Place was a recommendation and I was impressed by the price and the staff. The room was clean.
Two complaints. 1) The road / traffic noise kept me up part of the night. Might need better windows or something to cut down on outside noise. 2) When I starting taking my stuff to the car at 5:50 am, there wan't any parking lot lights on. Lot was completely dark. For guest saftey, I highly recomment turning on lights when it is dark.
Bed bugs, random hair and other marks in the bed. There was enough black mold in the air vents to kill someone.
Not for the faint of heart and not meant for business travel. Its just not a place that should be reccomended at all@
One thing about the stay is unfortunately other tenants allow their dogs to leave messes on the sidewalks.
Pretty good overall. Safe.
Road noise but otherwise quiet and friendly service.
Not a bad hotel, but I didn't like that there was no breakfast, even though I read in one of the reviews that breakfast was available. Also, there was an issue with entering the hotel through the back door from the parking lot in the courtyard; there was a problem with the lock.
Good stay n rooms r clean bed comfortable
It's cool
It was ok
The bathroom had a few problems, but everything else was good.
Clean and safe
We are old people that dont walk to well and they put us on the thrid floor no elevator so wife messed her knee up, the window in our room you could just push on it and be in our room
There was a few problems with the bathroom. A loud noise constantly coming from the vent and some cracks in the bathtub.
Smelled like straight cigarettes in our room. There were bugs in the bathroom. Room was not clean at all.
Area a little sketchy. Front desk said they had problems of cars being broken into.
It did it's job
Grass outside is covered in dog poop. It doesn't seem like the dog poop trash can gets changed very often as it was overflowing for the three days we stayed. The room itself was clean though. Walls were pretty thin but our room was by the exit so likely just louder from the door slamming from the people walking in and out for smoke breaks all night long.
Very nice and quiet, easy access to locations
Average property for this level of hotel. Less vagrants than most but nothing wonderful. No refund policy if you cut your stay short.
Great place for the price
Reception was very nice. But, Bathroom was missing trim and had stains, stains on floor, comforter and beds where stained. Walls very thin heard every little noise including several steps from above and dogs barking.
Clean is always important for me so they meet the standards 🙂
Good value pleasant stay.
Thank You!!
What a blessing to have a hotel close to home, our neighborhood is under construction and we planned to stay in order to get out of the way a bit. We I did not stay because we have a cat and the construction workers were not where we had predicted so there was no need at the time.
Yeah Jose!
Mr. Price, You have an extremely undervalued employee at your Broken Arrow location. I am unsure how much you pay Jose, but it is not enough. I have stayed at many hotels in my life, and I have NEVER been treated better than Jose treated me. Jose needs to be COMPENSATED then recognized for his outstanding customer service. Any time I am in the Tulsa area ,I will be staying at Woodspring Suites. Oct 8, 2024, 9:37:59 AM
Not what i expected
The facility was fine, clean, and accessible. This is not, however, the typical hotel. It is more of an extended stay facility and not really amicable for overnight stays. The staff was friendly. The doors get locked at 8PM and im not sure you can access the building after that. There was no staff available in the morning when i tried to check out. Dont recommend without reading the reviews first which i didn't do. Would not allow food delivery person to come up to my room.
Awesome
Amazing great breakfast
Things don’t get fixed must ask 3 or 4 times
Door locks broken for 2 plus weeks. It noisy.
The AC smells like piss! People outside all during the night drinking and making noise! I honestly felt like I was in a third world country! Absolutely horrible! The staff was very friendly! Just an undesirable type of people who I don’t even think they were staying there! Outside drinking and making ungodly amounts of noises!
evrything is good
The cleanliness of the property.
Staff helpful
Good staff
La Verda del de fundes cesposo con cosas damas por k yo ananda en mi real y me dijo k tennis k pagar 25 por las tuallas y la sabanas y me dijo k me Iva a core el hotel
Everything was amazing until I called the day of check out to extend my stay and I was informed I would be charged a$50 late fee if I booked another night-tuat I wasn't expecting🤔
Very helpful staff! Great value
Front desk staff couldn't find my reservation at first. You could hear everyone who opened their door to come and go. The shower drain was full of so much hair that when I went to turn the shower on it started coming out of the drain into the tub area.
Nasty
Awful customer service ai couldn't get any help with any of my issues.terrible customer service.
Property is old and worn. This is an extended stay hotel, no front desk service except for limited hours. Minimum pillows provided and they were not much of a pillow, we asked for extra pillows and were told we would have to pay $10 a pillow. Bed sheets were stained, bedside lamp stained, bath towels stained and very thin/old.
We stayed there for the first time in a whim. My husband is from Tulsa but everything was booked so we had to go a little further out. We had such a great experience we stayed again this last weekend. Staff was great upon checkin and explained everything to a T. Good location, stuff around and will definitely be staying again!!
Great stay
Property was dirty, had numerous full time residence, washing machines didnt work well.
Feels like a hospital room
It's clean Zack is amazing. Jose will slap a $50 late fee on you if your a minute past 11am check out. Which is ridiculous. So be sure you make that payment before 11. Only time that flys is when the staff isn't up there but the staff is overall nice. Nobody is at the desk after 8pm so it's a huge issue if your card is not working. Ive been kicked out for hours. The room is very small. It's like a hospital room. But again clean my room had no issues bo bugs and quiet. I recommend coming here if you want cheap. Just be sure to follow the rules. They will get those extra fees from you quick.
Don't. Just Don't.
This property has scaled all the way back to the bare minimums to still be a motel. No desk clerk from 5 PM to 10AM...You read that right no clerk. If you have a problem you call an entrance VOIP phone. Some times all you get on the phone is "The internet is down". One resident we met had been in the lobby for 2.5 hours- early morning trying to get someone to respond to his lock out. Another would be resident waited a half an hour for someone to show up so she could check in after 5 PM and she said this lack of service had been going on since last year. You just can't run a hotel like this! Room was clean but everything else was minimal. No carpet. No blanket. No shampoo (check in clerk said we have "shampoo bars"- you mean soap? "Uh, Yes." There is a hotplate, micro wave and fridge but no cups no dishes, not even plastic ware. Large dogs are present on property and barking through the night or at anyone walking the hallway. A resident decided to to take the elevator with me...and his pitbull. The dog decided to be aggressive and growl, bark and lunge at me in the confined space. Last morning of the visit we found a distraught family in the halls trying to get a manager as another resident had been shouting profanity in his room for an hour. Second day in a row it happened. It was so bad they were terrified of potential violence and their sleeping child was on the other side of the wall. Had to call the police. Don't stay here. Just dont.
Would recommend to anyone traveling!!
Our room was very clean, the other guests were very quiet. I would definitely stay here again
It’s hard to find someone at the front desk, sometimes it’s after 9 am before you can get coffee, the hallway smelled bad, when I asked what would happen in an emergency since no one was at the front desk at all on A Sunday, they told me someone was always on site and if I couldn’t get them I would have to call corporate, how could you do that in an emergency,
I had to call the phone number to have someone come check me in took a long time to check in! Bedsheets and comforter, all head stains on them the floors were dirty! Lots of road noise cause you’re by the highway I would never stay there again
Office hours are unreasonable for 2 nite stay. Registered for 4 and only 2 towels. Office close until 10am
Charged more than quoted
I was charged more than the price I was given on this site. In addition I had to pay a non refundable $50 pet deposit. I travel very often with my dog and this is the most I’ve ever paid for a pet deposit. I’m not sure I will continue to use this site for hotel reservations in the future
Conveniently located for I wanted to do, but the staff - especially the manager - are very unfriendly!
Unless you are a single man who doesn’t care about safety or cleanliness, don’t stay there. It’s dirty, not family friendly, have to pay extra for everything, including linen, cookware and eating utensils. I had to call and ask for toilet paper and was told we can only get it during office hours at 3 pm. The only positive was the lady who checked us in and got the toilet paper out of the kindness of her heart. There aren’t any close restaurants, not safe to walk.
Excellent and affordable price
Horrible
Stay somewhere else
This isn't a "hotel" like you're used to. It's an extended-stay place where they expect you to bring your own towels, soap, and so on. When we got there, nobody was around and a sign on the front desk said their phone was out. After 10 minutes someone showed up and we got checked in. When we came back to the hotel after dinner there were very sketchy individuals (read: they were clearly tweakers) loitering around the place like it was a housing project. The room itself was mostly okay apart from the lack of amenities, except there was black mold in the toilet bowl. I would not stay here again if it were free. I probably would rather not stay here again if someone paid me.
For a family of four, stay was pretty decent. I hate how front desk work hours work definitely they are not there to rely on if something is needed.
Overall good. Some of the staff seemed bothered when a person came to the desk. Paid for the hugest speed internet but it wouldn’t hold any streaming and barely ran a laptop. Finally the service were not good on the weekends.
NOT a hotel
This is NOT a hotel. The service desk is not even open after 10 pm or until 10 am. This is more of a hostel. A short-term stay between homes or rental properties. We had 1 towel for 4 people and plan on bringing your own soap/shampoo. There is none in the bathroom.
It is difficult to get a hold off anyone by phone or in person. Booked through hotels.com for a tenant that need work done in her apartment. We booked it for 2 weeks as we didn't know how long the repairs would take or if we would run into any further issues. Work was completed in 5 days. We called to let them know we would be checking out early expecting to pay for a least one more night and were told the booking was non-refundable even though it is not stated in the itinerary, hotel website, or on hotels.com. The only thing stated is "Cancellations or changes made after 4:00pm (property local time) or no-shows are subject to a property fee equal to the first night's rate plus taxes and fees."
The room was fine for price . But the hallways do smell like animals and animal poop other than that I enjoyed my stay.
Positive: The staff was kind and helpful. The room amenities were exactly what we needed for a multi-day stay. Although busy, our room was quiet and we had no issue with noise. Negative: Our room had an odd or unclean smell. The blankets were extremely thin. We spotted roaches under the sink and in a corner after dark.
Too many people living here with animals that stunk up the place. Plus the staff was unavailable most of the time. I’ve asked over and over for housekeeping WTH NO LUCK.
There were toe nail clippings on the bedside table, a blood spattered lamp shade, the floor wasn’t swept and looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months. The person at the front was hardly ever up there and was incredibly rude.
I did not realize we would not have maid service the whole 11 days we were there. We were up too early and back too late with front desk closed. We had to buy towels and wash clothes to have clean ones due to our crazy hours and never making it to desk when it was open. Oh and we had to buy toilet paper too because of this
Rooms so bad I couldn’t stay. Need to get money back.
This was one of the worst places that I’ve ever stayed at. A combination of a horrible customer service and poor amenities.
I was fortunate to be able to book a room at this nearby hotel during a city-wide, storm-related power outtage. The suite had a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop. Everything in the room looked new and clean. The rate was great, and it was a good experience.
The staff is limited. The staff smokes cigarettes right by the entrance door. The rooms STINK. I will never stay again.
Clean and modern. Didn’t have any towels though, but i had brought some. Since its an extended stay, sometimes it didnt feel the safest as people were lingering right outside the doors at night (maybe smoking, hanging out, etc). However, i kept to myself and it was fine.
A few inconveniences but overall a nice place
Overall I had a good experience but with a few inconveniences. The day of checking the TV didn't work, the bathroom light did not work, I was told to wait till next day for maintenance to take care of the issues. The next day I was told issues couldn't get fixed till two days later so if I wanted to I could move. I was moved to a different room. I paid for the daily linen exchange but there was always a problem getting clean towels, one of the times I was actually given floor mats and was told to use them as bath towels since they had ran out of clean bath towels :( I reported a leak under the kitchen sink, was not taken care of and when I mentioned it again at front desk I was given a floor mat to place under sink to suck up water :/
Slowest check in I have ever had. Property did not smell clean. I won’t be back…..
Room was very nasty and had a weird smell
WoodSpring Suites, Broken Arrow, OK....DIRTY!!!!!!
Two rooms....my daughter walked in, then walked out of her room cuz it was dirty! She left and stayed with relatives. Unfortunately, my other two daughters and I couldn't leave. My room needed extra attention as well. Blinds were filthy, pee stain on bottom of toilet, sheets smelt like a dog, no chairs at the desk, no toilet paper bar on the holder and no light switch plate cover on bathroom light switch. I reported it and they brought chairs and toilet paper bar to my room but nothing else was taken care of. I asked for a refund for one room and was told that they didn't give refunds. So, I called Hotels.com and they called the hotel. Magically, I'm getting a refund on one room. If hotels are gonna increase their prices due to graduation events, they should be legally held accountable to meet certain standards! This is just basic cleaning and is unexceptable! Tempted to call the health department on WoodSpring Suites in Broken Arrow, OK.!! Unexceptable!!!
They gave me a room that with NO LINEN ON THE BED, NO SHOWER CURTAIN, NO TOWELS AND THE TUB HAD A SLOW DRAIN, LOOSE APPLIANCES, This was the WORST experience I have had.
This is one of the better Woodsprings properties I have ever stayed at.
I left because the price went up. Approximately $50.00 a week.
This was awful. There wasn't one towel wash cloth etc in the room. When asked I was told didn't have any. How do they charge you 80 a night and no towels in room. Rude clerk. Very rude clerk. People take out their own trash here. No service. Shady people walking with carts and hanging out all hours. Not a good part of town. Didn't feel safe. Couldn't shower. So I guess I paid for a bed for the night at 80 dollars. What a rip off. I will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone
The rooms were ok. I didn't like that the staff locked the side doors randomly. If you leave early there is no refund for the days left on your stay. I told the staff the outlets in the room didn't work, they never addressed the issue.
The staff was professional, courteous and responsive to our needs. We would stay there again.
Clean but definitely long term
Very bare minimal but very clean. The toilet made the loudest awful noise when u flushed it. Have 2 ask for hand towel and wash cloths. It was not for us, we stayed 3 nights and didnt care for the sparseness.
Very clean. Check in was odd but smooth. We had a TV in our room but it was missing the connection to the Cox box therefore we had no tv…. After a long day we were looking forward to some mindless tv to unwind. Otherwise it was good for our quick stay.
When we got there, the power was out and there was no staff available. The smell in the room was unpleasant. The bathroom had hair in the sink and tub and no washcloths. There were no dishes, silverware or pots like the website states would be provided. Also, the front desk closed at 8pm and there was no staff on site when we checked out at 6:30am. Never again.
It was an interesting stay
We had a challenge getting in the correct room. But they were friendly and courteous as we tried to stay patient. The night and day managers did what they could to make it better.
Nearly all of the TV’s in the rooms we booked did not work. There was a foul odor in several rooms. The water pressure was so low that it was difficult to take a shower. The hotel staff was NEVER at the front desk and NEVER answered the phone.
BAD!
Well we didn't even stay in this hotel. upon arrival. There was nobody at the front desk. Finally someone showed up about 20 min later. There were two other people to check in front of us also. Another 30 min and they said they had no rooms cleaned for us and this was at 7:00pm. They offered to let us check in then come back in an hour and they would have keys and room ready. We went ahead and did that since we were going to go get food anyway. We came back two hours later at 9pm and nobody was around and the check in area was closed. I called the number on the wall for service and it went dead. After about 20 min someone came down and said they were looking for our room. They all left for another half hour then the assistant manager came down and said he would go find out. Another 15 min then he came down and told me they had no room for us. He then said he could get one ready but it would be at least another hour and he would go clean it himself. I was done at that that point so I had to get a refund and try to find another hotel at 10:30 that nigh. I will never book at Woodsprings again. This is the worst experience with a hotel in my life!
If you want to stink like cigarettes stay here!
I would recommend hotels.com take this location off their roster. If you want to feel like you are in the Twilight Zone and all your stuff and you smell like cigarette smoke, this is your place. Oddities too numerous to state, but look elsewhere.
I arrived after the front desk closed. I called the number they provided on their house phone for over an hour with no reply. Needless to say I wasn't able to check in and didnt stay there. Horrible experience after being on the road for 11 hours. Processing a refund.
Need a ATM machine
Sketchy and it smells
This place smells like mold, water and cigarettes the second you walk in the door. Every floor smells this way and honestly the guests looked sketchy as hell. Some guy in the elevator had 2 gallon milk containers filled with gasoline and mumbling about how he lost his wallet. A/C in room didn’t work, none of the pots, pans were there and I checked out within 15 mins of checking in. I did not feel comfortable, safe or like the place would be clean to stay there after a surgery. Front desk refunded everything and that was cool of them but I would never stay here.
Clean, neat, and price is good. I commend Mark Jackson for making us feel welcome.
Awful
Awful
It’s a place to stay but you can find better
Unit was adequate and bed was comfortable. Blankets left something to be desired and the room had a persistent musty smell to it. Housekeeping began banging on the door at 10:00 a.m. even though I told them I was not checking out until 11:00- the check out time. I work night shift so this was particularly irritating to me. Ok place but I won’t be rebooking.
This property just was't right for us. it was hard to find. Just won't go back.
Disappointing Stay
disappointing visit. Check in was very difficult. More a flavor of long stay hotel. Cigarettes smell everywhere.
Long drive
Location was great! Location with the Tulsa intracity freeways made driving to many destinations extremely easy.
This place is a dump. The lobby smells like the combination of urine and cigarette smoke. The rooms are extremely basic. My bed sheet’s had visible stains and the shower faucet was almost detached from the wall. Definitely not worth $100 per night.
Staff was great
