"My overall experience with the property was fantastic. The service was among the best we've had recently, with attentive staff who really stood out. The location was decent, and I especially loved having access to a plunge pool right outside my room. All in all, it was a great stay.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. The staff are friendly; nothing is ever too much trouble. You will never have a lift a finger. My husband and I stayed for a milestone anniversary and the team made this stay incredibly special. - Amazing breakfast (really special) from 8am. Food can be cooked to order and there is a buffet serving greek options - you can have both. Plus you can help yourself to prosecco and different flavoured water. - Exceptional restaurant serving local cuisine onsite open from 7:00pm. - Early breakfast available if you need it (we had to leave for a tour at 7:15 on our first morning) we pre-ordered the night we arrived and it was ready for when we got to the restaurant. - Lovely pool bar with "snack menu" serving more casual full meals for when the restaurant is closed during the day - Twice daily housekeeping - Pool towels changed without you asking - Room service available to match the restaurant or bar menu (depending on the time). - we had a swim up suite; this was a huge luxury for us; when you step outside your room, there is a pool deck leading to a shared infinity pool. This pool is shared with only a few other rooms so it feels very private and romantic. - I will praise the staff again. Each member of staff greets you warmly, I even had recommendations for what to try from the buffet breakfast. The team really does go out of their way to make your stay as hassle free as possible. They tell you how everything works. Its the smoothest service

Surgery for hotel

When arriving to the hotel, the staff were really nice and welcoming, even the complementary drink was very refreshing! If we had any concerns to contact them or needed any extra help with our room to call them. The view of our balcony room was spectacular and pool area was relaxing.

Wonderful private pool overlooking a beautiful scenery. Staff were attentive and friendly. Full sized toiletries were provided and towels changed twice a day. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay

Incredible stay!! From start to finish, we loved every second. We stayed in the Vanilla Honeymoon suite and it was beautiful. Large room with huge infinity pool. Food and service was great. The staff are what made this holiday extra special, thank you everyone. We highly recommend!!!

Wow! We loved our stay at this boutique hotel, the rooms are beautiful and the resort is very quiet, we went to the sister resort as well Olea one afternoon and had the best time at their pool. Highly recommend for the price! 5 stars service! Delicious breakfast in the morning.

Very nice hotel will pools right out your back door. We had a private pool but it was not heated which for a vip room it should be. I know the high season is hot and the pool usually doesn’t need to be headed but at the tail end it does. Only used once. Other then that a very nice adult only hotel!!

I was actually upgraded to their sister property next door the Olea Suites. Beautiful property!

Best Staff is have stayed at a resort!!!

The staff is amazing at this hotel resort. Thats so attentive and the hotel is very boutique style and has amazing views. Also very close to Planos town which has everything you need literally 2 minutes ride. Teh wil golfcart you down to min road and you can call for pick up. Food great and drinks even greater. All i can say i will go back for sure. We stayed at a suite with private pool. These are the views posted on this review

Great staff..great views..

Hotel is very nice but impossible to go to the gym. They dont have a gym, you have to book at the hotel next door but there was zero availabilities all week . They did not offer/respect the vip benefit advertised. Everything else was perfect and the breakfast was incredibly delicious

Room wasnt great for the price paid - dust, spider webs, and the pool is not heated which makes for a cold dip. no bathtub, just a shower, and the sink was cracked. The staff are wonderful, and the food is amazing. Long walk down a hill to the local shops, more of a walk back up the hill - shame the resort does not offer lifts back/forth to local shops via their many electric buggies. Welcome drink upon arrival, which is nice. The car park is not very well illuminated at night and is a small walk away from the resort.

Beautiful property but probably not 5-star worthy

If this hotel was rated 4 stars, I'd say it's the best one I've been to. But it's rated 5 stars and, in that sense, they're lacking. On the plus side - room & property are beautiful, location is very central and the satff was very nice. The negatives were- breakfasts started late (at 8am) and if you wanted an early-breakfast, you'd get a sub par one. The TV channels were all in German - great if you're German but not so great if you're not. Our room wasn't attended to until 3pm in the afternoon.

Great with some issues

Great! Needs some repairs (e.g. private pool area). Strong Sewer smell was coming via the ac during the night. We had to turn off ac and have the door open.

From a couple who aren’t easily pleased, this hotel is excellent. Breakfast and food in general is epic; staff are great, so helpful; rooms were lovely; views are wonderful; and infinity pools are v.impressive. Only minor qualm is the gym which is outdoor and not really worth it. If you can get past that, you’ll have a fantastic time here. Highly recommend it.

Superb! A wonderful designed hotel especially the rooms with private pools. The decor is cool calming and contemporary in design. The staff are excellent and nothing was too much trouble at any time.

Wow... perfect adult only hotel at Zakynthos

First class service. Barbara at the front desk helped us schedule our day cruise to ShipWreck beach with Blueshore private cruises. it was AMAZING. worth every penny. Also, the food and drinks of the hotel were excellent. If you want to stay at a modern hotel, with exceptional service and perfect pool area then this is your hotel.

The nicest hotel in Zakynthos

Everything is just so perfect. The staff were very helpful. Ask and you shall be given if it's within their limit. Greeks are generally warm but the hotel staff are even warmer. Heated pool, breathtaking sceneries, sumptious breakfast and dinner and many more. Never regret booking this hotel. They even recommended an awesome tour guide, Dionysus to bring us to the shipwreck beach and several other sceneries. They made us feel like staying at Zakynthos for longer.

The area is extremely touristy, but is close to the beach. The property is very nicely designed and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel and lovely people

This hotel is absolutely stunning, beautiful buildings, rooms and pool, including the bar and restaurant. It is in a delightful location also with fantastic views across Tsilivi and to the sea. The staff are first class, very helpful and friendly, a real credit to the hotel. The hotel is very new and there are some minor teething issues all of which did not detract from the quality of our stay at all. What a delightful hotel and staff, we will be returning

tsivili is a busy town with restaurants and bars .... too busy for me. The hotel was slightly out of town and a oasis of calm... absolutely lovely with wonderful cocktails and food Rather steep hill to climb from town but the view and location is well worth the effort

Arriviamo e l’accoglienza è stato non delle migliori… non ci sono indicazioni e il parcheggio è lontano. Abbiamo trovato la reception e li è iniziato l’agonia. Personale poco preparato all’accoglienza ci ha fatto aspettare circa 30 minuti. Arrivati in stanza siamo stati inondati da un forte odore di fogna. Ci siamo lamentati e la loro unica soluzione è stata quella di coprire lo scarico con un cestino spruzzando litri di profumo. E così è stato per i giorni successivi. Il giorno dopo, la sera, dopo che la cameriera era passata a fare il servizio notturno, si è rotto lo scarico del wc. Siamo stati tutta la notte con lo scarico rotto e l’acqua che andava. Avevamo chiesto di aggiustarlo il prima possibile, la mattina successiva, tra le 8 e le 8.30, e così non è stato. Per colpa loro siamo arrivati tardi ad un appuntamento già pagato. La stanza come tutta la struttura non è all’altezza: i legni sono tutti rovinati, il miscelatore della doccia non funziona bene ed è molto rovinata. Inoltre c’è molta polvere. La stanza non viene pulita bene, nonostante il doppio turno. Se davvero vi intendete di viaggi e volete stare bene, evitate questo posto. Non bastano le piscine in camera per fare una struttura una ottima struttura. Il personale, a parte i facchini, non è qualificato. La direzione è inesistente. Il costo è altissimo. Leggete e prenotate altro

Estadia incrível! Pelo valor do hotel, acredito que estão pecando em manutenção, itens desgastados. Tirando isso, incrível, vista sensacional! Atendimento, o melhor que já tivemos, muito atenciosos e solicitos. Cafe da manha é sensacional!

Ruhiges Hotel, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und ein junges Team. Fitness und Sauna allerdings nur im Schwesterhotel verfügbar. Slots mussten gebucht werden. Ein bisschen albern ist fer Versuch Plätze im Restaurant und drn Zimmerservice über eine App zu regeln. Der direkte Kontakt zu den Mitarbeiter*innen war viel angenehmer. Die Zimmer mit beheiztem Pool haben keine direkte Sonne, weil Nordseite.

Incrível

Wir hatten selten ein so freundliches und authentisches Personal erlebt, wie in diesem Hotel. Zudem war die Einrichtung durchweg stimmig und hat zu der entspannten und freundlichen Atmosphäre bestens gepasst. Wir hatten das Vergnügen an einem besonderen Abendessen in dem hoteleigenen Bio Garten teilzunehmen, welches ein besonderes Highlight war und absolut zu empfehlen ist. Wenn wir wieder einen Urlaub auf Zakynthos planen sollten, dann garantiert wieder in dem Hotel!

Sehr schönes Boutique-Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service, tollem Frühstück und in super Lage. Beheizter Pool war in der Nachsaison ein tolles Plus.
