Property location is exceptional for food after a long day of work. Property is outdated and needs urgent renovation. Have been visiting for several years and always book the best room type, but rooms are getting older and used. AC was not working and noise from the street in floor 18 was vey high still due to the poor quality of the windows.

Even though I have reserved on Expedia and I have called them a day before telling them I will check in very late because of my late flight, when I arrived to the hotel at the middle of the night they said that they canceled my reservation and in a very rude way asked me to leave and find a different hotel.

Disappointed with room

The rooms are definetly coming of age.I was given a room that lacked a fresh look and feel.The room i was given was a corner room ,incidentally every visit i'm given a corner one .Avoid the corner rooms as i changed my room and slight better but overall the rooms lack the comfortable spacious feel like before

Third time on this property, if you pick an upgraded room value for money is good. Yet the basic rooms are just not up to date. Staff is good yet explain to them the room type you booked. The only complaint is that even on the 15th floor you could still hear some of the street due to the fact window did not properly seal. Breakfast is good and has Halal signs. With a wide selection. Would come back only to the upgraded rooms.

My stay was for 4 days so after having breakfast included for the 3 days the Hotel manager decided that i was not allowed breakfast the 4th day claiming that Hotels.com booked my room according to that.I was very dissapointed and i did not know who to blame but, one thing i know for sure i will not stay there in the future.I have been staying at Yindu for the past 3 years atleast 30 days each year but the manager's treatment was not at all acceptable.

I TRAVEL TO YIWU 3-4 TIMES A YEAR FOR THE FIRST TIME I STAYED IN YINDU HOTEL. HOTELS STAFF , RECEPTIONS, AND... WERE VERY FRIENDLY ,BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, LOCATION GREAT, CLEANNESS GREAT , BUT MY ROM WAS ON THE BACK SIDE AND DU TO CONTRACTION WORK ON NEXT BUILDING IT WAS A BEAT NOISY , COMPERING TO OTHER HOTELS AROUND THAT AREA ROOM SIZE WAS A LITTLE SMALLER BUT COMFORTABLE ENOUGH. TV CHANGELESS COULD BE IMPROVED , NOT VERITY OF INTER NATION CTV CHANGELESS FOR FORIGNGER

This was my second stay at Yindu Hotel and I will definetly book it again. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the chinese buffet dinner almost every night. The shutlle to and from the Trade City is very helpful.

Excellent location yet most of facilities not work

A/C not working, according to Hotel Managements still weather cold (no need to turned on), so I have to open windows during sleep time, which is very noisy as hotel near night market in addition carpet inside room is smile & dirty. moreover swimming pool small and full with student to be trained also bathrooms & shores are vet dirty.

Upset due to aircond turn off centralized. they should turn on the main switch for aircond and let the guest to choose either on or off. hotel should follow guest request. not the guest follow their so called 'rule to switch off main switch for aircond'

I have only positive things to tell about my stay at Yindu Hotel: nice staff who was speaking English very well, nice clean room, a good selection at the breakfast buffet as well as the Chinese buffet at dinner. There is a shuttle service to the Yiwu market but one can easily walk the distance as well. I would stay at this hotel again!

Good value 4 star hotel

It was a good experience. Good value. Nice breakfast with western feel. Cerial, fruit, milk. We are vegitarian and had a good breakfast every morning.

I think that Yindu hotel is the Best Hotel in Yiwu, I am not Saying that it is a top Hotel but in Yiwu is the Best one for western People.

This hotel should hire a person that really has customer service skills. At checkout they were charging me for towels that i didnt take!! They made me feel like a thieve! Come on why would I steal a hotel's towel! It was ridiculous! In the end they didn't charge me for the towel, but threw my cash deposit on the counter, talk about rude!!!! I would of given this hotel a better review, but because of this imcompetent front desk person I'n giving it a 1.

義烏に来ると必ずこのホテルに宿泊していましたがフロントの対応の質が悪くなっています。宿泊日数を間違えて登録したり 取引先からフロントに届け物を預けたとの連絡がありフロントに取りに行くと、フロントの男性が指を指し、あっちにあるから自分で探せと言われビックリ、もう、このホテルには、宿泊しません。

금연층 6층 사용했습니다 방에서는 담배냄새가 나지 않았지만 복도에서는 약간의 담배냄새가 났어요 전반적인 청결은 만족스러웠고, 매일 깔끔하게 관리해주시고, 조식도 양호했어요 미니바가 자물쇠로 잠겨있어서 냉장고 사용을 위해 열어달라고 요청해야했어요 인두호텔은 원래 미니바를 잠궈놓나봐요 중심에 위치해 있어서 어딜가든 가까운 위치였습니다 전반적으로 만족했어요^^

Totally, acceptable

When I arrived at the hotel, the front entrance and the car parking were under repair work and also no space of car parking on the back yard. So, we could not go to hotel front by car and also hotel staff could not show us any other parking space. Then, we had to look for the car parking around there. As the result, we parked the car on the road, not car parking.

Personal de lobby muy atento. Lo malo si llevas ropa de marca el personal de limpieza te la roba. Me di cuenta al llegar al siguiente hotel en China queria enviar todo a lavandería y ya no estaba 2 camisas. la comunicacion en china aunque hables ingles, es muy limitada.

義烏市場での物品購入の際に利用しています。ホテル設備は満足できるレベルです。また従業員もよく教育されており、いつも笑顔で出迎えてもらえます。中国銀行までは歩いて行ける距離で、食事やマッサージも近くにあるので便利です。ただ、市場に行くにはやはり車が必要です。

福田市場へのシャトルバスが出ていて便利でした。 お部屋も清潔でスタッフの対応もよかったです。立地が良いのですがこのエリアにしてはちょっと高いです。 朝食も充実していて居心地よかったです。

福田市場にはそこそこ近いが、歩いていくには遠すぎる

福田市場に近くて良いホテルを探してこのホテルにしたのですが、福田市場まで歩いていけるほど近くはなく、結局タクシーを使いましたので、もっと遠くてもあまり変わりません。部屋は狭めです。朝食はおいしかったです。
