてタオルが古くなっていて、少し部屋干し臭もしました。それ以外は、清潔さもあり過ごしやすかったです。

房門夠大，但遮光度不足。

I stayed in a room on the ground floor with my family but really felt so bad for noise from the room on the second floor.

とても綺麗な施設で満足でしたが空港から徒歩では遠くわかりづらい場所にありました。

ありがとうございました。関空帰りにもう一泊予定していますので、よろしくお願いします。

ホテルまでの道のりが難しかったです。

房間舒適方便

パジャマとお風呂の椅子が有れば良かったです。 あとは、ちょっと最寄りからは遠いのが残念です。

這間民宿相當乾淨整潔，房間相當大，有和式和西式床。物品也應有盡有，有微波爐、碗盤、洗碗精，中型冰箱，有洗衣機，也有提供洗衣粉、曬 衣架，相當舒適的住宿。美中不足的是隔音不是很好，住宿當天晚上遇到一大群旅客半夜11點多來，大聲喧嘩，並弄錯房間，竟能打開我們二樓的房門，並且死命的拉門，想把我們內鎖拉開，嚇壞我們，之後又在房內大聲說話，走路，還有孩子們的吵鬧聲，弄到半夜十二點多，造成我們極度睡眠困擾。

空間很大不過距離車站有段距離

お部屋は快適で良かったです。ただ蚊が部屋の中にいて全然寝れなかったのが残念です。虫除けのスプレーとかがあれば良かったですね。フロントが無いので直ぐに対応してもらえないところが残念でした😭 あとお風呂の脱衣場に着替えをおく台かカゴが欲しかったです。 空港利用の前泊で利用したのですが近くて良かったです😊また利用したいです。

近くに駐車場がほしい

家族7人で利用させていただきましたがお部屋も広く、清掃も行き届いていてとても快適でした。 徒歩5分の駐車場も空いていてよかったです。 部屋着とタオル掛けがあると更に良かったです。 しかしこの価格でしたら大変満足で、次の機会があればぜひ利用したいです。

お部屋がキレイで広い。 料理をしたかったが、ホットプレートなし、調味料もすべて持参は、無理

とても綺麗で良かったです。

掃除機と換気扇が埃だらけだった

家族３人で泊まりましたが、快適でした。
