The hotel was above our expectations, we liked the decoration of the rooms very much, I have never stayed in a hotel with this concept before, the lady Maria at the reception helped us a lot. Thank you for everything, it is a facility that I will choose again, hope to see you again.

Friendly stuff

Definitely Not a 5 Star Hotel. Don't do it!

I have to give it to the staff. They were genuinely trying their best to make a bad situation better, but were ill-equipped to do so. First room was tiny. No problem. Heat did not work. Smelled of smoke. Blanket was stained. Changed to Rm #2. Heat still did not work. Smoke smell was unbearable. Couple across from the hall was chain smoking. I thought this was a non-smoking hotel. Rm#3 was no better sadly. Changed in the middle of night to Rm#4 which was far away from smokers. No toilet paper. No room cleaning in the 3 days I was there. Stairs were blocked by hotel supplies. Fridge did not work and was leaking water all over the room. Oh, and Rm#4's curtain rod was broken. Again, nice staff who were trying to help, but there is only so much one can do when the infrastructure is lacking. Location is a good 15 min walk (uphill) from Besiktas square.

As you know, in general, life is very active in metropolises, it is so dangerous, being in the right location is one of the most important factors that make your holiday go better, one of those locations is Beşiktaş, besides, if you have preferred one of the quality hotels at an affordable price, one of them is definitely Kadıköy Üsküdar ferries, you can have a very good time in the Wind suit hotel, which is close to Karaköy, the employees who take their sympathetic job seriously, maybe it’s not 5 * with the comfort of thé hotel, you can at least witness what they are trying, even if the road is uphill, the entrance hall is small, It was a great holiday for 14 days, thank you very much for all ..

This place was gross. They did not clean the bathroom well. The toilet seat had hair on it and the toilet still had used toilet paper inside. It seemed like the showers had not been scrubbed either and the pipes were not clear when I showered. The utensils were still dirty also and I found that the tables etc were not wiped down. The only good thing was that the dtaff was very nice and helped me.

Run down property. Not sure why it even had good reviews. Full of smoke. Location is good Staff (the guy at front desk) was really nice is not really a hotel, but rather a building that offers rooms. bathrooms are dirty and full of mold. I am sorry, but this is not a good stay. I will absolutely not recommend the place.

J'ai récemment passé quelques jours a wind suit et je peux dire que mon séjour a été tout simplement enchanteur. Dès mon arrivée j'ai été accueilli chaleureusement par Maria à la réception, créant ainsi une atmosphère agréable et conviviale. L'hôtel était d'une propreté impeccable, ce qui contribuait grandement à créer un environnement confortable. La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était spacieuse et décorée avec élégance, offrant toutes les commodités modernes nécessaires pour un séjour des plus agréables. La vue sur le bosphour depuis ma fenêtre était absolument époustouflante. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal, ce qui m'a permis de facilement partir à la découverte des merveilles historiques et culturelles de la ville. Le personnel amical m'a prodigué d'excellents conseils sur les meilleurs endroits à visiter ainsi que sur les spécialités culinaires locales. Cependant, ce qui a vraiment fait toute la différence pendant mon séjour, c'est l'attention bienveillante de Maria. Non seulement elle était très professionnelle dans son approche, mais elle s'est également assurée que je me sente à l'aise et comblé tout au long de mon séjour. Grâce à sa gentillesse et son dévouement, j'ai pu vivre une expérience personnelle et chaleureuse. Et j’oublie pas de mentionné la femme de menage qui était aussi souriante tout le temps. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour vivre une expérience exceptionnelle dans la magnifique ville d'Istanbul.

Hotel staff are friendly and try to be helpful. Otherwise, you get what you pay for. Somewhat ok hotel in a neighborhood close to a lot of touristy things, as long as you don't mind the uphill climb and the fact that taxis refuse to come all the way up there. The 5 star reviews are deceiving. The rooms are small, outdated, don't seem clean, our shower was stained and leaking water. One night was more than enough.
