The F/O on duty saw when I approached the entrance door but no hospitality offer by open the door as he saw my hand full of luggage. Perhaps the spirit of hospitality is gone since covid 19?

I AM RETURN GUEST AND THE FO GIVE ME ROOM NO.114. I FOUND THAT AIRCIND UNIT IS DUSTY AND IT IS CLEAR THAT THIS SPOT NEEDS CLEANING

This is the second times i stay in this hotel.. I chose it because they provided security guarded car park. I would like to complain that the blanket cover already formed some pill on it, it is uncomfortable when cover on my body..pls improve in this

Everything is good

Everything is good and recommended. Housekeeping give a good response when we asked for Sejadah. They have a beauiful lobby and looks like a 3-5 Star Lobby. All Staff is very friendly.

a little bit out of expectation especially the cleanliness where hair and ants are found everywhere. Blanket has dirty marks. Air-cond is located at the edge but not middle, so is not convenience for double beds...

Comfort

This hotel is comfort but the bed got some dirty and no transportation like Moneral,LRT,MRT and KTM nearby.

everything is ok, except parking, need to wait for 25 minutes for parking space.

The room is a little too small but overall is not bad.. The hotel alao looked nice from outside until the reception center.. There are a lot of sofa provided for customer to have a seat..

Difficult to get food & away from town. There is no curboard to hang clothes, only a small coffee table. But room is clean

Comfortable & Nice To Stay

very nice and new hotel to stay.

The hotel was very nice and the room was clean. the staff was also nice. But the only complain I need to make is the wifi is very slow that we don't really use it. overall its a very nice hotel if you don't need the wifi connection.

Overall room is spacious and clean. Except at night been disturbed by other occupants (ie. Knocking their room door, talking too loud etc.) as the room is not sound proof.

Nice and save hotel to stay. Very nice staff to assist you whatever your problem is. Guard is very nice and work 24 hours. Room rates is cheaper and equivalent with the rooms itself.very nice to stay, would recommended to all my fren and visitors

Value for money

Limited parking in front of hotel. It's not hotel parking, but public roadside parking. Room a little cramped, but you get what you pay for

Hotel with comfort

It was truly wonderful experience staying at Worldview grand Hotel from the time we arrived there. The security guard, the staffs at the front office, room service and etc. were all friendly and made our stay more comfortable. Kudos to the management and team.

Nice hotel but can be better

My room number was 222. It was big and nice but the line connection in that room was very bad. Even the hotel's wifi was very slow eventhough it shows an excellent speed. I was a bit disappointed to see there was no proper wardrobe to hang my cloth instead it have drawer and on top of that drawer there was a space that have the kettle and glasses and there seem to be some kind of bar on top of it that you can hang your cloth but how can I hang my cloths on top of the kettle and glasses and everything else ? :( But still it was a really nice and clean room. Just need to improve some of the facilities if you can.

Ants attack!

I dunno wat happen to d room but thrs ants crawling all ovr d bed & d walls near d window in room 201! It was thr already whn i 1st checked in2 d room. Afta d nxt hsekeeping session d ants r still crawling evrywhr on d bed even afta d room was cleaned! I nvr said anything coz i didnt wanna mke any fuss! Pls check on d room 4 infestation asap & pls tke note nvr 2 put me in tht room again! Pls! ❌ 2️⃣0️⃣1️⃣‼️ Tq.

The short one night stay was wonderful, however there were some staff that came into our room with shoes to check the phone that was not functioning.

The room smells!

The moment we entered the room, it smells like cigar. Probably someone was smoking before we entered the room. Its quite a turn off to be honest. The bedroom and toilet are clean, parking is available, a helpful 24hr receptionist whom is willing to help us locate the nearest stall as we reached late that night. Other than that, everything is good. Just the smell of the room is unacceptable

Door banging sound can be hear until 1am. Can hear also next door talking. Only can sleep after 2 am because of the non sound proof room.

The room was basic but fine, the main problem was that the bedding and towels had marks and stains. It was difficult to get the pillows changed and the room wasn't always restocked (water bottles, tea and coffee) or made up each day

Overall this hotel and their service are good.I like their security guard service are very nice.
