I just arrived at Zemi Beach House today and it is far and away the highlight of my trip. The staff and service are top notch and they go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. I will definitely be back in the future. 5 Stars!

Beautiful property. Clean, updated and quiet! Beds ere comfortable, the staff was great the pools and beach were awesome. My only complaint and its not really a complaint was the music was blah. It was elevator music all day. They had one caribbean night that was awesome, the rest was a little weak. But I brought my own music, so that took care of that! Truly a wonderful hotel!

Amazing Zemi Beach Vacation.

What an amazing hotel and locations. Multiple restaurants and wonderful singers each night in the bar. Already planning a return visit but for longer this time.

The best hotel in Anguilla

Was very clean and quiet. Staff was very accommodating and personable. The food was very tasty and overall a great experience.

Very relaxing & enjoyable stay. Staff was friendly & attentive.

The beach was lovely, but the water was rough most of the time we were there. There is a ledge that drops about 2 feet once you get into the ocean and up to your waist. Too rough for kids, but there is a lovely pool My biggest complaint is the service..in the restaurant and on the beach. The first two days it was ok…maybe 30-40 minutes for tacos on the beach. Because Zemi was already taking a large service charge that was split amongst all the staff, I was not tipping 20 percent. By the third day, my lunch was taking an hour and a half to arrive and dinner took almost two hours. It was quite clear that I was experiencing a work slow down of sorts..due to the fact that I was not tipping well in the staffs opinion. I started tipping 20 percent and the problem rectified itself immediately. The staff was chatty and friendly. So I was paying a service charge and 20 percent tip. I also was giving the beach staff cash tips. I did not want my vacation ruined by making an issue, not did I think this would do anything to improve the attitude of the staff. So I caved in. I have never experienced this at a first class resort. I have traveled to over 156 countries and usually stay in first class resorts. I would not return because of it.

Excellent property! The beach is fantastic with crystal clear blue water and heavy white sand. I spent the majority of my stay on the beach and was amazed with its beauty. Trevor was a big help! Princess in the Rhum Room was awesome too. My favorite was the spa. Sarya is an excellent therapist. I had two massages with her and they were the best massages I’ve had anywhere in the Western hemisphere. However, the food at all of the restaurants was average. Good but nothing to write home about. Also, overpriced. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this property and return. Next time I’d put more energy into finding other food options.

Amazing hotel and beach as well

This is the most beautiful property I've ever been to. The best staff, everything is so clean and perfect. They have literally thought of everything from having sun block pumps at the beach and pool, to flip-flops in your suite, they make it the most relaxing place. I was there with my two kids (22 months and 3) and its SO child friendly and lovely. The food was also amazing. I hope to visit again soon. Thank you Zemi!!!

This was our second visit to Zemi and we were not disappointed! The property and beach are pristine and beautiful. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They all take the opportunity to get to know you and help you. The food at the restaurants is delicious with good portions. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and all cone with a balcony. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. Zemi is an amazing getaway if you are looking to relax and be taken care of. Special shoutout to Michael and Tuneero at the beach who made every day easy and enjoyable. We hope to be back soon!

Stunning beach, amazing service and beautiful property.

I had to contact the hotel before leaving on my trip, and what caught my attention was that in the email they sent me back, they said, "We will be waiting for you to welcome you to paradise," and that's exactly what 'El Paradise' is.

Great beach paradise

Great place very laid back and nice. Plan to eat at thr hotel restaurant each night as there are not really any other options unless you want to drive someplace. I had a re tal car and had no desire to leave for lunch.

Zemi was much better than we expected. Our experience here was absolutely fantastic. Clean and safe place to be. Shoal bay is beautiful. The food, music, rooms, gym, etc, etc was perfect. Service was impecable. We have been traveling every year to a different Caribbean island, We can say that this resort and the beaches in Anguilla are the best we have experienced.

Not only was this property glorious and clean, it was positioned on the best beach in Anguilla. It was gorgeous! The staff was the most amazing group of people. Insanely friendly and their willingness to help was beyond!

We enjoyed the multiple pools, as well as the beachfront – especially for breakfast on the beach. Food was great, and they kept the drinks cold.

We had an amazing time at Zemi. Our experience would have been perfect, except for the first few days - our cleaning service for the room seemed lacking. Beds were made but Room wasn’t swept or tidied, One of the bath mats weren’t replaced, No plastic for the garbage bins, HOWEVER our turn down service more than made up for it. She replaced the towels/mats and took care of what was lacking during the day. The daytime cleaning service did improve later on the trip - different cleaning lady :) So, I still gave this property a full 5 stars. The rest of the staff really worked hard to make this visit an amazing one. Their team at the pool and beach, led by Tuneero, really made sure we were looked after. The team at 20 Knots also went above and beyond. The food is wonderful. So many options! Guest services was also very helpful. The property is clean and beautiful. We went to Mead’s Bay, Maunday’s Bay and Rendezvous Bay and I can honestly say, Shoal Bay East is the best beach. We are so glad we booked with Zemi! We will be forever grateful for the wonderful experience.

Amazing stay

It was an amazing stay. The beach was very nice. Snorkeling was reasonably good. The best thing is the service people.

Although my pre-arrival experience wasn't the best, the staff did their best to make up for it upon arrival. The hotel itself is beautiful. Its odd that there's no bar at the adult pool but the beach pool/bar was pretty cool. The beach is AMAZING. I have no real complaints.

The best hotel of the island! We went to see other properties, such as Cap Juluca & Four Seasons and the water/ area around the hotels don’t compare to beautiful Zemi! A true paradise!

Located on a beautiful beach, friendly staff, amazing Spa, clean room with a great view, delicious food from breakfast through lunch and dinner.

Beautiful property that is immaculately maintained with a beautiful and walkable stretch of beach that has additional dining options if you want a break from the hotel restaurants (which are excellent by the way). Recommend a trip to Gwen’s Reggae bar which has great local food offering and some hard hitting rum punches. Having sun block and water at each pool location and at stations along the beach was a nice added amenity, as was the hand delivered bottles of water in small cooler bags filled with ice when they set up your beach chair for you each day. The beach service was great and the food was excellent. Highly recommend the night time events that 20 Knots does and especially the BBQ night on Wednesday nights. Will definitely return. Thank you for an excellent 40th bday vacation for my Wife.

Zemi Beach is a beautiful hotel on an absolutely stunning beach. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were great. Made for a very relaxing and all too brief getaway.

Better 4 and 5 Star Options on the Western Side

Overall, the stay was good, except we felt that the we were paying 5 Star Price for 4 Star Service - lots of miscues with in room dining, guest services, etc. Also, the location is not ideal on the island. Overall, we would not necessarily recommend this place given the cost!

Beautiful spot on anguilla

The staff was excellent every where you turned . Two of the ladies in quest services were out standing in helping with return paper work . they stayed past their going home time to help with our united return flight which the air line had messed up badly.The beach and food could not have been better.

Everything about this resort was spectacular. From the moment we exited our car to check in, to the moment we checked out, the hospitality provided by this hotel was exquisite. The hotel grounds were gorgeous and the hotel sits on, in my opinion, the most beautiful beach in Anguilla. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an incredible, relaxing getaway to a beautiful resort.

Very laidback and relaxing. Beach and pool not over crowded. Lots of staff providing friendly service. The bar areas are very nice and great drink menu. Facility very clean and modern without being over modern. Large rooms, balcony’s and views of the beach. The beach front was not over developed with hotels and condos. Good smoking right off the beach.

Loved the grounds, the beach was amazing, food was so-so. People were super nice and very accommodating. The spa treatment was excellent however extremely expensive for what I received. Typical spas allow use of the entire spa for the day if you have a treatment. There was one bathroom and shower available to all of us and a small locker room. If there was more to the day, I was not notified...

Zemi Beach House is paradise!

Zemi Beach House is a truly magical experience. Everything went perfectly from our arrival at St. Maarten apartment. The Zemi staff made it so easy to get to the ferry to Anguilla. Loved the welcome rum punch when we got to Zemi. It was great to get a tour of the property from a friendly staff member. Our room was gorgeous. The ocean and pool views were so pretty. The heated pool by the beach was terrific. The beach staff did a great job setting up our chairs every morning, and keeping us supplied with cold water and drinks. I really could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was. Just have to mention that it was so fun to be able to walk a few steps up the beach to Gwen’s Reggae bar for barbecue and rum punches. Finally, I’d have to say that my husband’s favorite thing about Zemi Beach House was their unique Rhum Room. It was really fun trying many of the unusual rums from around the world. The bar manager, Tiago, was so personable and knowledgeable about the rums.

The property is quite beautiful, but it is a way from many local restaurants, which is the only draw back if you call that a drawback. We will most definitely return. It’s a no brainer!!

The restaurant with outdoor seating either on a wood floor or on the sand was very nice. Right by the water, with beautiful palm trees and views.

Wonderful time at Zemi

My husband and I spent 6 nights at Zemi and it was totally a wonderful experience all around!! Excellent beachfront location, with first-rate beach service, all needs taken care of, and staff went above and beyond for guests. Fabulous dining atmosphere on the beach where we enjoyed several great dinners, as well as the (included) delicious, fresh, and generous breakfast buffets. Great bars with cocktails using fresh ingredients that are made by talented bartenders that are comparable to the best NYC mixologists. The service at this resort is top-notch with an incredibly friendly, thoughtful staff and management - this includes EVERYONE we came in contact with, and special top-notch commendations to "Jax", Vernon, Michelle, Princess, Virender, Elicia. Truly a special staff all-around that is passionate about what they do, and genuinely wants you to enjoy everything about your stay. We will definitely return to Zemi Beach House, thank you for such an enjoyable experience!

It was located right on the beach. The service was excellent. The resort was beautiful. We can't wait to go back!!!

Everything about this hotel was special! From when we reached by ferry, we felt like VIP. Everyone was so kind and catered to our needs. Food Manager brought a surprise cake for my fiance's birthday. Room was gorgeous with a gorgeous ocean view. The spa was the best part! Water activities were great, no wait and staff stayed with us the whole time. Guest services set up itinerary for offsite activities. Complimentary breakfast was nice (but got tired of the same food after the 2nd day). Loved the beach at night. Quick walk to offsite restaurant (Gwens reggae) which is awesome on Sundays (live band). Very clean. Staff were kind and actually very cool to talk to! We have been bragging about Zemi. Awesome hotel!

We loved our stay here in Anguillan paradise. If the beds were a bit softer I don’t think I would ever leave. Maybe they have to do this to make people go home?? :)

What a phenomenal experience!!! So many positives at Zemi. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is so attentive—they aim to please. Pool and beach amenities were nice perks—unlimited sunblock, after sun lotion, and fruit flavored water all day long. The kid’s club was everything! If you have kids betwen 4-12, they won’t want to leave. Best beachfront pool I’ve ever seen. And the opportunity to snorkel right outside the hotel was a huge plus. The water is a bit rough and sometimes the seaweed was annoying, but the staff was great at quickly removing it and getting to see squid, lobster, fish and rays all day long makes it worth it! Only thing that would make it better is if they served more Caribbean food. We’ll definitely be going back.

Zen in the Carribean

Extremely luxurious small resort with immaculate vistas and attentive unobtrusive service. Beautiful spa and well maintained tennis court. Wifi worked great. Good snorkeling right in front of resort but water was a bit rough most days, not great for kayaking and paddleboarding. Very hilly property: leads to unobstructed views but those physically impaired would need a golf cart everywhere. Very expensive drinks and excursions. Extremely quiet at night and not much in surrounding area.

Great beach, great service

Best resort on the island. Great snorkeling from the beach. Service was best we have had in the Caribbean. Island is still suffering from last years hurricanes, but saw no effects at Zemi.

Immaculate Grounds and Great Staff

The resort is absolutely beautiful. The hotel staff show a genuine concern about your experience. They go out of their way to ensure their guests are completely satisfied. The air in our room wasn't working properly. Things happen. Once this issue was brought to the hotel manager's (Mark) attention, he immediately upgraded our room. We appreciate his efforts to ensure the remainder of our stay was enjoyable. From the time we landed at the airport until the time we departed, we always felt taken care of by the Zemi Staff. Thanks to you all for ensuring we had a memorable vacation. We will definitely return. Note: We flew into San Juan and caught a flight on Seaborne over to Anguilla. This was a horrible flight (delayed, rude staff, and very bumpy flight). We found out from the hotel staff and other guests that it's better to fly into St. Maarten (SXM Princess Juliana International Airport) and catch the ferry (20 min ride) over to Anguilla.

Beautiful hotel on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Truly 5* with great rooms, wonderful staff, and amazing amenities.

This is the best hotel in Anguilla. It is located on the nicest beach, and the hotel itself is new, lushly landscaped, and has a friendly and welcoming staff that will go above and beyond to take care of you. The hotel is only 60 rooms so it is small enough to be peaceful, but large enough to provide all the amenities and options of a luxury hotel. This hotel is truly 5 star. We visited several beaches and hotels during our stay, and each time, we were confident that Zemi was the right choice.

The resort is really beautiful and the staff and so lovely! Room was incredible with beautiful ocean view! We got a couples massage and it was probably the best deep tissue 80-min massage I’ve ever had! The only issue is the food. The food is very mediocre and the prices are WAY too high. Drink prices are crazy high too! Also, the service is great but they are not very proactive in maintaining drink service or following up with you for reorders or additional rounds.

Amazing Resort

Resort is beautiful, clean, spacious, extremely friendly and attentive staff. Great week spent at the Zemi Beach House Resort. Like Irma never touched this hotel

This is the only hotel I have seen on Anguilla where you get a true sense that Hurricane Irma is a distant memory. If you are coming to Anguilla looking for a fully functional *RESORT* hotel, this is it. Top notch everything. There is no way I would stay anywhere else on my next visit to the island.

No better place to stay in Anguilla

We stayed at Zemi Beach for the Easter break and had the most fantastic time. We cannot say enough good things about Zemi. The staff’s friendless, knowledge and willingness to assist surpassed any experience we had at other 5 star resorts. The hotel was gorgeous and grounds impeccably maintained. Our children loved the Kids Club so much they insisted on being there every day. Our week at Zemi will remain a most treasured memory. We look forward to returning.

Amazing resort! First class resort and staff!!!

The best staff I have ever experienced

Both my flights in and out were delayed/cancelled and caused a lot of stress. The hotel went above and beyond to fix my reservations, secure a ferry to Anguilla from St Maarten after hours and handled Expedia CustomerSupport for hours on the phone! I cannot express how wonderful the staff treated us and worked to make our vacation special.

We cannot say enough good things about this resort. The resort was beautiful and the staff was wonderful.

Almost, but not quite

Excellent location and facilities, excellent housekeeping, food and drinks very good, but service at restaurant and bars really not good. I don't fault the servers, but rather management. The servers were eager to please, but they really did not know how to go about doing a good job. They were disorganized, slow, inconsistent and seemed to really just lack training and experience. Hopefully this improves over time.

Beautiful hotel - Modern and Zen

This resort is beautiful, inside and out. The lush grounds, friendly service, comfortable beds, zen inspired spa and kids club made our experience one to remember! We will be back - 5 stars all around!

Beautiful hotel, right on the beach, great staff

Best experience I ever had on any island I have been to so far. Excellent staff, positive attitudes, beautiful scenery, great fresh caught food, pricey but worth every dollar. Everyone should visit this island and this hotel at least 3 times or more. Very quiet and relaxing.

Wonderful hotel property on a beautiful beach

Our family of four stayed at Zemi for a week and truly enjoyed the experience. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The property is beautiful -- on par with any other 5 star resort we've stayed at. The service was very friendly and helpful -- everywhere from Guest Services, to the beach, to poolside, to the spa. We spent most of our time at the beautiful pool and beach. We also took advantage of their free snorkeling gear, sea kayaks, volleyball and stand-up paddle boards. Our kids loved the Kidz Club with fun activities planed throughout each day. The breakfast buffet included in our package was great too. Omelette's made to order, lots of fresh fruit, and everything in between. Morning service was very attentive to our needs. The lunch and dinner options were good too. My wife and I also used the spa a few times. They have brought in massueses from Asia that are really good and they also have an expert Yoga instruction that comes a few times a week. We also took advantage of the gym everyday which was great for cardio and weight lifting (free and machines). It's worth noting that this resort is on the east side of the island, which is the more remote side. But getting to the other side of the island where more of the restaurants are is only a 20-25 minute drive. We rented a car for the week which we picked up right outside the ferry terminal when we arrived -- definitely a good decision because we ventured to other parts of the island during our week.

This place is amazing!!!

I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere very upscale but low-key (no scene). Everyone minds their own business and the service is impeccable. Rooms are gorgeous and large. Breakfast is terrific and you can use their paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkel equipment. The food in the restaurant is very good, and you must try the Thai Spa. I cannot say enough good things about this property. We were there for 2 nights and ended up coming back at the end of our stay for one more night. My kids did not want to leave!

Awesome

First visit to Anguilla and to Zemi and will definitely be first of many future visits. My wife, kids, and I all loved it! The staff is first rate, from Chris the GM of the property and down the line. They assisted us with getting a rental car on a national holiday when all the agencies were closed, set up a snorkeling excursion with little notice, and assisted with dinner reservations. All of the guest relations staff were awesome, and particularly Natalie. Awesome experience and we'll definitely be back.
