Fantastic stay. Our first visit to Palma was made truly memorable because of the warm welcome, tasteful, clean property. Easy walking distance to all the city sights.

What a wonderful spot!

I was greeted by Laura, who had emailed a few days before my arrival, and she was just lovely. My room was available earlier than anticipated and Laura happily helped get me checked-in straight away. I got a quick tour of the room, some info about the hotel, spa facilities, breakfast arrangements etc. Once again, really friendly and super helpful. The accommodation is lovely - cleanliness was perfect, the design details I loved, the bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, along with the shower facilities etc. I used the spa facilities on day 1 and it was so nice to have it all to yourself - I really like that system, particularly as a solo traveller, but equally for couples it's a lovely space to relax and recoup. I didn't use any of the dining facilities as there are so many wonderful choices in and around Palma.

Loved the room accommodations and special treat left during turn down service which were a very nice touch. The hotel staff was exceptional. There is a charming rooftop with a tiny pool. The spa was nice and private but need to book ahead. As a solo female traveler, I felt it was tucked away on a quiet street which not knowing the area would have preferred a busier area that felt less secluded. It was however in walking distance and easy to get to many sites and other locations.

We just stayed for 5 nights and overall it was a great stay. Good points: Location was nice and quiet but close enough to everything. Staff helpful and friendly. Spa area was a nice touch. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice. Roof top also nice. Things to improve: Could be a little more variety on breakfast. The room was so hot even in November - air con had little effect. Only 2 English news channels on the TV - would be nice to be able to log into Netflix or something? The roof top pool is not a pool, its a fountain and there are only a small number of beds. The bar was barely open? Drain smelt in the bathroom Overall a very nice stay but I think I would try somewhere else next time

Its a beautiful well maintained hotel with an excellent helpful staff. The only negative is trying to park in their garage, which is very difficult to find.

Not a 5 star hotel. The staff was not that friendly. What they call a pool looks like a fountain. So small that only 2 people can be in at the same time. Also, they allow non guests to enjoy the rooftop and guests have no privacy in such a small space. Also, there is no view. I stayed at Hotel Basilica at the beginning of my trip and it was way better, pool was bigger, private and the view was amazing.

Beautiful rooftop terrace. Spa was wonderful too. Music and tapas on rooftop terrace Fridays, great ambience. Staff were so pleasant and willing to help. Toiletries five star Short walking distance to cathedral, Palace, shopping and restaurants

The property was absolutely beautiful and charming. Def check out the roofdeck. The staff was lovely, the only negative was the parking. We could not fit our car and we still are waiting to get a refund.

Beautiful hotel in a central, quiet area in the old town of Palma. Very friendly staff and close to all the main areas of the town.

Great service, lovely place to stay for a few days. The roof terrace is delightful. Breakfast was yummy.

The Hotel Antigua was amazing. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops and also the main cathedral. You are centrally located to take a short taxi ride or public transport to beautiful beaches. The design of the lobby and rooms was beautiful and felt like it honored the history of the building. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating (which is not what I have always experienced in Spain) which I really appreciated. We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

Quiet hotel, central location

Quiet hotel in central location. Pleasant rooftop area with very cold plunge pool. Spa can be booked for a free 45 minute session which was pleasant. No air-conditioning during off-season and the bedroom was incredibly hot. We left our balcony doors open throughout the stay, but depending on your room this may not be safely possible. The room was well appointed but had almost no storage for clothes (one drawer, short hanging only) which was slightly frustrating. The bedside tables were just boxes rather than useful drawers which could be better designed. Mallorcan Herb toiletries for use within the bathroom (no miniatures) were nice quality. The hairdryer provided was fairly weak and the nozzle needed replacing. Good quality linens. We didn't eat at the hotel as the restaurant was a little quiet for our taste. Staff were very helpful throughout.

Beautiful boutique hotel perfectly situated for a spring break in Palma. Loved the roof top area with relaxing music. Gorgeous room and bathroom and amazingly helpful staff who gave us great restaurant tips and provided lovely personal touches in the room. Highly recommend - thank you!

Absolutely excellent from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location to explore Palma whilst also being able to relax and enjoy the sun from the hotels rooftop! The staff are absolutely fantastic, Anna in particular has been brilliant during our stay. Nothing is too much, the team at the hotel are incredibly thoughtful from remembering your order, offering games, quick service, daily treats left in our room and complimentary cava for a birthday. The spa is also excellent, the advertisement doesn’t do it justice at all. The spa is completely private and when you book to use it there is no one else, just you. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you.

Excellent property in central Palma. Its a smaller boutique hotel so facilities arent as expansive as the larger Four seasons etc. service is impe and the location is fantastic being bang middle of old town. Pool area is also limited both in size and avaialbek sun beds on sun rood as is dining /breakfast options but with palma just a foot step away that was not an issue. The service and personal attention makes up and the difference to a larger luxury chain. We considered Cappuccino hotel as well but so happy we stay there as we went for coffee and breakfast and service was poor and rude. We wouldn’t rate Antigua a full 10 out of 10 based on other luxury stays . if you are expecting all services and amenities to be available then possibly look elsewhere but if you value peroanal service and a service touch it definitely deserves a strong 9, boutique feel and location. Chose this hotel based on what you need and like. Fantastic stay, great staff (couldnt ask for any better!) Beautiful beautiful stay and service. Gracias

Wonderful hotel, great location Central yet quiet

When we first arrived the service was excellent, personable and friendly and this continued throughout our stay. The rooms were excellent and spacious. The property is pretty close to the cathedral and therefore the old town where the recommendations for restaurants the staff made were all excellent.

If you are looking for something unique where the staff will make you feel welcome and looked after, in a very clean and beautiful environment, Antigua Palma Casa Noble is the place to go. From the moment we arrived to our departure, staff from the hotel cared about every detail of our stay including booking of our restaurants and advising us of places worth visiting. The hotel is situated in the heart of the old town in Palma, therefore, perfect walking distance to anything around the city centre. However, if you are looking for a place to drive a car, parking is a major issue and driving on the little streets of the old town is definitely a challenge. Hotel is beautifully designed and definitely for couples. You can relax and enjoy a drink on the stunning roof top terrace and dip in the very small plunge pool if you wish. Overall we had a fabulous 5 days in the hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and very clean boutique hotel in the heart of the old town in Palma.

Good boutique hotel. The spa isn’t really a spa. The parking is a huge issue and not enough of it. At 500+ per night you should get somewhat of better parking.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel is charming. Our room was lovely.

Lovely personal Hotel.

Lovely room, rooftop pool is more of a plunge pool and quite a small area. All of the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was really good, Eggs Benedict was on offer and was expertly cooked. The hotel and room were immaculately clean and air conditioning was nice and cool.

We had a great Xmas week in Palma and Antigua Hotel was perfectly situated in the old part of town and 10min walk to pretty much anything. The hotel had very nice and clean rooms, a great roof top terrace and a small spa that one can book for a 45min use, once per stay (a little too short and the temperature of the jacuzzi a bit cold). My partner thought the bed were a little too firm, to me it was okey. Not a big fan though of bathrooms without a door that can close.. just a sliding glass door. Breakfast was very nice, fresh fruit, cereals, bread with a good variety of spreads, also traditional Spanish, as well as a hot menu that was included. We never tried the dinner restaurant. Over all a very nice hotel that we would recommend, and the staff was great and super helpful.

Das einzige, was eventuell zu bemängeln ist, ist das unser Zimmer (Nr 10) sehr dunkel war. Durch das kleine Fenster mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegende Hauswand kam auch an einem sonnigen Tag kaum Licht herein. Dieses Zimmer würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Ótimo atendimento, localização, num edifício antigo cheio de história, charme e encanto. Amei meus dias no Antigua Palma. Café da manhã espetacular e decoração aconchegante.

A true «hidden» gem in the city center, perfect quiet location. The staff is simply amazing and the Hotel really deserves its 5 stars. Highly recommend
